The hotel is spread out very nice laid out. The complex and rooms were very clean. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet areas were very dated. The bathtub from acrylic and the showers moves the floor. We had half board and were very satisfied. The guest structure consisted mainly of english with children. We knew not the England in february holiday the hotel was with children crowded. read more

    We had a duplex suite with a view of the sea was of course really great we had 2 bathrooms which unfortunately aged with beach toilet and only with a bath and not with a shower ausgestattel must unedingt be changed.

    The service was very friendly and courteous. It was always a body which could german. The rooms were very clean. The towels were 2 times changed daily. We were for 3 nights with baby cries from the neighbor room a new duplex suite.

If again Tenerife, then this hotel. It's not really cheap, but good. The russian guests were a bit of getting used to, it must however not at all!? read more

The hotel captivates especially because the great location. Apart from that it is a 5 star do it justice. One must only know that actually no hotel's own beach is available. The nearest public beach is but in 5-10 minutes on foot on the promenade reachable and that is a nice walk. There is a beautiful spa area the however extra charge obligatory is, except for one booked all inclusive. The breakfast buffet is varied and the dishes convince. Wi-fi and parking there are free. Unfortunately is only a pool heated and in the winter the unheated pools really very ... cold. It was almost nobody there to swim. The rooms are not more up-to-date with the furnishing regards, but everything is clean and tidy. read more

Group of 8 luxembourg golspieler between 50 and 65. from the 16-26/01/2013 - booked all inclusive- brilliant-estimated 80-100 bottles of wine in this period - apart from the many cocktails & appero's-never a comment by of the staff due to high consumption-all for free - very good selection of food for lunch at the restaurant by the pool (portofino) and in the morning & evenings in the buffet restaurant or themed restaurant. Room clean- staff friendly and competent- problems with the room We were very satisfied and are fans has become of the iberostarkette earned. Last year in Mexico Playa ... Paraiso. The Iberostar anthelia is in my opinion one of the most beautiful Iberostar-hotels in the south tenerife. Direct passage to the beach promenade, 4 different pools (before it was unfortunately only a heated ), great restaurants (although not all all days open-you should change), rich and great breakfast buffet and friendly employees included champagne at the check-in. Completely 5-star-feeling and relaxed vacation. The Iberostar anthelia is so in my opinion clearly from the many other '5 stars hotels' in the area from. We had a great room with a balcony in hotel Carmen. The hotel was not written off-the was ... very positive by the pool. read more

Five star hotel? Never! Only the price! Very unfriendly staff. At night it was impossible to sleep, child shouting! Complaints were not taken serious. And this eternal diarrhea! read more

Wonderful hotel with different pools and possibilities to retreat. Always supervised. Everything was clean. Sensational morning buffet, child care in different languages with a separate pool. The only thing, that I would complain, are the temperatures the pools. It only has a heated pool and even the is colder than the sea itself. The pools are extremely cold. Even in warm months. However because the beach anyway less than 50 meters away, was the matter. The rooms are absolutely sufficient equipped. And the Costa Adeje offers with the aqualand, Siam park and nearby Jungle Park super excursions, the in a ... couple of minutes with Gratisbussen or by taxi can be achieved. read more

They say, in the way its guest adopted, one recognizes the true attitude to him. On the day of departure 6 hours breakfast to the room, 6:25 suitcase fetched, to 6:30 taxi in front the hotel ordered. Everything great organized, like the whole drain in the hotel. Very recommendable the duplex -room with an ocean view in the ' dafne '. We were very satisfied! read more

I love the anthelia and can only recommend it. The rooms laterally ( to the pool) of the hotel Aida are only families with children recommendable, if holidays are. Or you are not noise-sensitive. There was a not inconsiderable noise level as in the indoor pool. On request I received a more appropriate room. The towels, tablecloths, pool towels could be renewed. read more

When you arrive, you think in the foyer ' wow, this is really a five star hotel, the outside of Spain 5 stars would. ' unfortunately can the building this claim is not completely stop. Extremely the hauptspreisesaal from, good food, however the atmosphere a station concourse: mass processing, but varied and very good is organized. Furthermore not 5 star: around the pool would be a new floor very good, barefoot you can hardly walk. Furthermore a the beds quick at home dream. Nevertheless it was a lovely vacation. The children loved the professional animation and the kids club. But ... during dinner lacked the atmosphere, therefore we will not stay there again. read more

The anthelia is a large-scale, luxurious and attractive area. We won overall impression was very positive. Very good in our opinion the quality of service and obliging nature of the staff to be highlighted. The hotel has our high sauberkeitsansprüchen completely met. The booked half board was completely sufficient. During the day one is anyway on excursions or can in the hotel the numerous gastronomic alternatives choose. The audience was international, also the average age of the guests. Young families found here as well as older couples. Larger groups we didn't use. read more

    The rooms we felt at the beginning was smaller than expected, but they were eventually completely sufficient. The bathrooms were always clean, given the very fine black sand from the beach not always a easy task. A little gene ffs have the rolling beds, the light movements in any direction drew. One child with the double bed to take, could mean, that between the beds a gap opened and someone on the floor plumped. Our kids have a fun of it, but that is probably not always wanted.

    The offer the food was during our stay varied, the quality very good. There were different dishes typical of the country offered, in addition to the classics of european cuisine. We have the restaurant (buffet) as clean and tidy notice. As a drawback we wish to say, that on the terrace the smoking is allowed and of this possibility sufficiently used. As a non-smoker we were virtually forced, we always a table in the building to find, although the beautiful location of the hotel us actually a terraces food had been invited. The furnishing of non-smoking zones here would certainly help for guests, gladly on tobaccosmoke want to. Furthermore, we had problems, a nice enjoyable dinner with the interests of the children in order to bring. A child care during the during dinner is not provided, so that we have limited always limited and the unequivocal great offer only to a limited extent could hear. The provision of alternativprogramms for children, thus the parents had a bit longer can stay, here would be helpful.

    The service at the reception, in the restaurant, at the pools and with the room service were always very friendly and extremely courteous. Not all staff in the restaurant speak german or english, which in our opinion no limitation represented. At the front desk we have german-speaking native speaker met, all requests were quickly and competent treated. We had complaints regarding the in-room safe, the very soon, friendly and competent been resolved. Altogether we during our entire stay the service of the hotel very positive perception!

    The pools are very well-kept. For us it was always enough room available, after excursions or other activities always swim to go. Of the activities we have the ping-pong table, the fitness room and above all the club use. The staff at the kids' club were very friendly, always every child hard and for every child approachable. Restrained children were always in the games and basteleien included. Many thanks for the good service!

The booked half board was completely sufficient. During the day one is anyway on excursions or can in the hotel the numerous gastronomic alternatives choose. The audience was international, also the average age of the guests. Young families found here as well as older couples. Larger groups we didn't use.

    The shuttle from the airport to the hotel within an estimated quarter of an hour. The hotel is located right next to beach and nearby a beach promenade, on the numerous restaurants and shops are available. Also located right next to a big shopping center for elevated requirements. When we were thrilled we have a trip to whale-watching nearby the 'gigantos' on a pirate ship notice. It was in particular for children well done, including a bathing in the sea. This trip was of us with the organizers' schauinsland-trip ' and was well organized. In addition we were impressed by the visit of the 'siam-park'. This water experience park is second to none and you can without any problems an adventurous day. Siam-park i for children from about 8 years as a pflichtbesuch rate. Transfer every 30 minutes many selected bus stops (beware the transfers: right bus choose...) Lastly, we have about the hotel a trip to the volcano Teide booked. The objective is very good and worth seeing. The organization was poor. The excursion stretched from about 8 am until about 2:30 p. m.. The first 90 minutes we spend thus, the entire hotel the village of surfing and individual people collect. Our small children were already busy and quängelig, before the actual trip began. This price and quantity-optimize a bus with as many people to a manageable package may from the point of view of a company an alternative, from the point of view of a property addressed, in a star hotel booked a beautiful and stress-free holiday, it is not acceptable. That the guide to really good neither english nor franzönsich still spoke german and finished texts herunterleierte, made the matter not be better. Beautiful spacious hotel, in spite of the many number of rooms are the building well distributed and designed. The complex is somewhat older but very nice, the gardener/ colleagues do great dekoarbeit. It is also very clean. The entrance hall is very nice and the staff very nice. Us each desire was fulfilled. The types of people are varied, however outweigh the russians. For us was the complex even a bit too big, we prefer apart from that smaller hotels, however we were by the way the hotel positively surprised. The view on the sea is great, couldn't be better! read more

    The standard rooms are rather small for a family with two kids ( baby crib and a sofa bed), we had however lucky with a corner room, these are somewhat size. The bathroom there is also large, which in the other room not so it seems. The balcony is ok, however we had our lateral sea view search... But we had a little larger room. Unfortunately was while we were there behind our room a large construction site, during the week we were from the construction noises at o'clock woke us up. The hotel can nothing, but you could still possibly a preisabschalag on the room which on the construction side are, offer.

The morning buffet is great, it has something for everyone! à la carte restaurant: these are both very recommendable, the food tasted very good and the location is great, one sees on the sea! The pool-restaurant we didn't use, partly from of the pool bar ordered sandwiches, which were delicious. The staff there is very friendly.

Were the kindness and foreign languages of the staff top, and they were also very friendly to the kids. Cleaning of the rooms was ok, in the bathroom was sometimes not so great cleaned.

    Sea water pool is great, also with small kids. It is slightly sloping and huge laid out. The kids themselves walk in and play as much as you want. It also has a shallow pool, what a 'pirate ship' with slides has. The fresh water pool we didn't use. We were usually only on the saltwater pool, as this is very nice and surrounded palm, which one at the sea then just not.

    The beach fenabe is within walking distance. We the beach not very much, as it is not as well kept. But it has a great playground on the beach promenade. It also has several entertainment possibilities, what by us was however not visited were. The beach del duque is good ( around 10 minutes away on foot). Close proximity to airport spoke for this hotel, in only 20 minutes one is on site. Behind the hotel it has a great shopping center, which also various for kids offers. It has also a supermarket which all necessary has.

    we had setilichen sea view. Our travel agency has about a quiet room asked, we did. It was about in the middle in the hallway. The section called' Carmen'. This I can only recommend. It was not a bit of the construction work on the street from the bar to hear. The rooms were big enough - only somewhat badly soundproofed to the neighboring rooms. The rooms were very clean. There was a safe. Also the bathroom was large enough. The mini bar we didn't use - is however available. The balcony had a table and 2 chairs.

    There is a main restaurant in the form of a buffet and a grill. The buffet is more than enough. There is salads, appetizers, desserts. At the grill there was always beef filet and fillet of fish, as well as a roast (times lamb, times veal, times meat, etc.) and it is a part, where one pasta freshly prepared (there are several ingredients to choose from). Furthermore there was an Italian restaurant and a spezialitätenrestaurent, where you without an extra charge once per vacation a table reserve can.

    The staff were always very friendly. They speak German at the reception, the waiters spoke partly German, but all English. The rooms were cleaned daily. In the hotel there is also a small slides - but unfortunately without shade. The entertainers German, English and spanish spoken.

    There are 3 pools - 2 sea water- and a fresh water pool. In the fresh water pool finds water aerobics, as well as aqua bike instead. Furthermore there is tennis, yoga, pilates, Boccia. Evenings there is only children's disco and later shows ( for example Abba, magician, akrobtic ). At the bar every evening live music. Supermarkets are in the immediate proximity. Loungers by the pool are sufficient with sun screens available - in any case in September. Here the hotel is also not fully booked. In October the hotel was fully booked. Here will be tarzan or lion King listed. The water is very clean. Showers are by the pool available. At the beach ( el duque) costs 2 loungers with a large sun screen ( gives shade for 2 loungers) 19,05 Euro. Here costs the shower extrta.

    The hotel is quite centrally located. To the beach Fanabe it is only about 2 minutes to walk (through the yard on the probenade is a way to the beach). The more beautiful beach ( el duque ) is on foot about minutes away. The nightlife with the bars is in the other direction also in about 15 to 20 minutes to reach. Of al trip I can the loro park (zoo), in the north the island and the siam park (large water slides park) to Costa Adeje highly recommend. Even for children there is a extra slide park.
