The hotel and also the place was beautiful! Everything was just right, there was not the slightest to moan. We had an apartment, the very spacious, modern, and in the spanish flair furnished.
The beach was wonderful, the sea totally clear and everything very clean.
Mallorca and the hotel have our expectations totally exceeded! read more

The mattresses seem in need of renovation (stop - respectively appreciable shop). On the upper pictures- respectively spielrahmen partly several week dust. read more

We had an apartment and this is can only be recommended. The rooms in the main building rather concrete block -character. But the apartments have a ideal size and peaceful location in the large-scale hotel. Only point of criticism is, that the opening hours of the spa, fitness and wellness area for the vacationers are made, the whole day in the hotel complex spend. read more

Very good holiday hotel. Also for guests with handycup ( wheelchair users) definitely recommendable, if one is mobile. No handicapped accessible bathroom, but shower with very low entrance, duschstuhl on request. Pool very nice, enough sunbeds, always clean and tidy.
My daughter and I-each a double room as a single room - were well looked after and will gladly come again! Thank you for the wonderful vacation allen friendly helpers, from the reception over kitchen to the charwoman. read more

The hotel is very recommendable. Since we a rental car had to every day the island to explore is this hotel for certain a top address. Food and drinks varied and something for everyone. If we go back Mallorca visit is this hotel appeal number one. read more

We were just go a week to relax in the hotel. We really enjoyed it. The food is excellent, the staff very nice. The way to the beach is very amusing. Also in October almost all of them were still open. We can only say: great... And we are definitely coming again! read more

We were as a family with two kids and another family at the end of october 2012 in very nice spacious apartments accommodated. The apartments are very nice and roomy, 2 tv, generous balcony, kitchen. The but we didn't use it. We were very comfortable right from the beginning. The entertainment for the young was perfect, for the smaller was the offer not our lack of children as large. The staff were very nice, the food varied, well and very tasty. The complex is huge and very neat. In the all in all we had a very nice relaxing family ... vacation. We would come again and our kids also. Our friends already again booked. Only drawback: the water in the pools was very cold. read more

Hello,
We have this time the end of the season saw: unfortunately was already a lot not usable-the part. Because weather and also because of the lack of demand for offer. However very good very relaxing-it was quiet season! The rooms are hopefully over the winter with a small republic of ( like for instance new silicone in the bathroom) spruced up. They even with a bottle red wine spoiled, since we from the 2. to guest :-) we loved it loved it again. read more

One says the best hotel at the place. I can only confirm. Am already 8 times there been. Except for one thing, I can't find anything which is not OK. For a four-star hotel the spending during dinner want to men please with a fixed shoes and long pants appear, will not pay attention to. Flip-flops and shorts belong for this standard was not. Guests should follow and the hotel more eighth. Expect a certain level one stop for a four-star hotel. read more

As a regular guest (> 5 stay in the last few years) I can say, the GM, is still a hotel with a beautiful, very well maintained complex. Very friendly staff, starting at the front desk to the restaurant and the women the cleaning of the rooms. Mix of guests is international ( German, English and Spanish, the majority are German). Top is still the sporting activities, the competence to soccer- and beach volleyball court. Terrific is the panoramic terrace on the roof of the hotel. Like the discreet animation, nothing brash. The offer and variety in the restaurant is ... OK, the quality sometimes patchy. Why a theme night with' German' food, OK, like there could be more local specialties give. read more

In September we have 10 days spent in the hotel. However were our expectations disappointed, but on the bad advice in travel agency as about the hotel itself was.
We have expressly for a hotel for couples asked, where we our vacation in relaxed atmosphere wanted to spend.
The basic conditions were from the hotel given (spa-and wellness area great!) however it is especially in the dining room very, very loud, the at this time many families and small children were there and a corresponding volume available, the for people without children can be annoying. And it was the only ... factor, the really bothered us (but neither the hotel yet the children that, but the unable employee in the travel agency, the us told us, that the Grupotel Gran Vista & spa and the neighboring grupotel Aldea Gran Vista separate facilities are. The is however not so! Therefore a instruction for people, the without children there are- for the food you feel fast as in a day nursery.
This is no criticism at the hotel his, because everything else was simply brilliant! Friendly staff, varied entertainment program, very good equipped fitness studio, well-kept garden- and pool area.
A hotel, I just families thoroughly recommend.
We will, however, no further vacation there again, because of forenamed noise level. read more

For Radsportfreunde and for relaxing, the right hotel.
By the apartments are however always lots of families with small children on the complex.
Whoever didn't like that, should rather look for another hotel. We had to the second time a nice holiday and would the book this hotel again at any time.
The place offers little flair and is appropriate only for tourism.
By the favorable location, you are with a rental car quickly many beautiful old places. read more

The hotel is in style already somewhat older, however in really good condition. Respect: in the rooms on the 1 floor of the main building one looks directly on the roof of the restaurant- what really not nice. Therefor I recommend definitely a room on the upper floors to choose! Apart from that the rooms are well maintained, and very well furnished ( tv, air conditioning, mini bar, hair dryer)
The pool area under the trees is beautiful and you can always find a shady place. The building and garden area are well maintained. The food was good and varied. ... The hotel staff members were consistently very friendly and helpful. Recommendable is the bar on the roof with a great views and a beautiful ambience!.
The hotel is centrally located at the start the shopping malls, you can on foot shops and bars in 2 minutes. To the beach you need 5 minutes we were comfortable in the hotel and would book it again. read more

The front desk tried probably, first the bad room to reserve. One wanted us first a room in the first floor with stunning views of the exhaust air complex of the restaurant 'sell' -> green pipe on an equal footing. Although we from the start asked, US a room in a higher floor to give, we had to this but first look at. After we this done have, and US the room aUS-called reason did not like we got initially a different room with 10,00 Euro extra charge per day offered. Only when we this declined we got than ... a different room ( not sea- or pool view). Coincidentally we heard, as another couples, the our neighboring room was offered, the same complaint has.
The room itself is clean, nice and sufficiently furnished ( even if not too large bathroom the hair dryer only a a screw hanging and the cable open layer).
The food made a general good impression! Even if on the Parmesan cheese for pasta already times a few molds grew and not always all dishes really all were. Although it is of course also wanted could be, that different only half through were fried.
The hotel is nice and generously designed. It makes a clean and very good impression.
The large plus point is the location. To the beach it goes through a palm and shops lined street approximately 300 meters to the sandy beach. Also recommendable is the panorama bar on the roof of the hotel, with a wonderful view show off can.
The staff are friendly and speaks good German.
It is of course a relatively large hotel with all regarding that Pros and cons. read more

A perfect vacation in the Gran Vista & spa!
The whole hotel is very well maintained, the spacious designed pool area is inviting to stay a while. Especially for the price our junior (2 years) was the beautiful water park with the great slides a lot of fun.
The entertainment great but not pushy!
The food from breakfast till to the dessert a dream. Almost all main courses were via showcooking prepared and were delicious! No matter wether meat, fish, vegetarian, without gluten or diet, it was really for each something tasty for everyone.
The room and balcony were always ... thoroughly cleaned. We had a double room/ shower with baby cots, the size was ok. Our recommendation, upper floor pool view/a partial ocean view. View of the sea, here you can get a great view!
The whole staff is very friendly and helpful, you just felt good.
We were already in many 4 star areas on Mallorca, but the Gran Vista counts absolutely to our favorite and can only recommend it!
