The hotel, the ski area and especially the ski huts offer all around good value for money. Everywhere very friendly staff, no large al la rampa-zampa and therefore very recommendable for families. read more

We were for the 2. time in this hotel. The first time however amongst others management. Compared to the first time, we were now the food very dissapointed. It has in no way a star hotel met. The food was carelessly displayed and had the quality of finished products. The verwöhn-three-quarter-pension was a joke. There was every lunch only noodles and tomato sauce! read more

It was a ' completely ' successful vacation. The hotel is very centrally located directly at the gondola (including ski and toboggan hire). The food was very tasty, the kids buffet varied (but almost every day with the ' kinderwichtigen' fries). Especially we would like to but again in riadh and his team for the really warm and very a pleasant service thank you. Our kids still talk about the delicious (and healthy ☺ childrens cocktail... We were very comfortable. Thank you very much and until the next time! read more

In the hotel meran2000 was excellent accommodation with the schschönen view of the alpenbergketten, the immediate vicinity of the aufsteigens to the cableway, in the pistenareal and perfect hinterland of the hotel with the offers at the relaxation and mainly with warm pool with the views of the wintergegend. The apartment with the balcony offers a really great show to the alpengebirge.
Never were problems with the cleanup or furnishing of the rooms. In any requirements for services or for questions and requests for advice we met always the willing, love and accommodating action from all staff.
It is necessary ... the high level of dining to mention for breakfast with the broad the offer for drinks and food, everyone could after its habit and taste select. The dinner was a cause of ' serious' decisions, but in the culinary experienced always led. Especially main courses (the choice of three offered) and the desserts were excellent. The choice of wines' actions were just amazing.
The whole stay they impressed me unforgettable. read more

In january we had for the 4. time spend our vacation in this hotel. As so far, us especially the area, close proximity to slopes and the excellent dining convinced. The car stands at the time only in the garage, you can directly from the hotel hiking and the ski slope ends directly in front of the ski cellar. The italian slopes and huts are exemplary and a pleasure. However the hotel has in our opinion in the last few years neglected. It was very noisy at night by a polish group. The rooms were not so thoroughly cleaned. And ... our daughter was very sad, that the two nannies during the entire week not a evening on the german children could prepare. A very lovely vacation, the unfortunately somewhat marred. read more

Christmas vacation in a great hotel and beautiful surroundings - hotel right next to the valley station of the orbit on 1600 meters-short paths-no traffic and bustle as in no major prestigious winterdestinationen. Ski area with wandermöglichkeit and skiing to 2360 metres (yert kuhleiten ). The hotel facilities leaves nothing to the imagination. The service team at riadh is very friendly and hard-working.
The accommodation in the junior suite (106) was spacious and bright. The gala dinner on 24 december was his name and the breakfast buffet is properly stocked. In summary, a pleasant stay in a good falkensteiner hotel ... in a beautiful location. read more

A wonderful hotel with middle large wellness area and beautiful indoor pool. Our highlight was the great (evening-) food, the were very impressed. Only alone the mittagssnack disappointed. Here we are small buffet with a small selection of soups/snack /salad stayed. In the Meran 2000 gave it after demand noodles with unseasoned tomato sauce or salad for children served. The consumption was then on the bar tables, which with small children virtually impossible. Probably the thin guest list 'debt' that, that no small lunch buffet with normal seating possibility opened. Unfortunately - because all together - ambience - very friendly ... staff - hotel location and cuisine are actually very recommendable. read more

It was a great vacation, with very friendly staff, with good food, in a pleasant atmosphere, in a hotel the top-location to the skiing area Meran 2000 has. Exit to the hotel possible.
Guests from Italy, Germany and a few Poland.
Small nice spa; good daily wechselende spa offers, since family hotel is the pool off course the children, big room with a small kitchen.
Nice kids area, with entertainment but the teen rooms are badly in need of updating. read more

As always great vacation in Meran, close proximity to elevator is priceless. But also for me as nichtskifaherin offers the spa area pure relaxation, in the morning or early afternoon, you the pool for oneself and Victoria in the beauty section also has appointments free. View from the room is beautiful, but i am also of the opinion, that some upholstery time again covered include.
Breakfast and dinner were very good, the choice is really varied. A bit more staff at the hotel would be optimal, room in hotel riadh and Gabor served us but extremely friendly and attentive read more

With the hotel itself and the staff we were very satisfied. We also wanted to definitely return. Only leave one may in the hotel nothing, indeed own fault, but this is way, even if you just a day afterwards calls. I forget hall cupboard to empty. Ski goggles, gloves, hats, everything not any more detectable, that can not be. Me very dissapointed. read more

For a time out with a child great - evenings no parties and no busy streets nearby. The director was flexible, competent and ready to help - the staff are very friendly with children! Evenings there was a extra children's buffet, but special requests ( for example stewed dishes) were not a problem at all. The food was very tasty and the service very attentive (the menu result was the esstempo of the child respected). Baby phone, provision for a high chair for the apartment weren't a problem and the kitchenette was very convenient. In the bathroom there was next ... to a normal a baby bath tub. read more

Lovely hotel with wonderful possibilities for hiking. Spacious and very clean rooms. The wellness area is with 2 saunas and a turkish not very big. Unfortunately could the kitchen the other ambience can't compete. Too few seasoned food and unfortunately also too few variety in the kitchen. All together can this hotel with the other falkensteiner hotels in South Tyrol can't compete. read more

The hotel is for hiking and winter sports as created and is located in a peaceful area. The mountain railway is merely a few meters from the hotel away, but also on foot is in the summer the hiking in the near future reachable. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. read more
