The hotel is with 90% russians taken. Staff understands no German. An entertainment program in Russian. The behavior of the Russian guests is a catastrophe ( dining room, plates for crowded fully u.75% leave). Why is its, German vacations so what expected. read more

Positive: the broad and long beach gives the possibility, on the of the entertainment. Opposite page peace to find, also relaxation area with 2. beach bar. Great, relaxing holidays in the newly designed jacaranda hotel. Have already before a couple of years here vacation spend, as the complex not yet unmgebaut and separate was. Is much beautiful - especially also the rooms. The staff are very accommodating. Also always an ear to lend the manager umit. Also know it we earlier times-as he dazumals the kids club (still akteull with our daughter) with heart and soul has led, so it is now in his role as manager. Gladly again at any time and also recommendable. read more

Since my parents had in this hotel used, I also there vacation spend. As I had already several times in Turkey and certain expectations had, I had to say, the expectations not disappointed were. For me is always important, that the food is good. It was sunday For brunch there was nothing to moan about. We sleep in the morning gladly and always came very late breakfast. There was everything that you could wish for. Great. As at other vacations the staff were really great. They gave us the feeling, in good friends to stay. As the stories of my ... parents ja knew and the pictures seen was also the manager ( Ümit er) directly noticed. He was very often in the guests. My parents had with him a almost personal proportion. Without that he knew who I was, he treated me as a friend. Since some go on excursions wanted, walls me of him. Very detailed he gave me tips what we can do. I noticed, that the information were, the not everyone tourist gets. I was thrilled. The I told him, of course. Now I had a new friend. I can only say here I want again. Definitely. read more

Big hotel with a large facilities, lots of space. An area with a pool only for adults. German are minterheit 10% about, otherwise all east europeans were. The dining room extends over 6 rooms with different buffets. You didn't have a fixed table. , always had to search. The family room was great 2 large rooms with tv, 7 German programs. Evenings was not the matter, one could where and what the wahrs. No possibility the entertainment. For the kids there was something. Who your peace and not converse want, could go. read more

The area is very nice and tidy, it has 3 pools for swimming, 1 with slides, a shallow pool and a baby pool. It had 90% Russian guests, the but not negative noticeable. On end of our vacation increased the number of deuteschsprachigen guests. In the month September, it has many families with kleindinder /babies, in comparison to June where it many families with pre-school children has. read more

Very good quality and deserves to be a 5 stars hotel. because of good food i got 4 kilos in 1 weekD my children was crazy about mini club and also animation team, show were so good and funny, full of organizations and surprises. Very nice alakart restaurants and always smiley faces in hotel workers. we felt more comfortable than our home. We will recomment all our friends in cracow and for sure next year we will be there. animation manager mr umid is very proffesional and helpfull, thanks to him that he has perfect and proffesional team. we ... love you and see u next year. read more

It is a great complex, but nothing for German. There were three of us however under Russians. Animation, Writing, Gesamtansprache only in Russian. No possibility some Social contacts to socialize. I think it is a real mess, that its your tourist so criminals to justice, without any Warning. Our daughter is 17 and was certainly have fun on Bücherlesen and evening playing cards with their parents (ha, ha). I think it is good on vacation different nationalities to experience. But if I do like in this hotel want to experience, book I Russia. From the most beautiful weeks of the ... year is not much we could have stayed longer, well our Russian got better. That would be our objective, but rather a course at the Volkshochschule made. There was but also German speaking waiter and so we liked at least someone understood. Who for oneself would like to remain a nice hotel right next to the sea, for all other stay away. read more
