Who hotel with great service and so many hospitality looks for, is in this hotel in good hands. We have as a group a wonderful week In this hotel spend. The team was always make an effort all of our needs to fulfill. We have stayed lots of hotels jointly visited, but castel was great. The value for money was for the offered more than alright. (free shuttle service to the seiser almbahn, various themes during dinner, and a great Breakfast) The swimming pool with whirlpool was after a day in the snow a blessing. Very recommendable is also the ... hot tub on the roof terrace. (all year usable) read more

    The location is 2 minutes' walk from the center and very nice quiet. From the hotel one has a great view of the tyrolean mountains. Shops are 2 minutes away. If you are looking for a real shopping tour to make would like should to the 25 kilometer Away Bolzano drive.

We have in this hotel from the start felt very comfortable. You are the boss and daughter Very courteous. The courtesy is on the complete staff down. You have the feeling 'guest is king' throughout the stay. Location of the hotel is ideal, Hotel lies very quiet and is away from the main street and one reached quickly from the hotel the City center. Parking spaces are right at the house. We will if we again once a vacation in this area book in any case book again in this hotel. read more

Very well maintained building with tastefully equipped spacious rooms and suites. We had 3/4 -guest house booked - rich breakfast buffet with fresh products from fallhof and fresh fruit; varied afternoon tea; orders of courses in the evening anyway a dream. Guests were in middle age and from various countries. read more

    We had tower room-facilities as well as described, lovingly furnished and clean. Bathrobes, slippers, safe, tv, hair dryer, telephone, big balcony with a view on the mountains - we felt totally comfortable.

    Anyway very good breakfast buffet had additionally still a highlight: sparkling wine and salmon, breakfast with white sausage, etc. My husband raved about today of its freshly prepared scrambled eggs with bacon! To hikes and excursions we were happy daily on the afternoon snack with changing specialties. The dinner buffet with several courses you have experienced-all food very good quality, south tyrol kitchen, mediterranean influence, various issues such as Oswald-from -Wolkenstein-evenings and cheese buffet. Actually could the hotel alone already because of the kitchen a 5. star.

    The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Our waiter in our experience all wishes of the eyes! The rooms were always thoroughly cleaned. Especially it's worth mentioning that my husband during the stay birthday and you had these apparently at check in notes, on the day the table extra lovingly set, a small birthday cake baked and personally congratulated! This is what I call personal service!

    Fitness room, indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, lounge with different fun things to do for the children - everything available, altogether very clean and tidy. Very many hiking and excursions possible, the one with mrs rier may discuss. A absolute highlight the hot tub on the roof terrace - after a day wandering around it relaxation with a view of the mountains, the you have to have experienced this.

    The hotel lies just a bit above the city center of Kastelruth, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks are within less minutes to reach.. Pleasant too, that it was only close to of the hotel already hiking can begin. Bus stops for excursions to Bolzano, Brixen, etc. Are also within less minutes to reach.. The location is altogether great.

    The industrious kitchen staff bewitched us daily with a delicious three-quarters in Alanya guest house.: wöchendl impressive Begrüßungsaperitiv with Tyrolean live music of Joachim, Gala dinner, cheese buffet, dessert buffet, Knight friendly dinner. Mountain Pastures breakfast, proper breakfast, Champagne breakfast and so on from 16:00 until 5:00 P. M. there are homemade cakes, cakes and whirlpool, as well as cavalier-fine a hearty snack buffet and tea corner with over 30 types of tea. The dinner menu with at least 5 courses and various selection possibilities (a la carte) there are nothing to complain about.

    In quiet raised location only 5 minutes from the town. Free shuttle bus-service the ALM-gondola. After consultation with the driver pick-up is secured. at every day the week was a cultural event instead.

We can only recommend this hotel. We had a very friendly front desk. We had decided for a tower room. This is a very comfortable equipped and you had a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom is very spacious. The room was completely obscured by electrical rolos. The half board was more than enough in the form of a four-course menus. The menu can arrange one with different offers from the menu. The breakfast was very extensive and, on request, you got freshly prepared eggs of your choice. We would go back to this hotel jederzeitig. read more

Already the holiday booking was an experience. I had a coupon from eBay 2008 bid and then forgotten. In April 2010 is in the hands of me again fallen, the expiration date was June 2010. I have a question and a very nice answer, me but then again not reported. June fluttered beginning with a reminder email me into the house. As the front desk was attentive and friendly in the hotel and also the service during your stay. You really feel welcome as a guest. For our short stay we had booked a romantic room 'Sabine hunters'. These room ... are small, without balcony, North facing, but still very pleasant. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated. For our next stay we will book a larger room with balcony facing the south side. The kitchen is the other standard of the house. I especially want to make the massages. I have received in the hotel often not the usual TLC, but I am my back stiff after intensive work actually disposed of. Pleasant is also, that in the early time to your wishes-from the hotel to the cable car valley station SEISER ALM is brought. This service is included in the price. This house stands out from the many high-quality houses in South Tyrol by the natural friendliness out. read more

In this hotel we have felt us during our hiking holiday right. Stayed in the double room, the people, the view, the peace was great. The overall condition of the hotel, as well as the atmosphere and the service were outstanding. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is honest, of course, of food and drinks offered was excellent. Great were for us the food was found well below average. Taste, the us experienced diversity and especially in the Arrangement excellent and very impressive. This hotel is absolutely recommended. read more
