The one-week stay at the Center Parcs Bispinger Heide was a short vacation, we every year with our children gladly in a park with swimming pool spend. We had consciously the bispinger Centerparc selected, as this with 5 stars of Centerparc even is rated and we booked a vip bungalow, as the standard bungalows in all parks now very worn are. Our vip bungalow with our own sauna was nicely decorated and adequate but very sparsely furnished. The swimming pool there were unfortunately often no chairs many guests more chairs had reserved than you really needed (for feet in addition ..., bag off. Etc.). Here should the staff more to 8.
In the all in all it was (especially the children 9 +12) but really enjoyed. The nearby Ralf s. go-kart track, the snow-dom, the crazy house, and the other excursion possibilities have this played an important role. read more

Premiumbungalow very disappointing, worn, beds in the bedroom was very narrow, but good quality. It was our first visit to a Center Parcs and we had no large expectations.
Our comfort bungalow was more than fine and clean. The division of rooms we found it great - simply furnished with plenty of storage space. The furnishings of the kitchen enough, for self catering. We were in the 70. area and had about 15 minutes to the Market Dome. With the baker you can bread service and newspaper for 1,30 Euro per day take advantage of. The restaurants are quite expensive, there is still the break point similar McDonald's for the narrower budget.
The ... Aqua Mundo pleased us best. It was fascinating, as the lots of people there
Somewhat spread out and you hardly somewhere line up had. Great is the rapids!
Apart from that the bowling alley and the pool good, the baluba is rather for smaller children, the area for waiting parents could pleasant arranged. read more

The whole park has gotten old. For maintenance is very offensichtlicht almost nothing issued. Overall a letdown. For the 4. time Center Parcs, for the 2. time in Bispinger heath. If you 3 points when booking respected, it is really recommendable.
1. always outside of the holidays book. A lot cheaper and it is then also in the swimming pool not too crowded.
2. always vip bungalow (with finnish sauna) book, they are great furnished and there is every morning fresh rolls.
3. the best self catering/cook.
Nothing can go wrong and will for families with small children great fun place. Another tip: on time for the little ones the wannabe actions book the fill up fast. ... The Centerparc cell phone apartment helps. read more

Prior:
Already on the way there you will of the sight of at least six corrupt caravan -women (in the distance of 500 to 1000 meters from the motorway exit to to Center Parcs) surprised. The nice red lit at the street parking and waiting for customers. Since, the family vacation already suitable for kids at!
The check in with the e-ticket went well and fast.
Bungalow:
The toilet was dirty: pubic hair on toilet and stains on the washbasin.
Our circus children bungalow was old and dated decor. A renovation is long overdue.
The children- and bedrooms and the ... bathroom are way too small.
In the bathroom too few space to put things for special, shower gel, shampoo or toiletries
The washbasin and the shower have no thermostat and no einhebel -mixing batteries, the temperature shall be tedious with two devices be discontinued.
The door in front of the kitchen cupboard (in the garbage bin) sagged and closed not correctly.
The whole heating is -10 degrees at night simply ran out. In the morning it was freezing in the bungalow, so we with hot-water bottle breakfast to the heater again ran.
Premium service:
No detergent and no dishcloth (as advertised ) available, (only tabs for the dishwasher)
But delivered packages of towels (in the premium -service included, but nowhere from the website shows), so many towels free hauled.
Swimming pool:
Lockers old, dirty and broken, with 1 Euro coins interjection (deposit) and with
Key wristlets the a catastrophe -do not keep the poor, absolutely outdated system!
In modern swimming pools (for example in Wilhelmshaven) you do not need cash in the swimming area to take.
There is the same (memory) chip to close the lockers and pay of the food and drinks use. (is during the stay in the swimming pool in the good serve seated and perfect holding bracelet put) and the exit the machines or information paid. This could operator from Center Parcs a example take.

The food and drinks in the park are way too expensive. A hamburger costs for example 2,85 Euro.
Really good is the baker with his delivery service. The breads and the morning newspaper were impeccably and delivered on time.
The swimming pool is great. However we had to on saturday, the 26 january 13 at noon a quarter of an hour line up, there the swimming pool for overbooking temporarily was closed. read more

With light teething problems this short break positive. Since Bispingen as one of the best (most expensive ) Centerparc shall apply. We only a premium bungalow booked. Not like a vip - bungalow. That was a mistake! The premium bungalow was very run-down, not felt really clean, a odor urine. Simply not to be comfortable! We have assumed the 5 stars (birds) at the accommodation to be, but at the front desk sorted we were on, that it mainly around the ways to spend your free time goes. We were then for a small extra charge on a vip -bungalow ... transferred. These are fully newly renovated and top in the facilities. So really 5 stars! The Market Dom is attractively laid out. We have only the italian restaurant try it. The food there was very different of the quality, of not enjoyable until very delicious! The staff are great trained and deals with complaints very professional around! The Aqua Mundo is great, would be more loungers, or chairs stand! The us in the Hochsauerland liked it better. But you have to say that everything very clean was and the entire area leaves no room for boredom. The indoor playground is great, but like already described by others quite cold. For the romping around children completely okay, for the waiting parents definitely jackenpflicht (in any case when -8 degrees celsius outside), because the hall was not really heated! The other we didn't take advantage of the leisure activities on offer, what in the summer off course outside goes also better. Our summary. Value for money isn't right so. We can Centerparc definitely recommendable. It is although already somewhat older, but nevertheless still in good shape. I can not at all the many negative reviews this park understand. We were very satisfied. We had a beautiful bungalow. The beds/mattresses were okay. It was everything available, which one needed (even a dishwasher there were). The swimming pool was - as always - a force. Everything was clean! The employees very helpful and super nice. As we 'friends' are (after 3 times in a row to book, is on auto-a' friend ' and you get next time coupons (toppings). We stayed with the toppings for example free Bowling played, free archery made etc. You can also free in ... the sauna go. We ate in the Market Dome not, since we were outside of meals (Bispingen is only 5 kilometer volt park) and also in the bungalow ate. Bread service worked super-everything normal price. The supermarket (Edeka) had rather normal price.
Clearly, if you are in the Market Dome food, that is already expensive. The bowlingspielen have the beverages also its price - but with the toppings everything so far representable, otherwise we would be too expensive. But we were in the all in all felt very comfortable and it was - as always - a great week. You can also much undertake: in Bispingen there is' a smear ' a house, what was on the head is, the Ralf Schumacher go kart track, as well as the snowdomehalle. One drives 60 kilometer is one in Hamburg; here worth seeing the speicherstadt and the miniature (one must have seen ) and so on

So if you stay here on vacation should well with lebensmitten setting or a very thick portmornee have (Cola 0,4 liter 3,20 Euro, water even more). We were looking forward to this busy new year on this vacation in family and looking forward to it long-awaited, but we were on the ground unfortunately, in many respects, disappointed-the marketingkonzept and medienwerbung promises more than really expected. 5. the pancake house was very pleasant, only much too few seating capacity, and too few staff, one had eternally to wait for service.
6. the bungalows are solid, old-fashioned. Needed renovation! A basic facilities like sink, some filters, toilet paper and soap would be reasonable standard and not large expensive! The prices in the shopping market are partly for these fundamental matters very excessive and rude.
7. it was very bad the offer at meals which one with to take a bungalow or to order. Since you don't have small children long dinner are the prices much too expensive for the half board, and it was not possible, only one of them to order (for example only ribs with the american buffet). The pizzas which can be delivered have all not tasty (no spice, too few coating etc.), of raclette and fondue one does not become full ☺ for the money, and the delicacies to go in the morning prepared and were the whole day and have dried up and from hour to hour unansehnlicher) pfui. Since many years we spend the new year in the Centerparc Bispingen. We had a premiumbungalow for 6 people. Unfortunately the bungalow quite worn. The toilets smelled. For 10 years the interiors not changed. The name premium can therefore only as type name but no more as a sign of quality shall apply. Probably it would have been better, the existing bungalows for the normalgast regularly to renovate, rather than for a few high-end guests very expensive exclusive tree houses, houseboats and eden-bungalows to build. Many special features, once the magic of the park made up, are the cutbacks to ... the victims: the bimmelbahn, the river at the market restaurant or the direct telefondraht to the front desk. It is not enough, just a flat screen tv and the saggy beds to leave.
The park is due to its unique location in Heide and the successful embedding the bungalows to nature, as well as the great pool still nice. But the magic is gone and the star on the sink. read more

We had mice in the bungalow, after the first night a new bungalow but which was after 2 next with mice beseht. The beds are appalling 70% of all the guests had back pain. Only by accident we stayed at the children's room mold discovered. This is a cheek, rather center Parcs. Locally we had always alternating persons and can now only other customers warn. Our review has center Parcs also directly. So ..., check before unloading your luggage - the furnishings their ' cottages ', beds and after mold search and horrors they are not the raised prices in the restaurants.
