• rooms are clean and big enough (in the Jardines de nivaria are larger). Nice balcony, unfortunately only chairs instead of beach chairs. We had lateral sea view, one had completely beautifully verrencken around to see the sea. • evening entertainment very loud right in front of the balcony. • area was very well-kept and clean • breakfast was super tasty and very large selection, mmh. Delicious. Dinner we didn't use, since we only booked with breakfast. • during this time there were very many english and russians in the hotel and Tenerife less german. The russians have through their ... loud serotoninergic partly bother us. • wi-fi had a very bad signal, it was in the room not only sometimes on the balcony and mostly only in the morning very early. So if you depend on internet access is, this hotel is not recommended or it will be very expensive by data packets or internet accessories. Unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, in the Jardines de nivaria we had thereby no problems! read hotel review

    The rooms are, as already described above, clean and big enough (in the Jardines de nivaria are larger). Nice balcony, unfortunately only chairs instead of beach chairs. We had lateral sea view, one had completely beautifully verrencken around to see the sea. The beds were comfortable, but if you don't hard mattresses like is here wrong. Unfortunately, the beds roles and we are a couple in the night always auseinandergerollt. To cuddle was also not to think, as otherwise always in the gap between mattresses on the ground. You could the roles was find, but on the stone it has absolutely nothing. Rolling beds go for a 5 * hotel not at all, we have never seen. The Jardines de nivaria has much better and nicer rooms. The room also had a safe, which was however with an extra safekarte closed with a private code. So you always have an additional card carry forward, also bad.

    Here, i can only for breakfast something say and the is absolutely top notch. The breakfast left nothing to be desired and if you didn't find anything here not to help is. You can eat outdoors or sit inside, inside it was partly very loud, if the dining room was full. There was still an italian and an international restaurant, this but we didn't try it A little scary i found the hotel in hotel solution with the grand salome hotel. The breakfast and the food in general had these guests an extra area with an elevated terrace on the you as' normal mortal ' no entry had. This has somewhat from 2 class society. A shame!

    Staff is nice and friendly, very helpful. Above all the breakfast staff and the industrious charwomen and maids are to mention. At the front desk spoke the ladies about part very bad german, all other i expect the but not at the reception, the language fit. We found this in the Jardines de nivaria already much better, they speak almost perfect german.

    The seawater pool were always all the beach chairs with handtowels and no one was in the water (is due to the fact, that the pool is not heated). Unfortunately for the couches to reserve however also nothing was done, even though it apparently is prohibited. So we heated normal pool in a courtyard. Here it was except for a few children which we didn't bother us pleasantly quiet. There was decent water aerobics. Pool plant was clean and maintained.

    • beach directly nearby (Playa Fanabe) or in 10 minutes distance from the Playa de duque. We prefer Playa Fanabe as this clearly emptier than the crowded duque. • shopping center directly at the street • good restaurants and bars on the promenade.

The hotel area was actually very beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms and pools are however dated and kernsaniert are. It is missing to tiles. The rooms are for a 5 star hotel clearly too small and hospital beds with roles, the night always verselbsständigen. The supposedly disabled-accessible rooms, a wheelchair users not be used, since the showers bathtubs with jacuzzi and a large glasstür is required. The spacing between bed and closet are quite close, as well as the entire room very sprasam was created. In the closets fit hardly clothes for 2 people and 14 days. The ... free wireless internet was very bad. There are always empfangsschwierigkeiten. You can no longer than 5-10 minutes surfing without, that the computers because of a zuschwachen signal auslockt. For sype it is not suitable. While we were there, there were a lot of germans there, but also french, british and russians. read hotel review

    Too small for a 5 star hotel. The beds had rolls and moved constantly. Closets were too small for 2 people and 2 weeks. Except a chair in the room and two chairs on the balcony, were there is no seating. The wäschereck on the balcony was actually too small for the wet bathing suits and towels. Also the balcony was very narrow. Which mini bar have we at the beginning of the vacation completely cleared, since we medicine with had, the chilled had to be. In the tv ran all german tv channels (about 10). The air conditioning system could not be regulated sensibly and provided always directly on the bed. Without it was not, as the room at night not cooler. The safe there was another security, which you always had to carry with. The bathroom was very large, but contained a bath tub with jacuzzi and a large glass door, with which one had to watch out, that you not against crashed, if the floor was wet or one out of the bathtub, after showering, off wanted. The rooms are not wheelchair access. The bathroom door is to the outside, the paths in the rooms are in the garden rooms definitely too closely.

    The main restaurant Zeus we only used for breakfast. The buffet was very good and left nothing to be desired. As i would say 6 points. There was still 4 other restaurant in the hotel. Since we the food in the hotel seemed too expensive, we enjoyed every evening on the flaniermeile another choice. We would not recommend half board, as the prices were very cheap. As already described above, two food and drinks up 35 Euro. The food on Tenerife is very cheap. The porsche centre, there was a steak (250 grams) with fries and salad for about 1 3 €.

    Basically good. The reception was continuous with a german-speaking coworker occupied. One the problems and quickly removed. We felt however the cleaning staff not very thorough. One day was a whole ameinsenstraße above the desk. In the corners was not looked, so there is dust and leftovers our predecessors to find. The balcony door was not closed and we had a partrrezimmer. All in all, however, one was very friendly and helpful.

    The animators gave themselves much trouble. The water aerobics lunch was well visited. The rest we didn't hear. There is a separate area for children and a kids disco. In the hall of fame was every evening a different events. The folklore evening we enjoyed very much.

    The anthelia is situated exactly between Playa de Fanabe and the Playa del duke. Fanabe is black sand and stones in the water. Del duke has white sand, but it is quite fast steep in the water and the waves were higher, as it will be less protected. Both beaches are gehtechnisch in a few minutes to reach. To the airport it was a good 16 kilometer. behind the hotel there is the Porsche center, an expensive kumköy shopping mile with super market and pharmacy. There are restaurants on the back as sand on the sea. A food costs average 15 Euro per person appartment plus drinks. In the hotel are the prices for breakfast at 1 8 €, the lunch at 2 8 €and dinner at 30 Euro. It everyone should know, whether it is worth. The first pub is about 50 metres away. Public transport we didn't use, since we had a rental car.

The common areas are ok. But i cannot understand, how one in the lobby and in the staircases carpet can read. The carpets were very dirty and for me no sense. The room was a suite, the size was ok, but a renovation is long overdue (it is the price for the poor maintenance not worth it). The bathrooms were generous, but the shower/tub combos with schmutzrändern occupied. The evening buffet was in the first week poor, hardly any variation (after the gästebfragung end of the first week it was then suddenly better). Was very disturbing, that the waiters in ... the restaurant always at the fingernails scrapped across chewed and perhaps afterwards guests with a handshake greeted. Also, there was no structure for the tischkellnern to see, there was no fixed allocation, so that at least three or more waiters came, but this no acceleration, but rather a slowdown led. Disturbing we have the guest structure was felt, but not against a nationality generally, but against the present guests from this country spoken is. The hotel has a extensive, beautiful area with several buildings and restaurants (1 restaurant, 2 à la carte restaurants were open). There are also 4 bars, as well as a freshwater and 2 salt-water pools. There is also a small casino and a cinema room, in the football matches was shown. The hotel was in a good condition, the area is obviously constantly maintained. Both parking, and internet were free of charge made available. The public is multicolored mixed, mostly are german, russian and british noticed. read hotel review

    The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. In particular the covered balcony with sea view was wonderful. Small drawback were the rolling beds, the unfortunately also use the 'brake' not firmly stood, and the tiles, the quite easily superficial were damaged and it looked, as if not thoroughly cleaned.

    There was 1 buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and 2 open à-la-carte restaurants, in which you with half-board each 1 time complimentary food (and also otherwise, if you have to pay). The quality of the meals was very good, especially the desserts were for a spanish hotel. We had otherwise always experience a degree of übersüßung made, what is absolutely not the case. In the buffet restaurant you can very nice sit outside, inside is a bit cafeteria feeling (spatial separation might be an option for lautstärkeminimierung ). We could with the food always the sunset over La Gomera watch, which was very nice. The à-la-carte restaurants were very nice and the food of a high standard.

    The staff was mostly very friendly, only isolated staff in the buffet restaurant it was sometimes not. A certain sensibilierungs or training requirements could be required, to the demands of a 5 star hotel to be sufficient. For example, us, if at all, to the very tasty meat/fish steak or fish-knife double and triple enough, orders in is possible before the table (waiting for clearing) and a few other little things. The receptionist were spotless, even though the check-in was a bit hectic drain. The language skills were good, there were also many german speaking staff.

    The hotel is in Costa Adeje on the atlantic ocean, just a nice beach promenade separated from the beach. A 2. beach is within walking distance reachable in a few minutes. The hotel is located away from the sins in a really nice area, the 5 stars resorts together rows. Right next door is the Plaza del Duque, an upscale shopping mall. If you want, you are in a few minutes walk in the direction of Los Cristianos right in the middle of the night life, whoever wanted it more still could walk in the other direction, in the tasteful bars and restaurants are to be found.

After a very nice welcome with champagne and nice welcoming at the reception the service unfortunately with each day more badly. On the departure day we had to the taxi and pay, although the transfer in our reservation would have been. Reception knew unfortunately nothing and did not care or with our tour operator FTI inquire, since no indications in our documents. Customer service looks differently! Food was in the first days very good, but not enough variety. Our room was on the 1st sight completely ok, although you on closer hinsehen can see, that especially the bath dirt,! ... For a loving couples are also the beds not ideal, as the cuddle on the hospital beds with wheels are fixated slid away. Is it then already times on the soil! Further expected of a 5-star hotel, at least, perfect english spoken, if you have the german language not spoken, however in the restaurant was not even the room numbers on english understood and you you note!     The size with our double room with sea view and the balcony was very nice. In the bathroom but don't looked closer though! Air conditioning was no air conditioning, but a fan! Minibar is refilled everyday, but overpriced! Bed should however in a 5-star hotel well located and not on wheels!

    The beach in Fanabe about 10 minutes away on foot is very nice and invites to bathe. The excursions were very nice, however, we have this organized ourselves!

A neat hotel with a spacious and very flowery gardens. The rooms are very tidy and ok by the size, the baths are already once installed have been, but ageing. But the feel-good factor in the entire place is huge, the atmosphere very pleasant. We have already been for the 5. time the anthelia and enjoy it every time very. The buffet-restaurant is spacious and the food changed daily. I think, we will be back. read hotel review

In fact, the Hotel Iberostar anthelia not our booked hotel. Originally we had wanted to our two-week holiday in the directly adjoining dream gran tacande (also a very nice hotel) spend. Unfortunately an accommodation not possible there. Our disappointment the reiseleiterinnen of Thomas Cook, Cindy and Ines, and 2. receptionist at the dream gran tacande, arianna, taken serious and you as a replacement the Iberostar anthelia offered. It made us a magnificent vacation doubletalk. The hotel complex is very generous and divided in several buildings, which a (Aida), b (butterfly), c (Carmen), d (Dafne), e (electra) and Salomé suites hot. ... Between the buildings a, b and c is the heated fresh water swimming pool, where you in the early morning, before him the children siege, could swim well (width approximately 20 meters). Two large swimming pools are located on a headland between the two beaches. There is an on-site cinema, by special service the champions league games. In the bar there is live music nightly. Behind the building c is the miniclub with a small pool and a playground. Right on the hotel is for the guests a free car park with approximately 50 parking spaces. The guests came during our stay predominantly from Holland, France, England, Germany and Russia. read hotel review

    We had a room in building a on the 4. floor with a partial ocean view, as well as with a view of the heated pool. The noise of the pool in this floor not disturbing. The room is not overly large, also the bathroom is quite small, but sufficient. The rooms are bright and friendly designed. There is free safe in the room and enough storage space.

    We only the buffet in the main restaurant taken into account, since such a variety of food in good quality was offered, we didn't need had, the two other restaurants to try out. As a part of the half board with reservations in advance eat you could each once in the beach restaurant portofino or in the restaurant Poseidon a food menu. During our first week of vacation the hotel was not fully booked, so we had in the main restaurant always the free table, either inside or in the covered open wintergartenartigen or outside on the terrace. In the 2. week the brückentag (1 may ) the hotel was fully, nevertheless it has the waiters managed, every guest the table and the great service the first week maintain.

    The service in the hotel us particularly positive noticed. The staff at reception were always cooperative, patient, friendly and speak most languages. The room service was no reason for critic. Especially excited us the service in the main restaurant 'Zeus'. The order was quick and the beverages poured. The staff had their eyes everywhere. One came to the table with a steak on the plate, they immediately a steak knife stituents. For families with children was immediately a high chairs to the table brought. The used dishes were always cleared away quickly. The service at the pool also left nothing to be desired. The pool master were moving the beach chairs and umbrellas helpful, in the afternoon there for the pool guests a special service, there was ice cream or fruit distributed.

    There is a 'soft' entertainment, in the evening there is in the anthelia mall different performances. Particularly positive is, that the seawater swimming pools no chairs be reserved.     The hotel excels especially because its special location right between two beautiful beaches, right from the hotel the Playa del Duque and on the left of the Playa Fanabe, whereas the rights of the nicer sandy beach is. The shorter distance through the garden exit of the hotel is however to Playa Fanabe. The fishing harbour of caleta one runs right along the beach promenade around 30 to 40 minutes, to the left you can reach restaurants and shops about minutes you leave the hotel by the lobby there are in the surrounding area various shopping malls. The hotel lies at a small, little busy one-way street. Fast one reaches from the highway tf1.

We had a two-storey suite with a view of the sea and the fresh water swimming pool. This was very spacious and left nothing to be desired. Luckily we had only booked breakfast. There was a massive choice and you couldn't complain about. On the first day we were at the dinner at the buffet. This cost per person 32 Euro and offers a massive choice. The quality of the food was not so great. We have therefore on the following days cheap in the numerous restaurants, which are all right next to the hotel are. The staff is very ... friendly and helpful. We have especially the heated fresh water swimming pool (approximately 20 meters) to swim much. Were 2. 30 + 56 years, mother with daughter. Very pleasant stay in the hotel. Everything was clean, staff was helpful. Great hotel but more for best ages. Families with children just possibly, gives miniclub, but little children in the hotel very extensive food and staff is very friendly. Very luxurious. read hotel review

In march as a beach vacation not ideal couple without children, the only heated pool was in the hands of and not suitable for swimming. Also in this hotel the russians are already settled, they neglect all instructions of the hotel directorate, such as baden before 09:00 or ballgame etc., are very noisy and above all aggressive other guests and staff, also at the buffet take its call all honor. The stay was first class, alone on arrival a very friendly, and very good german speaking staff member, all in all we can the staff only extremely stress. Always friendly, in a good mood and each desire from the lips reading off. The complex appeared on the internet not so large, as they in reality. Beautifully designed, lots of green and with love maintained. It is located in the quieter part of the Costa Adeje, for a relaxing hotel the best condition. The entertainment is available, but to our luck very discreet and not intrusive. We had as good as ... didn't hear a thing, which was good as it was. The pool area is huge, at any time beach chairs, towels and cushions available. A great pool bar with a varied menu. To eat add. For breakfast one enjoys, as in the evening also, a very varied buffet. That alone was the reason, why we have still not located times ansatzweise thought have, the two restaurants to use. The hotel is spread out very nice laid out. The complex and rooms were very clean. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet areas were very dated. The bathtub from acrylic and the showers moves the floor. We had half board and were very satisfied. The guest structure consisted mainly of english with children. The hotel captivates especially because the great location. Apart from that it is a 5 star do it justice. One must only know that actually no hotel's own beach is available. The nearest public beach is but in 5-10 minutes on foot on the promenade reachable and that is a nice walk. There is a beautiful spa area the however extra charge obligatory is, except for one booked all inclusive. The breakfast buffet is varied and the dishes convince. Wi-fi and parking there are free. Unfortunately is only a pool heated and in the winter the unheated pools really very ... cold. It was almost nobody there to swim. The rooms are not more up-to-date with the furnishing regards, but everything is clean and tidy. read hotel review
