The hotel is very central in the heart of hamburg. Close proximity to train station is very good as a starting point for a city break. I had only booked accomodation and breakfast. This is for a 3 star hotel also very reasonable. Major drawbacks were the kindness and professionalism of the staff at the reception and the size of the rooms. read more

The stay was for our purposes more or less fine, only pictures on the internet and reality dissevering square meter double rooms and a chair, here, the door in the open against.
Apart from that were the rooms clean, the desire for a pillow met, wi-fi everywhere available.
On the issue of value for money-location we could in any case 5 star rating.
The lock i had so my opinion, normal key when you leave of the hotel delivered had, so was never sure who, when in my room was. The could also the room id not improve.
Safe is ... available, enough for smartphones, a device in size a iPad fits already not more.
Parking is in the underground garage for a city cheap and safe. read more

The hotel is located very near the train station which easily easy to reach on foot is. The front desk is open 24 hours and thus always a contact person on-site. The lift is unfortunately very small and old. Our room was nice but was located next to the elevator which was very loud. From 6 o'clock in the morning state of elevator hardly still. Furthermore was the subway almost in 3 minutes -tact to hear. General a very noisy hotel. The breakfast buffet was varied and therefore something for everyone. The state of the room was very reasonable. Unfortunately ... we had no especially big window which only little daylight into the room came. Furthermore the rooms are nothing special big and the bathroom is very small. Altogether but satisfactory. For a weekend the hotel is definitely recommndable. read more

Nice hotel very centrally located with good connections to public transport.
Clean rooms with good furnishings. The breakfast is good in my opinion still expandable, in all in all you can't complain.
The large pluses of the hotel is the really good central location. Some sights are very simple to reach on foot. read more

Very friendly staff.
The location of the hotel is of course (paddington 2. line) coined/shaped by the rotlichtcharakter.
Breakfast for 7,50 Euro just. The coffee but so thin, that i thought, it would be tea.
After complaint this observation was told, that the house standard is.
The evening ordered vodka tonic came without ice and tonic water came from an older 1 liter bottle of.
The light in the room was somewhat schumrich and the carpet older.
But you should not the price forget! Very cheap. Two days for ges. 68 Euro. (without breakfast)
Clean impression and friendly staff. ...
Complaining about the lack of soap was taken care of immediately. read more

Nice hotel for a short break in Hamburg.
It is located directly to the main train station so that one is fast on the spitalerstraße is. The breakfast could be better. read more

The hotel lies in short distance to the main station and is therefore ideal for a short city break suitable. The from us booked rooms were very small, but what we already when booking knew, therefore completely reasonable. Bathroom and rooms appeared newly renovated, all great. The breakfast was rather simple, but with 7,50 Euro not too expensive and for a good start to the day enough. The staff in the breakfast room and at the front desk was friendly and attentive. read more

Very small room, even smaller bathroom. The offered 3 bett room for three adults not suitable. The lift with suitcases rather small, in addition quite loud in the room right next to it. Room to the street out much too bright, because the curtains was not dark enough, otherwise very nice loud. Uncanny audience on the street. Breakfast room too small, is however no time of day recommended to relief from hotel activity. Partly no seats or it must be in the fernesehraum must be avoided, there is however the table and chair height not for a meal suitable. read more

Ideal for sightseeing tour, great traffic connection from the airport, main station and for Hamburg even, nevertheless very peaceful location, room small but comfortable, clean, breakfast good, front desk continuous occupied, have hotel right in flight Air Berlin option, which we very good price got. The Eleazar Novum is with its friendly, competent staff and its well-kept appearance a around good hotel. Obstruct-fairly it is however not, as the lift on the first floor ( a stair next to the reception) is.
The location is great. The hotel is located directly by the train station ( about 3 minutes on foot) and shopping arcade it is also a stone's throw away. If one a somewhat entfernteres objective visit would like to, you can easily and without long waiting time of the train station from. From there you can take the S-Bahn is everywhere back.
The ... breakfast in the hotel restaurant is very good ( rolls, various juices, coffee, sausage/ cheese-plate, different marmelade, scrambled egg, muesli etc.). The service is very friendly and helpful. Which I personally also very good found, that there is no noise there, as in many other Frühstückssälen.
The room for two people, equipped with flat screen TV, safe, balcony, telephone, is totally sufficient. The only thing, that was missing to us, was the fridge. The bath was very clean and in very good condition.
We have otherwise a place in the garage had, which I only recommend can, because surer you can in the area no parking. It is also always a supervision there ( also very friendly and skilled!) read more

The hotel was completely reasonable. I have nothing to moan about. Only negative in short: because the hotel in Bremen row there is constantly noise and noise. Hookers, Pimps, Rioters amongst others day and night. Nevertheless is the district St. Georg in Hamburg for this atmosphere for decades famous. Definitely pack ear plugs. read more

Very noisy hotel. The rooms are insanely small. The bathrooms even smaller. The washbasin is a handbasin and is not a bath. In the internet more than it can provide. No real bar.
For 3 days oK but not more. The cleanliness is good.
The hotel is very good of the main station to reach, but the area is very doubtful the surrounding bars.
To question after a good locally I received a statement, ( in the area there are very lots of restaurants- but I am not so good-) I would not have to ask.

Because of the proximity to train station a simple, good 3 star hotel, one comes from there everywhere good and fast! We are with the train arrived and the hotel easy to find. The best Hamburg Card and then get everywhere and free again. read more

Hello the hotel lies only 3 minutes from the train station all underground and s bahen drive to all major things of the city Hamburg but disadvantage in Bahnhofsfirtel from 20 o'clock the hookers and some strange designed around the hotel in the streets. Nothing for families with children suitable. The rooms are clean ( up to mattress) but very small the bathroom has shower toilet and a very small washbasin for the duration of the stay sufficient the beds are not more the best the mattresses are tolal at the end fully worn as you can feel every spring. ... The breakfast is OK for three star hotel everything available different sausage, rolls, bread, jams and so on. Will anytime again replenished. The staff at breakfast are nice and attentive the staff in the lobby are not so nice rather neutrally held well is which one its suitcase to the departure store something to watch

We (4 girlfriends) just a night there, but we were really pleased. Our room was unfortunately a bit small, but in really good condition! The breakfast we all tasted. Especially the value for money could convince. The location is although it is tucked away, but very central location nearby of the main station and the mall is well within walking distance. All together gladly again and really recommendable nonetheless. read more
