Somewhat older hotel. Average age felt 50-60 +. Some guests have as pigs behaved. There was constant hotel next door. Rather something for older audience. read more

We were as a young couple in this hotel. This hotel has more on older vacation guests specialized and lots of guests, the annual return. What really inspiring deserves to be highlighted: the proximity to Faliraki with lots of bars and shops ( tip: good, reasonably priced cocktails in collossus ), the proximity to the beach, the wonderful sandy beach with clear water and the nice locals What personally disturbed us a bit at the, but nevertheless still completely expediency fulfilled: the hotel is probably already very old and was many years built. Unfortunately it looks at some places exactly ... from: before years, since that only functional renewed and thus in my opinion rather three stars standard. The hotel consists of two buildings, as well as a large lobby. Direction beach (50 meters) is a lovely shaded garden area up to the pool enough. In this area is located the pool bar. There is also the dining room. Between the pool and the sandy beach is the hotel's own sunbathing area with chairs and umbrellas (free of charge). Then you are right at the sea. As old as the hotel other reviewers described it is not. It is clean and tidy. read more

    The rooms were functional decorated. Only may more shelves in the closet available. There are several drawers for clothes. The bathroom was spacious. There were enough storage space. The towels were changed daily. To us the room was always clean and ok. Considering, that one it only for sleeping use them. The air conditioning worked. There was also a small tv with german programs available.

    We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner buffet left nothing to be desired. Missing was immediately refilled. The dishes were fresh and always hot. Daily grill fish and meat grilled. For breakfast you could always a good egg omelets with side dishes make let. The staff was always very thoughtful and filled will be charged fresh coffee to. We saw no reason a complaint.

    The staff was always very friendly. At the front desk you were served immediately. One spoke german. The cleaning staff was considerate and clean. So we always had a clean cleaned room. Also the nightgown my wife always clean folded. Do not know, why some reviewers on the cleanliness complain about. They are home mostly itself is not the cleanest. Since we were already rather the last guests before the closure were, was also the waiters already relaxed mood. And so was always a little joked. Was very excellent.

    The chairs at the beach should be liable to pay the costs. We didn't use, since the lawn adjacent to it. The place faliriaki with its bars and shops is situated immediately after the entrance. On foot not a problem. A bus stop to Rodes City is also right at the hotel entrance (2,20 Euro per route). You can the front desk a car rent. Several autoverleihs by renting are also in the place.

The Apollo-beach a quiet and clean hotel, if not the Faliraki-beach, from next door, with its noise level, daily, the apollogäste beschallen would. Partly until 24:00. A couple more rates to the place Faliraki. If you in October in Faliraki vacation power, is the place evenings from 22:00, dead. Nothing for strolling and shopping. We had a clear and well-kept complex in u-form found. Almost all rooms have direct or lateral sea view. The rooms, the restaurant and the outdoor area were clean and also for a during our time vollausgelastetes hotel in the evening not crowded. The largest part of the guests had the retirement age has been achieved and belonged to the repeaters. Mostly came the vacationers from the alpenrepubliken, from Germany, from the Netherlands and from Eastern Europe. The majority of the guests were unobtrusive and quiet. To our surprise we had the majority of the guests probably booked half board ..., although the prices for food and drinks already a star hotel were.     The room was big enough and reasonably furnished. The safe at the bottom of the cabinet requires to gymnastischen exercises.     The hotel has a restaurant with a small outdoor area, with temperatures around 25 °c not only from smokers always quickly occupied. The pool bar was from about 10:00 a. m. until midnight(?) Open. The bar in the courtyard opened at the suppertime. The food was a star hotel, was sufficient, but not diverse. In the 10 days there was except for small ' surprises' always the same, generally not local, but urlauberfreundlichen dishes. Although the staff very hard, one stood in the evening often briefly before empty cleared bottles. One always became full, the three meals a day, plus coffee are completely enough. The staff worked very hard, the tables as fast as possible hinzurichten and was always friendly.

    In october was completely quiet, zero entertainment and also the already described amusement park next door was close. The only neighboring hotel blasting the usual mitmachmusik in the morning. More problematic was the varied evening entertainment in the hotel.     The hotel lies at the edge of Faliraki, a in october relatively extinct town with its numerous bars, restaurants, shops and a tiny port. In the summer is the place in british hands. Beside our hotel is the more modern sister hotel Apollo Beach blue, their guests-as we did-the amenities of the other hotels may use. The Hotel Apollo beach features a large, well-kept sunbathing lawn, on the beach chairs and snnenschirme free and in sufficient numbers are available. To approximately 50 meters one has the crystal-clear and in october still 24 °c warm water reached. The beach is sandy, flat and only a few places with stone chips offset. At the beach you have the possibility to, chairs and sunscreens from a local suppliers to rent. Next to the bathing area the classic water sports offered. Directly at the entrance to the hotel complex is the stop, from the you with rustic buses to both rhodes (circa 40 minutes ), as well as to Lindos (about 1 hour) comes.

It is an outdated, however very clean and hotel run in a friendly manner - which is the most important. We had the half board and had a rich food mornings and evenings. The all inclusive people had a little over monotonous lunch negative comments, but i can not judge. I would like to Rhodos explore and not every lunch by the pool spend, sorry. Breakfast and dinner there were really ok and something for everyone there (also for me ' not-all-eaters ' ☺ ). A few 'gefürchtete' russians were there, but they were in the german mass under. read more

    Rooms are big enough, normal standard. The furniture is a bit older, but not broken or damaged. Traditional green carpet, our room without stains. Shortly, you put in the effort the 70. clean (thanks to the diligent§1 cleaning ladies). Television Asbach ancient (35. tube), but flicker so before itself, for all countries standard sender nonmobile (tip: out from the room - and not watching tv). The rooms are clean, no mold in the bathroom, einzelwaschbecken in traditional hotelmamor. Zimmersafe is at a charge usable. But i think in Greece you need not, there is no reason for concern, and the money to hire you can save.

    You can eat outdoors (somewhat limited) and in the restaurant eat. Served everywhere. Food is buffet and was constantly refilled with constant quality-dashing staff. It is something there for all tastes, salad, warm food, cold food, noodles, potatoes, grilled to watch and much more. Certainly some things were repeated after a week, but at home it is 365 different food every year, or? Starters, main course, dessert, fruit always as a large selection.

    Here the guest is still gladly seen! Very friendly staff, from the charwoman to the operation - very pleasant. Please note: Even the boss you can come to this or that to ask-one has rarely. Rooms each 2. day changed. Also under the bed it was clean-did it for fun (the cleaning ladies may forgive me) sometimes tested-the fluff in the middle under the bed was the cleaning-great.

    Who needs peace is in good hands here. There is a large gartenbaar, a large well kept pool, a small pool a large sunbathing lawn is large with shade, 'with without' shade, as every need. The lawn is very well maintained. Beach chairs with umbrella there were enough. Towels at the front desk. Showers for 'by the sea' are enough. It flat and the water is warm, also in october. Beach walks at the beach are very nice.

    The hotel is directly at the sandy beach (almost the only on Rhodos! Other hotels often rock), has beach chairs at the water front at a charge. I recommend the 50 meters to the large hotel lawn with chairs and an umbrella, belong the hotel and were free to towel gives it also. When we were there, there were many umbrellas not always occupied. Note for english and pensioners: place anytime soon at 5 o'clock is therefore not necessary! There the island not huge is can all be explored. There is a direct boat to Rhodos-city, sumi, Lindos... You should ride ( rhodos11 €/ p back back, sumi 25 Euro per person all day, Lindos 25€ back back). The prices are all moderate (hope Greece reserves at) and you paid it gladly.

That was a really sports vacation: we were every day at least 3 hours in the sea, regularly already before breakfast. The possibilities for outings are great (bus stop in front of the hotel). We will definitely come back next year. read more

The Apollo Beach pleased with very likeable staff, beautiful liegeanlage, fantastic proximity to terrific beach and sea. Food& drinks very good. Price locally well also very good. Drawback is the hygiene and cleanliness. We arrived the room immediately complained. It was very dirty. That means: with a handkerchief on the table and there is very dark with hair. Very personable we immediately a new room received. This was however not clean. Here a few example: - shelf space ( tables, badezimmerflächen ) are very, very irregular wiped. It is located carpet; under the bed you should better not look: thick ... dust bunnies. - as our son something fell down discovered a shoe under the bed. Our pre-tenant? Pre-pre-pre-pre-tenant? - it is the whole week not really clean. At one point we directly on the first day some sand buried. This remained there until the end of the week. Although several women every day in the rooms go. - on arrival notice the sign' please do not disturb on the floor and stayed until the departure. One time per week will be changed. Great! Nor beautiful it would be, if the bunch of the old bed sheets not in the room beach chairs would remain. No aschenbecherausleerung. -. Also the pool pleased with handsome 25 meters-bahn. Our son found him however disgusting and didn't in there, as he as regular trinkquelle for the many tolerated cats and the one dog serves. But who needs the pool? The sea is at your feet of the hotel and is fantastic! It was a very lovely week. Food, drinks, friendliness everything top! Only the rooms were just not clean. read more

Liked a great deal the lawn between hotel and beach. The staff were very attentive, the rooms big enough. The hotel is very central in Faliraki, directly in front of the hotel is a stop, so you a trip to Rodes city make can. Unfortunately in this time of year in Faliraki already lots of bars and stores were closed. The weather can already volatile its, we had rain, storms but also yet beautiful sunny days with possibility to go swimming. The next time we would be making a month earlier. read more

We were very satisfied, in particular, that it is very hard-working, without gluten dishes available to please. The loungers on green lawns were free and there were also enough chairs available ( the hotel was but probably not fully booked). The swimming pool was large, so that you really could swim. The food was good but not luxurious, but perfectly adequate. ( otherwise you could still more eaten). Coincidentally was the weather in October very good (27 to 30 degrees ) and the water had estimated 25 degrees-both in the pool, as well as in the sea. read more

The hotel is situated right at the sea, only through a meadow with sun screens and free loungers separately. There are bath-towels at the front desk also free of charge. It makes great relaxing, there families with small children the nachbarhotells with slides and children's entertainment prefer. The hotel makes a qualitatively good evening -entertainment together with the neighboring hotel Apollo blue. There can one if necessary also the fitness room and the swimming pool use. Daily change of towels, very rich buffet, friendly staff, good bus connection to Rodes city., cheap hire car (25,- Euro per day) at ... the front desk, international and what the age mixed clientele. Transfer from the airport about half an hour. The hotel is to the relaxing and enjoying and to explore the island suitable and altogether very recommendable! read more

Lawn to at the beach. Four star are, that we have experienced in gr. Met have in every respect. There was nothing to moan about. Short room good, good food, hotel and it's facilities good, service good. Good traffic connections to Rodes City. Caution bus station before promoters of holiday area. See internet aegean blue, rci or diamonds international. read more

The Hotel Apollo beach is a medium sized hotel, on the edge of Faliraki and about 15 kilometers away from Rodes City. The transfer from or to the airport takes in about 45 to 60 minutes (depending on the number of started hotels). The hygiene is in the whole complex spotless, apart from somewhat worn out carpets in the corridors and hotel rooms (as already many a time described). During our stay there were mainly guests from Italy, Russia and Germany present. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant. As postable benefits are breakfast, half board and all-inclusive optional ..., we had the half board and found this to be absolutely sufficient. The hotel is in h-shape designed, so that almost every room direct sea. read more

    The rooms are nicely furnished, even if the furniture already somewhat older are. The cleanliness of the rooms is satisfactory, the or other alcohol you can quiet times be overlooked! As described above, absolutely after another room require, if the accommodation in one of the front room on the first floor takes place. Not only, the view really is not nice, the constant smell, the smaller size of the room and the very worn decor are no comparison to the rest of the rooms of the hotel.

    Breakfast and dinner are in buffet form and are more than enough. Beside rolls, bread and toast in the morning there is several sausage and cheese, fruit, pancakes, scrambled eggs, jam, muesli and much more. The dinner consists of a salad buffet (actually everything), different meat and fish, many side dishes (fries, potatoes, croquettes, vegetables, etc.) , pizza and pasta. Really delicious are the different desserts, fruit, ice cream and pies and pastries is here everything available. Once per week a greek barbecue available (against an extra charge). We could unfortunately not participate, since one for this in time to sign up. Therefore no information on food and taste possible, looked however everything delicious from. Small point of criticism: more typical greek dishes would be nice, as in many other hotels are the dishes too much on the guest structure made for.

    The service in the hotel is good. The staff the front desk are mostly friendly and helpful. One of us geäußertem desire for room change was immediately met. However we could observe, that again and again tried, the 'worst' room to give, to those guests not more and the accommodation hinnahmen. Here a small council: with accommodation in a room in the lowest floor with a view of the hotel entrance a change request. Both the view, as well as the furnishing this room is not comparable with the other rooms of the hotel! The waiters in the restaurant are very efficient and really nice. Drinks were quickly, the often mentioned waiting for we could not say, is perhaps sometimes also on the behavior of the guests... The staff the room cleaning likewise friendly and did a satisfactory job.

    The entertainment in the hotel is unfortunately rather unprofessional, but however also not pushy. At the evening shows (1-2 time per week) the efforts of the actors recognizable, entertainment is however something else. When someone on entertainment value, should be under circumstances another hotel be considered. Otherwise, both the swimming pool, as well as the hotel's sunbathing area great. Sporting activities are especially at the beach offered. Jet ski, para-sailing, banana boat, paddle boat and so on. Are for a fee available. It will also small motor boats rents (15-30 ps), with which one the nearest coves on your own, really very recommendable and not too expensive (2 hours cost circa 110 Euro).

    The hotel's location is excellent. On the edge of Faliraki location it is relatively calm, the bars, clubs and shops are on foot in only five minutes distance. Next door is a small 'theme park', this closes at 23 o'clock and didn't disturb the night's sleep only a few. The hotel has a directly at the beach, and a private sunbathing lawn. Here are the sun loungers for the hotel guests free of charge, a superb service. From Faliraki we were very positively surprised. Of course it is a tourist-oriented place, but for us that was aware when booking. The bars are mostly very nice and welcoming.

Very nice large hotel's own sunbathing lawn right on the sandy beach. Little animation ( very relaxing). Party and shopping options in direct proximity, nevertheless absolute peace in the rooms by double doors and door to the hallway. Whole hotel in very clean state. read more
