Large area, very large and clean rooms, mostly with ocean view the staff was very, very friendly and extremely tried eager to please When you go all-inclusive, you could do at all hotels in the area to at any time free of charge buffet food and drink. The selection is good. From fish to meat, grilled, salad and many sweet desserts, is everything which the heart desired. there are also additional restaurants in which one must reserve before, but still free food. Here one can select between russian, german, italian, sea food, mediterranean, bbq and asian there is also the ... entire day all bars in the hotel and at the beach for free alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and small snacks who during the time at the beach get hungry at the beach bar with burgers, hot dogs and fresh, at the stone oven baked pizza looked after. In the hotel there are a lot of russian tourists staying, that is why the staff especially german guests. with all questions and desires is available the friendly german speaking guest assistants with advice and act to the side and will do everything to you provide. better it hardly goes. in the hotel were from young to old represented all generations. read hotel review

We were in the al mas, this hotel is located in close proximity to the water. 1-2 minutes footpath. many shops are located directly on the premises, a large shoppinganlage up 2 o'clock at night opened is, is just a few minutes' drive away, and is easily reachable by taxi.

Armas bus station is right on the beach, beach chairs and hand towels were plentiful and in good condition. The food in the panoramic restaurant is of a very good quality, plentiful, varied and freshly prepared. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, bed sheets and towels replaced. The ocean was super for snorkeling. We felt very comfortable and relaxing. read hotel review

All in all it was a very successful holiday! The locals and all workers in the hotel are super friendly, courteous, and always helpful. The rooms (on the back of the building with a direct view of the beach and the sea) are large and well furnished. It is a safe and a tv are also available. The meal is various and more delicious! Food and drinks were all inclusive everywhere on the grounds at any time of day free. The beach eat really very clean and very nice, the water blue and crystal clear. This hotel is for me ... a clear recommendation! Next year gladly again! read hotel review

One of our most beautiful vacation. The 7 times in Egypt, the 1 times in armas bus station palace golden 5. our bellmen ashraf gaber were all our wishes from our eyes and the german guests on hands carried. It made this holiday to dream vacation. The russians many us then also no longer so on. Austrians. German, swiss. It is worthwhile in this hotel to spend the holidays. Really good hotel, friendly workers, wonderful and clean territory of the hotel. Very clean territory of the beach. Our room was not bad with a balcon, which go on the beach. The hotel has 3 floors with about ever 20-25 rooms. The state of the hotel is in need of renovation, as the whole of the golden 5 hotel area. The elevator brings back little confidence and the stairs a few broken pieces. At the main pool are missing some tiles in the pool. The list with the renovations still continue. Directly next to the bar is about 2 years a construction site. The spa was being renovated and was not usable. Wlan gives it only in the lobby and only temporary, because it from time to time side. With all ... inclusive everything is there, whereby the quality of the meals and drinks to be desired leaves. The guest structure is about 95% russians and 5% german, therefore is also the entertainment mostly in russian. Good at the plant is, you in all hotels everything can be used, the restaurants and bars.     The rooms are really spacious. The condition is fluke. The 1 room was the toilet about 10 centimeter from the floor lift, because they are not more entrenched was.     The staff is very friendly and hard-working. The sprachkenttnisse are rather modest. At the front desk with german no progress and english was also on by the staff sometimes hard to understand.     The way to the beach about 1 minute. Highly recommended is the section 4, where the helgolandbar there (delicious burger). However, bathing shoes necessary since the reef directly at the beach and there is practically no possibility to get into the water except over stones. The beach is from gravel, but very nice for beach chairs and umbrellas. The airport is approximately 15 minutes away with bus. Directly in front of the hotel there are several stores for shopping, if you (approximately 100 meters) after leaving the plant runs to the left, you will find a supermarket with fixed prices. Unfortunately in the whole complex very run down. We had a few times power failure, which in fact would be a problem, if not all the sidewalks broken would be. The corridors were pitch, and only, because the maid with the mobile phone the number lit had, we have our room. This hotel has no 5 stars! , deserves as the chairs partly broken and you got even the red wine from plastic cups, at reklamatinon the red wine in front of the guest in another glass spilt. The entire hotel is completely and above all very renovation-needily! It may not always everything new and pick but for a 5 star hotel it was a disgrace to this house has all more than 3 stars! And the icing on the cake was that it for all-inclusive guests drinks from the vending machines in 0.1 plstickberchern! Never again! read hotel review

The condition of the whole hotel area was rather bad. Works and for handicapped ones absolutely unsuitable. It isn't worth 5 stars, maximum 4. Small plastic cups at the beach bar were an impertinence. My guide, Michael nobility of holiday tours, its etc. Was as good as never distance. Two, he booked excursions, were deleted without the i experienced. I have at least the money back. This was my first and last stay at this hotel. read hotel review

Positive: After complaining about the first room (tiles broken, when operation of the toilet flush: water in the whole bathroom, musty smell) we were moved to another, better room. Beach, sea and sun Restaurant Orangerie (always cool white wine and good service) Wi-fi in the reception area The strandleute do a great job! The are the only ones, the really tip deserve. Negative: everywhere and is where you go you should baksheesh (tip) give. In the booked fish restaurant no white wine only warm red wine and from paper cups. In all the restaurants no air conditioning. 95% russian guests ... Seating outside in the free gave it not! (except directly in front of our hotel. There were about 8 tables. Throughout the Areal with 7 hotels nothing for guests the evening time out, want) once we were lucky and they allowed us in a theme restaurant, for hot beer, but were then about 8:30 p. m. asked to go. There was work! Around 20,30! The waiters are very quick when it comes to the machining of the plates. You can be glad, if you not under chewing the plates under the nose pulling. Different colored al in bands. Very convenient for the beach vendors. They will know right where it was to get there (the circa in 10 minutes some trips sell want). In the shops there was no water to buy. The refrigerator is about 3 times refilled, then is conclusion. One is then forced, the empty, 0.6 litre small bottles at the tanks to fill up. At about 8:30 a. m., knocking the room service and cleaning. Nothing sleep in! In the turkish restaurant water with 50% chloranteil, warm beer, hot wine. No turkish mocha. Food was very tasty, that you have to say. All in all the hotel has never ever 5 star! Maximum 3. the value for money is very expensive, considering, that one in Turkey with 5 stars the heaven on earth gets. read hotel review

Arrived at check in, we were met with cold towels & fruit cocktail drink. All staff are very friendly, helpful & accommodating. Best service I've had in a hotel. From the mangers to the pool staff/mangers to the animation team, all are fabulous! The food was delicious, wide selection for breakfast, we especially enjoyed the pasta station. The Egyptian restaurant was amazing. (Be sure 2 book) 1st visit free! The aqua park kept the kids entertained 4 hours, staff were on hand to supervise. Family filled atmosphere, with entertainment shows on offer in evenings. The fire & cobra show was ... spectacular! Convenient location 2 down town & the new mall. Rooms very spacious & extremely clean. House keeping every day, fresh towels. We had the double suit ground floor with sea view. 1 min walk across a lake (bridge) to the beach. Our vacation we were in the al mas palace really enjoyed. Against the mostly bad reviews, which we read before, we were positively surprised. Unfortunately only a few german tourists, so that we do not Cairo-and pyramidenausflug make could. You can in 14 different restaurants eat out, this is a good offer. Complex and beach were very nice. And the smaller sites on the grounds didn't really bother us. Also with the mostly russian tourists we had no problems, since the area and the beach is so extensive, you always a quiet spot has. Which was very good, is the ... german restaurant, where also only german reindürften. Finally we can say,it was a great vacation. read hotel review

Very old ( 20 years) hotel, with many faults! This house has gutted! The carpet was so dirty, and one has the bad smell in the nose! The mattresses were very hard, and you only sleep with a thin sheet on the mattress! Accident everywhere on the complex through broken gesplitterte tiles, some stand up, big tripping hazard! With total power outage (we had 2 times over many hours! ) The no auxiliary power! One had to pitch dark hallways his room, it was partly unacceptable! On day there was on the all-inclusive bars often only very alkoholreiche drinks, but ... no beer! It is very on the 95% russian guests (Wodka, Brandy, spirits.) Would be the nice weather not and the great red sea, we would dearest again have left! Rather we pay during the next Egypt holiday double, and we can then feel better! The 5 stars are not more than 2-3, and also only because of the view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. read hotel review

This hotel has an urgent renovation necessary. Currently it has more only stars. Other guests to over 80% from Russia. There is the possibility, according to your booking, a separate restaurant to use, here the atmosphere is a bit better. read hotel review
