The house is in a building the earlier by the dgb used what you were in the stairway and on the aufzugen can see... It has 7 floors with rooms calm inner courtyard or from the front the underground railway line where of course every few minutes a train comes past. I found the building as clean and attractive also the room was okay...

Gladly anytime again. A little simply furnished, but clean, all very friendly, breakfast very nice, environment fits, everything is close by. It is really a bit spartan-looking in the stairwell, but otherwise everything was great! And for the price, great!
People Hilton or similar expensive expected equipment, are simply different $$ $$ $hotel ☺

The hotel is really very run down and is in a rather poor condition. Very worn carpets on the rooms, the very small bathroom was unacceptable! Mold in the joints, partly broken tiles. Very dingy. On arrival was missing in the lamps pears or broken. For the reasonable rate of the average 40 €there are still clearly better hotels in Berlin.
The subway goes directly in front of the window, if you after 10:00 p. m. a view from the window, one can even the prostitutes on the search for their suitors watch. So much about the location!

A cheap hotel, however therefor the shower with cracks and the holder the shower defect. The tv is as big as a computer monitor and there were cigarette burns in the curtain, but cheap as mentioned. read more

The room was sufficient. The bathroom was very small. The sanitary plants had so its flaws. The flushing from the toilet has independently and the joints in the shower were already badly with mold infested. The mounting plate of the showering head was unfortunately also broken. Cleanliness was okay.
The reception staff were very friendly.
That however very dissapointed has, the breakfast was. We came into the hall and far and wide was not tidy table to behold. On nearly every table was the dirty table-ware of the predecessor and there was none nearby, the cleared could have been. To ... a couple of minutes we have a clean cover at a larger table discovered.
We were not asked, whether we coffee and nobody was nearby, in which we would have which can be ordered. The variety at the buffet was rather poor, kiwis and only fruit and so on. Food, the were empty, were not refilled.
Altogether the breakfast was a let down. Unfortunately.
As in short: very central hotel and quite cheap. Breakfast i would not again to book. Then better for the same amount outside delicious breakfast! read more

Am completely contented. Everything was clean, everything worked, no noise.
Lcd tv with lots of programs and good beds.
Had from the 6. floor a nice view to bülowstraße and nevertheless no noise from the street thanks to good isolated window. Shower bath/toilet was a bit small side.
To eat i cannot say anything, as i room only had booked.
Varied entertainment- and shops in the immediate vicinity and train station bülowstraße in only 75 meters distance. read more

For a city trip is this hotel ideally located. With the two subway lines within a short distance and the various bus connections opposite the hotel is you quickly and cheaply (day pass!) In the center or at the sights. My room was the inner courtyard and absolutely quiet. In the neighborhood there are several turkish shops /restaurants and several supermarkets within walking distance. The value for money is in my opinion unbeatable! We have only for sleeping in the hotel and it was definitely. The staff were super friendly and in a good mood. The breakfast something for everyone! In the room were on the carpet a few stains and the bed sheet had one to two holes, which we however not bother us. Our room was direction lateral road and there was a construction site. However in the closed window hardly heard and at night as well we slept great. The bathroom was really very small, but to shower, pee and ready it for the 3 days in any case enough! ... And it was also very clean, no mold or dirt! The hotel had a great location to the subway-station and places to eat. There is everything that you could want. As soon as it got dark, run also a few ' easily held women' on the street rum. However they are not pushy. Couples and families need so no thoughts-)
All together we found the hotel and his location great! We would book again-) read more

The hotel alda is located directly at the metro line u2 and the next stop is only 500 meters away. Thus one comes very fast to all parts Berlin since in addition also still some bus lines in the immediate area trails. If it disturbs the in the evening and nighttime hours some women their services (unobtrusive) should offer this however before arrival consider.
In terms of the atmosphere is the building nothing special, plain and simple but clean and in good condition. The own car you can for 5€ per day at the hotel's own parking in the closed ... inner courtyard parking.
All of the staff at the hotel is its guests hard and always friendly. The cleaning of the rooms was also always to our satisfaction.
We had a double room comfort room, which was to the eastside to the inner courtyard and thus noise from the street at all no topic was. The room is large enough and could also have a 3. person be used as a full bed nor available confessed would be. Equipped with a small lcd tv, safe, plenty of outlets for various equipment-) a closet with plenty of space for a weekend break and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The size the bathroom I would 'ultra-compact' designate (about 1.2 times 2,5 meters) this is certainly the limit but it works. To the cleanliness of the room I can only positive things to say: also under the bed and in the corners everything was clean, the joints in the bathroom, not yet old and accordingly know radiant.
Culinary there was only breakfast buffet and this makes a full even if the selection was well arranged and for me in the category standard falls.
In summary, we were with the Hotel Aldea satisfied and above all the value for money is very good. Especially for a single/ couples or freundeausflug to Berlin the hotel offers everything you need. read more

For a reasonable price a tidy hotel.
Our room had a very peaceful location, not to the roadside out.
The bed was more than fine and except for the small bathroom the hotel is recommendable.
A rich breakfast buffet for only 7,50 Euro per person also right in the morning additionally book, if you want to.
A luggage storage can one before, and after a - respectively Checkout use.
In short: who good and cheap want to travel, central in Berlin spend a holiday would like, is in the hotel in good hands. read more

The hotel Aldea Novum centrally located in Berlin between Kurfürstendamm and potsdamerplatz.
The hotel has altogether 218 room, is older construction and makes a clean impression.
It has a parking space in the courtyard, the underground car park was while we were there just renovated.
Breakfast can be booked for 7,50 Euro p. person, half board does not exist.
