For a short stay the hotel you can good take. The rooms are although small, but clean and comfortably furnished. Also the beds were comfortable and you had a pleasant sleep. The insulation was good, so that the movement of outside not heard. The breakfast buffet was all right. In the bar national league matches via sky shown. The hotel is in a very good location. From there you can easily on foot too many sights, shopping options or restaurants arrive. The Brandenburger Tor is located in a few hundred meters distance. If you further away must, directly always some ... taxis on the doorstep of the hotel. We never had to wait. Apart from that is also in direct nearby subway-station. Because we unfortunately a single room for 2 people got i can the size the actual double rooms not judge. We only had a shower hand towel to 2., which unfortunately also after the changing (there were visible 2 fith and 2 toothbrushes in the room) not changed.
At the front desk were unfortunately only trainees, the us unfortunately only moderately qualified information could. The spa area was closed for remodeling. The breakfast was but very good.
After a complaint, was the hotel management very cooperativ and offered us a more free night in the hotel at. read more

I am told by the four star hotel we'd hoped for more. The bathroom was not clean. On the toilet-glasses were strange stains.
The furniture in the room was not any more in good condition.
In my opinion true the value for money not.
The wide choice at the breakfast buffet is the only ray of hope. Although two to three times a year to Berlin go, I will not book this hotel again. read more

We travel every year several times to Berlin and book the various hotels. Years ago we were already once in the nh Berlin-Mitte. This time we were upgraded to a room on the 3rd floor. Although we have Thomas cook one of the new room should safeguard, was us this small room with poor facilities given. Our request with room to the inner courtyard but fulfilled. The bathroom had several cracked tiles, what in a hotel this category is not respectively then a other room price due would be. The fahrstuhlsituation was appalling. An important appointment you shouldn't have or ... better an approximate driving time of 15 minutes. Unfortunately we didn't the staircase found, because otherwise we could use. The check. In for us was strange. We should have a credit card, in case we get the idea would, from the mini bar to take. That was for us premiere. The breakfast was okay, but not outstanding. The chef-trainee was on waffelbacken and egg dishes ready somewhat overburdened. The tiefgaragengebühr of 20 Euro absolutely overpriced. If it is, will be the hotel not again. The last time we were in the park Inn on Alexanderplatz. The price was right, the service, the room and the breakfast but better. read more

Very good location to discover the town. Many sights within walking distance. Subway around the corner. Room to the inner courtyard couches really absolutely quiet. Air conditioning available (had a free upgrade : 3 bett-junior suite to the inner courtyard). Breakfast very expensive: per person 22,- per day. As in the nice bistros around the corner breakfast. The room service is good and thorough. Reception staff partly overburdened and unprofessional with complaints. Had to at check in almost 3 hours for our booked room wait. Then decided 'upgraded'. read more

A really good hotel in a central location. In 2 minutes one was at the subway-station town -middle and from there in a few minutes everywhere where there is something to see. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet offers everything that you need. Special orders like for instance oatmeal pur, weren't a problem.

Good NH-standard very good cleanliness in all areas. Comfortable beds and pillows. The front desk is almost always so well occupied, that hardly waiting times commitment. The service at the reception is experienced, but impersonal :, although I in the layout almost once a month in accurately this hotel I will definitely again asked, whether I have stayed in NH was... For Berlin standards quite solid-high price level. read more

Everything seemed very new and neat. Everything very tidy and clean. We had booked accommodation with breakfast.
A bar is and there in the hotel also conventions suppres is on request certainly lunch and dinner after previous arrangement offered-at least we noticed.
A bar is also available the late was open.
