The rooms in the main building are very big and pleasantly furnished. Bright and friendly furniture with enough storage space. The bathroom with shower is large, mainly the shower! With mietsafe, which must be paid. The mini bar is for a fee. On the first day a large bottle mineral water ready. In the hotel there are all inclusive, not at the beach! All inclusive includes breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake and dinner, as well as a pool bar. There is no snacks, no ice. And very little places to sit the 'rush hour' and the 'À la carte' restaurant ... empty and also no dishes. Daily offerings for afternoon coffee were also the spaces very tight. When we the hotel visited were very many Russian fellow citizens and lots of scandinavians present. Very many older people, which however not was disturbing. German couple were only 3-4 present. read more

    The staff are friendly, on the tables there are practitioners which is, from which waiter you were served. We were never with drinks served, other guests already. The room was really good cleaned-would be but also better. If I a contact person with German had then I would this points of criticism already mentioned

    To the airport it is about an hour. The distance to the beach was approximately 50 meters and one must over a street go. The distance is ok. Shops are about 200 meters away, the pedestrian precinct from Kemer. There are boat trips or various other used the offers. Shopping in Antalya

Also in october it can be at the Hotel Ambassador go well. Unfortunately the weather not always that cooperate, but also then you could have fun and relax. The landscape is a dream and also a turkish sommerregen you should have experienced, when the Taurus the world sinks. read more

In general we are very satisfied and rested come home. Which one however about the hotel need to know: The staff speaks only English, Russian and Turkish, of course, but really cared with all forces to everything. -the hotel is rather for relaxation thought, if you partying to go would like, must one a few meters of the hotel away find. The peace and quiet on the complex it will however not bother us. The city Kemer: It is very nice located. Beautiful views. Just a pity the beach so narrow and rocky. Nice clean and not too big hotel with direct access to the beautiful city Kemer. The hotel is no party -hotel and we could relatively good relax. The general services were good. The cleanliness was okay. Meals were always number - and diverse. Should this offer something for everyone. The guest structure had this year very strong changed, because there were many ostblöckler there with its known cultureless serotoninergic extremely irritating, what the flair of of the hotel extremely worse. read more

    This year we had the new manager of the hotel a very nice and large room in the main building. Directly under the roof to the pool side and a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms in the main building are larger than the in the neighboring buildings and are provided with also much larger balcony. Also these rooms are upscale furnished and are equipped with a beautiful and enough big bath.

For cleanliness here was paid attention to. The kitchen style is one time per week very typical of the country and apart from that mixed.

    The service is satisfactory and the majority of of the staff is also tried very hard. A waiter is especially mentioned: such a sener! This young man gave a lot of effort and felt very well served! In the proportion last year the staff in the restaurant positive changed. Foreign languages skills are given. The cleaning ladies made your work this year not so good, at two days was our room first not at all presented.

    The distance from the beach is ok however the beach as such is not so great. Very many loungers narrow and not really to be comfortable. Drinks and food you could buy there, but from the hotel description show is. So no real all inclusive purchase- and entertainment possibilities are in immediate proximity, also there should be something for everyone. Is very recommendable the weekly market every tuesday in the town take place.

All in all the hotel was very good room and food well, you should be eighth in the main building under to, if one at all can affect. Touristenstruktur is 75% Russians they are loud and think they are the biggest no relation to food to plates fully and throw the hälfteweg. read more

A nice, peaceful hotel without 'pushy' animation - it is in other words no. While we were there, there were many 'older' tourist present. Which however rather because of the travel time. However it is not really children suitably, since there is only one tiny shallow pool and no playground or similar. The ambassador is a city hotel, not massive bunkeranlage with directly at the beach. Therefore it was very relaxing for us. For enterprising ( bars, disco, karaoke, port, and so on) the way is in the heart of the city with 5 to 10 minutes on foot not ... far. To the hotel's own beach section it is also just approximately 100 meters. Definitely bathing shoe take, the beach is very rough shingle-beach. It was the water but crystal-clear and very clean. In the hotel are all very keen, on the wishes the vacationer ' wishes. We spent the first night unfortunately in an overnight hotel nächtigen must, what us personally now not a problem was. We are with massages and fruit basket and other things compensated. With English you basically. The guests were mixed from scandinavians, Holland, Russia, Germany, etc. Transverse patch. This was the first time I came to Kemer, there are so many good hotel there and I can definitely say that I didn't regret when chosen Ambassador Hotel. Its location is near the beach, that is the most important for me, hotel condition on the whole is quite good, it has 5 buildings, main building and building 2 are perfect when u want everything to be close to ur room including pool, restaurant, spa, and other tourists communicating. Accommodation is nice, rooms are clean, furniture is new, conditioning is good. The hotel provides all-inclusive, range of dishes is various ..., 4 times meals a day. Pool bar is open till 23 o'clock, included only turkish drinks. This hotel is really international, because of so many different countries guests u can meet here. As in other Kemer hotel there are a lot of russians of any age here. read more

    I lived in standard room pool view, it is a little small, but still okay and cosy. The most important is air-conditioning that works very good. Safe charge is 2 euros per day, but I never used it and all my valuables were still safe. All of the rooms are almost the same, new and always clean.

    It has 1 main restaurant and 3 bars I guess. Food is really various, despite I don't like most of turkish food, I never felt hungry as every meal I could select something tasty for me. Almost all of waiters are male, very polite and really know restaurant service. Thanks to all of them!

    I really liked this hotel friendly staff, especially i would like to note the reception manager Serkan and other staff who were ready to help their guests to resolve all the issues, and pay attention to guests' wishes. i want to thank them again for helping me to find my lost sunglasses, it was so nice! All the staff that have connection with guests can speak English, some of them can speak hotel related expressions in other languages as Russian, German and French. Room cleaning is okay.

    There is no entertaiment in this hotel, but I think it's not a disadvantage, when all other hotels have really good animation, just because there are some tourists as for me that want to enjoy some peaceful and quiet vacation. Main pool is not big, but clean and there is always a change of sun position during the day, so that you can tan and relax as much as u want...

    The hotel is not on the seaside but still the distance to the beach about 150-200 m, and it takes about 60-70 km to go to Antalya airport. If u want to go shopping kemer centre it takes ab. 5-10 mins to get there, if u want to buy some ordinary things or souvenirs u can buy it in the hotel shop. There are also some guides in the hotel providing excursions and shopping-tours.

Definitely recommendable, was now in August mainly from Russians and Dutch guests, but a good mix of young and old. Very friendly staff, very child-friendly, what we observed! Very nice furniture in the room, very modern and equipped with kettle for tea and coffee making facilities, which Al actually not necessary is. The food was very diverse and diverse in buffet form and a station with live cooking! Are definitely recommend this hotel! read more

The ambassador is divided into a main building and 4 smaller buildings. Altogether it has 170 room. For our stay were 20 room with German occupied. The largest part (70%) made Russian-speaking guests from, but there were also lots of scandinavians. From young to old were all age groups represented. The cleanliness was good, altogether mach the ambassador a very neat well-kept impression. In the entire hotel there are free wi-fi! Towels should be brought along or you can for 1 euros on the day also borrow-was however rather rare. The all inclusive program begins at: o'clock and ends at: ... o'clock. Evenings there is only at the pool bar drinks. The pool bar area has gotten a bit old, me of 70 years is. The could use a little updating. The restaurant is in the main building and has no outdoor tables. These are - especially evenings - very tight. The existing à la carte restaurant had not open. read more

    We had room in a side building ( with a pool) and were damti very satisfied. Big enough. Equipped with a tv, mini bar, kettle and a small balcony with a table and chairs. It was cleaned daily Wi-fi available with a very good connection.

    At the front desk is ( unfortunately) no speak German, as in the entire hotel not. Individual waiter control individual wortfetzen, however nothing more. English is also not all powerful. To the beach ( beachnr. 12) are 2 minutes on foot. However they were like sardines. Sometimes the loungers so close together, that was not even a foot between them fit. The sea was during our travels lovely. Water temperature 30 °C. Come at the weekend in addition the locals, what the loungers offer in addition, limited.

    The hotel lies directly in Kemer, in a side street. To the large mall there is no 5 minutes on foot. The way to the beach ( beach nr.12) through the main street and is within 2 to 3 minutes on foot reachable. Excursions plentifully offered. Bazaar market at the moment every tuesday instead of. Just mall hold, one runs then directly in the bazaar purely. ;-) and the is really huge.

The Ambassador hotel has us for a week a great stay in Kemer doubletalk. You should know, that it is only a few German to Kemer coming back: the audience was rather Russian. The rooms are nicely equipped, our part of the hotel was right newly renovated. Bathroom nice. Room were daily 'cleaned', unfortunately but only superficially: bed make, coarse dirt sweep and tidying up. Towels not every day changed. Altogether however really reasonable. The front desk speaks English, German rather less. Nevertheless all very friendly and ask or complaints help will be charged. The food was very diverse, waiter ... friendly, especially to children and older guests. At the buffet left no wishes open. To the beach it are 2 to 3-minute walk, which at 45 degrees really strenuous. The chairs on the beach are very, very (!) close together. You get used to it, it can but also irritate. Unfortunately is from about half 5 no more sun at the beach, because behind a mountain, houses and trees disappear. By the pool you could usually only to half 7 chairs. Pool was very small, however sweet sun terraces. Only few minutes on foot up to clubs and a pedestrian precinct with shops and restaurants. Altogether very recommendable. read more

Goods now already the 3. the Ambassador in Kemer, and I am of the opinion the quality in all areas has been improved! We travelled for over 22 years in Turkey, but Ambassador go I happily time and time again. To point out in the positive the director Ismail. With him are all questions and suggestions, but also complaints definitely in good hands, and immediately ( from time to time he itself) tackled. Anytime again! read more

hotel in a good location in the middle of Kemer with various buildings. we had all-inclusive,-but we didn't quite as such understand, because between noon buffet and Kaffeetime (17 hours ) there was nowhere something edible. We made excursions and we came always so at 15 o'clock home-there was nowhere a snack, but only at 17 o'clock then coffee and cake, which in turn is too late if it from 19 o'clock dinner returns. guest structure in October: 75% Sweden, Norway and so on -10% German and the rest of international. cleanliness in the hotel was all right. at ... lighting will in the main building very saved, a shame with more light certainly more atmosphere! read more

    Super nice, modern with nice furniture and even flat screen. balcony small but OK. bath is really nice-with very large shower and nice ambience. telephone, air conditioning. safe subject to a charge- per day 2 euros. mini bar subject to a charge. When all inclusive should non-alcoholic drinks here be free.

    restaurant nice decorated. quality of the dishes is good-if you didn't find anything here it is your own fault! Desserts are delicious. it is European and also typical of the country cooked. unfortunately, -love hotel management but you have to say that the bread for breakfast several days is the same, a and again unpacked and certainly 3a 4 days! There is the most beautiful breakfast buffet nothing if I only altgebackenes bread food. A major downside in this hotel. (also found other guests ) the bar by the pool is really only tasteless. Zero comfort atmosphere, little selection of drinks for all inclusive

    waiter very nice and accommodating. Against tip becomes also times gladly a table for a week reserved. knowledge of German unfortunately none (except the manager ) otherwise only English. cleaning of the rooms everything reasonable and also clean.

    pool is too small -you know if you this hotel bay. beach you know: large rocks -but we are just not in side, the white one if one Kemer Bay. what you however n I C h t know: the seating at the beach is so narrow that you only possibility from the front of the chair to climb...! From the beach you couldn't see anything more, neither rocks nor anything else... Only a people- mass...

The hotel was closed and is five years now been re-activated. Spread over five houses, a swimming pool and a restaurant and a opened pool bar. The beach is about. Hundert meters away, on a road between the two hotels away. The 'beach in front of the hotel' consists of large stones, about 70 pool chairs with 20 centimeter on each side. It is like a seal colony! The staff are frustrated because end of October is closed. After several talks with the management of the hotel was you to pay attention, but the food and drinks and service was ... changed nothing. The travel guide referred us to the management of the hotel only one person spoke German. There are so many good hotels in Turkey, this is not one of them. read more
