The hotel seems to be newly renovated and is as clean as can be. The interior is very contemporary. The food is one of the best we have experienced in a vacation hotel. The staff is very friendly. Only recommendation would be booking a suite when traveling with kids. read more

The hotel is about 200 meters away from the beach on the road. To the beach one arrives over stairs.
We liked the hotel, only the room not. The bathroom has a large slice of,
Luckily with blinds, to the room %blank%. Without this blinds has free views of the bathtub and
Toilet. The balcony is so narrow, that one, if one manouver wants, the belly draw in must.
To mention is, that the transport links by bus very good and cheap. read more

Very well maintained hotel, staff friendly and accommodating, everything perfect in every way.
Individual wishes are satisfactory met.
Good location of the hotel. Nice restaurant. You can really relax.
Only point of criticism was the spa. Swimming pool was okay, however the sauna, the jacuzzi and steam room were a bit neglected and very much outdated and in need of renovation. read more

Overall, we were the hotel good, especially the good service, the taste of the dishes and the general cleanliness. The pool area was during our stay in the pre-season always enough chairs free.
What we absolutely not pleased, were the room and the balcony. %blank% in terms of size (maximum size 12-13 square meter, bathroom about 1.60*1,60 metres, balcony maximum 80 centimeter wide ), as well as the furniture (cheap, partially damaged furniture) were the rooms 201 and 205 in no way a 4 star standard, despite sea view.
Also the location between two roads and a little ... bit out of town agia napas was not optimal. On the other hand, can the in the high season also be an advantage. At least we directly at a nice hiking trail to cap greco. The available shops and tavernas not nearby were, like at the travel time was.
Overall the hotel we can because of the services and the good buffets recommend, if you are on a high bad room admit wants. read more

We had a very nice vacation on Cyprus, the hotel was for us optimally. One must consider however, that the season only in april starts, and therefore most of the shops and restaurants in the area were still closed. This year were also unfortunately lots of construction works around the hotel, since everything was renovated and restored for the season. Nevertheless, we have our vacation enjoyed it to the fullest. read more

The hotel you can only the best recommend it, it is decorated up to date and clean. The staff is in general very friendly and helpful. The food is very good, in the morning there was a buffet with rich food, in the evenings you got it serves, as main course there was 4 different foods, in advance, of course, there were salad and soup (otherwise in the evening buffet, but since only a couple people in the hotel were was the food served). At this time the hotel was nice and quiet. The weather was very good, sunshine about ... 25 degrees. read more

A week pure sun with 25 °c and the november. The Hotel Napa Mermaid has all fulfilled our expectations or even surpassed. Pleasant staff, excellent food (despite buffet) and a very nice decor in the lobby, bar and so on were convincing. The rooms are fine, the bathroom a bit small but perfectly acceptable. The bay only 100 meters distance is very nice and the water extremely clean and clear. Unfortunately were in the pure resort shortly before end of the season almost all the shutters closed. All together the napa mermaid without restriction recommendable. read more

Pleasant and calm location and in comparison to other hotels in the tourist area of ayia napa a highlight. The rooms are all with a balcony equipped and clean. The staff is accommodating and always have been nice. Half board is worthwhile, since much of the day. The hotel is its stars and offers a variety of recreation and relaxation. We were thrilled! read more

The hotel is altogether fully recommendable. The food was good and sufficient. For breakfast I missed only fresh fruits. There were only small floury apples, pears, kiwis and green bananas. Otherwise fruit from the can. The cafe /Cappuccino and the fresh bread were excellent!
The beach is about 200 meters away. However for walks on the beach too short (the port at the end was about minutes away). Now in November the sun was already after 16 o'clock under and the loungers were too many winterproof. The prices like everywhere each 7,50 Euro for 2 loungers and a umbrella. ... It was at the beach nice and quiet. I could imagine, that it in the summer very crowded and cramped. The bay is short and narrow. There is no fallback procedures. Unless you have a car or want daily with the crowded bus go. Altogether is the beach rather neglected. Here does not exist like Mallorca cleaning car. So many rock in the first field right on the hotel. Otherwise many dumps and other trash. Nearby the toilets stank it now very U.
The arrival was because of the stops in Athens very stressful and not recommendable. Please on continuous flights eighth! In the town were now very lots of restaurants, shops and hotels closed for the winter. From December the place was deserted. There is almost exclusively souvenir and knick- schnackläden. Good quality and reasonably priced very questionable! The cocktails were often overpriced, small and watery. Somewhat typically greek was not to be recognized. Many british people and russians. Due to the current political situation are not all greeks positive on German tourist to speak.
For me a beach vacation as in every better hotel in Spain. Only advantage, the water and the air temperature was in the November really still nice and warm (25 degrees water,28 degrees air ) and the sea was perfect clear-) since I really like to at the beach run, I would Fuerteventura but again and again prefer. A week Cyprus was more than adequate.
In short: it was nice, I have seen it once, but it didn't keep me lasting impressed. There will probably be no repetition give. read more

It is a stylish, cozy hotel in immediate the beach. Wonderful beach and sea. The hotel staff are very friendly and the food is really good and delicious. Wide selection of dishes ( salads and warm). The size of the hotel room was ok, however the bathroom was without window respectively only with a glass pane to the hotel room separately, for something privacy therefore a bit difficult. But one can be overlooked.
In the November it is however in the town was already very quiet, lots of restaurants and hotels have already closed. There were many older tourist and ... less families with children present, which I found very pleasant.
What in the hotel missing, would be a small or larger park, in which you after the beach can hang out. In the pool we were not once, since the sea there really wonderful is (1 to 2 minutes on foot).
For inquiries the island offers itself in any case a rental car at, price but are ok.
In short: beautiful stylish hotel with nice staff and delicious versatile food! read more

Nice renovated hotel with unfortunately very small standard rooms. Helped only against high extra charge the changes in a beautiful junior suite. Apart from that, the hotel is very well-kept with excellent service in all hotel areas (dining room, bar, front desk, pool)
Urgently updated belongs the spa area in the basement with fitness center, the gründerjahren of the hotel building was built. read more

The hotel has approximately 120 rooms. There are standard, small and large suites, and some bungalows. The hotel is very clean and all rooms,, lobby, bar, restaurant are newly furnished and make a very bright, friendly impression. There was breakfast and half board were offered. Free internet access is in the room offered, in the hall is possible computer's for a fee to use. Guests were amongst others two young families with a toddler, young couples, middle ages, as well as pensioners in the hotel represented. It was mainly german and some dutch and greek guests. read more

The hotel is clean and very well maintained, the standard rooms are a bit small. Also the balcony is included in the standard area not very big.
Otherwise the ideal location, from the daily stress to take.
Best time at wich resvrtn was made: october to early november, the water has 24 degrees and the weather is ok.
In the summer very strong posted by travellers from the east. read more

There the standard room relatively small is, we after 3 days in a junior-suite were changed. This has been very worthwhile, because the suites are very nice, tastefully and generously designed.
Especially worth mentioning is the very helpful and friendly staff. This takes time for a conversation and also has a great sense of humor.
