We were in the main building accommodated. The room was well furnished and thoroughly cleaned. The buffets were varied and diverse. There was no problems to get a table. The service was always attentive and friendly. The swimming pool was very clean, the water temperature was pleasantly warm. Directly next to the hotel are soccer- and tennis courts. At the beach runs a trolley car to umag into town. Apart from that offers the area numerous excursions, for example in the cave baredine and in the nearby cities, all very quaint at the sea are located. We had a very ... relaxing weekend in this beautiful hotel experienced and would come again. read more

Classic club vacation. Big hotel - but very well arranged. Beautiful pool area and slide park. Rooms were very nice and big enough. The food was very good, the selection when fully booked hotel, is a lot going on, so you have to but for a club vacation be expected, no matter where. There are 3 dining rooms, the large is rather loud, the two other were pleasant. The evening shows were done very professionally - Lion King was really worth seeing.
All together it was great families-vacation. Children were completely thrilled. Really recommendable.

My conclusion: good childcare, very clean pools, the beach is but unfortunately not accessible for disabled people! '!
Super buffet, waiters spoke german, (without tip but mostly nothing at all!)

A very family-friendly hotel with short paths. The entertainment for children was very Extensive but it seemed not disturbing on the adults guests. We were without children on vacation. The gastronomy has very convinced us. The dishes at the buffet were always immediately refilled. We in still no other hotel experienced.
In the sea we are very happy to to swim.

Beautiful four star hotel a bit out of Umag. With the trolley easy to reach, but not cheap, to three.
Because we in the late season were there, the large slides not more in the business. The kids club from 6 months until 4 years, middle/ end of September offered. The kids' clubs from 5 years are closed.
Playground nice and nearby the pool area. Children's pool very big, main pool with 2 smaller slides. Indoor pool nice, but the water is too cold.
In the evening, a children's entertainment nearby the large lobby with dancing, makeup offered. For children ... until about 6 years very pleasant.
Room large and clean with a balcony, air conditioning, mini bar and free safe.
Good food, but not exceptional, drink prices for a four-star hotel reasonable and staff attentive.
To the beach ( Rocks and concrete) there is already a few meters. The access road from hotel separately.
In short: nice vacation in a large hotel. Ideal for kids specially in the high season. read more

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The new area for children with the water slides ( for large children 3 large slides, for the little ones there was also a small water park ) is brilliant.
The rooms were always clean, the staff very friendly, food was also good, but unfortunately the large dining room was very noisy. The Nichtschwimmerpool at the hotel was gigantic, so for little water lovers ideal ( unfortunately not more the newest) had continued to disturb us however not. Always, always enough chairs available, with many shady spots with trees. The center Umag is ... with a small train every 15 minutes great reachable. The hotel was great, gladly again. read more

We adults had half board and our son 'all-in'. A quite big hotel the but is very manageable. Everything is regularly cleaned. The food is of a very good quality and the staff is really very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program in the evening changed every day and you have to say, that the children never bland can. The demonstrations to evening agenda looked very professional and some theater in Wien a example to take. read more

Complex has unfortunately two problem!
Very loud dining-hall and sometimes too few places! You have paid and will not queue!
Room is somewhat small the crib and is a uncomfortable lounge!
Cleanliness in the room - poor!
But-if a bit wait for the food that didn't bother us-the rest is super!

We were positively surprised. The complex is absolutely clearly arranged and everything was well sign posted, so that also the children alone there were, where they wanted to go.
On a sandy beach hopes it was in vain, but the concreted Sunning platform were not bad. For the
Children it was an experience, in the snorkeling the underwater world to discover.
The chairs and sunscreens at beach are affordable (15 Kuna/ Liege, 12 Kuna/ sun screen).
Also the other costs in the hotel ( drinks, ice) are adequate, so not overpriced.
We would this hotel definitely again choose. read more

If Ma not the standard of countries like for instance Switzerland, Germany and Austria out a really recommendable hotel. Paid only the adults, our son (8 years) stayed free and got even a Sonderpackage where children lunch complimentary eating and drinking and in the afternoon cakes and drinks. Also the apart from that kostenpflichitge Rutschenparadis was with this package included (also for parents, for their children to take care).
The offered kids club in different age groups offer great variety for the kids and the parents a relaxing day. With our next Croatia we would definitely choose this hotel again ... and would recommend there once a vacation to book. read more

We really enjoyed it, apart from smaller flaws. The cleaning of the rooms and friendliness the waiter left nothing to the imagination. For children a very nice hotel complex. Newly opened slides complex, water Playground, playground and great kids club with many, entertainers and many beautiful leisure activities. read more

Perfect hotel for family vacation. We were 4 days with our small (10 months) in this hotel. Had a double room with a view of the sea. Room more or less fine, but the cleanliness I didn't really like. Unfortunately we found after 4 days still the same dirt on the floor as on arrival (bad cleaning lady got). Bed large and hardness also suitable. TV rather small, but with ~,7 German programs. Air conditioning worked perfectly and relatively silent. Bathroom big and with bath tub. Balcony large with a table and 2 chairs. Overall the hotel is in ... the year 2006 well renovated, and the public areas all clean and beautiful. The pools are definitely the highlight of the hotel. Altogether 3 piece and slides pool, with 3 Erlebnisrutschen. Perfect. For children in all age groups a lot was offered! Loungers are by the pool abundant. Only the sun screens from ~ 10:00 A. M. quite tight. But there were enough trees around the pool for shade to find. Our little has totally felt at ease.
We had the half board. Breakfast very good and abundant. Dinner was of the quality perfectly and wide choice. Unfortunately it was most of the time only lukewarm or already cold. Tip: there is a large dining room (very loud) and 2 small adjoining rooms. With small children you should definitely in the adjoining rooms to avoid, as it a lot pleasant is.
The sea is about 150 meters away from the hotel, and only by a park separated from each other. Unfortunately there is only this Betonplattenstrände. Hotel has no own beach! So you need to go for the chairs and an umbrella extra pay.
Parking spaces sufficient and free of charge around the hotel available.
Altogether would be our summary: good - very good value for money and gladly recommend the hotel! read more
