The small, but very fine resort has 16 bungalows to offer, all of which very nice to the pool and sandy beach (!) Are placed. Of which are 2 of the bungalows are two-storeyed. The complex is tiptop condition, everything was very well-kept, it is constantly controlled and refinished, so for example the wooden furniture in the sandy beach area newly painted, the gardeners were constantly at work in the garden. The pool is cleaned daily. Near a stay over 1 week is the breakfast free. The complex was well attended by guests from Europa, but also african families. So ... there was a nice international atmosphere ☺ The value for money were fully convincing! read more

    The rooms are decorated in african style very nice furnished with everything, which one needs in such a way. On the bed, there were mosquito nets. There is no air conditioning, but since one on all sides nice fresh air, we did not miss it. And a large ceiling fan was finally also. The kitchen offers everything, the gas stove a full meal to cook, so you want. We have not done so, at the most times a kieinigkeit lunch. Fridge with freezer. The bathroom is large enough and appropriately, we enjoyed the good enough. Before the bungalows there is a small terrace with garden furniture.

    The restaurant velvet bar area is attractive and clean. We have many a time eat there, and have always been satisfied. The quality the food was great, the prices cheap. Has mostly good-and if not, a small wait brings us not to the death ☺ With the drinks we had sometimes a bit flotteren service, but we had vacation-hakuna matata!

    All of the staff are really friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the rooms is after 4 days. We had no reason to complain, it was neat and clean.

    Much animation does not give it-but once we did water aerobics with the friendly young rasta ☺ The pool is really clean, is constantly maintained. The complex velvet couches around the pool around very clean. For me personally it's probably a little more give shade, palm trees cast as not enough from. But that could be a single problem be ☺ And you can still in the sand area under an umbrella in the shade are.

    The complex is located in the middle of the bush. To the beach it goes over a shortcut (on request with company) about 200 meters to the street, then another 200 metres and you are on the popular beach bar 40 thieves. The baharini shopping center is within walking distance 5 minutes away, the other shopping center by matatu (for 30 shillings) or tuk tuk (circa 150 shillings). Nightlife there is in shakatak or tandoori.

The cottage has our expectations perfectly fulfilled. The value for money is just. We were out and about a lot, therefore we didn't much value on size of the room or activities in the hotel, as well as food-but were very satisfied. The cottage is an African theme and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is also big enough. The cottage has no air conditioning, but it is not disturbing-there is the fan on the ceiling. Breakfast was included in the price and adequate-it was nice, that desire directly on the beautiful terrace delivered-a beautiful ... start to the day. The selection of food and drinks was good and we have tried a lot which has everything tasted very good-the chicken was for example delicious. The pool is very nice laid out. She cleanliness the hotel is good-cleaned the cottages a time in the week and gardener are the whole day the works, the nice hotel in shot to be held. The complex is really nice with plants and African decoration decorated. At night it was pleasantly quiet, despite open window. The employees were all very nice and helpful, everyone speaks English and also sometimes a little German. The location is slightly on the outskirts - one runs about 10 minutes to the beach, however therefor it was pleasantly quiet and private. To the main street, you cross, when you to the beach would, you will be escorted, as lately to robberies old. To the general security situation in Kenya we can't say much-we had no negative impressions, but the hearsay there were attacks, but not only the tourists, but also the locals had happened. We stayed at dream Kenya Safaris in the next shopping center a 5-day safari to Tsavo West, amboseli and Masai Mara booked and were inspired! Thanks to William for the tip, thanks to Lilian for the great planning and thanks to Abu and Köch for the unique Pirschfahrten and the 'big five'! Unforgettable! Furthermore recommendable is a trip to Wasini Island for snorkeling, what for also on dream Kenya Safaris booked. Great Reefs, lots of fish and dolphin, with which we snorkeling could - a dream! The beach - Diane beach-is wonderful - high and low tide were not disturbing. The only negative in the entire vacation the beachboys the at the beach definitely wanted to sell something. We have this hotel for 5 days including breakfast booked. The arrival speaks welcome was very friendly and we also have a delicious get welcome cocktail. After the enrollment we were in our small small house right next to the pool and us everything in detail shown and explained. The room is big enough and next to a small terrace with a table and chairs a small kitchen, the bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The first impression was very good, however with later looking look at is some noticed. The cleanliness left especially in the bathroom with the toilet ..., washbasin, as well as with the shower to be desired. We already knew, that it not a five-star hotel is, but despite all this should be better! Also the mosquito net had holes and was not really clean. The room it was generally only once in 5 days from the staff cleaned. The appointment and time of day you can choose freely but the ladies do also there unfortunately not much trouble. The hotel itself is small but sweet. In other words comfortable, very well arranged, well protected and 24 hours guarded. The pool has a sufficient size and is cleaned daily and it is also several times a day, if everything is okay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! We have on demand even a erkundungsspaziergang for the area received ( beach, beach bar, shopping stalls etc., supermarket, bank)! We also wanted a safari and immediately got help by a acquaintance a employees. We really wanted to just a day out, but then thankfully on 2 days cajoled and only 250 €per person and were then also only as a couple on the way, since the other 4 apparently abgesprugen are. We stayed right in the middle of the park in a great hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was in the price included, as well as the night. Drinks were pay and it were normal price. Tsavo east we can really recommend! With interest simply in the hotel ask. The gentleman comes directly with the documents to the hotel and discusses everything in peace comfortable on the terrace. Top! So max 6 persons of 200 to euros per person (depending on choice of hotel). 400 to euros it would cost, if you go right a privatsafari is. The types of people are varied. However mainly German and austrians. Also some locals, as it seemed, were on through journey. One night were a few locals to hopping and one could hardly sleep. On the next day they were but then away. The moods of the staff it came us like that before, as if one these also thrown out has, what we also very much appreciated. All together a really comfortable small hotel, with makken in the cleanliness. We would in a possible further vacation in Kenya again for a few days come. read more

    The breakfast consisted of a pot coffee per person, butter, jams and 2 slices of toast. On request also with eggs. All together adequate but definitely not a lot of choice. But generally for the price reasonable. Lunch and dinner, as well as all other drinks you could in any case order. The quality, quantity, as well as the price is unique, however you have to for every meal at least an hour wait. If you know it not a problem. After our arrival however we were very hungry and knew not. The was very nervraubend. But it was always fresh and cooked with love! You can eat either on the air terrace or in the entrance area. 1 sun reduction for the long waiting time.

    The staff is extremely friendly unobtrusive and helpful ( as described above)! We have also very gladly tip and on the last evening even two bracelets present. The cleaning of the rooms was as already above described in detail to be desired. A laundry service is offered, but it was we didn't use it. There is also wi-fi. However therefor you need an own stick you must buy and a matching own laptop. With ipads, it works on demand, why also always, not. The 4 stars we have mainly because of the friendly and helpful staff forgive.

    The pool is big enough. Loungers may one or two more, but generally reasonable and in great condition. What we didn't like was, that no sun screens were available! Leisure offers in the sense in the hotel itself no. Inviting however the relaxing -area with white sand and sun screens, as well as places to sit. Entertainment in the sense there is not. However the staff has a radio respectively a cd player directly at the front desk, the many a time with feeling so used, that there is a pleasant background music or a kind of successful entertainment was. For everything else one finds however any provider shopping center.

    To the beach you need approximately 5 to 10 minutes. On the way there one must also by a security check. The way to the next shopping center takes about 10 minutes. It is also a disco (under German leadership ) in the area. As long as you get there, we can't say, since we were not there. But we appreciate maximum 15 minutes. Very we can recommend the beach bar 'forty thieves '! At the way to the beach takes you directly there. However price rather higher. Very hard to get used to the constant already often described ansprecherei the locals on the street and above all at the beach. Those speaking really many languages and let not relaxed and want everything possible sell. But there is also some nice including those you need a little buying. But be careful: definitely action! There are as well known the locals very poor, however you see if you a a story told to sell or if you really urgently some money needs. The beach itself is an absolute dream! Crystal clear water and a kilometer long white sandy beach. In some places however very much seaweed.

I was already 4 times here and am thrilled time after time. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. All wishes fulfilled, like for instance the breakfast or the dinner at the bungalow bring. Also possibly complaints, for example dripping water tap or similar, are immediately eliminated. At the beautiful pool you can wonderful relaxation and evenings one is very fast in the beer garden or in the disco. Who not only by the pool want to lie, reached the great beach about minutes on foot. I want to praise the fine cuisine, the always an ear to lend for ... special requests. I am very satisfied with the manicured complex and will come again and again. Looking forward to my next vacation in the African dream cottages. read more

We were the 1st time here and are thrilled by the very friendly staff. We felt very safe, since around the hour the security was present, because the cottages is a little out of the way. It is advisable therefore, if you in the evening or at night want to go out, a hired car or taxi. On the day, it is not a problem. The food is very tasty, freshly prepared and the prices okay. The pool very clean and inviting. Many thanks to the pleasant staff, we felt very good and gladly come again. read more

For the first time in this beautiful complex it will not our last visit be. We have already booked again. Who peace, relaxation, but also fun and looks for action, is with the ' African dream cottages' well served - near the Done, but a bit secluded. With flowers and cocktail to be welcomed is the order of the day. All requests were fulfilled and on request drinks and dine on the terrace. The idea with the beach corner is brilliant and in the evening taste there with great lighting the cocktails for more. it is a small neatly arranged area, where you can feel at home and gladly longer stay would. The own cooking facilities we only once used, as the restaurant was so delicious and cheap food has, that we every day there eaten have. The pool direct before the door is great and very ... clean. we will definitely be back again. read more

I am definitely coming again, especially not my first stay was. The peace and relaxation are brilliant, but everything around it. Who no choice hotel need action here is a great alternative. The pool is nice and staff just great. read more

This quietly located, cottage is very recommendable and in all areas. I/we have made a dreamlike great vacation in Kenya worn. This country is a anytime again! who in refined area at leisure unhitch wants, is in the cottages in the best way waived. the ' africandreamcottages ' is rather a small comfortable area with a wonderful tasteful garden area and great pool area. the staff are very friendly - the cleanliness is very good very courteous service. the food is very good and on the map daily a rich selection of international food offered. read more

My writing review unfortunately only very late, travel end of September, because I think enthusiasm not so easily into words could. This small, wonderful holidays area was a brand new, interesting experience (with addictive factor!), usually book all inclusive the hotel. Small, new, very well maintained holidays plant, 16 single storey and two-storey bungalows 2 rows, in the garden at the small swimming pool( always clean and not freezing!) had bungalow directly at the pool, was so nice, that we voluntarily were providing for ourselves and on our beautiful terrace had breakfast. warm we were greeted with a cool drink. ... An oasis of rest and relaxation, in comparison to the big hotels. read more

    bungalow bright and airy, many window, Fan, no air conditioning, this had missed in our travel time there really no second, have never had such pleasant Temperatures in the night. In the kitchen everything available what you need. Romantic big rattan bed with mosquito net, very nice! Large shower with window, always hot water and I am delighted that large mirror at the right height (am very large) with natural light and enough electrical outlets (yes... For women is important). Safety deposit box in the closet.

    wonderful, small open restaurant in the African style. Especially evenings with dreamlike view of the LIT garden and pool. The check-in process left no wishes open for me, I think there is something for everyone on the menu for everyone. Local and German kitchen. Everything was really very delicious, freshly prepared, interesting variations, nicely served and very cheap! Could see many, that the craziest special requests from other guests fulfilled were. As for example Braised beef with dumplings! (well withdrawal symptoms of long-term vacationers!) there is a small Extract from the menu: breakfast 300 KSHS coffee 50 KSHS salad 300 KSHS Hamburg kshs 300 Pasta, pizza 400 KSHS fish, beef 450-600 kshs Crepe with ham, Mushrooms, cheese keens or fish 350-450 ice 100 KSHS coke, water 50 kshs beer 150 KSHS 1 euro = about 110 Kenya shillings (depending on the exchange rate) kshs

    Very quiet and all around nature pure relaxation! After short footpath, about 400 meters, the dream (I think one of the best beach section in diani beach), you directly at the most beautiful beach bar in the town, the hotel was more than just satisfying. Here with a drink overlooking the sea... Beautiful it is not. Could even directly in front of the bar in the sand... Without unwelcome company... Also a brand new experience in diani beach. Options for shopping and night life all nearby. With the Matatu on the day really not a problem, always exciting, fun and safe. But with dark please take a taxi! Not much. short transfer time: Flgh -Mombasa about 60 to 90 minutes (depending on the waiting time on the ferry) airport 25 minutes ukunda, Shimba45 minutes-hills, so it really good starting point.

This is a nice alternative to hotels with very great care and helpfulness in every respect. Food from morning until evening always and very good. They even had breakfast at noon and the free on the terrace. Otherwise, beautiful country, great location, very recommendable safaris, therefore we can only recommend this cottage. A newly opened hotel under German African management. The bungalows were with much love for the detail furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you don't want to be self sufficient, could eat in the small restaurant. Meet here you can also evenings cozy round. read more
