However from the friendliness the staff clearly friendlier people in Kühlungsborn in other hotels met.

We have a package for 3 nights and were over the value for money surprised. We found every morning a very varied and varied breakfast before, in the evening was equipped with two choices ( fish or meat) a 3-course menu served. The prices near water and beer were moderate. We also have the small wellness area try, the for a short break was adequate. ( sauna must be an hour before the beginning be announced ) the distance to the beach was pleasant, so you could the angefutterten calories just go-). Nearby there are many restaurants and bars, as well as several shops. All together was the a successful short break in a very pleasant hotel. We were in october there. A very nice hotel, great location, very centrally located, ideal for all the excursions. Dogs were also very welcome.

We had 5 days booked half board in a standard room. The sleeping area was spacious, the bathroom rather small but clean and well equipped. A very good breakfast buffet and a tasteful three course menu in the evening (2 main courses to choose from). Here you can his days of vacation enjoy. read more

A good modernly decorated hotel in amazing location. Quiet location at the edge of the forest and nevertheless
Centrally located. To the beach and the strolling mile it is only a few minutes walk.
The staff including the hotel management were friendly, attentive and helpful.
The breakfast buffet left nothing to the imagination.
Although it 'only' choice of the menus for dinner -it was always a fish dish offered-were taste and variety the food nothing to complain.
Especially it's worth mentioning that every dish freshly prepared was.
It is incomprehensible to us and annoying at the same time, that this ... hotel also negative was.
What is it, if you want to the hotel damage?
We were satisfied all around and will book the hotel again.

The building we visited already for the umpteenth time.
The beach is only 5 minutes from the hotel and the 'main strip' from Kühlungsborn isn't far!
In comparison to our last vacation 3 years ago some of the positive changed. The service in all areas is without question great. Also in case of any problems was competently helped.
The cleanliness to meet the requirements of a four star hotel! Great!
The breakfast buffet was more than enough and also very varied!
Unfortunately in our experience the dinner ( booked half board) a bit disappointed. The quality of the dishes was ... all right, but unfortunately us by creativity and variety missing. Putengeschnetzeltes and roulades are for us rather a home cooking, rather than a four-star hotel kitchen! There was merely at the buffet-evening vegetables, unfortunately, especially in the summer! The vegetables to the main course stock unfortunately always from brassica, this is 1 week stay it was a bit monotonous. The desserts tasted for us unfortunately as finished products.
For a four-star hotel we would like more variety! A reason the next stay without half board to book. read more

A medium-sized hotel in about 10 minutes footpath from the Baltic sea beach. The hotel is clean, the rooms are well furnished. We have our three days in Kühlungsborn very enjoyed. Leisure activities there are in the hotel ( sauna) and in direct area (tennis courts, bathrooms Bahn 'Molli', etc. ). The breakfast was very good, until at the end (10 hours) everything was refilled, so that even the spätaufsteher still all treats could get. During our stay was the audience mostly more wisdom shaped, which for us was no disadvantage. The peace and quiet, which we in the hotel Edison found, was exactly, what we were looking for. A safe in the hotel room would have been convenient, we have but ... also not at the front desk after lockers asked.
We felt really good here and will gladly come again. read more

Were within a year for the third time in' Edison' as we as a family traveled we booked a 3-raumappartement on the neighboring building. It was very big and comfortable. Direction: park and South West! We stayed earlier in the main building, there were very satisfied- now also very! The Edison absolutely recommend. One must direction beach walk a bit, to however therefor a very peaceful location. We will be back! read more

We have already the third time in this hotel a short break spent. The friendliness we feel as excellent. The dinner with halbpensionsbuchung is very good. You may 'only' for two different menu' s decision. The quality is however both excellent. The only thing what a little missing, if Wi-Fi on the whole house available is. In the lobby but it is possible. This is of course a private opinion. Apart from that we can this hotel highly recommend. It was guaranteed not our last visit in the Edison. read more

It was a really great vacation, because everything around it was correct. The all of the staff was accommodating, heartfelt and professional. Here you can see, that the entire team with pleasure his job running, that is located on the best superiors, stay here with motivation to go ahead. We did so, and as at home with us felt, the atmosphere was wonderful. We have always had in other hotels with our room problems. Either it was too small, or the view was terrible( noise, Backyard), or dirty, or it had a bad odor, but the first time in recent ... years we didn't complained. The room was simple perfect.

We, three couples in the fifties, were after 2006 again in this hotel since it to us then already liked it so much.
Only drawback is the road outside the guest house to main building. There were only about 25 meters, but in the pouring rain that is not very pleasant. Also in the bathrobe in the sauna so a bit of a 'cool'.
But the extremely kind dealing with guests highlights this small blemish back on.
We will definitely love to stay once again.
In this hotel are you from the service to the' 25 square meters rooms' we ... as a couple had a in good hands.
To the brewery there are for example only around 300 meters. Evenings in dark skies and snow a dream.

The hotel consists of main and auxiliary building, which is not together are connected, so as with jacket and unfortunately often umbrella to the meal. But, the superior rooms and the pleasant peace we were compensated with the elevator it was right in the underground car park (in winter also not bad). All public there were areas very clean and well maintained. Outside the grounds were also very clean.
we had the Christmas special and were not disappointed, on the contrary, it was better and beautiful than expected. The whole hotel as well as outside was beautifully Christmas decorated. Especially ... we want to constantly changing the kind transportation to highlight. Also the room has not been forgotten and on Christmas day was a nice surprise in the room.
