The hotel is very tastefully decorated, beautiful rooms with spacious balcony and very well maintained grounds. The rooms are very clean have a small fridge and safe and cleaned thoroughly every day. We only booked with breakfast, what very various was. The food was all in all very delicious and cheap, so that we evening mostly in the restaurant ate. The hotel owner, the waiters, the chef and the cleaning staff are very friendly and particularly humorous is Dimitri, one of the two waiters with the we laughed a lot. Especially liked a lot us that there so many free ... current dogs and cats (5 babies) were. read more

    We had for 1 where. A mountain bike borrowed for 50 Euro. As it was very hilly, it was already a sporting challenge. The last days we had a car in town rentals, 3 days 95 Euro which as very worthwhile turned out to be. Nikiti offers a good position to west and east coast to reach.

    The food was very tasty. The breakfast buffet was small however in any case sufficient and there was always also homemade meals, the arranged lovingly were. We almost always in the hotel's own restaurant eaten. Right next to the sea! There were always delicious greek dishes and we have mostly fresh fish eaten.

    The hotel's location is good. It lies directly at the beach and nearby there is a small harbor. But were in october very few people in the place. On the one hand we found this very pleasant, since we have no mass tourism like, anderereseits were especially in the evening the possibilities very limited.     The individually designed rooms are not large, offer but sufficient capacity for two people. There is a closet and a chest of drawers, plenty of storage space for the clothes. The bathroom is quite narrow, but usable. We had a shower with fabric curtain. Different rooms already showers made of glass. In the bathroom there is a hair dryer. Safe and fridge and ceiling fans are available. The air conditioning costs extra, was during our travels not necessary, as you get a good night air could. The balcony is great to dry our clothes, as well as a drying rack with brackets is available. Otherwise there are a table, as well as two chairs in the balconies. The tv receives amongst others ARD, RTL and Arte. Altogether was the room very clean.

Every day there was white and wholemeal bread, several sausage- and cheese, a eiergericht, a hearty dish, tomatoes, sheep cheese, different homemade cakes respectively crêpes, greek yoghurt, spreads, fruit, 2 really tasty juices, coffee and hot water for tea. Everything was always quickly refilled. From lunch you could then from 3 dishes of the day, as well as the restaurant menu choose. Half-board guests had evenings the choice of 3 menus included appetizer. So we would a booking only with breakfast prefer. So you can reach the very delicious dishes from the entire menu try. The prices of the restaurant in the midfield. For a dinner for 2 persons with appetizer and a carafe of house wine we have but no more as 30 Euro paid. The dessert ( either a dessert or a Ouzo) is inclusive.

    The staff was extremely friendly. The chef, every guest personally greeted, speaks good German. The employees generally English. The deaf and dumb people waiter Dimitri was always ready for fun. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis and the towels were changed. With questions we had always an ear to lend, so that you in very good hands feels.

    The hotel is about 100 kilometer from the airport Thessaloniki directly on the hotel's own sandy beach. To the beach you have to cross a narrow, little traveled street walking. This leads in the town respectively to the harbor, the one after about 10 minutes past several taverns, bars and apartment complexes reached. The place was while we were there ( beginning/ middle September) not crowded, but good. In the last week it was quite empty, since the school holidays in Greece end were. All restaurants and shops but open. The place nikiti shares in a new district at the port, as well as an old town center, on the other side the main street. This is very worth seeing and should (possibly combined with a visit to the market at the friday) are visited. Apart from that it is recommended to rent a car, around the especially green peninsula chalkidiki, as well as Thessaloniki to explore.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful; the waiter spoke very good English, the manager speaks German and English, the deaf-mute waiter dimitris understands it very well, with gestures and laughter to communicate. Complaints there was from us not! The rooms were daily cleaned very carefully. Always fresh beach towels, even if it wasn't necessary.

The hotel has I think 15 room, is something quiet at the end the promenade and is very nicely decorated. You didn't find any dirt corners! Otherwise it was clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was, as I became ill am, for example to the pharmacy dangers, as I didn't have more the location was the good 10 minute walk. The only tiny hooks at the hotel is, that the accompanying picture with the garden a bit deceptive. Right next to the meadow right is a undeveloped estate, that dried wild jungle than view offers, but ... only from the upper rooms from, as a hedge is. The garden represents a approximately 2 meters broad grass verges with adjoining conifer hedge dar. That did not disturb us, was only in the first moment, because of the expectation on a beautiful gartenausblick a bit sad. read more

    Approximately 15 meters² large, with a small bathroom 2 meters² and blk 2 meters². The rooms have certainly not luxury, but are very affectionately furnished, with love for the detail. There is sometimes 2 single beds and sometimes dppelbetten, a closet with a safe and mini -fridge. We had a small tv with ARD, RTL and Arte. Otherwise there was a roof ventilator, which was completely enough for cooling. A telephone is also available. Against midges is such a part which poison ausströmt for the socket in the room.

The ultra -24 hour all inclusive care searches is here certainly out of place. We do not need this and were therefore very satisfied. Satellite -tv- fridge and safe are even free of charge, merely the air conditioning with 3€ a night will be charged. The service is always friendly, the waiters especially in the evening partially dizzy efficient, the number of Essensgästen to. The typically Greek cuisine is really tasty, the selection is big, furthermore there is a changing day ticket with 5-6 dishes. ... The prices are cheap, the portions really plentifully limited. ( for example: grilled dorade 9,50 Euro, mixed grill with side dishes 10 €, Moussaka 6 €) A pool isn't available, however is the distance to the beach approximately 10 meters; beach and sea are clean, sun screens and loungers are sufficiently available and free of charge. Furthermore there are several remnants from other guests ( Folding chairs, sun screens, Balls, and so on) to rent available. Might disturb the one or another the coastal road between hotel and beach, the traffic is, in our opinion, been rather small (and in the summer). We can recommend this hotel without any reservations, it would certainly rather 3 than 2 star rating. Tips for excursions in conclusion: - but it Looked Quite nice at the beach from Kalamitsi, chica bar (possibly a sun screen from the Hotelfundus carry forward!) - Motorboat in vourvourou or Ouranoupolis for one day and master games (30 PS boat for everyone to drive 50 to euros and about 20 €petrol for the whole day for up to 5 people; on the day before reserve or there early) - Afithos in the evening ( directly at the steep coast sit in one of the restaurants or bars and round off the day with a beautiful view of the Sithonia) read more

It is hard to believe, that a two star hotel such merits - we were thrilled! By the small number of rooms is (Mrs) from the first day a guest and not one person from room 2154 or so! The location at the beach, the beach service by the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness, already warmth of the staff are unbeatable! The hotel Zenios Zeus has good value for money. The beach is located directly opposite of the hotel. The sun screens and chairs are complimentary. The staff at the hotel is see friendly and helpful. The hotel owner speaks really good German. The breakfast buffet is simple, but for the price enough. There were daily changing cakes and other food in addition to the buffet. Thus is something there for everyone. read more

We had a small, more personal hotel and were very satisfied. The owners are very nice, warm, fond of animals (they have several dogs and cats) and helpful. A pool we didn't miss anything, but you the sea yes on the doorstep. Special charm has the food right at the waterfront - however is autan or similar in the evening essential (Alternatively you could also in the open restaurant area inside of the hotel food-there one has more peace before the mosquitos). The rooms were always clean, with a fridge ( no mini bar!) and safe ( included) equipped, as ... well as with German television. There was too few Hangers for the two of us women, but we had a private solution for this problem and therefore it was not further disturbing. The mattresses were very comfortable, I slept better than at home. At night and during the day it was very quiet-no construction, no shouting and no music events have the peace and quiet bother us. From the street we have heard nothing, there was however also not much traffic. The food in the hotel was fantastic - I had only booked accommodation and breakfast, as from other reviewers recommended-the whole map to the choice ( afternoons and evenings). This has really worth it ( thanks at this point for the tip!), the prices are very moderate and the food was always absolute sharpened! For breakfast there were buffet with a good choice: Different kinds of bread, croissants, toast (and a toaster to selbsttoasten!), sausage, ham, cheese, muesli, honey, jams, yoghurt, juice, coffee, tea etc. - otherwise from day to day variable egg dishes ( eggs, scrambled egg, fried eggs with bacon, etc.). For nutella fans: the nutella is a sham! All together there was something for everyone and we were very satisfied so that. The audience during our travels ( beginning June) were only couple, age group 40-60 we were the youngest, which did not disturb us however (and the other also not). You came with all quickly get to the conversation - the remaining guests were all German and Swiss. Things to Do/ excursions: We had a rental car ( and could always in front of the hotel parking). A rental car is advisable, because Sithonia scenic lot has to offer and a tour, as well as a visit to the wonderful Bays on the other side of the peninsula ( for example Karidi beach-beautiful, in vourvourou) really worth the money. The drive through the peninsula is a extremely smooth and one of the most beautiful tourist destinations, I have ever seen! That was the absolute highlight of the vacation and an unforgettable experience! Very recommendable, we had loads of fun thus! You could get good food in vourvourou way in the restaurant 'Paris'-we were there twice. Special flair: you sit on the terrace directly on the sea. The restaurant is located almost at the end of the town and is the main street signposted. We had otherwise a Athos-trip with the pirate boat ( port of ormos Panagios ) on the travel guide booked, costs: 30 Euro without transfer ( we are equipped with the rental car back)-with transfer it costs 50 Euro. The whole is however very massentouristisch; the pirate boat almost 600 people, there is live music, animation and constantly explanations of the band on German, English and Russian. Accordingly loud it was. You sail along the coast of Mount Athos along and looks a few old monasteries. Lunch about 2 hours stay in Ouronapolis (or similar), tip for lunch: the 'Zorbas' -quite at the end the beach promenade. Moderate prices and good food, we had the tip from our travel guide. Altogether the pirate boat one not so good, my known thought it was' nice '. Other guests our hotels, the pirate boat also had booked, were whereas very impressed-everyone had to do decide for himself. We were for a week in this wonderful small hotel and the consistently good reviews only agree. The hotel is as a starting point for the exploration the Sithonia und Kassandra very suitable. A rental car here is urgently required. The whole hotel, the restaurant area and the rooms are very lovingly and comfortably decorated. The hotel's own tavern offers in our opinion the best food in nikiti. We have also other taverns try it, are at the end however the own food remained faithful. The owner and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. We will definitely not the ... last time be there. read more

We had the hotel for a achtägigen hiking vacation end of April/ Early May 2012 selected. The at this point existing descriptions and reviews can only be confirmed. A favorite -comfort hotel for people, the Greek atmosphere and kitchen love and want to enjoy. Rooms and outdoor areas carefully maintained. The staff are exceedingly friendly. The rich and varied breakfast buffet ( amongst others Quiches, egg dishes in various Variations, rice Pudding, cakes) is particularly praiseworthy. The dinner was very cheap and we tasted so good, that w came only not at all in the temptation, one of the nearby ... taverns to visit. Special recommendation the grilled dorade, the for us upon reservation freshly bought was. All meal times we could on the terrace take. The value for money is hard to beat. read more

We would book the hotel again, because it is a small but fine two star resort. At the pool it is really due to the size of hand-made food and not convenience food such as in many large hotels. The rooms are nice and without the stars-giving knick-knack. However, there are two negatives from our point of view ☹ A) the family friendliness is important in this hotel. Perhaps it is located at the tour operator, but you can get for four people (two children (0 years and three years), two adults) a normal double room with an extra bed. ... It is expected, that the baby with sleep in their parents 'bed. On request we received an additional baby bed, which was more than the room but fully. We had half-board for all, but the three-year-old child was not asked the selection of dishes like, instead we had to leave our food with our child, or which own the order in evenings, on the bill showed up to others not. The two waiters were very nice and child friendly. (2) The hotel is located directly on the sea (only separated by a small street). On the beach there are beach chairs and sunshades available for guests. Unfortunately, butts on the beach but also partly at the hotel stray, pushy but love dogs around (as four to five). The beach was because of the children were not available for us. The beach itself is okay, however, are located in the surrounding area and basically nicer beaches. You do, however, need a rental car therefor. read more

Additional there is a balcony with table and 2 Studiostühlen available, moreover, every balcony with a drying rack equipped. in each room there is a built-in cupboard with free safe. Shower /toilet are very ... narrow, also here missing land to the file. we had overnight stay with breakfast and were thoroughly satisfied. read more

    the rooms are rather small, offer little land to the file. Also in the toilet/ bath you can sometimes get a little claustrophobic. We had a room with 2 beds, there was also a room with a 1.40 meters wide (Narrow ) bed, in which you not always enough room found, our room was however perfect, the beds relatively hard and thus for us very pleasant. Furniture scant but tastefully and on the particular room color coordinated. Every room has a very private atmosphere. Air conditioning is subject to a charge, was not used by us. The free safe is in the closet integrated. Tv with German Channels inclusive. A fridge is also available. Here we have the provisions for our hikes (by Lidl purchased cheaply ) chilled. The rooms are very clean, be cleaned daily.

    the breakfast buffet was for a two star hotel formidable. For cleanliness and hygiene obviously very much worth located. there was daily at least 3 different types of bread, toast, cakes, Quiches, egg dishes (boiled eggs or even different omelets ), Quark, tinned fruit, sometimes fresh fruit, dried fruits, muesli, jams, Nutella, sausage and cheese, Feta, tomatoes. In addition coffee/ tea juice. the breakfast we have every day in the restaurant in the open taken. evenings we were each evening'our 'restaurant true, it was off-season and the most restaurants in the area had closed. Was also the dinner in our hotel so delicious and so plentiful, the we nowhere else to eat! the prices are the portions adequate, please note: a salad and a appetizer rich at full to be. Little order and then when you are hungry, order, that is our tip! to the dessert every evening there was a sweet surprise on the house. Here too, the kitchen team each evening on the new exceeded. We have also more than once Ouzo compensate get! the service from Mikli and Dimitri was as already mentioned very good and priceless. Especially the deaf Dimitri is a comedian unprecedented.     We had these vacation as combined hiking and beach vacation planned. The beach in front of the hotel is all well and good, but there is a few Miles away much more beautiful beaches and clearer water. It is worthwhile thus, the area's well-signposted beaches runs and as a part of an island tour the area to explore. Also a trip on the third finger of Chalkidiki is worthwhile. In ouranoupoli we have a motor boat rented and lonely islands and wonderful beaches visited on our own. the sirthonia itself offers varied possibilities for hiking, for us inexperienced good manageable, you will be rewarded with an amazing view and wonderful nature. Without rental car seems the explore the island almost impossible, it is however a well developed bus network on the island give, we however not used.

    the hotel lies on the sirthonia, on the west coast, relatively far above on the second finger of Chalkidiki. Old nikiti was in connection with a hike worth a visit. We also went once to the weekly market, very impressive, there is everything! beach and bath possibility is just across the coastal road from the hotel away. we had a rental car booked and the hotel as a starting point for some great hikes on the sirthonia used. Maps and information in addition there is in the hotel, the chef knows! In addition we could by car the most beautiful beaches and bays visit, the in the late season too many deserted and wonderful were. Partly you could enjoy here Caribbean feeling! to the airport Thessaloniki it was a good hour drive.

In short: great vacation! We'll be back! Nice service, delicious food, nice small beach directly at the hotel, beach chairs and umbrella inclusive even service on the beach! Thanks to low season it was very quiet in the village and the beach. We had overnight stay with breakfast, which was absolutely sufficient, then you could also test the surrounding taverns (but not necessary). We spent a week at the xenios Zeus. on the 'small' hotel I can only say positive. We had overnight stay with breakfast, which I would book again, since the menu was very varied is. In the evening we ate 'always 'in the hotel' s own tavern and we can endorse the other reviews: The food Ireland standard Time great! Thanks to the very nice service!-)It was simply only beautiful. The beach directly in front of the hotel we did not like, first of all, it was not clean, the water was very cloudy. During the week we had ... a day storm, but when we had a car for a Day at the other beaches on the peninsula Sithona the water was very clear.
