The hotel normally was very, clean, we got every day fresh towels (in the room), every day fresh towels in the spa area. We had all-inclusive and were with the offer very satisfied. At the time when we were, were almost only german speaking guests. read more

Were with our grandchildren in the 'sidera'. At the hotel there is hardly any something to moan about. Rather annoying were the loud entertainment in the neighboring hotel. We had a family room in the direction neighboring hotel. But the glazing is really good. As hardly any noise through. Only with open window you can not sleep. The family room is nice and big and functional. The 2. TV in the children's room not a necessity. But he does not. Great the food was. We are fully on our taste old. Was always and everything there. Whether the in the ... peak season oh so, we couldn't say. The staff are constantly in use, stops everything was clean and is very friendly. The fit the boss still even on. And it shows. The hotel is very worn and in need of renovation. The rooms (family rooms ) not very big and getting quite old.
The carpets had stains and in the bathroom there was partly mold infestation.
The beach is a catastrophe. Rocky and narrow and with extremely ugly plan wide covered.
The hotel is tiny, has extreme disparities and unfortunately also dangerous due to the many stones. read more

The reception of staff were very nice had altogether a great time however one has already very noticed that the season is finished. No animation in the afternoon evenings a short or no program. It was kept very clean. Waiter nice good language skills. Nice was 90% only German tourist. Great division the hotel. The hotel is for the age in a clean state some areas need to be renovated ( bathroom with mold) the food was always very good in a wide choice cakes crazy great decorated and delicious. To complain about is the no internerverbindung was possible and ... the beach very narrow and rocky without bathing shoe very painful into the water to go that was for us in the first moment very sober the kids it didn't bother us, also looked not very inviting (more like a construction site). The sea and the sunsets compensate a little dreamlike view sea crystal clear and also in the November warm. The pool attendant was very unfriendly and unverschmämt already at 17 o'clock the sun lounger wegerräumt no matter wether one would like to sit or not. Very friendly, German speaking staff, unfortunately 4 days bad weather had, a little possibilities to meet, lots of German guests. Good contact. The hotel is for a beach vacation definitely recommendable. The staff is very friendly and very anxious the guests a pleasant vacation possible. The food and quality of the courses is super. We are already for 4. time in Turkey and have always 5 stars booked, but this hotel was a major disappointment. As from the other Travellers mentioned it definitely not worth 5 stars, rather 3!
When we at night arrived you could not even with English inform itself.
The beach towels could be changed every day, but they were completely broken, with old blood, old mold or rust covered. The editions of the loungers were so thin, that you also without chairs.
We have no night battled through (with alcohol it would probably be gone ), the mattresses same a ... rack. To the peace we arrived during the day not, as one constantly treated to music was. This hotel is for hearing-impaired exactly the correct. So relaxation no trace. The mugs, the table cloths, such as the cutlery were daily dirty and not changed.
What we found positive? Beach and clean sea. read more

Very helpful manager and staff, all included for leisure, best boutique in area is in the hotel but a market is near and Alanya on quite good distance if you want to see more about the Turkish culture. Good place for holiday, especially to rest! read more

We as a family with two kids (5 and 2 years) felt very comfortable and were the child-friendly staff, as well as of the meals and the pleasant atmosphere the sidera very pleased. For families with children until about 10 years is certainly not boring, as in the kids club-thanks shain there is always something happening! The visible hotel brings a pleasant atmosphere and you can find nice contact with parents, as well as to other children. The hotel and the rooms are clean and furnished nicely. The beach is partly rocky/rocky but with bathing shoes you can nevertheless great ... digs and play. The entertainers were unfortunately not more so motivated as it should be, as we end of the season arrived. Everything on the whole it was a lovely vacation! read more
