A cheap motel (78 $ for 2 people/night) nearby a main street. In the rooms is however no traffic noise. Nearby there is some restaurants and shops, the room was big and equipped with everything, what you needed (tv, microwave, wi-fi). We have only one night there and from there to Key West broken into, but very satisfied. The breakfast was in comparison to the other hotels and motels quite good, but just continental, as almost everywhere. read more

The hotel is excellent for transit purposes to the keys. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast sparse, but for us a hotel of this standard, one of the better! We were there twice. The 2. stay we booked, because the first liked a lot! Also good location to continue our journey to the Everglades or to Orlando airport. We were satisfied and the price was unbeatable ☺! read more

On the way in everglades we have here one night spend. Direct in Florida city, several restaurants to reach on foot. Very friendly staff. The rooms were very large, furnished nicely, everything very clean. Small but fine pool which we didn't make use of. Large flat screen tv, safe, mini bar and handle station available.
Breakfast included in the price, and it was more than just a continental breakfast, very large selection, even with scrambled egg, serve waffle station, selection of fruit. Really very good.
Value for money really more than good! Definitely recommendable. read more

At the start of this year 'Florida-week', we have this time the travelodge in Homestead on our road to key West elective. The motel is located, set back slightly, right on the main street to key West, about an hour's drive south of fort lauderdale, respectively 30 minutes south Miami.
Check in went very friendly and fast. At the front desk there were the free flyer for the recreation in the area. Typical 1 story motel with parking spaces directly in front of the entrance door. The continental breakfast was inclusive and a small pool invited to the refreshing. In ... the room there was a fridge and a large flat screen tv. Coffee machine included pads were also available. For 52 Euro/ room night as a stopover recommendable. read more

We were there 2 nights remained around from there in the Everglades national park and the airboat tour. The location was perfect for it. The employees were all very friendly and enjoyed in advance the rooms shown and could us a choice.
The breakfast was in the price with inside and the was very reasonable.
Price-performance is okay absolutely.
Rooms were clean and even had fridge and coffee machine.
In the area were some restaurants ( however little far to on foot to run) and that we guests in the motel were in many up to 20% discount. read more

We were just one night in the hotel and E OK! The lady at the reception was rather with your cell phone and the cleaning staff busy, as for the guests to care and to the question, where you can get a tour in Everglades can book, it is only in the stutter come. It is a typical american motel. The rooms were relatively large, clean and comfortable newly renovated. The night has (with advance bookings from Germany) American Dollar 58.64 plus tax American Dollar 7.62 cost. Friends stayed at a spontaneous booking site American Dollar 67, -plus tax paid. read more

The value for money was very good. A standard motel. The location of the motels on the 1 is ideal, both Miami, as well as other touristic objectives in the area to visit. At the service and the cleanliness there was nothing to moan about. Even an arrival at o'clock mornings wasn't a problem. read more

The hand towels were musty and the bed not to be comfortable clean, but OK for the price! Super express internet! The location is nothing on in the evenings, only nearly food chains! For Everglades but the best! read more

We had the Travelodge during our round trip by Florida as a stopover for Everglades booked.
The hotel is clean, tidy and has great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave good tipps for excursions. Included in the price was a simple continental breakfast. read more

For until two nights suitable. Sufficient breakfast, very badly soundproofed, parking directly in front of rooms, decor only functional, no table, just a sofa. Very good, the hotel complete with movement detector and alarm system is supervised. If you when checking in already know would, you could perhaps better sleep and would in the early morning don't be, if you walk out the door, and then the alarm clock so that event. The motel is for 1a 2 nights and as a starting point for the everglades great. The area is very, very beautiful and also very neat and clean, as well as the pool is also heated. (had a rainy day and it was very cool ). The rooms are clean, had 2 single beds King size and they were very comfortable. The bathroom is also in terms of size completely reasonable. read more

As a starting point for excursions into the area suitable. The rooms are convenient and clean. Shower and toilet are extra - Sink is located outside in a kind of alcove-adjacent to the room. We had two double beds - very big with lots of pillows -. The mattresses are not more the best but it was enough. Rooms were cleaned every day, the towels every day changed. The hotel is no three stars-star -hotel but if you just sleep and freshen up wants to, is there really good repealed. The breakfast needs getting used to. I can the breakfast ... only to our taste judge but we found it not so great. Coffee was rather hot water with the touch of a kaffeebohne, Eimasse (around and frozen) and burgers to warming up in the microwave, Sandwichkäse, caper cheese and jams, cereals and then toast and bagel. A few sweet things stood next to it. Plastic plates and plates. With the plastic knives one hardly the butter on the bread-) but that doesn't matter - nearby there are Starbucks and Walmart!
In short: well situated hotel directly on the street, in the best way suitably around in the everglades and to Key West or in the other direction to drive. The rental car on the doorstep be parked and parking have cameras and well-lit. The hotel suitable as a springboard, is however for a longer-term vacation not suitable. read more

In April we were in this hotel for one night. For a stopover on the way to Key West or to the everglades the hotel is very well situated, from here it goes directly to the keys. In a few minutes' drive from outlet center you have the possibility to, extensive and cheap shop to go. Nearby has it each quantity fast food restaurants.
The rooms are ground floor, the car can directly before be parked. It is everything you need is available, for one night it was in any case reasonable. In the room is free Wi-Fi available.
We ... would the hotel and the town in any case for a short stay recommend! read more
