Again and again a great holiday in Kristall, here you feel at home. Indescribable atmosphere, here everything is just right! The warmth and friendliness of the family kindl and the complete staff is amazing, everything was great of course, and not exaggerated. The absolute best is the hausbaar, always the last choice after a arduous ski day with après ski. Football are spoiled, sky sport is in every room available, could super league and champions league are pursuing, thanks Roland kindl! read more

Wether as a family, single or friends captivates the hotel by cleanliness, warmth in the form of outspoken hospitality ( you feel very welcome and has the feeling also in the first visit of years of regular ) however by style and comfort! The location is central and directly at the great winter sports region of obertauern connected. Great pub/ good restaurants or bars are in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are nice and clean. The spa is small, but nice! The staff at the hotel is pleasant and has obviously had fun at the performed activities ( nowadays, especially ... in cities not very often to find). The austrian charm and 'bull' is and is not too short! Food ( breakfast) is very good quality, sufficient and also for ' late risers' after consultation at the vortag suitable. I would particularly like to highlight, the chefleute ( operator) this hotel, always present and therefore with your warmth the meanwhile to many other austrian hosts ( in my opinion, many ' hobbygastronomen') demonstrate, this industry more respect and deserves recognition. My conclusion: great place in obertauern, so dining run! Exactly invest i enjoyed my hard earned money for relaxing days. read more

The kindls we super comfortable. Dieter kindl is the good soul of the hotel, for every guest a kind word and is a changing obertauern lexicon. The value for money is very fair, especially for obertauern. We definitely go during the next opening again. read more

This warmth of the fa. Kindl and the really nice staff, from the concierge to the cleaning staff, i in this form still in no other hotel experienced. Whoever's interested in the history of obertauern interested, must with Dieter kindl on a glass of wine at the bar arrange and book at the front desk for the home journey to procure. As for dinner in neighboring hotels or restaurants done Roland kindl personally. I am coming again. read more

We stayed for the winter 2012/2013 already again reserved. The says it everything. This hotel, with its liebvollen betreiberfamilie kindl and the friendly staff (especially Dragan, the caretaker, was always a smile on the lips), are we fully convinced. A Obertauernurlaub without the hotel Kritall is not for us. read more

We have a small group of 6 friends excellent and extraordinary days spent in the hotel. A property with great value for money for the great commitment with which we have been served are. I can't point remember in Austria in particular ever so much service, entertainment and friendliness met to have. For the next trip to Obertauern I will try again this hotel to book can. read more

    Our double room was big enough and had plenty of storage space with large closets etc. For the luggages and the luggage. The bathroom is functional and has a hair dryer. A safe is available.

    The service is briefly and scarcely i said, really great. On arrival the caretaker us directly the luggages and to to the room born. Also otherwise it was very helpful in relation to the open spaces of cars after snowfall, snow chains off etc. At the front desk someone is always reachable. By the informal business of the hotel you have furthermore always the feeling welcome and you could always good advice and support. The waiters in the restaurant (especially for breakfast) is attentive and tidy. Plates were cleared away briskly, the buffet will quickly freshened and the coffee was always hot.

    The next ski lift / the next slopes can be reached within approximately 50 meters! Optimal so! In the area, as in the 'center' of obertauern you can good après ski partying and also evenings in various pub and barsabwechslungsreiche hour to spend. In 5-10 minutes one is actually everywhere in obertauern.

It is a very well run House with really nice Host. The staff are friendly, helpful and very attentive. The hotel was very welcoming and always had a nice Saying on the lips, the breakfast is very good and the atmosphere in the evening at the bar simply great. We had a very nice and pleasant large room with balcony, bathroom and toilet (separate) on the top floor. The operators and the staff are extremely nice, especially the foreign language competence of the personnel and nice conversations with the guests. If we return to Obertauern want, we know now, where we want to live. read more

The hotel is located in the immediate proximity to the ski lift. The way in the evening to celebrate was not long, but through the very steep driveway but very strenuous (but it was in the context)... The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna area could be bigger. The parking lot was also right in front of the hotel and very important, the parking lot was free of snow continuously (in so far as it was)! read more

We were now already the sixth time at the hotel and will be going back next year. For us everything was really perfect. Above all, we loved the sensational new bar and the bartender Scolty super from Hungary. read more
