The hotel consists of several buildings by course and verbindungsbauten connected with one another are. Everything is very clean and beautiful equipped with a lot of attention to detail. Breakfast and dinner there are in the hotel's own restaurant and in the new connecting annex of the hotel there is a café. All age groups are at the guests available. Of small children, young people as well as older people. There were also guests from abroad present, for example a french family and guests from Spain. The largest part of the guests but from all over Germany. read more

    We had a standard double room. It was very nicely decorated, and clean. There is a coffee maker with attached coffee, a tv, a well-stocked mini bar, and a stereo with Iphone/iPod Docking-Station. Our room had also a balcony with a view of the small lake in front of the hotel. The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer is also available. Also the bath was very clean. A minus: it took almost a felt ages from the shower warm water comes. And also only if one the governor on very hot is. The tiniest change in the attitude comes back cold water.

    There is an on-site restaurant, in the morning the breakfast buffet and in the evening the dinner is served. Furthermore there is also a cosy bar in which you the evening with fresh mixed cocktails end to let can. Small minus : during dinner has a firm reserved table, this is for breakfast not the case. One is now a little later, and most of the tables are occupied, you had to find a table. There the restaurant consists of several rooms and thus was very extensive, you have to find something to get a free table. For breakfast, there is always a fresh, varied buffet. Here is something there for every taste. It is next to different types of cereal fresh bread different kinds of, bread rolls, fruit, salad and all kinds of cold meats, as well as jam etc.. Especially recommendable are the specialties from the region, for example sausage from the harz mountains. Everything delicious. Everything is very nicely and charmingly furnished with much attention to detail.

    The employees are of all very friendly and very attentive. On the way there they gave us the wrong welcome cocktails (we had soft and they brought us with alcohol) and the food was a request from me not taken into account (i wanted to instead of fish prefer meat). But the complaint one excused immediately and changed everything to our wishes. Everything in hotel was very clean. We felt from the start very comfortable and welcome. In the lobby there are several tables and chairs, everything was comfortably furnished. Here families with their kids played board games, and on saturday afternoon on a large television the bundesliga games shown. Every day the hotel offers other activities, for example visit the ruins of walkenried, or guided nordic walking tour etc. On saturday there were in the lobby a small beach with specialities from the harz region of local slaughterhouse workers and farms which one could buy. In the hotel there is a kids club where the children entertainment find.

    In the hotel there is an outdoor swimming pool with 30 degrees warm water the in winter as well is available. Furthermore, there was also an indoor swimming pool in which one his laps. In addition there are still several small pool and jacuzzi. There is furthermore a sauna area with various saunas. Everything is very clean and tidy. Highly recommend is the wellness department. Here there was really total relaxation.

    The hotel lies at the edge of town of bad saxon, directly at a small lake, on the edge of the forest and in the immediate area the kurpark. There the road there is no main road there is little traffic. You can easily on foot in the town and by car are all sights the resin within easy reach. In Bad sachsa there is several restaurants and shopping. From the train station Bad sachsa to the hotel it was about 3 kilometres. A prior by car is recommendable, because one the sights of interest the resin the best by car reach can. The last mile from the highway until Bad sachsa one drives over highways and roads.

The hotel is located in the 'upper' part of Bad sachsa - quasi because of the beginning of the entrance to the ravensberg mountain! It is quite large, but you through the winding architecture not the impression a hotel-block gives you get! The condition and the cleanliness are (as you but also with a 5 star hotel would expect ) absolutely great! We had breakfast inclusive - three-quarters pension but also offered! read more

    We stayed in one of the toskana-family room and were very satisfied! Cleanliness could not be faulted and the size through the extrakinderzimmer with ritterbett and a small kid's corner absolutely okay! The bathroom was very pleasantly large (caveat, the extremely difficult to regulatory shower,...) And the rest of the room was sympathetically redeveloped in the tuscan-style (with a walk-in closet) decor! Safe, minibar, coffee maker with pads were also in the room and the latter was replenished daily free of charge!

    Here one can only make compliments! The breakfast we have varied never allowed to experience! There was so quite everything, which one in terms of a breakfast buffet presents! Various bread and roll places (always freshly baked), a total of 5 different juices (partly. Freshly pressed), various sorts of sausage and cheese, warm dishes (eggs, ham, etc.) , many jams (partly. From own production) and fruits and quakspeisen...! Even a kids buffet in größengerechter arrangement was set up, so that our son could help yourself! Well and the dinner was also of the finest quality - partly. In buffet form enough or à la carte were all meals very tasty and even our essensschwieriger son was thrilled! The staff we experienced very friendly and prudent and always around the wellbeing of guests tried hard!

    Here there were 6 suns, because the service in every area was without any fault! We were at the check-in welcomed friendly and a small welcome drink invited! Fast it went then also into the room, where first the espresso machine was broken, but after a short call immediately replaced! The slightly ( however also from both sides) chaotic back and forth in respect to the reservation of a dinner table, then professional and hospitable regulated!

    The spa was likewise super-beautifully landscaped pool area in the outdoor area ( heated pool, in the winter usable) and inside hot tub, normal pool and various ruheareale were to find! Impressive was the light and tonal range! My wife used the service and was also full of praise! For children there was a kids club, the well-visited was and next to table tennis, billiards also the 'normal' game rooms had! Also here was the staff always friendly and very helpful and kinderbedürfnisse trained!

    About the location we have already described and unfortunately you have to probably most cut back, because Bad sachsa is a rather dreary place! During the day the few shops also a 2 hour lunch break, then the part. 17:30 hours the day to an end! In the evening there were a few restaurants, the open, quite überfrequentiert (pizzeria)! We can therefore only 4 suns, but not against the hotel speaks...!

The hotel with all the amenities, the staff and all around left for me nothing to be desired. I the occurrence of to the hotel until the departure felt very comfortable. And all of my questions or wishes, should really still open is always fast and very friendly received. It is a hotel which in the price-performance -proportion everything offers. Simply great. Because of many personal recommendations we booked a spa weekend at the romantischer winkel, and weren't dissapointed. In the entire hotel there was a pleasant, peaceful atomsphere, both from the staff, as well as the guests out. Really here the soul to peace, a short weekend surprising very relaxing. The spa -treatments are qualititativ very high quality. Particular emphasis should be on during our entire visit really amazing service. Very we enjoyed about the many, beautiful details, at which you can tell, that the building with heart and soul, (very pleasant check in, ready-packed beach bags in the room, bathrobes ... and-bags with room numbers and, and, and). Only the bathroom was very small and yet not updated, but perfectly adequate. The next visit was already booked! read more

This hotel offers everything you the absolute relaxation needs. Bereitsbeim entering of the hotel you can like at home feel. The employees are all very friendly, willing to help and courteous. You feel as a guest rescued and around well looked after! The offers for relaxation and use of räumlichkeitenist very big and there is something for everyone there. The hotel is first from the outside as a typical pensioner's hotel in harz. If you however checking in, then you immediately sense the great familiencharakter of the hotel with absolute feel-good atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and you never get the feeling it is fake. The wellness area is a dream and there is the care by the staff simply great! Our room 114 seemed dark is the location modest. As structurally cannot change, Should the hotel the differentiated pricing system offer. This room has the value Ratio is not right! Very good was the quiet area in the sauna area decorated. read more

The wellness vacation was particularly good. Especially the mandatory courteous care pleased. Special praise goes to mrs p., mrs and mr s. you have all our concerns cared. The 5 days were a real relaxation for body and spirit. Especially you have my wife on her birthday cared. We definitely go next year to this hotel again. Here you can its soul and the next workdays strength. Especially wish to emphasise the exclusive dishes. A gormetrestaurant special quality. Unfortunately there is always guests, the hotel make life difficult. The staff and the family or cope but this problems with daring ... to the joy of the rest of the guests. The spa area is great. In particular the treatment by mr p.-it is a class for itself. Especially we want to this hotel for birthdays, anniversaries and other ehrentage recommend. The culture in the monastery walkenried not too short. A trip is the nearby mountain - ravensberg mountain - very recommendable. The hostess of the tavern has many great ideas, the views of the harz mountains is great and the food is great. Unfortunately have some guests the mascot of the rowi -a Teddy- kidnapped. The hotel is suitable for families as for alone travellers. It is very clean and well cared for. Again and again it will, where necessary, also renovated and very stylish renewed. The board is wonderful. Breakfast buffet, soup and cakes in the palm garden, as a multi-course dinner. We have been about 12 years always 1-2 times every year to the wellness to this hotel. Our kids can every time point. For every age group, there are activities. read more

This year i was the first time over the new year in rowi. I was very good and my 11-year old daughter, it was the best christmas present, that at the romantischer winkel new year's eve celebrations could. Very nice wellness hotel. Since we the weekend inside of the hotel spent there, especially in the spacious sauna- and wellness area, i can to tourist attractions in the vicinity of the hotel no information. The food is very tasty and the hotel altogether really recommendable. read more

One was dealing with a wonderful house, the one at many corners the attention to details. Also as a lone traveler i was very accommodating treated, for example there was a nice table in the conservatory (no 'side table'). Good mixed clientele, for the kids there were at the weekend a private buffet. The staff were in every department competent and very friendly. Only drawback for me was the very cold ' ausstiegsraum' from the outdoor swimming pool. read more

    The room was also to our complete satisfaction. Really clean, great mattresses. Stylish discreet decoration, pleasant colour combinations. You will feel immediately well. We had a wonderful view on the snowy lake. Only drawback: personally, i found the toilet paper too hard. The has somehow not at all to the hotel ok, where otherwise everything was so cozy fluffy was.

    For breakfast there was everything, what the heart desired. On the day of arrival we used to have lunch in the restaurant the small buffet to us ; on the 2. day there were in the spa delicious soup and vegetable sticks. One could take, so much one wanted. Then even baked, delicious cakes. Especially great i found the coffee from the scharer machine. In the evening we the course menu additionally booked. Everything was stylishly presented and very tasteful. If i had complain about 'needs' : the meat dish was rather luke-warm. However therefor had the other course five stars The prices for food and drinks is not cheap call, but adequate. Especially the course meal one must have experienced it once, so a treat you don't all days. It would be in my opinion wrong, to save and in a cheap restaurant to find.

    Friendliness of staff very accommodating. Especially nice was our waitress mrs Dietrich. One has many employees also directly the fun at the work looked at. So it came not only a fake friendliness over, but a sort of warmth. Room cleaning was perfect. It was right in the morning during our breakfast cleaned. I thought it was great the offer, for a small tip on the day of departure until evening the spa be used (bathrobe, lunch, cake and drinks included) At check out we were asked, whether we support the drive still mineral water would like to carry forward. I thought that was super attentive.

    As already written when we took our short stay no activities outside the hotel used. Beach chairs and so on was sufficiently available. It were for our stay luckily not so lots of guests there. Of course, that was very pleasant and quiet. There are many relaxation rooms and places, so that you also by more guests a berth will get. Great was the outdoor swimming pool. In the winter, the surrounding couches vollgeschneit, warm water, nice lighting, the has what! The color and tonal range was also very nice. Nice i found the idea of a kind of 'managed deep relaxation'. Around 14,30 was a lady, a text something. The text itself has me personally not so great, but since i dozed off am it was still relaxing have been ☺ Otherwise was the tepidarium our personal favourite. The warm stone loungers are super relaxing. The saunas we have only the edelsteingrotte (steam sauna) used. There one has also something great solution : 2 times per day special experiences! 1 time or there was a salt-oil scrub, which we unfortunately missed and 1 times a lady with liquid warm honey. Thus one has then rubbed and was not only delicious, but was very wonderful for the skin. Particularly positive i would say, that it in the entire hotel very decent pleasant smelt has. Nowhere has detergent or chlorine smell. In the entire spa area was pleasant air. There was no humidity air, like one it otherwise from the baths knows. In our wellness package was an application to 2. included, the called rasul ganzkörperpeeling. I would like here not too much betrayed. My husband said first, the they need not, i should but 2 times. He was then but but pleasantly surprised. That was one thing, that we have definitely not had booked, because we are including nothing at all imagined, but our stay another experience has been added. Don't let yourselves be surprised!

    Since we only 3 days stay had, we only have the adjacent lake and forest to the walk used. Some parking there was right in front of the house. A larger parking space is a little away. We have directly in front of the hotel parked.
