We are quite clear, that it a 3 star hotel was and not more. The complex is well laid out and was currently not crowded however also not empty. The condition mostly alright and good. Details may once again good scrub down, (bathroom joints, etc. ) Some should necessarily be renewed: mattresses! We could luckily with our children exchange, which didn't bother the feather beds to couches, where actually the individual feathers/springs were to be felt. After two nights, the pain, the also on the not again disappeared. The cleanliness was absolutely was okay, too. Room completely okay. Sanitary plants ... also, would not be the problem indicated a pissoire (vestibules toilet) been, which was only after about 3 days correctly resolved. Not huge, but if you want to Ibiza most of the time in the room spend? Some rooms apparently with little regalfläche. Some rooms are rather noisy. Since we late to bed are, it was rather no matter. Facilities as described. Not more and not less. The beds (our at least) were a catastrophe. Lumpy older mattresses. You could also the springs individually feel and hear. Big minus: the balconies had no lamps! You can sit in the evening either in the dark or not at all... Sea views: whoever sea view there and paid, should it push what to get. Because not everything which one so under the sea presents, will as obligingly for offered.

Here i would prefer 3.5 star rating. Three words : rather bad, four: rather good. 3,5 would neutral i mean. There's a restaurant for all the buffets (breakfast, noon, dinner) and a terrace, unfortunately, rarely was open. All meals in buffet form enough. The selection was good and plentiful. High i-in other three stars hotels-clearly eaten better. It was middle kaninenessen. What i missed, was a variety of food within days. Or a sortimentswechsel after two or three days. There were theme nights such as asian and mexican... But they were-i cook itself gladly to the meal then not really to see. Was good, that the hotel on gluten intolerance is adjusted! And in the form, that it in the morning bread and Kellogg's gave (on request) and in the buffet with a hot dish and a dessert marked as such was. I had first not expected and was positively surprised and could the eingeflogenene rolls in the suitcase. A shame, however, was then, that this labelling not consistently kept and also the alternation was not guaranteed. If a chef sauce for chopped meat without gluten as requested, then would go with other soßengerichten. That was not the case. Also missing the labelling for other meals, which also without gluten were. And separate demands brought these mentioned slightly stressed faces to days. And also no correct information. A limited selection (circa 1/3 to 1/2) of tenders are included in all-inclusive, the rest is for an additional fee available. Except for coffee, but for each drinks always a new plastic cups taken - not only in the pool area - what the atmosphere was not good. Glasses are nice. And for the environmental performance rather a big minus. It seems also no uniform instructions for the preparation of the drinks (for example cocktails) to give. This often see different and taste different.

We arrived in the morning at 7 o'clock in the hotel and got our room only around 12:30. not very simple with übernächtigten children and suitcases! That we long waiting for the room had, was we didn't know, otherwise we would have the journey unlike booked. On questions in or other options we got no satisfactory information. Only it says around 9:30 we could into the room. Then it was not and everything was fully booked-so wait until half one. The staff is but otherwise friendly and helpful, although not always very well informed. Twice we got wrong information (evening program and doctors) Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (german) are subject to staff more or less good. With english and hands and feet, but mostly very good. Specialist as lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten excluded once (shush. Dining). The further dealing with complaints was good. Room with a view of the sea booked, got the sea but more to hear as to see. Was then on the next day promptly and uncomplicated exchanged. Also here: right ' complaints' then will quickly remedied. Friendliness of the staff in the food area - rather worse than in the other areas. Light ' muffeligkeit' and rapid 'nerve i am not' views, if you had questions.

The pool was rather a bit cold. Of course what the month october is. Probably however regularly new and therefore also cold water dispensed, so that swimming in the sea fun and was warmer. Through the trisection the pool there was no temporary space, where the standing height could choose. That had our kids not so good. A piece of for item sloping pool is for playing and paddle better. Clean and tidy was the pool however. The loungers are at the head not adjustable... A shame. So always rather reclined position or plastic chair. The entertainment for adults and children is for us rather uninteresting architecture-but it looked okay and unobtrusive from. A shame : the pool is not lit up! Specially in the autumn that would be already beautiful. For a again inside to, to the other looks better than a black surface.

May hotel at the beach gladly again look! The bay of Es Canar is really nice. They had for us the correct size-not confusing or too small. The terraces of the hotel are partly right next to the sea. A small gate then separates the poolgänger from the beach or the other way around. It is so good at the beach to and the beverages from the bar! The beach is not officially to the hotel, but of the city. Whether over the bay or the official streets, one is in a couple of minutes in town Es Canar. There is everything available, supermarket, doctor, discos, dining etc... Paddle boats locally possible, boats to Ibiza City and Formentera drive here from, etc... Excursion possibilities are on Ibiza either with a rental car, with the tour operator or on your own by bus good. Drive from the airport about 30 minutes (the is then also almost once long on the island). Distances on the island by us were overall rather clear view.
