    Big room of about 26 square meters size with two huge twin beds. The furniture was convenient, but not plush. Fridge and safe available for a fee. Bathroom with tub and integr. Shower, sink, toilet and bidet. About 6 square meters.

    The pool was small, but fine, since very clean and always on 30 degrees. Plenty of showers. There are several good tennis courts and a beautiful mini golf area. The gym in the basement has seen better times. The animation was rather impersonal, but partly quite funny. Of course you have to but want to, then one gets fast contact to other guests. Too few umbrellas by the pool. Beach chairs were partly. Worn-out.

    Costa Calma stands in stark contrast to the rest of the Island. The place is a green area with palms and pine trees. The fine sandy beach is right in front of the hotel and is tiled stairs, but also with the hotel elevator Reach. Nearby there is three smaller shopping center, which on the other side of the street the best part is. The two other notable by much empty. The easy access to bus lines is good.

The hotel is rather a smaller hotel and that we may actually. What is disturbing, the lots of stairs if you problems with the go. The hotel (here only the hotel inside ) makes a clean impression. It was missing here a bit of love for decoration and plants in around around the hotel. It was for example on the first day our vacation at the stairway a large plant from the lifeguard out torn, because too big but the other cacti the in dire need of some tlc need it, as all the pots too small, were just so ... serene. In our opinion, here at the staff saved and we do not like. We had all-inclusive and the was okay and we could always something could pick what we reasonably tasted. We eventually discovered, that many eastern europeans in the hotel were. The average age circa 70. the hotel is for children anyway not really suitable and no animation, and playground available. read more

    The room is very large with 2 double beds. The tv would have to be urgently exchanged, because outdated and for the room way too small and a no fun to see. The air conditioning dripped on some days and the damage could not resolved.

    The restaurant was at both of our first days not really good. Several regular guests complained and it was then clearly better (perhaps also, because the director was there). The food would still have better. The italian evening, you should rather not do it, if you're not italian cooking can. The atmosphere would be in a room with daylight much better than in the basement.

    The pool is only a warm puddle and can't really be used for swimming (water depth of 60 to 130 centimeter). It lacks in dire need of a locker room (showers are available). You must be a floor below in the toilets and changing rooms in the sauna and this is a long way. The sauna we could not used, since the guests of taro here had priority, because their was broken. Entertainment you could forget. The entertainer, if he was there, was unenthusiastic and was glad, if none wanted to participate somewhere. The entertainment by subcontractors and the entertainers are temps.

A really good hotel, the four stars definitely deserves it. To be highlighted are the excellent location, the spacious room, and the friendliness of all the staff. If it is important: most of the staff spoke german. The beach is perfect. Chairs at the beach but very expensive, since they are not to the hotel include (12 Euro per day for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Internet access in the hotel (25 Euro per week wi-fi and the safe (ditto) are quite steep. Quite-although the atlantic was a bit with caution, in view of the very flat dropping sand ... beach also for non-swimmers or children. The cleanliness in all areas of the hotel is excellent. The food varies a bit. We were 8. days; there was not even a meat dish to all other days the food very good to excellent. The breakfast is, but how in almost all versus, a bit monotonous. Also the price of drinks are quite moderate. Most holiday-makers have however probably booked all inclusive, which then leads, that the place (without him only a retorts hotel city) in the evening dead is. The SBH Crystal Beach is right at the beach located in the tranquil resort of Costa Calma and has 178 rooms, of which 8 suites. Quasi every room offers sea views ( kaskadenbauweise ). It is already a bit dated, but is the general condition very good, for cleanliness is in general very well respected. Because of the construction there are lots of stairs and elevators, if you are not good on foot is should keep that in mind. At inclusive services one has the choice between half-board and all inclusive, the latter can i not recommend, since only lunch ... plus and the breakfast and during dinner so generously this appropriation is intended to cover, the lunch actually does not need. With the half-board are the beverages during dinner even to pay. In the evening there is a shallow, on older people laid out entertainment.     65 kilometer from the airport, direct in Costa Calma located, shopping and caterers directly in front of of the door, in the evening rather less busy, directly at the beach. A shame, it was once a very nice hotel. Unfortunately we had problems with our room. We have a room with a direct view of the sea booked (1-5 floor) got but unfortunately one on the 8 floor with partial megabyte. The level of the hotel sinks unfortunately, would this hotel only with breakfast book, but since it is a TUI hotel is, is this offer hardly come. We must therefore after a new domicile look elsewhere. By the car directly from airport we are always mobile. Unfortunately. A well led and - unfortunately - the german retirees well adjusted hotel with excellent service and extremely friendly staff. The rooms would new painting well stand-finally blood stains on the wall from the probably during the last wärmeperioden beaten mosquitoes not to everyone's taste. The 'view of the sea' with the type of '1' applies only with easy restrictions but also here is the front desk hard, the ideal and the best room to offer. The dining room is windowless and is despite most friendly serving staff a bit of a tomb. The excellent buffet is however a pleasant ... compensation. read more

We have until yesterday our jahreurlaub there. The hotel was great, the pool heated, the food was good, could be a bit more diverse, But for us it was ok! The staff are very friendly, at the front desk, as well as at the bar and in the kitchen. The room was always clean and the friendliness of the staff was perfect. The animations with Martin were the best i have met have. We were very satisfied and we would love go back to revert. read more

We were at the hotel for 15 days. Actually everything ok. But €22.50 per week for the safe we found a bit expensive. It was annoying that really the all of the beach chairs already before breakfast were full. read more

A week's swimming vacation was relaxing. The food was always good and sufficient choice. Friendly staff. For one week to hang out definitely recommendable. The only problem too few loungers by the pool- actually should not be reserved, but some platzhirsche (zig stay behind) behaved like owner the right to a traditional couch could have been. Sea and beach over lots of stairs reachable, baden in the sea was dreamlike, beautiful feinsandiger bright beach. read more

The hotel has a very nice beach area. Very convenient, the transfer of lunch of of the pool bar in the restaurant had. The quality of the dishes and the choice is therefore been improved considerably. It was in the spring a point of criticism now fixed is. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. Small complaints were taken care of immediately. Merely the winding entrances to the rooms and the lack of daylight in the dining room needs getting used to. This is however due to the hillside location partially. The safe must however be paid separately. ... We had very nice day of vacation and become surely again come back! read more

A very relaxing vacation in a very clean hotel with very friendly staff, always focused on the wellbeing of the guests is, and beautiful rooms. We didn't like the German guests, the-contrary to the hotel! - the chairs by the pool already at 8 o'clock reserved and food and drinks from the restaurant have taken. The must not be really like that! There is for the whole day the possibility, food and drinks to get. When booking you should only ensure that you no room along the narrow cul-de-sac get, where the is tricky to get to. And the garbage ... container are. It is very noisy! We had the first night so a room, however on the next day we have at the front desk auditioned and a very nice forward to the beach received - without any problems and very accommodating treated! We were for the first time in this hotel, however definitely not the last time! read more

    The rooms are huge. The beds ( 2 piece) huge ever 140 times 2 meters mattresses etc. Clean. Tv as usual-was enough for us. Decor has arrived - especially many clothes hangers available and the closet large. The bathroom also large. Air conditioning was a little weak-as it was very warm. But after the cleaning the room always a map put left so it was very pleasant if we against evening came. And above all it was very clean, everywhere. US is no insects met, neither in the hotel yet in the room. The rooms were cleaned daily - so clean rooms we had not in Jandia or otherwise where.

    There is a main restaurant and a small-but only for the late riser breakfast. Which by the way was small but sufficient. We have mainly used. There was for breakfast always sparkling wine and the whole day until night. The bar was also very good - especially the service and the staff. Already in the morning you were greeted friendly and served. Only the furnishing - tables and chairs were somewhat uncomfortable-but at the bar one had great sat. The food was in the whole 2 weeks of our stay great. If you like fish eat - is in the right place there. We were already in many hotels - but here it was the best. There was food typical of the country, Italy. And every week a spanish evening. And above all - everything always clean. There was nothing on the floor and so on it was always immediately swept. Amongst others also from the waiter.

    The staff are very friendly, the service excellent. At the cleaning of the rooms is nothing to complain about. Since we didn't complaints had we not comment. But one has only heard good things about them. The doctor nearby was very friendly and, my husband helped.

    The entertainment was good - not pushy. Martin is really great. Sporting activities we didn't use. There was also always enough chairs. No so large liegenbelegen as someplace else. One has noon always still got a beach chair. Since we did not ' wassergänger ' are we can the beach and so on not say much, we walked a lot and so on by the pool, it was almost always quiet. Some loungers have some weights suffered. Especially very good was, that the sun screens feast installed were. We had at the beach section observed, as a other guest the sun screen ' of other stolen. Has a large theater given. Something was by the pool miss-it was no dressing available, in addition you had to always a floor go deeper.

    The hotel is right at the beach. Shopping malls are nearby- entertainment outside from the hotel we were looking for. From Costa Calma you can really cozy with the regular bus over the island go - for little money.

The only thing which about this hotel to bemängelnhabe, is, that some rooms ( I had room 816) no loungers on the big balcony have. On demand at the front desk I was told, that only the rooms to 4th floor loungers on the balcony could have been. Apart from that everything was great read more

Medium-sized complex in in need of renovation state. On the surface everything ok, but woe if you look closer. You'll see everywhere the plaster crumble, chipped and not replaced tiles in the pool area, difficult areas (around the pflanzenkübel at the balustrade) are not at all cleaned. Everywhere cracks in the tiles, in the room are schmutzstreifen everywhere on the walls, and in the bathroom crumble the joints. On the first glance clean-I know, as the room -service the tiles cleans: 1 mop for all rooms, not with water and cleaned, but with all room with a undefinable liquid only ... slightly damp sprayed is. And after the motto the whole floor cleaned. Barefoot you should therefore be room to possibility do not enter. I had booked all inclusive, and understands it here under all inclusive and a four-star hotel: Safe costs 22,50 Euro for one week plus 10 Euro deposit Internet costs 25,- Euro for one week or 7 Euro per day; wi-fi front desk only in the lobby; I had with my room lucky and a sufficient front desk; but I had to noise from the reception take in purchase. A disaster, coffee machine broken, only moderate' cocktails' or what the barmaid including understands. Only saving grace: double espresso in of the pool bar tastes somewhat like a decent cup coffee from a machine. Parking spaces 10 piece ( but probably also employees be used), which of course by far not enough. Car had a good piece far away on the road will be turned off.     Very spacious room, large bathroom, big balcony with clothes pole Air conditioning absolutely too weak, not laid out for such a large room or from cost reasons throttled. There was a little cold air, but because of the fact, that electricity only with inserted key card works, it will in the room never pleasant. And at night turn probably the complex entirely, because is in the morning the room completely hot. I complained, but could help or you do not really want to create. Mini bar in the room not filled, only empty fridge. Oh well, at least you could the beverages from the supermarket cool... The shower made a rotten impression, although the rooms and bathrooms probably only recently renovated. That means discolored and scruffy joints. Stopper for the bathtub was missing and was not replaced, despite my request. Tiny crt! I only not at all turned on.

    Sometimes ran the chef was on top form on, to other times the dishes were just below ground. Never gewürzt, but that didn't bother us. Fish there were almost always, but mostly cod. A bit more variation would have been nice. For breakfast one must coffee yourself, which not a problem would be, would be enough coffee machines available. The lines at the two, the worked, was endless, and everyone then at least 4 times down-I have from second day on coffee for breakfast and my koffeindosis rather in the form of a tin Cola from the supermarket opposite in/out privileges. Meal times for my needs unacceptable. Breakfast only starting from 8, lunch only from 13 H, dinner from o'clock and in between was no snack-bar or similar that means if the lunch after a trip missed, they must wait until o'clock for dinner. On my first day I mistake and am too late for dinner gone (20:15)-I afterwards never happened, because many tapas were from (there were actually only still green salad, olives and pickles from the mainland), and the warm food bummed before itself. So promptly at 6 with the pensioners to the best places fighten...

    Despite tip more bad than good. Perhaps yes traveling alone not so gladly seen? Merely the ladies in of the pool bar and a certain waitress in the dining room form A exception.     The location is the big plus this hotel; it is an incredibly beautiful beach; the bay is about 1 kilometer long, and you can prima walk. By a lift you can (almost) on the ground floor to the beach, only a short walk on foot through the dunes, then this is for you at the water front. The sand was yellow and very fine, the sea clean. At the beach you can loungers rent: 1 umbrella + 1 liege= 8 Euro is actually ok, and I have 1 day out. The noise level at the beach was however so unbearable, that I A quiet space by the pool of the hotel preferred and from there always to the beach am. Opposite a small shopping center. You will however just-pressed, if you just go to a few things looks. Airport about 75 kilometer far away. Excursions I with my hired car even do anything. Worth seeing definitely cofete. Am around 8 in the morning we went on our trip and had the dreamlike beach for me alone. ajuy is great, and a drive through the mountains also worth it. Best 1 time the whole island explore, is not far.
