My Fiance and I had an amazing time at this resort. We stayed in a room with a swim pool. At first we were in a room on the third floor in the junior suites but got extremely jealous when looking down at the other rooms, so we asked for an upgrade and got it for a very low charge per night! It was amazing. Best room Ive ever stayed in! We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The rooms and resort exceeded my expectations. When we didnt make it for breakfast we had room service on our patio! ... I really felt like I was a Hollywood Star! If we had stayed in a room without this pool Im sure it would have been a totally different experience. Not ammenity wise or treatment, it would have just been different going down to the main pool all the time. We arent the type to stay in a room alot, as we are "outdoorsy people" but it made it easy with that pool right there, our own little bar and wait staff at your back door! There was definitely no rush to get down to the main areas! We made a point to go to the main pool and beach everyday, which were also very private and laid back. There werent any pool games or a lot of aciton there either by the staff. Solicitors werent allowed on our beach either to try to sell you things like excursions. I liked this though. In saying that we did venture to the other hotels for lunch and after shows at the theatres to have a little more fun and excitement. The other hotels had the typical outdoor lobbies, loud music, interactive pool staff, etc. We went to all of them but appreciated coming back to ours after which was our quiet little paradise! The rooms were beautiful, food was good, al a carte restaurants were great! We had steak and lobster twice and it was really good if you appreciate a good steak! Theatre shows were great! The resort itself is absolutely georgous if you appreciate landscape! The staff were all great and helpful. There is a lot of staff here so we didnt really get to interact on a personal level with any of them. I noticed that the staff didnt speak our language as well as I am used to. But I dont see why that would bother anyone, they are trying to learn all languages and accomodate everyone visitinig the resort! Even when there was a language barrier it didnt effect our service at all. They all tried there best! After staying at the Royale Suites it may be difficult to beat it on our next vacation! We might just end up back here:) read more

The hotel is located at beautiful bavaro beach. Guests: 30% europeans, 30% canadians, 20% russians and 20% us. The food the gourmet restaurant and le chanterelle is good. The main courses with beef (chateaubriand, churrasco. Etc.) Are delicious prepared and even the garzustand media was always reached ☺ the dishes in the buffet are also not bad, but it was much full and close, because here the palladium palace guests can dine. The desserts are always very sweet and not for me delicious. Balanced the with a large variety of fresh delicious fruit. The staff is nearly always friendly. ... Only at the front desk wins the impression, that the staff not interested in guests. The gym is ok, but the cardio equipment a catastrophe (condition). The gymaufpasser was nice but seemed very unmotivated. Broken equipment are not from marked and towels there was often only on request. We had a room in the block 52 at the beach. The room is ok, but in need of renovation (swept mold, hardly runterkühlende air conditioning, never decalcified fixtures, etc.). The biggest problem is however as already for several years by other posters have written the chairs at the beach. From 7 hours in the morning all the beach chairs with only a little shade with towels arranged. Many beach chairs but only from 12 o'clock or 13 hours a day. The hotel management has several times on the complaints of guests here HolidayCheck and promised to improve things. I realized, that the empty promises were. The liegenreservierungssituation is intolerable and all nations play the game now. I was 2. time in this hotel and can say, that it is not the, what i expect from a star hotel expect. The staff at of the pool bar and at the beach was mostly very unfriendly! Also i do not understand it, that several days Fanta was available and also for example red wine at the pool bar in the evening at 22 o'clock not more was-the lapidary announcement from the staff 'is finish' and help at the front desk consisted of the fact, that i had a glass of red wine with at the pool bar - ... thank ricky-( Great one was also, that we have every morning at 7 o'clock chairs on the beach to reserve for real money! I will this hotel definitely not again! read more

The hotel is part of a large complex palladium bavaro. The guests the royal suites can all furnishings the group shared. The area the royal suites is characterized and only for these guests. That is why here very generous. Particularly the beach section and the palmenwald are only little occupied. The outside area are very well maintained, for all installations is true. The pool is clean, the beach overlooking the atlantic ocean, one of the most beautiful, i know. The complex is very peaceful, for relaxation adequate. The staff is helpful and polite. English always, but also german will help. ... The guests are different nationalities and 'each' age. read more

    We had a room with a view of the sea and balcony in the main building. The rooms are huge and furnished with shower and toilet in the room a bathtub (with jacuzzi-not used by us). Flatscreen tv and analogue inclusive! The furnishings is alright, extra seating area, but this house has gotten a bit old, but it is not disturbing. The view on the sea is zentl available. But one sees the sea 'only in fewer distance! Air conditioner fuktionirt, maker projects. The room service was totally alright, everything clean. Zimmerbutler wasn't used.

    We had 'all inclusive'. The large restaurant ' las torres' was a buffet in the evening various theme days. Breakfast buffet erichlich. Unfortunately bread and pastries not austrian quality. No brown bread and weissgebäck'zach'. There are several theme restaurants two are royal suites reserved (the french is excellent. It is also for the breakfast recommendable, since one here in the open can sit. Drinks were plentiful, and always cold. The dishes are very and freshly prepared. However, fish lovers might have been not on your bill. The for example freshly grilled merresfische there are not!. Tip, as i already mentioned, a small thanks and appreciation for the very good service.

    The service is excellent. All are very friendly. Service, reception, chambermaids us' taxichaufeure. Of course all about a small tip. Here earn the people little. With english funktioniet everything, but also with german one can inform oneself. Complaints were quickly. (drain sink).

    The beach and the palmenwald in front of the beach very nice, well maintained and not crowded. The turkish sea is warm and nice to swim in. Small waves make fun. Unfortunately at the küst often a strong wind. There were several pools in the big area. The pool the royal suite is very clean, but we were only in the sea swim. The reservation particularly by the pool is not alright. There remain free badetüche always the same for the next day and you will also from the staff not weggeäumt. So reserve themselves lots of guests the places for the entire stay, this is not alright! Umbrellas in the palmenwald. Strandduschenund toilet available. The toilet are all very clean! Sports facilities wasn't used.

    There are several buildings in the royal suites. We only had a few steps to the pool and to the beach. Airport about 45 minutes. Shopping in area, but with trips you buy cheaper the same. We have the huge area only to excursions leaving. In the hotel there are several restaurants.

Also the atmosphere much quieter, as in the other areas. All hotels have a unique garden and excellent cleanliness in all areas from. Gardner and finery forces you see almost around the hour. While we were there, there were very many americans, canadians and french in the hotel. Also some (few) germans were represented. The average age was estimated at about 40 years (in the royal area ) as a guest ... the royal suites is also free internet access (in of the lobby or with your own laptop in the room) It, however, would have smaller measures to maintenance are carried out (for example the jacuzzi in the pool (in the swim up suites) during the entire stay. read more

    We had a deluxe junior suite in the newer area of the royal suites. The room had a good size and facilities (shower, jacuzzi, satellite. -tv, minibar (inclusive), 2 sink, four poster bed, safe, bathrobes, telephone, coffee maker and hair dryer. You could also the butler service every time. However, their smaller measures to maintenance are carried out, as the furniture partially ggebrauchsspuren exhibit (which is however not a problem and not serious)

    The service is really outstanding. All of the staff were außerordentlicch friendly. One even at the pool and the beach service (food and drink). The foreign language skills were but still improvable, but with english and spanish one could get everywhere. It is you don't in Germany!

    There is in the whole complex very many leisure time activities, from soccer over Tennis to entertainment, casino and disco the other hotel of the complex. In the evening there was always live music at the different bars and a show in the two amphietheatern. The pool area is huge and invited to swim. Several swim-up bars in the hotel. We had our room on the 2. floor in the 52. block. Unfortunately it was also the last block, since directly behind the local area starts. There are in the immediate vicinity several shops, the partly until into the night your music to. Guests come from all over the world, whereas the majority from Germany, USA, Spain, Canada and England comes.     The friendliness at the reception or the butler (if available) is not really royal. On arrival one did not know times which we come, because in her system a booking error and already a day earlier booked had.     Sea view -rooms are not necessarily sea view room. The we got directly with the arrival presented. Pool view we were given (though we sea view had booked). Our locally complaint was dismissed, a part of the sea could see, if you over the parapet rejected (which we from health reasons of course declined). For 57 American Dollar/day and a honeymoon suite, which actually direct sea view had. There are with the agent in contact, because if you paid, you'd expect the also. Rooms were otherwise ok, very large, hot tub on the balcony, great open bathroom. Drawbacks are the quality to make, but that is stop there sunday..

If you want to relax is right at home here. In this hotel you can enjoy a very good value for money let yourself be pampered. For couples or singles the hotel is ideal, for families however not (only adults & young people 16 years). The houses, and the different pools there were some age/ witterungserscheinungen, yet is clean and well-kept complex. The guests the royal suites are some advantages (butler service, shuttle service, auxiliary room service, separate restaurants.) Towards the guests the remaining 3 palladium hotels on the complex making this property rather the 5 stars category (dom. ... Republic of comparison) is. read more

We booked basically at least 4 star facilities, but this hotel has we completely thrilled. From the room cleaning (towel change, beds-in the morning and in the evening! ), Beverage service at the beach and at the pool including snacks worked perfectly. The restaurants royal gourmet and le chanterelle, which are only for the guests the royal suites are accessible, provide a excellent cuisine and friendly service, and a terrace, which for us very pleasant was, as we both smoking \u263a. Except the restaurant torres, which is also a huge tasty buffet selection offers, we have the other 10 restaurants ... not used. The kompl. Large, beautiful hotel with a beautiful, well-kept garden area. We were due to overbooking upgraded and had a beautiful room with a hot tub and an open bathroom area (rather inconvenient because duschfeuchtigkeit and smell disturbance through three-quarters toilet door). The room was comfortably furnished-necessary repairs were handled immediately. 2 large twin beds-changing rather irregular. Laundry stained and sheets so short, that one with the feet on the mattress. Beach area was clean and umbrellas and beach chairs mostly sufficiently available. Pool area and facilities were very clean. Pool bar service in turquesabereich despite much staff moderately-tables were often dirty. ... Food quality and selection was good-unfortunately mostly lukewarm, whether in the turquesarestaurant'a la carte' or the other restaurants the hotel. The turquesa itself, not by especially good service across the street the other hotel share out. We found in the normal areas the service often friendly and better and the staff were here much more motivated even without tips. The workspaces are scrupulously observed-everyone makes only his job and if a much for example clearing, the other around and wait on their use rather than to support, the leads repeatedly to waiting periods for example 20 minutes for Cappuccino, because the competent staff straight lots to do has.     We had a deluxe swim-up junior suite. Relatively large room with a sitting area consisting of a sofa and two armchairs, but not lit and therefore from the evening not more was available to for instance to read. Light in the room, there was only in the area of the bed, desk and tv (and, of course, the bathroom area). Near this category you can directly from the terrace from in the pool, two beach chairs are also already in 20 centimeter deep water at the enterance is required.     The hotel is about 30 minutes away trip from the airport, directly on the fine sand bavaro beach. It is part of a huge hotel area with 4 palladium hotels of different quality. As a guest the turquesa you should all furnishings the complex with use, which was a nice change but has long ways includes. It drives a bimmelbahn or one calls for a kind golf cart at. The beach is wide and very long, for walks very convenient. Directly next to the hotel there is a small village with local dealers. Nothing special pushy, the vacationers-range and of course prices negotiation. At night one should however no more in the village according to the travel agent.

We had our first ' adults only ' hotel with exclusive butler service looking forward to it. The butler service turned out to be a classic concierge, in every block for the evening reservations in the restaurant quite unmotivated ready for me. The property is nestled in the mega-complex of palladiumhotels, so you except by the pool and beach to the mass production of the entire hotel plant needed. The service at the reception was not very friendly and with the reservation of golf tee times desperately swamped.     We had a honeymoon suite. The suite was very newfangled furnished. Open area with 2 sinks. Toilet and shower in a separate room. 2 closets. Desk with coffee maker. Flat-screen tv with satellite connection. Mini bar was all inclusive and filled up every day. Huge balcony with jacuzzi and curtains, and 2 chairs, small table and 2 chairs. Aircon in the room, this is however very cold and not manually adjustable, so that we at night were always off had. Huge king size bed comfortable place for both of us had. Dining table with chairs, and a sofa bed are available. Cleanliness as always without any complaint.

We can only judge the following: Bars: Lobby bar royal suites and pool bar with swim up bar royal suites: There was always fresh mixed cocktails, drinks or spirits very often international, many well-known expensive name for example chivas whiskey 12 years, absolutely Wodka, Baileys and so on Restaurants: Steakhouse: American cuisine, steaks etc. , we were 2 times there, in the 1st time excellent T-Bone Steak and entrecote, the 2 time no comparison, it was very bad. Japanese: Japanese cuisine, as a starter sushi, as a main entrance showcooking with roasted eierreis, beef, vegetables, chicken, salmon and prawns, live prepared and with a great show. The food was very tasty. Italian: Italian cuisine, beef carpaccio excellent and unique delicious, noodles were overcooked and not very good. Asian: Chinese cuisine, extensive salad bar with sushi, main course unfortunately wasn't like that delicious. Mexican: Mexican cuisine. Great food, especially the filet steak. Spanish: Spanish cuisine. First class rinderfliet. Les chanterelle (only for guests the royal suites): French cuisine. The chateau briand is excellent, and the duck. Great appetizers and super crepes suzettes what their own eyes with a great live show prepared. Delicious. Royal gourmet (only for guests the royal suites): Breakfast buffet excellent, rather american, lunch à la carte menu with daily changing menu, everything delicious, even the burgers are just delicious, dinner with crayfish (the only restaurant where it without an extra charge is) really tender and delicious was. Entrecote butter so tenderly. Delicious. Delicious. Cleanliness and hygiene in all restaurants was great. No beanstandgung. Tips are not a must but gives you great service gladly! As guests royal suites in allen à la carte restaurant over the butler service reserve. The guests of the other complex with beeper wait.

    All of the staff extremely friendly, not contrived, courteous and always cooperative. Languages in the hotel are mostly spanish and english, except for the staff the front desk, the also german speaking. Room cleaning was daily and on request menu always the same time. The rooms are very clean. Doctor service is on the grounds 24 hours available. If house from chronically footsore or in the extensive area not lost, the as a guest the royal suites of any lobby or bar or restaurant a golf car call them, that exclusive for royal suites and is thus everywhere leave.

    Location directly on the 15 kilometer long bavaro beach. The hotel has it's own, by security protected stretch of beach, so no unwanted seller access. Distance to the airport approximately 20 minutes by cab. The large area is very centrally located. In the hotel complex are shopping possibilities (mini market, jewelry shop, etc.) , unfortunately, they are touristy limited very expensive. Who still something else wants, can the possibility a transferes, the several times a day to take place, to the next shopping mile in use. In the hotel complex there was a disco, as well as several bars, including a sports bar and a casino. Trips are in the hotel or through your tour operator available, but is, that one about the hotel no international trip gets, as with the tour operator. Restaurants nearby not known.

The furnishing is and nice as in the other rooms but all swimup are damp and smell musty. We tried everything, climate and aerated, climate and aired, all nothing used. On the 3. day i gave it up. Thus anyhow always in the first or 2. floor, it is definitely worth a trip. read more

The royal suites turquesa outlining seamlesly into the rest of the grand palladium complex, but exclusively the 'royal' accessible. As a guest this hotel, however, can all furnishings the neighboring hotel (palladium palace, Punta Cana, bavaro) also be used. The rooms at the 2 exclusive royal pools distributed and are in several 2-story buildings. One receives within the royal suites therefore never the impression a great 'bunker'. The inclusive services as a guest this suites really no wishes open: starting with extra restaurants, including lobster dinner to category all-inclusive one, to a 'pillow menu' on the rooms. The guest structure ... (actually all age groups were available) was this time mostly from canadians, americans, german, austrians and russians. While the latter especially in the restaurants mostly right negative anything else, we can all other guests actually only good things to say.     We had basically schwesterkomplex'grand palladium palace' a deluxe double room, we got a free upgrade to the royal suites turquesa with matching 'royal junior suite deluxe'. With the arrival the whole as a dream, as the butler in the door stood and us our room wanted to explain. In the four-poster bed (superior king size of course) could probably 4 people found, the jacuzzi next to the bed completed the picture of a luxury hotel. What you want more for a vacation in the dom. Repair? The room was on the 'top' pool, to which the swim-up suites. To the beach you had to so although a few meters away, however the pool was very good, to in peace withdrawn. Here were the whole day about possibly 8-10 people, and its enormous size.

    Any staff in the hotel welcomes already from afar with a wave and the rare 'hola!'. The cleaning ladies work out every day with towel origami: highlights here were an elephant as a dog out of towels. Foreign language skills were very different. With spanish as language you logically not a problem, english most, italian is also partly still. German however if then only the front desk, but actually not a problem should be, if you already travels. The butler our building ('Oscar') was at any time for us available on call, even if its services not too often in use. He was always very friendly, courteous, knew right from the first evening with the name. This service may some other hotels the same category example! We had no complaints, for whatever reason? Once broke in the shower the holder for the shower head from, the next day it was repaired, although there is not yet times reported. Here apparently the cleaning lady well guarded and direct a message passed on ☺

Still one of the most beautiful beaches the world, just like you from the Playa Bavaro knows ☺ The annoying (of course as always): beach chairs reservers. Even if the hotel this has provoked some savage rally (towels were cleared, work), found lots of guests again and again new 'creative' ideas, around the whole day to claim and then, perhaps, against evening times 10 minutes to sit. There were 5 beach chairs with one cloth tied, spectacle cases distributed or even books with other things during the night on the chairs left. I have actually in every holiday, one managed somehow. Finally, the hotels from a certain point here also nothing more.

    The royal suites turquesa outlining seamlesly into the rest of the grand palladium complex, but exclusively the 'royal' accessible. As a guest this hotel, however, can all furnishings the neighboring hotel (palladium palace, Punta Cana, bavaro) also be used. The rooms at the 2 exclusive royal pools distributed and are in several 2-story buildings. One receives within the royal suites therefore never the impression a great 'bunker'. The inclusive services as a guest this suites really no wishes open: starting with extra restaurants, including lobster dinner to category all-inclusive one, to a 'pillow menu' on the rooms. The guest structure (actually all age groups were available) was this time mostly from canadians, americans, german, austrians and russians. While the latter especially in the restaurants mostly right negative anything else, we can all other guests actually only good things to say. Especially the canadians were usually very chatty and a laugh ☺

    The transfer time from the airport (about 30 minutes) is ideal, the beach is literally directly in front of the doorstep. Better it could actually not at all his. Shopping possibilities are either directly in the complex, at the beach salesmen or in the next town available. Right next to the hotel begins the beach the locals, so, there are also many salesmen in their small cabins.
