There is the recent reviews' not complain-but enjoy the vacation' and ' don't talk-there is nothing to moan about' hardly anything to add.
We were for the 2. time there and will come again. We had again a room with teideblick and half board plus and were during the day with the rental car and on foot on the island and, of course, in puerto on the way. We prefer clearly greener and historical north the island. There is a certain renovation in the town as well as in the hotel, in the town as well as in the hotel ... but according to the local possibilities being worked on. There are not few hotels in the town, the outwardly no good impression make, we were glad again in the Playa canaria to be. The location of the hotel in the very quiet and good residential area in the upper level of the city, the view in the direction Teide, the beautiful and large garden and the pool we were again very pleased. A parking space for the rental car was rare find at the hotel, but in einbahnstraßenring the to the hotel leads. Who good on foot, has not a problem with the 20 minute walk to the very interesting city and back, there is a lot to discover. For swimming to the Playa Jardin or in the seawater pool lago martianez.
In the hotel we had no problems, staff and service alright, daily room clean, you have to when booking certainly closely, what you get, in the sparangeboten there are restrictions.
We must not forget, what reasonable price there two weeks is housed, catering is, and the inclusive flight and transfer.
The whole of the realization of the trip and the offered support Alltours travel line locally was easily and very good.
We liked it in the hotel better than two years ago, it would of course be great, if the hotel good path of modernisation further maintains, we are looking forward to the next time. read more

Are now already the 5. time in this hotel. And have always a great vacation had. I can't understand, the supposedly with guests the room not cleaned. Our room was every day completely cleaned, also the balcony. Fresh towels there was for our needs. Towel on floor means, please new ago. When our tv all, it took no 4 hours and it was repaired. Fridge for the whole 14 days cost total 2,00 Euro, no reason to complain, do some judgers already enough. The view of the Teide and the pool area is stunning and you can wonderfully through ... the garden walk. The food is okay. Well, yes, the dessert was sometimes a bit monotonous, cakes, michreis, pies, rice pudding, etc. Otherwise something there for every taste. Four star is yes than category designed, that i not always haute cuisine expect is understandable. You can so wonderful on the terrace with great Teide-view food, and if the plastikwände runtergerollt are, simply roll on, the other guests also the view. The prices at the bar and at the pool are however somewhat too expensive compared with the other hotel bars. Entertainment i cannot judge, since we were always traveling. They speak german fluently at the reception. And not only the, there is some idea of how to handle gentlemen, the spoken french and english. The bar downstairs, i think uncomfortable, but you could also at the pool planting. Twin beds can be moved together, if you want. Space in the closet is totally sufficient. Also the bathroom is large enough. Even with a speaker, one missed the tv nothing, if you walked into the bathroom. Nearby is a large supermarket, for wine or juice, then well chilled in the evening on the balcony tastes. The staff was always friendly, that the spanish not always that ebullient are, is well-known. You must only friendly and with humor contrary to come, then thaw on. German arrogance is in the wrong place. A waiter served maybe 40-60 guests in the evening (with quite different than in Germany!), conversely, the guest always only one or two waiters at the table. Who there with whom identified, is obvious. And some tip each! Sure, you could as a guest always which improve, but you should also have the financial resources of a hotel account. As expensive the hotel is now also not. I think it is reasonable value for money already for Tenerife. So, for a peaceful holiday as a couple i can only recommend the hotel. And if you on vacation bad mood, should not the hotel responsible. So, a little durcherinander written, but et kütt as et kütt and on vacation anyway. We had a very good time in the Playa canaria. A big house, that was originally a wonderful house is. Overall the hotel renovated, this condition to reach. Makeshift repairs and a little bit of color help not really.
The hausanlagen were in general clean.
The rooms were not every day thoroughly cleaned, but evidently due to pressure of time of the staff again and again only superficially. The changing of towels worked only bad. The single rooms were apparently already renovated, others not. But unfortunately not enough, because the walls could be once fresh color stand. The i would have from a 4 star hotel expected.
The quality the ... fernsehempfanges was good. There were three german channels (ARD, ZDF, Sat.1)
The food did not taste to me at all. The breakfast buffet was very simple, often not enough
Lived, particularly fruit. Surprisingly, that also again and again some dishes was missing.
It were in february mostly older guests from all over Europa. read more

We had all-inclusive, which was good and was a good value. Unfortunately the variety and taste of the offers food only average, is a lack of taste and ideas. Evenings hardly any animation offered, the majority of the guests go to bed early.
Pool area is nice and with few guests enough beach chairs for all. read more

Unfortunately to this beautiful hotel. The location in the middle of of a magnificent garden is great. For beach vacation not really suitable, the distance to the beach is already very big despite shuttle bus into town. The employees are very friendly and complaints are immediately dealt with. An absolute downside is the dinner! Only with breakfast book would have been better, there is great restaurants nearby if you don't mind walking. read more

For ruheuhe searching 50 and very good adequate. Younger should go elsewhere and not fun and rock or bring your own, which are not there. Pool perfect clean and heated.
Food spice, that is a seasonable is required. Varied buffet with frontcook in the morning and evenings. Always fish! Full board not necessary. Table wine from circa 8 Euro per bottle. 2 once happy hours on the day. Definitely pool side (10€ extra charge/room in january) book. The back is an optical pain, but in the summer probably cooler.
By the way, its german misers and complainers: let a Euro ... than tip on the breakfast table couches and gave the cleaning lady daily two! This is always the right! We are still good, if we so what book!
Hotel bus use or evenings back with the taxi for 4 Euro. Beautiful old town.
100 mvor the hotel a putziger kiosk. Sit and chat! Computer bring your own! An hour wifi free of charge for everyone in the lobby!
Car required only for three days. To Teide drive and Los Gigantes. Otherwise with open. Buses go! At home prepare! We three persons 'll be back!

The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the beach. The service and information is good. It was in the period mostly german tourists (from 60 years) in the hotel. The tv offer in the room is still poor (p. previous reviews). One receives ARD and ZDF in a bad quality. This should nevertheless be modified. At the breakfast buffet missing small bowl for the jam and honey, as well as egg cups.
The selection with the breakfast and evening buffet is adequate. In the room missing the reference, as the towels are changed (in the 6 days were no ... towels). The staff could hardly speak german. read more

We enjoyed stay good. We had for a rental car and felt therefore during the day not in the hotel stopped. The hotel will good 60% of Spaniards visited.
The staff were super nice and helpful.

The negative reviews some guests are unjustified. The bed sheets 2a 3 days and every the room was always well cleaned. The kitchen in the life offered meatand overall fish dishes were very good. The atmosphere and the furnishings in warm buffet were less varied and not always satisfactory. The cold buffets in the breakfast were varied and 26 days we always found something.

The hotel would not four stars enter. Food is good, but the selection wasn't't very large. Room first after complaining in order, for example, hair dryer broken, ventilation broken, no tooth cleaner glasses. At least there was therefor a free entry in the spa for two people. All complaints was welcomed by the staff immediately, for example, no Balsamico-vinegar and was the next time available. The spa was very good and massage. Al-performance ratio must always be used with card, moreover, cocktails with a extra charge occupied. Better it would be, as in other hotels usual, a bracelet and that ... all the drinks at the bar were included! New year's Eve dinner was therefor really perfect. read more
