Solid hotel close to the city center with restaurants, bars and shopping. On the ground floor of the hotel are also available with wide variety store. Our room was clean and equipped with two Queen beds, the bathroom was big enough. The breakfast buffet was excellent stocked (fresh fruit, freshly prepared omelettes's). The Spa area consists of a pool, Jacuzzi and a steam sauna (without steam, was only warm). We very felt comfortable.HCLFHL read more

the hotel has 211 rooms and is so well arranged decorated. The hotel is the main street of Banff past, what with the sound-proofed room but not at all to hear. The hotel lies very centrally located. Shopping mall, shops, steak house, etc. are great on foot within a very short time to reach. we had accommodation with breakfast booked, evenings we were in various local food - simply brilliant! in a Canadian hotel welcomes you of course not many foreign guests ☺ - nevertheless except for us there were still a few German and other nationalities locally. Internet terminals ... there is in the lobby -about 1 dollar per half hour. read more

    very spacious room with 2 Queen beds. 1 bed was relaxed for 2 people. The furniture is nice and you feel very at ease. Storage space sufficient available, enough irons in the closet. Desk. TV with English-speaking and French channels. the bath is also very spacious. Great is, that outside the bathroom a separate vanity is, the exactly large, as in the bathroom itself. Towels were changed on request. rooms are clean. Fridge is available (free use). in the closet there was a safe (free use) and a ironing board with iron (business hotel).

    We had only breakfast booked. This was really great. Very tasty delicious, a big selection and for German guests very interesting-even typical American. the nightly themed buffets heard always very delicious to, unfortunately we didn't try it.

    the staff were super-friendly and nice. They were always hard-working, to anticipate every wish and small Chat. some attempted even with a few Breaking Into German to surprise. A German Receptionist was locally, but English should you on a Canada vacation already ☺ the cleaning of the rooms was exemplary. They were every day extremely meticulously cleaned and vacuumed.

    small pool, steam room and jacuzzi invited every evening after skiing for relaxing a. just great after a long day in the cold the Müden Legs in the jacuzzi to relax. fitness equipment were new and good descriptions protected.

    The transfer from the airport took about one and a half to 2 hours. Distance approximately 130 kilometer. But obviously interesting-when the majestic Rocky mountains emerge ☺ in Banff itself you can good shop and it gives innumerable shops and souvenir shops. In the shopping mall and the luxury brands worth it to look. excursions we hardly made-we were mostly, of course, the skiing there. A trip to Banff gondola is worthwhile in any case especially on a clear day view-a dream!

We had booked the hotel for four nights as part of a transport connections. It was in a great central location, so that you in the evening comfortably quick shopping or eating out could, as long as you don't want in the hotel. We visited the various ski resorts and were very happy with this choice. The breakfast buffet was great and the Canadian evening. read more

The hotel made a good impression from the outside. We took it because it was the first, what we saw. The hotel also had an underground garage so you can safely park the car. read more

    The rooms are very American decorated but very clean and large. The shower was very large and clean. Unfortunately the room looks a bit needed from, but we didn't mind that at all.

    For dinner we wanted to stay in the lower restaurant. The only down side, a huge group who stayed at the hotel the the restaurant Besieged. The receptionist said that it would only from the restaurant in about an hour a free seat. Provided we did not want to wait and went to the village Mexican food.

    The friendliness of the staff was very high. At the reception welcomed us two German employees. As we only had one night, I can only say, when we arrived the room was clean and tidy.

The first impression of the room was very basic, especially the bathrooms. However, it was everything one needed was available. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Everything was freshly prepared. The location of the hotel is optimal into the center of town. The ice stadium worked and well organised. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The sauna area was new and we used on a daily basis, as it was very cold during the day (minus 25°C). Here there were sometimes a few hygiene deficiencies. Next time we would choose a room upgrade. read more
