We have our resident currently in Singapore. The aim of the trip was, a few days off to spend, which managed. The service is excellent, the spa great, the prices are generally adequate. No hotel for those, the rather hustle search, unless, they go into town, where it a few nice bars
Trips to gili islands and to the few attractions the island you can book in the hotel. A cheaper alternative a few shops, the about 500 meters away from the hotel on the main street are (from the hotel, to the right, then the few meters slippers). So ..., recommended, anytime back read more

the vacation was pure joy with friendly personnel and breath taking surroundings. The Sheraton Sengigi is beautiful and pleasant with a wonderful surrounding. I highly recommend Laguna Spa which has one of the best massages and pleasant therapist! Direct by the beach! Also a Special mention to our driver Mr. A. A. from Express Group which is also part of the hotel service. A. speaks fluent English and he has great knowledge of the island! He showed us the beautiful island and explain it very well, he was kind and helpful to our children and assist us even in searching ... for furnitures. We really want to praise him for his positive attitude towards his job and we highly recommend A. to all tourist visiting Lombok! You will never be disappointed! He is simply the best Thanks A. for showing us the beautiful side of Lombok, the great human touch. read more

Senggigi is the main tourist town on Lombok and is on the west coast the island located. The Sheraton senggigi beach resort is located in the national. Raya senggigi kilometer 8 it it is in the direct vicinity of the art market. Numerous restaurants and shopping (especially for handicrafts ) as well as several atm are in a few minutes easy to reach on foot. Despite its location on the main road, it was on the hotel area rather quiet, as the hotel building and the garden somewhat neglected are.
The 154 rooms of different categories of 6 two-story building ..., surrounded by a tropical garden. Like in Asien not unusual, is built around open building, you force from the room directly into the free, that means, before the aneinandereihenden rooms is only a covered walkway.
The hotel has a large open lobby with comfortable seating. The complex overall was attractively decorated. Decorative elements are not in such lush number of as Bali, but here and there a focal point, for example by figures, set.
The hotel offers immediate vicinity. I had a superior room. And, although, the price of, the terrace-rooms and high-quality, be considered, i found the view over the complex from the balcony from nice.
The rooms are in good condition and quite comfortably furnished. They are however not elegant, but for my feeling a little unfriendly and partly. Even a bit shabby. This is especially from the dark wicker furniture wise, in the in spite of the large window not very bright room a gloomy impression.
Otherwise the rooms are spacious, not very badly soundproofed, and about the cleaning there was nothing to complain about.
The rooms are comfortabely equipped, with a seating area, desk, modem plug, flat screen tv, coffee and tea maker, minibar, air conditioning, safe, bathrobe, slippers, to cite just a few to mention. Tv programs are as a large selection, there were at least 50, available
The bathroom has only a shower, but, unlike the room, a very friendly and pleasant impression. The usual cosmetics, soap, shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and a hairdryer are available.
The restaurant kebun anggrek, in the the breakfast offered, offers plenty of space, both in the open, as well as within. If you can get a place in the open select, then you, of individual tables apart, to which the sun in the course of the time hinwandert, a shady spot. The atmosphere i found pleasant.
Offered american breakfast in buffet form. Breakfast is, what choice of the food and drinks concerns, rich, both in the cold, as well as with warm dishes. There was a good choice asian specialties. The quality and taste of the food there was nothing to complain about, and they were nicely arranged. Tea or coffee you get in a pot on the table. When you walk into the restaurant and after the choice of the dishes came back to the table, there was also the drinks there. The staff is attentive. The refill on the buffet and the clearing of the tables took place regularly.
The hotel is on the sea side of an extensive and well-kept gardens. Surrounded by the hotel is the pool. Around the pool, as well as on the green were available in sufficient number available, so that it not a problem is, to find a spot. Shadow supply either trees or umbrellas. Towels for the loungers are in the desired number of by the pool available.
My personal highlight was the coral reef directly in front of the beach. There is quite diverse and different colored coral, at a place more, at a point less. Smaller fish swimming around. If you're lucky, we met turtles. For snorkelers the hotel is so a good place.
The hotel has a fitness center, and tennis courts. The fitness center is available 7:00 until 21:00 o'clock available and can without reservation to be used. For fitness, as well as for Tennis you can training book. Also located at the beach a water sports centre, the 8:00 until 17:00 o'clock was open. The hotel offers also excursions, a corresponding desk is in the lobby.
In the whole hotel is broadband internet available. This is liable to pay the costs, 12 American Dollar per day. Gratuitous can the internet in the business center, the the lobby to reach is, be used. This is around the hour open, and there are two computers. The times, when i was there, i always without waiting a seat. However, there the internet more bad than good works. The speed was mostly unfortunately rather small and varied, until close to the loss. In the lobby is wi-fi free of charge available, which i did not use however.
The hotel has a car park. Room service around the hour offered. There is also a dry-cleaning and ironing services. There are also a drug store and gift shop, as well as a spa area available.
I was, overall satisfied with the hotel and it can recommend with a good conscience, even if not everything was perfect, because it nothing serious was, what it to criticize there was. You can be active or the peace and quiet enjoy, depending upon liking, and therefore it is an ideal vacation hotel. read more

We had to change and us have opted for the Sheraton, despite the many bad reviews. All NUTS, may have some to high standards. So we were absolutely thrilled and the was not the first foreing trip. Above all the private beach, no vendors, pure relaxation. The pool is great. beautiful the staff was us every wish was fulfilled. The breakfast is very good and the SpA was a dream. If you like fitness, can go also in the health club. In the city it was about a five-minute walk, with plenty of opportunities to eat. On every corner you ... can find hairdressers and shopping. We would definitely want to stay longer on each. read more

We were in the Sheraton for three days as a friend which we on Lombok have visited.
We were given a room in the last wing part. Our room door looked directly on the busy main street. No problem if the would also have the door closed properly. So in the morning and in the evening have we thought we sleeping directly on the street it was a Höllenlärmman know How noisy the scooter are. And we had a deluxe category booked. The breakfast was OK but also not the best. The waiters were not friendly straight must say. So ... our result not five stars for a Sheraton shameful. read more

The Sheraton is a very large hotel for Lombok, the basic is quite old and probably find often no renovations taking place. This shows in every corner in the hotel. Our room was very poor quality and smelled very musty. Even the pillows smelled fallen. On the bed sheets were a lot of stains, the sheets had a big hole. The bathroom had a lot of mildew and it smelled out of the drain very strict! Also we had again and again small flies in the room Everything made a very run down and upkeep. The furniture is completely worn ... and erdrückten with your dark wood, so that you were always had to put on some light. The breakfast was below average and uninviting/zuckersüße very thinly mixed drinkable and tinned fruit. The pool chairs on the beach were rude/totally dirty and sticky. They were never visited by the guests. The pool looks nice, but the tiles are dated and the stones rusty The WC at the pool I only once visited - I can't imagine it ever really cleaned. A shame as the bay would be really nice, but the hotel is absolutely dated, dirty and we were really pleased when we left! read more

The Sheraton was completely refurbished in 2006, is in top condition. Small flaws such as easy musty smelling pillows were after a phone call from the world, d. H. the sheets has been completely refurbished. This is not a question of regarding uncleanliness! As soon as a room in tropical regions several days unused attracts the humidity stop immediately in the bedding and curtains. We stayed on the ground floor and instead of a balcony we had a small terrace with direct access to the garden/sea. Particularly attractive are the park-like garden and the big pool, the photos are safe ... more meaningful. Beach chairs/umbrellas are brand new and if you should be on the terrace to cheerless then can be on the beach chairs at the beach. The really great breakfast buffet ( great air conditioned room) was something for every taste. Several nights the hotel offers a "barbecue down on the beach - about the different "theme nights" inform the in-room flyer. The newly designed spa area ( Laguna Beach spa) was only from my mother visited and she was completely thrilled. Right next to the hotel is the art market with numerous shops, but please don't forget to bargain. Within walking distance there are some good & popular restaurants, all of which include a 'pick-up & drop-off' - service. The Sheraton from toward town center is located on the left hand side, under one Zeltplane - the Warung "Tenda": this place is the food really sharp! read more

Great large pool with unique slide, excellent breakfast buffet, top and reasonably priced restaurants, a mixture of guests ( hardly any children, no noise), large enough room with a nice bathroom and balcony. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. But: It not everything works out 100 %, not the first time, but the staff is always very hard working. For example we had to complain that the first five days in the bathroom towels and other was missing, it was always quickly, but already crass that five days in a row basics did not prove ( for example 1 ... instead of four towels etc. ). about 15years for example, cost $20 in the evening, cocktails $7.50 per person. read more

Around for 4 days to explore Lombok, I had over Meiers Weltreisen Senggigi booked 4 nights at the Sheraton. The hotel is right on the beach so far central location for restaurants and shops in Senggigi without problems in a few minutes walk away. However is recommended for evening taking a torch or to take a cab/horse drawn carriage, as the walk holds a lot of surprises ( high levels, edges, holes, moats on the side) and is on the last few minutes very dark ( as much traffic, however it is not alone and can feel safe). The hotel ... has a large open-plan lobby, the rooms were spread in three-story buildings as to the spacious, well-kept area around the pool, the restaurant area was extensive. It wasn't high season, first few guests attending, including lots of German families. However During the easter holidays were all busloads Indonesian guests at the hotel. Even though the hotel was well stocked, the complex quiet and it didn't really feel crowded. The check-in was fast and smooth, overall felt hotel 24 -a uncomplicated impression and feel-good atmosphere. The room is a generous size an estimated 20 sqm plus hall, bath, built-in closet and balcony and is otherwise with the usual standard American chains. The room has wooden floors, big comfortable bed, TV, desk, two wicker armchairs, a built-in closet. Air-conditioning, hair dryer, safe, mini bar and a water kettle were available. The room is decorated with local Dekogegenständen. There are tea, coffee, water and Kosmezik in the bathroom. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge in the lobby. In the rooms, I think, a fee will be charged. The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied with yogurt, cheeses and lovely pasteries ( even Berlin). There is also a bar with a spectacular view of the city's sea, a pool bar and the possibility to dinner at candles and Fackelschein right on the beach. The hotel captivates with the huge, varied and various elements (for example lofty tees and islands with palm trees) freeform pool, both the opportunity long swimming laps and wade to splash, a short water slide, rocks and steps at the edge to sit, very shallow areas where you can sun virtually in the water supplies, a bridge. Really a dream this beautiful place to stay away from the Grosstourismus from the Mutterinsel Bali. In contrast to Bali fall in the Malariazone! We had a great holiday here. The only not great was the beach. But if you walked about 500 meters to the left you very nice swimming. In the various restaurants along the main street with lots had really good food. We only had breakfast in the hotel itself, so we can not say much about the food. The rooms were immaculate, the garden and pool area perfect. As we would go back in a heartbeat. read more

This year we before booking our holiday stay at HolidayCheck asked about the hotels to Lombok. The has always worked very well. This year we were very disappointed despite the many positive reviews. With a 5 star hotel has the Sheraton Senggigi really not much to do. The hotel grounds and rooms are badly in need of repair. The beach area is open daily from trash swimming but always a lot of trash in the water. If you have ever been in a "real" 5 star hotel its holiday it they will be disappointed. read more

We had a lovely week with great ambiance and great service. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet was awesome, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff members deserves high praise! We were then another ten days in Bali ( in the 4 , 5 * - Hotel Discovery kartika Plaza ( Kuta tuban). In this time we were looking forward to Lombok and the Sheraton Senggigi, since the peace and exceptional atmosphere with many little details, if in the pool or garden area, part of the fun ungeschreiblich nice! read more

Nice hotel location with an amazing tropic garden. The nationalities of the guests are mixed. They start from Australians, over the English, Germans, Americans till the Koreans. The age of the guests lie between 30-60. The hotel is built rather for families (children playing spots, children pool and etc), but there were hardly any children there. read more

The hotel offers no 5 stars. Also our supposed new renovated room made the impression of an old room in need of renovation. The hand rail of the corridor and stairs were partially totally rotten and ufirm. The lamps on the balcone were defected, rusty and unfirm. Besides that there were 3 floor buildings and not 2 floor buildings, like described by the organizer. The pool facility was really nice, but when 20 guests are at the pool, it will be really narrow over there. read more
