This year we were for the 3. time there as a group in this hotel and we can all only confirm, that the Alphotel Tyrol the bestgeführteste hotel in this region. The staff, very friendly and accommodating. The whole hotel, thanks to the cleaning staff, very clean. One is always make an effort all the guests it quite to make. The hotel owners, Johanna and Josef, as well as the service Martin with its partner Nadja are always for their guests and satisfy the most extraordinary requests. Dream vacation of the special kind for children and adults. Beautiful on a good, snow-sure, modern established ski resort. The family-run hotel has a private and very personal character despite its size preserved. Culinary leaves the hotel nothing to be desired. And our kids found the food great. The room sizes are very enthused and lovingly decorated. The hotel has a large swimming pool, where you not only inside under a illuminated stars can swim, but right after the outside can swim, to with a view of the mountains in the warm wasserstrudel to baden (counter-current system, fountains, wassermassagestrudel etc. ... To the delight of children and adults available). And chlorfrei. The sauna area was amazing and offers everything! Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, turkish bath, and so on including gorgeous relaxation zones. We have been coming since 5 years to the skiing here and were always loved it. In this hotel everyone was tried, that one as a guest a dream vacation experience. read more

Dear Alphotel-team, we are here for the 8'. Time in Alphotel for skiing. This year we stayed at tyrol married, because it is so beautiful. All friend who travelled with us friends and relatives were thrilled by the food, the friendliness of the staff and the great spa and the service. All of this together has helped, that our most beautiful day. On this way again a very thank you very much on the whole Alphotel team for the efforts around our wedding and the nice surprises. We were now to 10.! Time and in june already back. We are always comfortable and welcome. The service is always excellent. There is only 3 points where it is not full marks is. Point 1: the distance to the ski lift. On foot one reaches it about minutes, but with ski boots is difficult. From this reason, the hotel a free ski shuttle in 30 minutes available. So everything great. Point 2: shopping opportunities in the area: a small convenience store is about minutes walk away. Everything else you will find however in Sterzing (about 15 minutes by ... car). Point 3: condition and quality of the pool. In the winter are in the pool area few beach chairs available. In the summer this is different, as the outdoor area is available and enough chairs has. Particularly positive emphasized should be the always friendly service, the good food and the free possibility baby fon and kettle borrow to may. Furthermore, there is also a separate kitchen for baby food the 24 hours is available, what a simple allows quickly a baby porridge warm to make. Babies, children and dogs are also in the hotel always welcome. The hotel is informally run and tediousness is possible daily excursions and ideas available. We can only recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next vacation. Simply top! read more

The Alphotel Tyrol is a well-maintained, nicely decorated, very beautiful hotel, in which one felt all around feel welcome! A spacious lobby, spacious and clean rooms, a cosy bar with different areas, different restauranträume, a fantastic spa, outdoor pool and play area, a short distance from the ski room ski bus, covered enough parking options, everywhere friendliness, offer pure for families, singles, couples and groups.     We had a double room exclusive and were allowed to park in the garden room is. A very spacious, clean, tastefully furnished rooms with dressing area, a tiled stove (without tiles ☺ ) and eckbank, separate bedroom and office/television room. In the bathroom separate toilet.     From all the sauna and spa we only the relaxation area used, and the was very relaxing and relaxing. There is a dress-on area and naked area.     The hotel is in green surroundings, there are only a few minutes with the hotel shuttle bus (the commuted or on demand drives) to the ski lifts. For skiers excellent. For shopping to Sterzing it was only about 10 kilometer.

A very family-friendly hotel, in the right from the first day feel at home. The service is great, all of the staff are really nice and helpful. The in-house ski shuttle takes and fetches the guests on request directly from the lifteinstieg. With the half board you get the whole day very well looked after, so no further costs for the food apply. Great breakfast bufett with freshly on individual request prepared eggs (scrambled eggs/omelet/spiegelei/crepes). The beverage prices are good selections relatively low. The rooms are spacious, clean and national typically furnished. Overall peaceful atomsphere good relaxation. Very good wellness ... and fitness area. Also the children feel at home in all ages always comfortable. Free garage parking. Overall a very successful, relaxing winter break for the whole family. read more

We were very friendly and warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. The combination of tyrolean cosiness with a lot of wood and modern aspects is very good. Our request for a small table decoration (our travel agency at home friend's birthday) was spontaneous and very affectionately converted. The birthday boy got even a small cake with candles. The rooms are very friendly and modernly furnished and no wishes left. The bathrobe are great as well as great shuttle service to the gondola. read more

Have already in the Alphotel Tyrol for the 7. time cannot remain and are as always really amazed. The hospitality is unequaled especially from the service and the owners. You can tell immediately the this hotel family run and the owners did everything so that one felt all around comfortable and like at home feels. A neat hotel with a cosy ambience in beautiful, quiet surroundings. The staff is accommodating and very friendly, without being pushy. The kitchen is absolute top class-also for vegetarians. From breakfast till for dinner each meal a pleasure. There is really something for everyone, whereas not only on delicious, but also healthy, vitaminreiche and regional fare importance. The spa is generous and lovingly designed, ideal, the soul 'dangle' you leave everyday stress behind you. For skiers offers the only about 1 kilometer away, ski area enough options. A free hotel bus with very nice drivers for return are provided. read more

The kindness and the rich offer of food, wellness, beauty parlour, and the room was excellent. In addition come still the proposals to the vielfähltigen selection of hikes, ski tours and children's programs. We are already looking forward to the next stay in the Alphotel Tyrol. read more
