The building is a landmark in Guadalajara but it's starting to show its age. The room was not very luxurious, but comfortable enough, no complaints. However, a hotel like this cannot afford to not have a health centre anymore, and the small gym and swimming-pool don't have a locker room or even a toilet, incredible! As for the location, it's not at all central, but across the road there's a shopping mall, a supermarket and several restaurants. read hotel review

Good business hotel in central location in guadalajara. With complaints (posted and vorbezahlter airport shuttle was despite reconfirmation on eve around 06:45 a. m. morning not available) operates the front desk and concierge not very professional. The problem then the guest and not hotel. Only after sustainable penetration they took care of the problem and organized 2 taxis. read hotel review
