A hotel the upper class. A crazy beautiful, dreamy and thank god quiet place without animation. For aesthetes and romantics is the burgblick at the beach unique and an incentive, but not the brought book to read, but simply these unique view, even disposes of them. Our standard room 'Clubhouse' with garden view on the ground floor ( room number 115) the new building emerged to our surprise as room with a view of the sea because of its smart location. The condition the room was good to very good, merely in the bathroom there are two things, the unpleasant ... are. Firstly: there is only one feast mounted rain water-shower, that means showers without shampoo is nearly impossible, furthermore is the used Niche in the bathtub a little cramped. Secondly: by a sliding door from the bathroom separated toilet with bidet and the bathroom altogether has no significant effective ventilation.
We booked half board and were only done and after two days almost knocked out by from the variety the every evening served menus. In our words and capacities however almost too much various dishes. The quality of the dishes was sometimes excellent - another time however rather usual to average, sometimes also a little bit spice. The prices the wines are the ambience adjusted.
The drive with the absolutely necessary rental car ( as long as you be mobile and Sicily explore would like to ) designed be adventurous, as our GPS (latest update Sicily) miserably failed and we against better Knowledge across feldein on irgenwelchen for sometime but intact arrived.
In short: we would come again, because the hotel really a unbeatable beautiful beach with a view has. Wonderful Bay with stunning Castello, on the one hand, and picturesque limestone outcrops on the other hand. You need however definitely a car, to the island and the but somewhat distant cities explore to May! We have 2 great weeks here! read more

The rooms are after newest standards large very nice and absolutely clean. Every room has a balcony or a terrace with a magnificent view of the great landscaped garden with a pool. The staff are from the management to the waiter very helpful, no matter with which please you consulted and all speak mostly
German. The breakfast that could otherwise so high level
Does not stop, but you can get on demand also scrambled eggs freshly prepared. Very nice in a large garden next to the immediate fortification Falconara located hotel with a fantastic view of the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful; especially because of the crew at the pool and beach with its discreet but always attentive care, we felt very comfortable. The only negative thing was a very strange behavior in the restaurant actually very courteous service at Friday. We traveled on a Sunday and had to get up to the following problems Friday a table of our choice in the restaurant never fully occupied. Resulting Friday of the reasons this has been ... denied, that first the tables on the side of us intendeds (a bit more generous this time design) are already all reserved and second half board guests on the other side were shipped. This is rather glib a herausgerutscht, met but the core. Although we did not book half-board guests were, irritated us at this procedure and also very angry. We picked this hotel because of its size and location. Because it is so secluded, we found the privacy and peace that we were looking for here. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - even to the extent where one offered to drive to Licata to buy me the after-sun cream I had forgotten at home. Although there was a larger group of people booked at the hotel for the first 5 days we were there, we still received VIP service and attention from the staff at all levels. Our every wish was granted and the reception bent over ... backwards to be sure we were comfortable and content. The rooms were spotlessly clean as was the entire hotel.
Many Italians were there but we also met several German couples, a few British people and some French guests. Interesting was that there were guests of all ages - young couples in their late 20s, middle-aged couples and the over-60s. The hotel really does cater to all age groups. read more

Since we upgraded the room, we have a huge room with a view of the sea and had its own small terrace, only a few steps away from the beach. It is the private beach, which was super beautiful, with beach chairs and fresh towels. The breakfast is buffet style and à la carte dinners. Very tasty and a very high standard. The charwomen even twice a day the room/cleaned. All special requests were fulfilled by the staff. Most of the staff spoke English or German. We could definitely highly recommend the hotel, but only for a beach holiday, because ... if you plan to explore the island, you have to find, that it is nothing around it. They should then rather, as we in advance, in the form of a tour. read more

If the tourists and the rush to avoid looking, is right at home here. Everything is very generous designed, from the entrance area, the front desk, the rooms to the garden. The hotel's own Beach is small but nice and is on two levels laid out. The lower level in the water was well over some small stairs reachable. As the beach in a small bay, there are no grounds foreign tourists. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and always tried, the guests as pleasant as possible to designed. In the evening you can choose for the 4-course menu ... between two dishes, whereas the culinary delights in the can. Prices of the transaction half board to be recommended. Linguistically one comes with Italian and English understood. If you're lucky, is even German speaking staff present. A car should definitely the whole time, otherwise, you are a bit stranded. In about 20 minutes you reach the next larger town licata, where all the opportunities for shopping are available. read more

The resort is very idyllic falconara located right on the 'castello di falconara' along the coast zwischzen gela and licata. It consists of two buildings: main building with rather more modern Rooms, hall, bar, restaurant and beauty; and 'fattoria' rather rustic style.
The front desk was very friendly and competent, and always helpful.
The service staff was very professional and corporate headquarters and not pushy. The kitchen was very good, there is a daily tasting menu of five courses. Only small note: in question of other meat was not dismissed this as possible.
the rooms are spacious and modern equipped ... ( main building), the bathrooms spacious (Toilet separated). The park is mediterranean and clean simplicity. Large pool (about 22 times ten meters).
The part of the beach is on two levels, the sea only over stairs to reach.
