Very great wellness resort, with new reifenrutsche upgraded also for adults with great fun factor(never seen in a wellness hotel), new restaurant area, wellness -sauna area great, We love these warm, large jacuzzi with fireplace outside! New fitness room with very friendly trainer. Skiing instructor over hotel bookable with pick-up from the hotel, we were satisfied all around, the kitchen is super 2 +, if the a 1 would have, it would be this hotel never more to exceed! Very good wellnesshotel - the audience international in the past. What room and spa is you feel immediately very comfortable. Service and competence in the bar area was like already with our last stay unfortunately disappointing. The bar prices are extremely high. We had a relaxed vacation looking forward to it, but had to on some things upset. We had booked all inclusive, that for one week a proud price over 4000 Euro cost has. (with two small children!). In spite of this we had to use the soft drinks at the table pay and also the mini bar (that would perhaps still representable been ), as well as the bottle of water in the room (proud 6,50 Euro) were not included. A very nice and friendly hotel the seine earned five stars has. We spend again and again dreamlike days in this wonderful resort. The gastronomy is erforagend and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The new cultivation and the alpin lodge suites are a dream, as the spa area. We can only recommend this hotel.
