Diverhotel Marbella^{(3 stars)}

The room was clean. Cleaned every day. Alltours has no quota in the room with a balcony at this hotel( statement tour guide/from the travel agency did not significantly pointed out!).

The food was ok. There was enough diversity of food and beverage choices. From the fruit until the vegetables from fish to meat and. For the kids there was spaghetti with tomato sauce or sometimes meat sauce, fries Fries, pancakes and so on annoying was only, you had if you are paying for half board, at the Dinner drinks right, either cash pay or with the hotel map pay. Cash payment for the food you had to get the drinks pay.

In the front desk is as good as no German. English are to some extent. Mostly Spanish! The German spoken in this hotel was the chef. One is about the hotel informed. Most of the people out you get on. One had the feeling, if you ask is, the one annoying. Pool bar and hotel bar. As non-native was one long to get drinks. One was pushed away by the spanish and one felt ignored by the staff. Because of the very limited entertainment immediate The evening gathering near always in front of the entrance of the hotel. If you want to avoid the entertainment was just outside the door, where not enough tables and no service took place.

Entertainment! Entertainment. For adults only! But only in spanish. Children not welcome. At noon the pool activities (water aerobics, water polo and so on) for adults. Since children were accepted! You can get to the front desk the way to the room very poor German or English described. The building of the hotel is not really in such a way, as if it belonged to it and there room. No labels available. One gets a plan and then it is off to the rooms! The beach is about 500 meters away to 400 (agent 200 meters and catalog). Through a narrow hallway to get there. However, I would let my children walk as a mother not alone along. Otherwise the beach was beautiful clean and not crowded. Shopping possibilities available. Only a supermarket and a gift shop. Otherwise, everything else is only with the bus (the every 30 Minutes drive-however the spanish it does not exactly with the punctuality) by the highway by bridge cross, to reach.

the rooms were big enough and clean! Each room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, which made for a pleasant and quick cool! On the balcony against extra charge we have, which we didn't regret it can sit, since one in the evening either in the hotel or on the beach. Wonderful...

Good food, a bar by the pool, a bar near the front desk, as well as a bar in the hall for activities offered enough possibilities. The prices were not overpriced and the service was always nice!

The staff was very friendly and we were delighted, on the front desk well English spoken. The service staff in the dining room spoke only spanish, but with a smile was the communication! Furthermore, the cook was (for the kids every day fries, SPAGHETTI, as well as for the adults fresh meat and fish prepared) super nice. Generally this hotel offers a great wide The food offer, that almost left nothing to be desired. The prices of the drinks with half board touristic Standard.

Daily changing entertainment, kids disco and so on, however, it was in spanish, which is logical, since 80% of the guests Spanish!

The hotel can be reached within a few minutes drive from the airport about 1 hour. We were at the front desk welcome! OF COURSE, TRAVEL WE SPAIN, IN ORDER TO SPEAK GERMAN! We found the staff very friendly and with the communication in English was very satisfied. The staff was very helpful! The hotel was clean, the dining room, as well as the reception area was big, clean and well-kept! Also the pool area was super clean. The Water, as well as the pool chairs were cleaned every day! The hotel was mostly visited by spanish used, but what we found very pleasant! If you want to hear in the hotel spoke German, have to drive to the north sea... ☺

The beach was main building on a wonderful Walk in about two hundred meters away. The beach was not crowded and provided an opportunity for swimming and long walks on the beach! REALLY great! The only downside is the location, the centre 8 kilometer away from marbella. However, a bus runs directly behind the hotel( every 30 Minutes after marbella and fuengirola, from where you can enjoy all the major places reached by possible). Furthermore, the bus is really cheap (for example, 1.16 euro to marbella). Behind the hotel there was a supermarket (not a tourist market, but a locals). You can really get everything, and at reasonable prices. Trips to marbella, malaga, estepona, gibraltar and granada are highly recommended and public transport feasible! It is important to mention, in that it immediate Nearby at the hotel with no nightlife, no bars and discos etc. are. Furthermore, there is no town center. This is an urbanisation, so a part, the sole purpose of hotels and condos for locals is! You can however marvelously into hinterland walking.

The rooms were furnished with quite good furniture. The bathroom was fairly new and comfortable. Air conditioning was available and adjustable to the degrees.

The food was served in form of a buffet. Drinks were served from the waiters. The offer in dishes was very large and there was surely something fore everyone. All international and national drinks were included in the all inclusive package.

On arrival, you were greeted and familiarized with the hotel characteristics in one minute. The path to the neighboring building was described to us. There was no bags service and you had to find the neighboring building yourself. The rooms weren't shown from the hotel staff either. The hotel staff was almost always friendly. Many spoke no or very badly German. You got along much better with English or Spanish. Rooms were entered (and cleaned) every day. Our bed sheets were put nicely on the bed evey day but they were never changed. Also after we had complained about the conditions of the rooms several times, nothing happened. Those who were looking for a spa area found none.

Activities only in Spanish and rare.

The hotel was located in a suburb of Marbella (about 3 kilometers away). It was a typical three stars hotel with a little bit of service. The living area for the tourists was shared out between two buildings. Some rooms had no balcony. A building was located directly by the highway. The hotel was partly clean.

The transfer to the hotel took about 45 minutes depending on how many tourists had to be brought to their hotels before. We spent our stay in a neighboring building which was about 50 meters away from the main building and about 15 meters away from the highway. The noise level was very high correspondingly. 3-4 stores were near. You also reached the supermarket (Lidl) within few minutes on foot. But the path was directly by the highway. There were no clubs near the hotel. You found a couple restaurants and cafes. The path to the beach was about 200 meters long from the hotel building and about 250 meters from the neighboring building. The sandy beach was rechable on foot.
