The room was simply furnished, but Clean. Was cleaned daily. The nightwear Was decorative on the beds put.

We had all-inclusive and got good food. Varied and for any taste Something for everyone.

With the service we were in all areas very satisfied. Especially the staff's hospitality we would Stress.

The pool was really clean and there were a lot of Beach chairs available.

A nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Many cats, but that didn't bother us.

Good shopping possibilities. All places within easy by bus To reach.

Room are ok, have already worse and but better! Mattresses are very worn and very soft! One noticed the federnkern! :-(

Restaurant and pool bar the furnishings were very good! The quality of the dishes also, however we would have liked more local cuisine expected instead of pizza, pasta and american approach (ah we were in Greece) -, although also very good!

Staff really makes an effort you a nice stay to remember! As I have already mentioned the obtrusive intrusive and arrogant art of the hotel boss is the absolute best! Can the staff so efforts, the guy it creates the holiday feeling to ruin!

Pool is as mentioned very neat and nice! The entertainment program for all inclusive very poor and if something is, then melted extra cost!

The complex of the hotel is very well maintained, and the pool areas clean, the staff are visibly hard money to scheffeln, even if you booked all inclusive has. Very very many things what otherwise in all-inclusive there are, are here for a fee! Apart from that speaks of the quality the food - food was really good and sufficient-if one to the predetermined times there was! However the saying breakfast for people who sleep in was not available, respectively if the breakfast until: o'clock walk, you can get at: o'clock leaning views and only half! - thus look du to time for breakfast are! The arrival designed as a challenge, as the flight at: o'clock in forth arrived and at: o'clock we the hotel reached which everything in the planned drain was - however if you then booked all inclusive and on arrival like a coffee would have, you should feast pay, because all inclusive there always only from 12.00 hours day of arrival until: o'clock day of departure runs, that means if you then home at: o'clock antrittst, bekomst du neither lunch nor dinner more on this day! :-( So much the staff endeavor you but a nice stay possible, so it creates the hotelboss with its arrogant, pushy, and sunnyboy kind of you the vacation to bad! Oh yes-the combination from D and ru is also not the best!

Concerning the location you can neither the distance to the airport yet to the beach complain! Excursions and entertainment are very good!

Our room in the side building was clean, well maintained and relatively large ( family room), as well as functional. The mattresses were to our feeling but rather a little too hard.

As very pleasant we found the long meal times. It was always rich filled buffet never crowded. The beverages were afternoons and evenings very fast served and table-ware used was cleared immediately. The choice of the offered food was always large. The zuzahlungspflichtige bbq evening brought with the grill offer a welcome variety.

The complete staff is great friendly. The appearance of any dissatisfaction is the guests from the face and immediately reacted about it. The foreign languages skills of the staff allow excellent communication with all guests. The cleaning of the rooms is faster and good quality. A lack of of the airconditioning in our room was immediately fixed.

The hotel offers per week two entertaining showabende at. During the day there are no animation, what the hotel a place of relaxation makes. The two pool areas ( shallow pool is spatially from the main pool separately) were Very clean and never crowded.

Hotel middle size. A main and side building, as well as several bungalows in a very nice garden, clean and well maintained complex. Offered with half board or all inclusive.

The hotel is in a ideal location. The beach is only a few minutes away. After crossing the street one arrives over a approximately 200 meters long, on both sides covered with greenery way to the sandy beach. The left respectively right towns stalia and Malia offer a variety of purchase- and offered to entertainment including a large party. The location of the hotel is ideal for a row trips in organized and individual. Also there is frequent and convenient bus connections ( for instance to Heraklion - knossos, Agios Nikolaos). A ' hummelbahn ' starts regularly to tours by stalia and Malia, as well as to the mountain villages mohos or krasi.

Staff are very competent, friendly and always ready for fun, otherwise are provided with all over very good foreign language skills! ( German, English and Russian) in perfection!

One of the most beautiful hotels on Kreta! Pleasant location, size of the room sufficient, cleanliness, immaculate! Breakfast buffet is very inviting and something for everyone! All nationalitätenan board!

Hotel is very centrally located! In a couple of minutes you are in the city center from Malia respectively, Stalis!

The bungalows are already really beautiful ageing. A musty odor got us into the nose when we the air conditioning it turned off. The terrace is rather uncomfortable. Quite sad I found the curtain. The was so thin that you at night always observed felt. We had after the above-named room changing a family room. A dream. This building is probably new and really nice. We had a terrace with small garden and two loungers. The zimmersafe is in the closet and costs 2 Euro on the day.

We have a restaurant and a pool bar seen. The buffet was not too big but you had found something. For a glass Cola you pay 2,40 Euro. The waiters are very friendly and rooms the tables immediately. After the aforesaid kakalakengeschichte we have in the hotel not more eaten. The pool bar we didn't visit.

The staff were always friendly, whether receptionist/ in, cook, waiter, hotel manager or cleaning lady. To our cleaning lady could all German. The cleaning of the rooms was fine. On the first day we had the feeling we sleep in used beds and also in the bathroom was still some rubbish from vorbesitzen rum but this was perfect after a 'complaint' removed. Furthermore we enjoyed the musty odor in our room, as well as a cockroach weighted. We could still on the same day the room change. But unfortunately we had in this room right after withdrawal again a cockroach found-and this was not the last in our room. A room changing it was not possible because the hotel supposedly was fully booked. However was our room with some spray sprayed, which insects die is. With the cockroaches in the room was at quiet nights not longer think. For us, this vacation was at this point run.

On the complex there is free wi-fi. With us unfortunately in the rooms not working. In front of the room however without any problems.

The hotel is from the outside quite nice and makes a clean impression. The complex has 135 rooms which partly old and partly were new. The cleanliness on the complex was normal. However is full by the pool in the evening from scraping the you have to be careful where you go force. In our rooms we had what.

The location is perfect. From the airport to the hotel we had pleasant 35 minutes drive. To the beach it is on a small street and a short walk along and one is already there. 2 loungers and 1 umbrella there are for 6 Euro on the day. Numerous shops left and right the street along. Excursions also some offered, we however did not make. A quad can be for 10,00 Euro on the day.

We had a bungalow -room with a balcony and three beds (a double bed and an extra bed). When we came out, that it probably hardly room with only a double bed is. The amenities in the room with a safe ( 2 Euro per day), a small tv, air conditioning and fridge was okay. A closet was available, but it was impossible his clothes to accommodate there. Furniture decorated and old, bathroom with bathtub was our view but new and double bed comfortable. All in all for 2 people good!

Restaurant with interior and außensitzpläten, in the evening you had to to the production time times 10 minutes to wait, if you want to go out. Cleanliness also here rather negative (clearing up fallen down food was not poured out, used the place sets were just turned over, etc.). Dining room relatively small and stuffy, since the chef there also its station had. Meal at breakfast and at dinner enough. You have always found something, but we had already much better buffets in 4 star hotels in gr. Really the delicious salad and the greek specialities. To emphasize also the great fruits in the morning and in the evening! Drinks were in the evening alright (exception: the red/weisswein 'vin de crete', the in the hotel circa 14 Euro costs, costs in the supermarket 2,99 Euro).

Staff was in all areas very friendly and nice, particularly the blond receptionist! Also the foreign language skills were incredibly good! Negative exception was the 'restaurant manager', the you had to to greet force ☺ The rooms were cleaned daily, however rather superficial. But still acceptable.

Pool great for swimming, as it will partially nice deep. Especially the long opening hours were great (until 24 o'clock). It was clean also. Fine sandy beach was about 2 minutes away, ocean was clear and clean. In this section also great for children, since water very quiet and was flat. Overall little shade. 2 chairs and a screen there were for 6 Euro. West side more and more beach chairs (and thus more people). We are by bus or rental car to other beaches dangers! Animation gave it always wednesday And saturday In the evening, but we didn't visit. Tt-plate was there, but 2 Euro/h cost, although we the rackets and ball itself brought. We found not quite fair. Otherwise billiards, table football, table tennis.

Very well maintained facilities with approximately 135 rooms, divided in 2-storey bungalows and main building. Many cats (but not disturbing) and great garden with a lot of limes and plant pomegranate trees. Pool with enough chairs (it was not reserved!) , large parking space for the rental car, as well as free wi-fi. All-inclusive or half board. We had the half board, our opinion more than adequate. About 60% russians, lots of them with quite arrogant occur without any foreign language skills. Otherwise many german speaking guests.

Location of the hotel was good, one must evenly with Malia/Stalis arrange. But you know that before! Lots of bars, kiosks and tourist souvenir shops, as hotel right next to the 'beach road' between Malia and Stalis is. We would in this area Kreta no more vacation to make. As a starting point for exploring east crete but it was good! Hotel was close at the beach/sea and the bus stops in both directions (Heraklion/ agios nik.). About 30 kilometer from the airport (about 45 minutes with the bus transfer for ' hotelabklapperung ).
