Room was functional and uncomfortable. Condition all in all okay. Great hygiene.

The gastronomy is ok. Average all inclusive standard, but not more. Food and tables were always sufficiently available. Food until shortly before the schlusszeiten constantly refilled.

All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Cleanliness inclusive rooms were always perfect

The hotel is not new any more, but very well maintained. The architecture is inconvenient and very much interlocked: the sea view lots of rooms is more a dachblick on offshore building. Furthermore, through the open hallways in front of the balconies/windows of the rooms the noise at night and above all morning very high. Unless you have the luck, in the first row to stay. All public areas (lobby, dining room, bar) have the charm of a station hall and it's loud and echoes. This is definitely not a 4 star standard

About the location is enough said. Lonely, but otherwise great. Beach is wonderful

We were in the seventh floor and had gorgeous silence a great view of the ocean and a great large room, consisting of bedroom, tv room, super big balcony and a very spacious bath with a bath/shower screen. The beds were much easier on a bad back, we had fairly new looking mattresses. We had 2 huge closets, a large safe (costs circa 25 Euro per week) refrigerator does not exist. Tv had lots of german channels. In the bathroom everything you need is available, hair dryer, shower gel, kopfshampoo, soap you can at home. Towels for the beach for 10 €use at the front desk. Everything in immaculate condition.

As expected, in such a large hotel is not expect, that one in the restaurant an ambiance like a hostelry for 50 guests find. The main restaurant is huge, with a great terrace, the for breakfast with us also covered. Of course, it was by the number of guests a bit noisy, which we however never bother us. Drinks are served, cleanliness is ok excellent. Tables were cleared quickly, dirty tablecloths changed immediately. And now to the main : the food... We were thrilled! When we on the first evening at the buffet came there great garnished plates with clams, prawns, salads and spanish starters. This the offer for seafood and fish we knew from our previously booked hotel. Also the main courses were in the entire week a dream. The grilled schweinekeule (with great crust) begun, there was daily 3-4 different finished main courses, in addition, there were freshly grilled chicken, chicken or fish, as well as daily freshly prepared pasta (you sometimes thought, the pasta chef cook fackelt the restaurant from, if once again a meter high flame from his hob suggested). For breakfast there is everything that your heart could desire. Various sausages, pate, cheese, vegetables, eggs in different variations, vegetables, fruit, cereals, fresh juice, The coffee is absolutely enjoyable. About desserts i shall not exact letter, which have unfortunately our gewichtsprobleme absolutely worse... Mhh... Delicious * g* Conclusion: food good, something for everyone, much fish and seafood.

For the waiters there were not a single criticism. No matter whom you from the staff is, you can hear a friendly 'buenos diaz' and looks a friendly smile. In the hotel without foreign language perfectly over the rounds. The room cleaning was absolutely clean. Grounds well-kept, even the rose to the beach daily swept.

Sport we couldn't rate, since we didn't use it, Pool we only used it once, is clean but not much warmer than the atlantic, most people swam but up to 20 minutes a swim. On the beach there were no umbrellas, but you should definitely get, because the sun is in the march absolutely sonnenbrandgefährlich. Screen cost in the hotel shop 10 €. , the you just for the next tourists in the room back. The beach is wonderful, light fine sand, there are small steinburgen available, the wind protected. If you in Fuerteventura arrives, thinks one only times 'what a huge mound is this?' , you then take the 70 minutes to the hotel and also makes nothing but stones. Then one comes with the Paraíso play and is the same time across the beautifully designed entrance hall with the giant cacti. One can tell, that the hotel already somewhat older, however in good condition is. The lobby with the large glass is bright and friendly with stunning views of the atlantic ocean. On arrival we had to half an hour wait, then we could our rooms relate. All buildings there are lifts, laborious lugging suitcases therefore is accounted for. We had due to the size of the hotel was really concerns, since we such large hotels rather avoid, but positively surprised, how quiet it in the whole complex was. The whole complex is really clean well maintained, but partly a bit shabby, but when each house brand new? We had all-inclusive, you need no bracelets. All-inclusive was absolutely okay, you got all the drinks in glasses, snacks and so on. On real plates (no plates) beverages was great, to the greetings one got even a voucher for a bottle sparkling wine, you at the bar could redeem. Wireless internet was available in the hotel lobby, but was not used by us, since my laptop on vacation also holiday and home remains. On the complex there is also a small shop where you can get drinks, snacks, suncream and souvenirs to buy can. Since a rating, in which a lady is excited, mineral water not free of charge and at horror prices to buy had, 6 times 1,5l of water cost approximately €... Should you on vacation can afford. All in all, this vacation was super nice and in december we'll definitely stay again at the Paraiso Playa have a vacation, but two weeks long.

The location of the hotel we found brilliant. Away from any action yet by bus(stop directly in front of the hotel) In 10 minuten in Jandia. Night life we didn't need it, but there are in the hotel a disco. Shopping in Jandia we could also enjoy, had but since the feeling, that you in the shops very quickly ripped off and i say reluctantly, ripped off if you are not careful. I tried in three photo shops filter for the cam believe, the with 15 €to buy is. In these shops they showed us vergleichsbilder with and without filters and said, these filters would be around 195 €a gift. If you then long enough said, that no filter needs, was the price suddenly only 10 Euro. As seasoned hobby photographer, one quickly noticed that the just fraud and fraud is. Excursions are plenty of offers for example: submersible, shopping Gran Canaria, speedboat, jet ski tours, zoo, water park. Because we just wanted to relax, we didn't use it. As mentioned we had large luck with the room, because we a family room got, although we only a double room booked. The bathroom was great spacious, of the toilet-area by a partition separated, which i liked a great deal. The design of the bathroom was absolutely okay. The water pressure leaves with a shower but also here to be desired. The only thing which was missing, was a small fridge. In comparison to other hotels you get here in all-inclusive no bottled water for the rooms (we use it to brush your teeth, as the tap water on fuerte yes not so great is). A small tip : 1 bottle of water in the shops to buy (for 1,20 Euro) and in of the pool bar population (there is the population allowed, in the dining room not).

We were very satisfied! All meals in buffet form with truly plenty of choice. Often another meat or another fish, italian theme night, spanish cuisine... And everything tasted really good. Who here nothing delicious finds, should prefer self-catering, because the is really not to help! There were also expensive food like shells and prawns, delicious! The waiters asked even during dinner after the orders and served the first drinks. So what i don't know in all-inclusive not at all. The tables were always cleared away very quickly, if an empty plate was to see. Than prawns was, gave us the service unbidden a bowl of lemon water on the table - very accommodating. The cleanliness in the restaurant was good. Of course, it is time, the dishwasher a plate not very clean washed, is with us at home also times sunday Then takes one itself just another plate and good! It is often in such hotels is scolded, that the dining room 'cafeteria character' has. This place is safe, but how else can you lots of guests on line? Anyway, we liked it didn't bother us.

Almost all here in the hotel speak good german, some is german even the mother tongue. We have throughoutly very friendly and helpful staff experienced. in the dining room took some service forces even time for small albereien with the children. The cleaning of the rooms was spontaneously and always to our satisfaction. Once our dirty towels were thrown away, but we got no new. A call at the front desk sufficient, and already after 2 minutes, a nice lady on our door, about us fresh towels to bring.

There are 2 pools with a water depth of up to 1,40 metres and a paddling pool, which is located next to the playground is, what we found very practically find. The pools unfortunately let some tiles missing and strange stains on the bottom, as you should remedy. Our daughter the salty taste of the water. Was not as intense as in the sea, but for diving a bit stupid for the eyes. There were always many chairs available, so it never problems, to find. We have actually always on the same place camped, which very pleasant was. The animation was decent and diverse. I think this, was for each of the wanted it something for everyone. The miniclub with janneke was perfect, our daughter loved it. Thank you very much love janneke, for the great service! Stay, as you are!

The hotel is - as already often described-relatively large and features many rooms. We had in the easter vacations a double room for 2 adults and one child booked, but a family room get, what we very positively surprised were. The room was very spacious and beautifully, if the furnishing also has gotten a bit old. The furniture is however not worn, it out just a little the heimlige. But that didn't bother us, we're mainly outside of the room on. From the guest structure were during our travels (march, spring break in niedersachsen) initially amazing a lot of senior citizens and rather few children on site, which in the course of of the stay but for the benefit of the children has postponed. There were a lot of french people there, but also many germans, some prominent russians and english.

There hotel lies relatively alone on a cliff in a beautiful bay. This means, that you to the beach, the directly behind the hotel is, 103 steps has to overcome. For us it was a nice fitness program against the urlaubspfunde, you certainly anfuttert ☺ but if you don't good on foot and with great pleasure to the beach would, should you prefer another hotel choose. With prams this staircase certainly hardly beatable. A great thing about the hotel is a fantastic view, as you can see here, from any point on the beautiful sea. You can by the pool couches and on the sea look, you can with a view of the sea food (if you can get a place on the terrace can get, which we unfortunately not successful is) and the rooms have of course also sea view. Through the privileged location amidst is shoppingmäßig wrong here. In the hotel however, there is a cute little shops with everything, which one needs in such a way and at amazingly reasonable prices. 1 rod west 18 Euro, 1,5l of water 1,20 Euro, various souvenirs and drogerieprodukte, even bikinis for schlappe 15 Euro are here to get. Disco in the hotel offered, if you want to go elsewhere, must one evenly the bus or a taxi effort. The bus stops right on the hotel.

Our room consisted of 2 rooms-a large bedroom and a small living room. It could be renovated once since my bed a wheel missing down below so that a corner not touched the ground (the beds had 2 firm legs and 2 wheels). Everything was a bit shabby, the balkonstühle were cracked. But it was very clean.

The gastronomy is a big drawback. There was almost around the hour something to eat: 8-10:30 hours breakfast in the restaurant 10:30 until 11:30 a late breakfast in the snack bar 12:00 until 14:00 lunch in the restaurant and snack bar 14:30 until 15:30 hot snacks 15:30 until 18:00 cakes 18:00 until 21:30 dinner But it was mostly cold. I have stayed in the week didn't eat there, which was really hot. Unfortunately were some things then also bland from the taste. For breakfast there were different types of cereals, yogurts, bread and rolls, sausage, cheese, salad (cucumber, tomatoes, etc.) And then fried eggs, pancakes, croissants, bacon, baked beans... Evening salad buffet and finished salad as rice salad, garlic etc. , bread, olives and peppers and then just warm. So many fish, rice, potatoes. Mostly spanish. A chef vo place meat or fish fried. For children there was always fries and noodles. Only as mentioned- never hot

All employees are very friendly and speak mostly also german. Of all, there was a friendly smile and the restaurantcheffin (we assume) was mostly in the evening once rum with the meal and said hello. The cleaning of the rooms was very good, the ladies have visibly trouble.

There is 3 pools whereas in february actually only the next to of the pool bar used. The water was nice and clear, sometimes a little cold. The floor needs to be repaired. Chairs were enough available and so it was hardly annoying reservers. At everytime one had found beach chairs-also directly by the pool. Entertainment was offered but not very strongly.

The hotel is relatively big but after the first day you will find your way around.

It is very remote, around there is not much. A few hotels are in the immediate proximity otherwise it was to Jandia with shops and restaurants on foot 1-1,5 hours at the beach along. The bus runs about 15 minutes and costs 1,30 Euro. The location to the beach is second to none. One must a steep stairs down but the view is wonderful and the beach very clean and beautifully sandig. The sea was still very cold, but there were, next to us, still some other baden. At low tide, you could walk for miles. The airport is unfortunately about 1,5 hours far away with the bus, more if lots of hotels on the route.

Size/condition the room is good, the wardrobe is also sufficient. Tv menu didn't work, small older tv model, but we use these anyway only to the 'sleep' (so i also know, that you the meal cannot use (sleeptimer), hahaha, of which dies you but also not). Telephone, mini-bar. Size of the bathroom was okay, hair dryer available. Soap/shampoo/shower gel (the hotel's logo) also available.

2 time the week varying theme nights. Salad buffet, dessert buffet, warm dishes, amongst others freshly prepared. So we thought the food ok. That 9 days 'always dasselbe' seems to be, is probably normal. I say so:we have had much better. But also quite a lot worse. The dining room was always full, however you had to nowhere noticeably in line.

Like the food earlier/before been better (we have heard often enough)... It was perfectly ok. There is something for everyone and it is for all inclusive 'human' to ☺ the waiters are friendly, there were no problems. From a little quick in clearing. Positive, but if you just a coffee and then before a fresh decorated table... (could our garcon face gladly seen). At the room cleaning it gives nothing to complain about. Handling of complaints was more than okay. We have a change without any problems for reservations, you was very concerned. Also the repairman (safety deposit box didn't work) was within 10 minutes and the damage repaired directly. Half a day we had no water, then one day only cold... It can happen. The front desk was also always nice and was also in this situation nice advice.

The entertainment is not so our case, is not. But it was in peace left, when noticed, that you in peace left wanted to be. The children had visibly fun. The pool area is quite ok and it was always find a place. Even the 7:00 a. m.-regular reservers were therefore not further, one knew in the meantime, what are dauerbesetzt were ☺ you could the entertainment quite abstract, if the lower area has used.

On arrival we were a bit disappointed. The construction of the hotel was so not at all our taste, was a little block of flats and we had additionally the bad luck, on the 5. floor a room to get. The booked megabyte turned 'wall view' out with laterally idea on the sea. Megabyte isn't megabyte, already clear. The size the room was good, clean it is. I had directly thought: what could you from the hotel everything. I found it a little ' careless' of the design. Little plants, bare walls, sometimes i had a 'shell' -feeling, especially, if you through the endless course went. Also the 'table tennis-bereich' was so carelessly designed, that i didn't want had, me stay there. On the whole i had all this charming/cozy presented. I missed the general well-being feeling factor. We had all inclusive (without wristband!?) And it was all ages represented.

That the hotel 'einsam' is, you knew that before. The distance to the beach is of course not worth mentioning, you ireland standard time literally at the beach ☺. The steps did not bother us now little, it was, of course, a mad view. Therefore, that the steps' gaps' had, it was now no special effort, this to figure it out and i am not the fitteste. Transfer about 1 hour from the airport, shopping, night life, restaurants of course none, but also the you could quite know earlier. With a rental car that is all not a problem. Bus stop was also directly in front of the door. In the evening you of course to the (not very inviting) bar instructed.

Our superior room had two rooms and a balcony, the two rooms was accessible. The bathroom was large and had a bathtub and a small 'partition' for the toilet. Everything was with terracotta tiles mistake. Luckily no shower curtain, but a kunststoffabtrennung. Everything was neat and clean. Two large closets we were available, which we 9 days not at all needed.

The hotel has a restaurant with an open space for breakfast and another for lunch. In the evening it is in the january it was rather too cold, for outside dining. Due to the low occupancy rate at our time was the time in the restaurant very relaxed. We never had to queue. There was always an area, where a chef 'alla minute' cooked. The food was varied and good, there were always different meat, and fish dishes. The salad, and starters buffet was also good. Often also freshly prepared pasta dishes offered, the chef at the wok made. Also was constantly refilled, so that one also still later to eat could be.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms Were cleaned properly, and the towels, whenever you wish, changed. At the bars you had to never wait in line for a long time and the food the plates were cleared quickly.

It gave during the day again and again sport offers, which we but we didn't make use of it have. We are only in the morning, ran and we can therefore nothing to the quality tell. The gym is not good, no stair machines and no treadmills, only partly very rusty bicycles could be found. The other devices i may not judge, because these devices do not use. They could still improve a lot.

We were to 4 in this hotel and we were very comfortable. The utilization while we were there approximately 40-50%, which the vacation to us very pleasant made. The hotel has different room categories, we were in the 5. level in the superior room accommodated. From the balcony we had a very good views of the atlantic ocean and the location of the room was quiet, about us were no rooms and below you got nothing.

The location of the hotel, only 103 stairs to the beach was absolutely okay and the stairs are also with handrails. In the morning we are at the beach jogged as many other also, however, you should always on the tides 8... A nice beach walk to Costa Calma takes 3 hours, a walk to Jandia 60 minutes.

Room was big enough. Unfortunately somewhat noisy.

For me personally the biggest plus: the breakfast terrace in the open. No rattle of plates etc. The day off to a good start. Food wasn't spectacular, but something for everyone. I liked very much as i saw that a family with some tip and a hug from the terrassenbedienung adopted. One noticed that they are happy and then very sweet and fresh motivated a new family with toddler welcomed. Little things that make a difference... Because ultimately, the waiters us tourist every day for little money, and probably even less appreciation daily hospitality.

Reception with jesus and Anne very well staffed. Both laugh a lot and are friendly.

Pool pleased me not so great, since there was a little the flair. Volleyball court no at the beach, with seltsamem coating and already something lädiert. Evening entertainment moderate. Beach at ebb-tide absolutely great. Also nice that there was always some beach chairs with view to the sea to get were.

The hotel is probably the earliest in 2 sections: the 'block of flats', which i personally not pleased ( see photo-too complex built up.) And the area from pool to to the beach. This area was very nice. Room i could change, this is the very professional acting reception boss Anne allows. It is holländerin and speaks perfect german and other languages and manages everything.

I never saw anyone who, the/the evening the hotel left. What it should be clear that you this hotel bay for evening before place to stay. But i think that it would be possible for one night fast to Jandia by taxi to jets. The location of the hotel is the other top hotels from esquinzo comparable, this hotel should people the view from above estimate. Near the other hotels but always somewhere on the a or other neighboring hotel look, here you really the only on the whole beach. Here is what i to stay a while the beach about 800 meters left top condition. There are also many out and remain the day there.
