The organisation of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are completely overstrained. For the many guests there are a lot of not enough staff. We were over new year's eves, until 22 o'clock Was still staff, after that we could ourselves use. She weren't able Around midnight cold sparkling wine ready. During the front desk and the entrance area a modern impression leave the rooms are very worn. Everything is strong scuffed and with stains covered. The TV displays only Slovak program. The balkontüre could opened, but not the curtain before (completely stuck). The beds consist only of an edition and bed sheet without any kind of mattress protection. For at least 10 years ago this was the first hotel without shampoo/ shower gel in the bathroom. The choice at the breakfast looked good. Since DDR after 10 minutes the coffee machine still not in a working condition was, was the ... breakfast declined. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful. read more

For a three-star hotel was the impression really disappointing, on other days there despite paid vouchers did without. The entire situation reminded rather of a youth hostel after the Wars.
