We had to move in the room at an extra charge of EUR 105 change, since we didn't even had a balcony in order to get to the three bed we had to climb over the bed (a little claustrophobic). The two day were no beds were made and not cleaned. Due to the passage of the entrance door to balcony, many great chunk of plaster falling off the wall. Entertainment we didn't understand, no-one speaks German. We were very disappointed, so we had to always with bus and taxi (expensive) after Marbella. read more

The hotel in general Sunday the rooms were at least clean. Of course everything is in the catalog or on the internet receiving much cuter than in reality. Very Important!
Alltours has no quota in the room with a balcony at this hotel( statement tour guide/from the travel agency did not significantly pointed out!).
Except of course you will be charged on the day of arrival to clarify it with the staff of the front desk... You may extra charge between 20-25 euro per day a room with a balcony purchase. read more

After 1 hour bus ride to the hotel was greeted by an employee from the reception of us hardly a word spoke German! To our rooms, we over a about200m long walk in a different building! The room was clean but small! The staff is friendly but spoke in the restaurant also no word German! The animation is exclusively on Spanish
Behind the building there is a supermarket, prices for the drinks were very cheap, but food very expensive! From 10:00 P.M. you get hold of any alcohol more! The beach is very beautiful and clean, however! ... Of our building to the beach were it about 400 meters! There was also a few restaurants (english and Spanish speaking) but with German menu!
All in all you feel like you are in this hotel not really welcome! No friendly greeting or otherwise a word the friendliness! This hotel sets more value on local! If you speak Spanish is clear in the advantage! read more

The hotel can be reached within a few minutes drive from the airport about 1 hour. We were at the front desk welcome! OF COURSE, TRAVEL WE SPAIN, IN ORDER TO SPEAK GERMAN! We found the staff very friendly and with the communication in English was very satisfied. The staff was very helpful! The hotel was clean, the dining room, as well as the reception area was big, clean and well-kept! Also the pool area was super clean. The Water, as well as the pool chairs were cleaned every day! The hotel was mostly visited by spanish used, but what ... we found very pleasant! If you want to hear in the hotel spoke German, have to drive to the north sea. ☺ read more

The hotel was located in a suburb of Marbella (about 3 kilometers away). It was a typical three stars hotel with a little bit of service. The living area for the tourists was shared out between two buildings. Some rooms had no balcony. A building was located directly by the highway. The hotel was partly clean. read more

The hotel for families with children I can highly recommend. The pool is a few meters away but very well arranged and the depth is between 1.00-1.30 meter At the pool bar gives it numerous beverages. Beach chairs were always available. It is very many Spanish families spend their holiday there the and the Spanish language is the staff (German and english only very few). Tomas of the reception can speak very good German and the other staff try despite the lack of foreign language skills to meet the requests (worked also very good). Diana supervised by the ... activity staff not only the kids, but also for the maintenance of the adults (there is also very good German). Our daughter always raved by Diana. The sea is away for a good walk away to reach and selected. wireless Internet available is unfortunately not from the hotel but the front of the hotel on the highway it was a nice cafe, where this free is (there are also a pharmacy and a supermarket (open daily). Otherwise you should definitely rent a car to on each Costa del Sol to explore. read more
