I have been there the 3 time and i like this Hotel. I dont know why so much peopel write bad thinks about it. The staff is rearly friendly. If you nedd something or you have a Problem the try to make the best to Help you.The rooms and the rest of the Hotel is very clean. The Food is good, everyone can find what you like. The Best is the Animationteam Joe and Sabry. If you see Joe to make is job you see that he love to do it. And Sabry is the best DJ. I hope ... on my next Holyday to see them again. A beautiful vacation to easing, here and there defiziete as everywhere in the preiskaterogie. All in all except the non-credited information (they did not use it) the hotel is definitely in the months ahead our erachtensmpfehlen in which i have once there was (march, november, december), this is my present judgment but not affected. The a bit aged hotel never has 5 stars! We booked our room after talking with the front desk in a somewhat better exchanged. This went without problems. The front desk was even always very friendly, which in Tunisia after our experience (7 time) is unusual. Also the service staff was extremely friendly! We have the bar avoided like the plague, as the bartender during our first contact so unfriendly and impudently was, that the desire aut more visits has passed. Very loud was also the entertainment until 11:00 p. m. on a stage directly under our balcony (each ... night) - the many russians certainly enjoyed it! Very unsettling was also a suicide bomber in a hotel (or on the beach in front of it) in the vicinity, but the security guard there, the offender not to hotel left a medal awarded to. Bewertung lesen

    To the sandy beach steep stairs down, not good for the handicapped to airport only about 30 kilometer but the sammelbus is almost 1.5 hours - better with a taxi costs about 30-35 dinar = 15-17 euro - the quicker - excursions were offered in the hotel-with its passierts not pick up and is also not cheaper or better than the one in the hotel shopping is okay - and the public. There were for lunch and supper always 3 different sorts meat and 1 sort fish. There were vegetables, potatoes, rice and noodles of various kinds and a tunisian court. ... A large salad buffet and cakes of different sorts, a ice bar. Furthermore, there was a cook that a fresh meat dish and pizza which produced. If people of this food complain about, you should not travel abroad, there is now something different cooked. In october were still very much russians in the hotel with a little (but known) strange bad eating manners. Later came dutch, british, german, mostly older. Me personally the volume of the entertainment at night. If you sea bay get to midnight loud music and the announcements are and so on. With a microphone with, bay you without side of the sea you had the joy the disco, the until 4 in the morning o'clock opened. When leaving, loudly discussed, the cars and taxis honking and so on.     Beautiful area, directly on the beach, shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to sousse and other places. Taxis are very cheap, there is also a small train.

A very nice grounds, the about the flaws in the hotel not wegtröstet. A dirty, partly stromloses rooms in the towels luxury mean (were from 9:30 a. m. until 4:00 p. m. way) then you had damp towels. The restaurant was very dirty, clean tablecloths and cutlery scarce, only after multiple complaints a little bit better. Unfriendly the male receptionist. This hotel has seen much better days. Staff is very friendly and tries the many flaws to compensate. The food is a disaster, taste and in the change (there's not!) And the dining room was not inviting. There is too little counter, so that queues for to 'believe food' not so long way. The table cloths after leaving the guests were rotated and the cutlery missing it frequently (early is often on search for a cup or saucer.). The entertainment was much too loud, mediocre and not as described decent! It we missed the small snacks and the pool ... bar was a joke (no cocktails and brandy), but much worse was the outfit the bars (in need of renovation! Simply ekelig). The maids are efficient, but washed sheets, which crushes cases, does not load not for sleeping a. The gray (blue?) Blankets are probably the whole season unwashed always again in the room?!? The complex is wonderful, but the tourists have no upbringing had, are often without decency and scare off guests as we were-a shame! The expected condition was the mean that not denied, so in conclusion to say: 'we are not coming again!' Our tip to the manager already a clear description of the hotel in each room would be helpful for the guests! Something must be done about this, your hotel in the future even to recommend-we cannot! Positive: big compliment to staff and animation (thank you Joe:-o super nice, friendly, helpful and always ready to help! Location/cleanliness of the beach is unique! Negative: After the long wait with tunisian in at the airport (1.20 hours) we were looking forward to the hotel. We arrived and were a bit shocked. 4,5 stars are not justified. Ok, the size of the rooms was great, but the rest. Borderline. In the restaurant mostly russian visitors clientele. For europeans a stinker. Ok with profound bare hands in the food to make friends itself can and with beilagelöffeln in ... the mouth of the guests hiking no problem (the spoons to essenauftragen thought were), it will stop at nothing. Also were the mountains of 'lost food' on the tables very hard on my stomach. We were very shocked! The tables in the restaurant are so tight, that of privacy no longer can. The rooms facing the garden side were, in the area of the discos, very loud. We did the room changed, but got a very loud room. Permanent change seems way in this hotel no to be. Conclusion: in a room with sea view and exploit the possibility of eating in the topic restaurants (register a day before at the reception, very nicely located, partly with sea view) is one week bath vacation feasible. We were 2 weeks before place and the worst vacation in the last 10 years. The staff is very hard, but is not able the existing shortcomings in the hotel, especially in the framework of food to compensate. The front desk on arrival was very nice, we would certainly expect, that one us with the bags helps. The next day it was a lady at the front desk very unfriendly, when we gave a few demands had. The rooms were basically clean, but the ready the blankets had the final cleaning for a long time behind itself. A part of ... our balcony one could not use, because it constantly pigeons were, the all fastest again vollkoteten. As helped also the daily cleaning by the very friendly room service. In the area of the restaurant, this hotel did not even have the lowest standard reached. Food in the restaurant, as in the outdoor area there was no possibility offered. With the existing allocation of the hotel there was always long queues at the buffets, where simple change the organization quickly could remedy can be created. Empty parts of the buffets were only slowly refilled and regularly it lacked crockery and cutlery. Also the kitchen has managed within 2 weeks of the same food every day to provide, which we also not taste good at all. Even the employees apologize for the food. Furthermore, guests in addition, the not the slightest decency had. The so called spa didn't deserve its name. The, which was very nice and with high competence appointed lady, neglected their existence in a dark unfriendly subcellar, as i in a hotel have never seen. Only russian and arab guests on cleanliness no value put. The beach was under all sow only dirt plastic bags of bottles and so on imspeiseraum only dirty tablecloths. The spoon there is only on allocation of the waiter. Often there were no cups. For a 5 star hotel you can really expect more, for example. More than one sort of bread there really was always only one type of no rolls no normal bread. For dinner, there were not a slice of sausage. Very nice, large hotel. Here and there are renovations necessary, but that will probably be mittlw. In progress. Very friendly staff... Good animation for adults and children. We have been very much, if at the pool a slide would be. But it was not the most important... The children's playground, also again reconditioned -... Cleanliness in the rooms was really good. Always freshly made beds, fresh towels... Best us the not even 100 meters to the beach loved it... Lots of shopping and excursion possibilities. Which also quickly and easily accessible.     As mentioned, the 1st impression was very good, but for the 2. time it was just dirty. Hair everywhere on the floor, simmel on the ceiling of the-painted, handprints on the wall and tiles, balcony balustrade broken and dirty. Duchvorhänge with stains ( no idea what), fridge broke and disgustingly dirty, after warning since i medicines had the cooling, we got a replacement. Anyway not really functional, still dirty and totally after mold smell! Facilities ok! As mentioned, very in need of renovation!

    In the hotel there was a main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And a pizzeria for the small hunger The tunisians have many great spices, know but do not believe what they used to. The food itself was not bad, but salt and pepper should table not lack... There was again and again new delicious to discover but some things you should then leave. Fremdsprachenkenntnisse are in Tunisia and in the very good hotel, there were few the us and the other foreign guests not have understood and not with them talk could. Also the housekeeping staff the same, if the tips is true, then widr a handle more!

    The location itself is not bad, you can on foot or with the taxi quickly in the metropolises of sousse or el kandaoui. Along the street are sufficient purchase possibilities, where almost something for everyone is. If you don't the cleanliness in the country respects, which in Tunisia just as is, it is very nice. Desk into the inland, camel tours or other you can over tour operator or hotel. However if the weather is not good, is 1 week holiday.

A massive hotel on the edge of sousse at the sea, but could be in the form everywhere on in the entire world is possible, our room was rather small, a view of the parking, very small balcony, bathroom and toilet separated, pool is ok, we look at us the fitness room at, the treadmill is extremely dangerous, because it stops suddenly in the middle of the run, the employee jerks but only with the shoulders, the dinner buffet is rich and also very good, drinks a bit more expensive as already in tunisia hotels experienced.     I had a problem with a breakfast. The breakfast is up to 10 AM. I was there around 9:30 and I was waiting for the scrambled eggs for 15 min. After that time I couldn't find coffee cup and most of the food was not available any more. Friend of my had bad experience with the stuff as she didn't get tray for a coffee and they was rude to her for that.

Mold in the bathroom, in the toilet, in our first room was everything devices broken: tv, remote control, even the safe, the light, the telephone. After several hour unsuccessful waiting time on the 'technician' we asked for a new room, which we to have then also gotten. But also the: moldy, carpet ... very unclean, light broken and this time the flushing. The extended also by the whole area. Just dirty, worn and neglected! Thank god we had only half board, because the food was really not enjoyable, didn't taste good and with the cleanliness one has it also not so exactly taken had. There really was every day exactly the same. Guests with half board could only the front area of the restaurant use. However the furniture was very old, everything was broken (also cabinets, chairs, etc.) the bathroom was on the first glance quite prettily gefliest, unfortunately was moldy but in every corner and end. The mini bar not a only time during our stay refilled, the fridge worked anyway not. One had however German tv-channels, evenings was nothing animation etc. , there you had to the tv but time. The in the description promised maker was not available, the hair dryer was broken (so better take your own). The condition of the room was like in the entire hotel: old, worn and even 30 years ago never worth 5 stars!

    As already described didn't like it, the selection was too small and the à la carte restaurant during our week of vacation also the prices raised and it was therefore for lunch very expensive ( a hamburg 12 Dinar, without side dishes or drinks). Here was the chairs already in all parts and I had always a piece of chair upholstery on the thigh to stick, if I get up wanted ^^ for breakfast you could coffee and tea take, for dinner cost the beverages extra. However one may not also outside water buy and all shops of the hotel were closed. So you had to the bought water reinschummeln and the doorman avoid... In the restaurant had always Russian music:-) there was unfortunately no typical tunisian kitchen, but the standard fries. Long waiting periods if you don't at o'clock to eat would like.

    The only friendly people in this hotel were the maids, thanks to a generous tip also always clean did. Towels seem rarity to be, as the used mornings were collected and only in the late afternoon fresh towels were brought. The towels for the hotel- and pool area were so good as always forgive. The mini golf course was a joke :-) the water at the beach was very clear and clean, long walks on the beach were but unfortunately not so to enjoy, as it is very, very dirty, the whole coast along. Chairs were not sufficiently available, also here only against tip a beach chair and for extra tip the applicators. Showers for rinsing the leisure time facilities were bad were available. Apart from that you can still in the' garden' put... All shops inside of the hotel were already closed, animation there was also not.     Although you will find easy a lot of shops for tourists to schnökern and also the towns of sousse and port el kantaqui are cheap with the taxi to reach (both in each case 5 Dinar), but apart from that is everywhere built and it is really very, very dirty. You will find everywhere landfill sites, even apart from the beach section. The hotel beach was nevertheless relatively clean, but it was right next door it started with the dump... Entertainment from the hotel directly nothing, 1 times a day for an hour music and once a day water polo. However were possibilities to do water sports at the beach available separately. The excursions after sousse in the medina and in the small harbor town Port el Kantaoui well worth it. The distance to the airport is 50 minutes with the bus.

From the outside the hotel makes a impression the all great would be and leaves nothing to be desired. But the appearance deceives. We were 14 days and the conditions are simply catastrophic. The rooms were big enough but the damp rooms partly very moldy and the air conditioning so strong dripped so that, the water from the türzargen ran and everything around so strong was moldy go for a 5 star hotel also in Tunisia not. Despite several times criticized conditions, did absolutely nothing. Room were cleaned and the cleaners were also always friendly, but under cleanliness one understands ... yet something else. We had all-inclusive and the did not work without much tip. I think 100, -€ for fourteen days a bit excessive and despite all gave it after 3 days for further 9 days for all inclusive guests no Sprite and in between there were also times no Cola or no mineral water. Travel guide and manager found the completely normal, we are in Tunisia and not in Spain or Turkey. ( there is this hotel never arrive.) Long waiting periods were standard. Everywhere! Often missing for breakfast cups and coffee spoons there was no. Yoghurt and pudding you had to with the fork food. The food was not the best, always the same inclusive stomach cramps and diarrhea. Too many Russian guests the lowest layer, the additional the vacation spoiled. Consideration and behavior directly nothing.     Pool in darkness not lit. Security risk for children The pool was milky and dirty. The consequence was rash. Shopping in the hotel were not possible, because all shops for the entire stay were closed. Loungers at the beach for high tips from the staff at the beach saved, the higher the tips the better the places. Some were the whole day not occupied.

    From the outside the hotel makes a impression the all great would be and leaves nothing to be desired. But the appearance deceives. We were 14 days and the conditions are simply catastrophic. The rooms were big enough but the damp rooms partly very moldy and the air conditioning so strong dripped so that, the water from the türzargen ran and everything around so strong was moldy go for a 5 star hotel also in Tunisia not. Despite several times criticized conditions, did absolutely nothing. Room were cleaned and the cleaners were also always friendly, but under cleanliness one understands yet something else. We had all-inclusive and the did not work without much tip. I think 100, -€ for fourteen days a bit excessive and despite all gave it after 3 days for further 9 days for all inclusive guests no Sprite and in between there were also times no Cola or no mineral water. Travel guide and manager found the completely normal, we are in Tunisia and not in Spain or Turkey. ( there is this hotel never arrive.) Long waiting periods were standard. Everywhere! Often missing for breakfast cups and coffee spoons there was no. Yoghurt and pudding you had to with the fork food. The food was not the best, always the same inclusive stomach cramps and diarrhea. Too many Russian guests the lowest layer, the additional the vacation spoiled. Consideration and behavior directly nothing. We have stayed in many vacation in southern countries and never review delivered however this is very close to our hearts so that other guests not a experience need to make.

The hotel is a catastrophe never even 5 star! Please do not go there, we were there and it was very bad, old hotel the 20 years ago maybe 5 stars but now never, the requirement around frätlicht before ailing the waiters, The hotel is simple very, very bad, alien people in pool and no say and, and so on disaster.
