The rooms are superficially cleaned, the tiles in the bathroom (on the walls) were with the dirty and there were even after 3 weeks. As it is worrying to me the cleanliness of the pool, the 'black' in the joints is mold and was in 3 weeks in more. The food is on english coordinated. Dinner is served in two parts - total mass processing - very unpleasant. The juice from the automat for breakfast is any sour concentrate with sugar set back. The jams is a sticky mass. The lunch and dinner was all right, but has nothing with ... 4 stars to do. Bad ideas in the evening, whereas the quality partly good, partly but noise daily from 21,30-22:30 hours. Sleep before 22:00 o'clock one can despite closed window not. Incidentally, it gives it here room there is not a sunbeam back. Tour operator was schauinsland. Once and never again for questions was the gentleman not responsible, only for the sale of travel, so much shame we have never had. In the most hotels on family friendliness there was bugs, but we had a few very fully grown copies. All of the staff at the hotel was however very pleasant, however i would here vacation more. read more

First: we are 'repeat offender and not the first time in this hotel and as we are not at all the only guests, the back. You have among the guests many faces, the past years already know and that is probably because of the fact, the value for money is okay. It was again a nice vacation in a pleasant atmosphere. The food there are as a buffet for breakfast, lunch, evening (theme evenings with changing buffet), it is very diverse and the service very friendly. Altogether the staff is from the maids to the front desk to direction very ... friendly and tried to fulfill every request. Room is renovated and well cleaned. There are some rooms suitable for wheelchair users and you can get at the wheelchair well. It definitely wasn't our last time in this hotel. read more

Room number 124 (is located directly above the restaurant) isn't recommendable, since from about 7:00 a. m. the chairs in the restaurant pushed back and forth and you therefore will not be able to sleep. The bathroom had in the morning a bad odor on, since no sifonrohr was available. We were however a room changing offered. The staff at the reception was very concerned and friendly. read more

With 2 persons ok. With child the rooms are too small. No playground available. The staff are very friendly. Our first room was right next to the bar included speaker sounds until into the night (when booking with 5-year-old child). We could the room but after 2 days exchange. On arrival we had to the 3. bed only new, since in the room only 2 beds were. Then convivial folding bed stood directly in front of the balcony door, so that we no longer use. To complaints we could then the room change, which the balcony- and barproblem did. read more

The island is very nice. Transport are very good, you can cheap everywhere drive, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beaches are very small and crowded. The hotel fulfilled the expectations not. We had bad luck and a room in the lowest floor (nothing-area) score: view of a brick wall, noise from the cellar area. They told us, that would be the economic-class, of which said this travel agency nothing. The room still be occupied, is very surprising. The room was unacceptable! The dining room is always overcrowded and hot, it is simply too small. The pool and ... the areas for sunbathing for the size of the hotel perfectly too small, as you at the beach not to bathe can. The beauty of the island and many dining possibilities, because the food in the hotel is middle class, make a lot again good. In short: avoid the hotel! But visited Tenerife! read more

I was with a friend mid december for one week in Playa de las Américas. All in all, we the vacation, the hotel complex and everything else really enjoyed. The staff was very friendly, the guests the mostly also (mixed clientele, very many athletes; small minus : a few a few english families were very plebeian on), food and the hotel really is recommendable. Conclusion : gladly again ☺! read more

The most important first, this assessment is no fake. We were really in this hotel. You know: when 91%? Consent to this hotel must be something fishy. To the universe inclusive (all-inclusive): whole spaces like for instance the bar at the lobby, disco were completely excluded from the all-inclusive from 11:00 p. meter there was at all no universe inclusive more!? It was a discovery-and findespiel at all to know, which offers all-inclusive and where available. Furthermore, even this meager services either ' hidden ' that means almost traced offered, or definitely not at all, or were suddenly all ... guests available –even without all-inclusive As a precaution was the bar piscina completely closed. An absolute impudence was, that all-inclusive guests from the staff cut, that means guests without all inclusive were served, the other recognizable ' blue bands' not or only very slow. On new year's eve tried this neppbude again they and demanded, that you have a table reserved and in addition again for a silvesterpaket paid and not too scant. Without paying silvesterpaket was no reservations possible. We then outside the hotel a nice evening. General service: room service was only against regular tip; so right after the first, 2. night a good tip. Nevertheless it could be, that on some days in the afternoon at 3:00 o'clock the room still wasn't done. Room: we had with supplement a so-called comfort plus doppelzimmer'designer room' booked. In this' comfort ' we had not even a small table with two chairs in which one could comfortably make. Tv is for us actually no big issue, but it was only possible from the bed. The mold in the bathroom (see picture) was probably the designer feeling and plus comfort. A ripp-off, as you will see only the other room? Even worse? Note: the walls must be made of paper. You can hear everything, really all and when the neighbor the tv bothersome during the rather be a bit irritating. The apparatus is directly at the wall. Swimming pool: is only a unattractive paddling pool, way too small for so lots of people. Pool bar: cheapest plastic chairs and plastic table with schmuddel character, dirty tables, very bad service, undue service for all inclusive-guests. Nepp everywhere: Safe must be paid extra (2, 20/day). The safe is only with two ridiculous screws in the closet attached and could without tool be removed. A safe but you need, as you from balcony to balcony hiking and the balcony door not even a lock, but an impossible catch the one problem-free with a wire open. Refrigerator had to be paid extra (2, 00/day) Even the change of you gave with a Euro be paid. Where there is as this is what, only in the Noelia dream (nightmare) hotel W_lan 25,00 Euro/ week Gym 3, 00/day, etc. Etc. Food/restaurant: dinner in two shifts. 1. layer 18:00; 2. layer 20:00 Why in two parts? The restaurant is way too small for the hotel and the many guests. We happened, like a drittklassigen cafeteria. Way too loud. Way too narrow. Breakfast 14 days the same breakfast, unimaginative, small selection, staff, as it for breakfast no 'strata' returns, dirty tables, train station and on vacation Lunch for all inclusive: we were thank god very often on the way. Such a narrow offer we had never experienced something like that. Actually, it was 30% of the dishes, the evening were offered. Dinner 14 days almost the same food. Even during the christmas and new year's eve a variant or qualitative increase. You could always something to eat find, but on vacation you want to not seek and find, but select and enjoy. For all inclusive-guests there was a house wine (red/white), the hardly edible. We decided then for a rose wine, the reasonably edible. The service was quite often overtaxed, dishes at the buffet were prepared, generally totally crowded and something warm food there were never actually, there are actually only 'luke warm' food. The hotel was unable food at the buffet reasonably to keep warm. Four star!? Conclusion: The only funny about this hotel were the morning handtuchwerfer. It was bizarre, as these one-celled creatures the starting line durchbrachen and the loungers occupied. Tip: only at a particularly favourable offer all-inclusive in this hotel book, otherwise all inclusive was a waste of money. Of course, the better solution this hotel not at all to book or maximum 1200 Euro/person/all-inclusive for fourteen days pay, no penny more. We paid per person all inclusive for the 14 days 1850 Euro here was the value for money in no way. The hotel was good for us and also the room was brilliant. The breakfast, lunch and dinner there was something for everyone. We had booked all inclusive and weren't dissapointed. The only downside is, that it only at a bar al drinks are. It is reasonable value for money. read more

The hotel is as far as not bad, but in my opinion maximum three stars. We are from 4 stars hotels used to different things, last year'adeje palace ' Playa de las Américas, there are 4 stars. I have never stayed in a 4 star hotel, all services again pay extra and in a small room. Bed was always clean but with holes. Food was okay, are actually for everyone, with the season has the kitchen but their problems. Staff are friendly and tried hard, communication makes no problems. The joke is the entertainment area, later in the courtyard planted ... with garden furniture is the lowest level. Truly mixed audience partly very habituation needy. Conclusion: In the hotel sleep and breakfast and the rest better outside, including internet, wlan costs 10,-Euro per day, refrigerator costs, pool towels costs, fitness costs, never always 4-star read more

I write all negative and particularly positive points the noticeable to us are. The hotel is ok, but for 4 stars are missing then but the crucial things. The hotel sees from the outside very chic, we have a room to the roadside gotten, even though we no spar tip room we had booked. Room size and furnishings were ok, also the cleanliness in the entire hotel was good. For everything you had to to pay, that means: safe, refrigerator, water, gym (with sauna). The animation was so lala, the cocktails were bad, under the 4-star brand and too expensive. ... A tip in the town there is the harrys bar, they make the best cocktails in the area. The buffet food was on the whole delicious, but for a 4-star but few things missing: in the morning the genuine swiss birchermüesli, the evening good desserts, the cakes tasted like from the freezer. The maids forgot now and then something. At the front desk there was often praktikantinen, with its work were overwhelmed or incorrect information. Once again, a hotel selection after studying the reviews from holiday check worth it. Already on the way there in the dream Noelia Sur i was surprised by the amazing service and friendly welcome. A glass of cava, the short wait can be bridged. It is also not common, that the reception after the terms of the room again care, wether everything is okay.
