We had an apartment, but unfortunately the wine glasses were missing and also on demand from the hotel not made available were; without any reason. When it rained we had a small flood in the room, there the windows were not close.

Natura garden is located, on a street reachable, opposite the natura palace. The apartment has sufficient space. The furnishings the kitchenette rather poor, fridge available. With of the airconditioning also heat, was also in the evening hours necessary. Cleaning was all right.
The access to the beach promenade was only the guests of the hotel reserved, we got no particular card.
There is however left from the hotel, next to the junction, a steinefeld you good abbreviate can.
Right from the hotel 5 minutes some pub, we enjoyed the italian and below to the beach open restaurant suits well. Left ... from the hotel ri. Beach circa 15 minutes' la bahia ' and the chinese no problems. At the port there are plenty of restaurants and shops, we stayed at the indian.
German doctor (dr. Lean) by taxi from the hotel €4.50, Playa Blanca. Very recommendable.
Sister Sandra and Karina are very pleasant.
The beach before 'la bahia' is protected, well for children and all frightened swimmer.
A special feature in the hotel natura palace, in the dining room must be deferred until the 'maitre' the places assigns. You get used to it. Net 10 minutes /1 euros, tv=1,ZDF, satellite. 1,RTL, Eurosport, ProSieben. read more

Stay as self provider in the apartment complex Natura garden of the hotel Natura Palace on the edge of Playa Blanca. Very quiet location, 5 minutes on foot to the nearest small sand/ rocky bay. Everything you need in the apartment available, only any possibility to the coffee cooking was missing in the kitchen ( machine can for 15 Euro/ week be rented). 30 minutes on foot over beautiful beach promenade to the center. read more

We simply wanted to a week have a vacation, without many requirements and cheap.
We had booked a studio in the apartment complex outside of the hotel.
We got a week full positive surprises.
We lived in a bungalow ( free upgrade of the hotel). The friendly employee at reception left no questions. We had the possibility all furnishings a very comfortable and hotels to use in any case. For our excursions we have right at the hotel cheap and absolutely uncomplicated a rental car booked. Directly in front of the hotel runs an endlessly long wonderful seafront with restaurants ... all types.
Simply pure relaxation, anytime again. read more

The apartment-complex itself is generally very nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it is but also meanwhile strongly run down. These include both services they folded any shards cards of the terrace, defective Gehweglaternen with open wiring, poorly repaired and leaky Terrassenfensterbänke, as well as wrecked Eingangsoberflächen. Even in the air-conditioning devices of the apartments found you (moldy?) dirt. The cleaning staff has apparently only on the beds and change of towels 'specialized'. Sweeping or sweep is here a foreign word. In the flower boxes of the terrace were now strongly scruffy beer cans.
Furthermore is the pool not only noticeably dirty (entrance ... area, and also water), but also still dangerous. The Tiefenangaben (using small Zahlenkacheln ) were missing several key figures ( for example at 180 centimeters water depth, missing the 1 ), so that children, on this information trust in too deep water jump. Furthermore are several floor tiles around the pool around cracked defendendo, so that this sharp and were loose.
Since we were self-catering, we had to leave for the poor Küchenzeileneinrichtung resort. But if for a 4 -headed family just 2 spoons, however therefor 7 forks are available, is the ingestion is not exactly easy. The fridge was also already nearly an insolence. Gray edges on the Dichtgummis. Even drinks like not requested.
In addition to lack of outlets in the apartment ( in particular the kitchenette). As a coffee machine and a toaster run, if in the kitchenette, no electrical outlets are, but only 3a 4 meters away a guest lounge?
In the bathroom a similar game. One had several towels, but there was only a small towel rack on Waschbedcken. The (damp or used) towels had one inevitably somewhere in the apartment or outside distribute and dry.
From the ailing and partly open wiring I want to not at all talk. Also the (apparently retrospectively ) integrated Patio door was completely installed, so below gap from more than 1 centimeter to ground existed. Welcome dear buterfly/insect world-. Also the cleaner crumbled in several spots on the walls.
All together it was one of the worst units our last vacation. Sad. read more

We wanted a quiet and relaxed vacation, which we in the somewhat older apartment complex found.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our first and only when prior to( apartment on the second floor - view of the sea) was fast and easy to implement. Apartment even, large, clean and spacious.
Complex somewhat off the beaten track from the hustle and bustle, so rental car recommendable nonetheless (well and favorably in the associated beautiful hotel complex Natura Palace, bus station otherwise right behind the apartment complex!).
Catering: we had locally to boot can book, but we self provider. In 150 ... meters distance good pub ( pizzeria, Greek, Argentine, all-round) with good standard of the price.
Our in short for this 3 star complex, value for money -very good! read more

We had booked only night. There was a small supermarket at the complex, however there is only nibbles and drinks. The next supermarket is about 800 meters away, and was located at the Playa flamingo. Playa flamingo is a small, wonderful sandy Bay. There you also found some restaurants.
The apartment complex is good with the hotel Natura palace connected, where you in and out (was super fast), there can one a safe rent. Also for complaints you will find a open ear. I had a lumpy mattress, I reported, after 2 hours it was exchanged. Town center also a ... car rental, the daily hourly was occupied, we had a new Volkswagen polo for 7 days, 150 euros inclusive risk insurance.
About hundred meters away from the hotel there are also some restaurants, Greek, Italian, steak house.
We had from the hotel a key card get, with the we gate promenade ranks.
The apartment was very nice, the kitchen a bit poor. There was a 2 burner stove, coffee machine and toaster. The fridge had a 1 star freezer. A kettle we have at the front desk borrowed( 1 euro per day)
German TV channels are available (RTL, pool of broadcasting corporations, second channel of German television, sows. 1, PR07)
Evenings it was really very cold, 14 degrees and quite windy, our air conditioning you could keep warm, we were very pleased.
We were in the complex very felt at ease, and gladly come again. read more

After initial problems with the apartment (1st was only with sofa bed and 2 different chairs equipped, for 2 persons was not suitable and uncomfortable, room furthermore sloppily presented) us after complaining a other assigned, very clean, daily thorough cleaning. The food was good to very good, changing themed offers, something for everyone. Restaurant with very friendly staff. Clean, mainly from couples and singles used hotel, maintained plant, apartments something getting old. Heißwasserversorgung not a problem. Check in and-out very friendly multi-lingual. All in all a very relaxing vacation. We come gladly also a third time here. read more

The bungalow area was already somewhat older, but very clean, and very quiet at this time (December). Our rooms were on the first floor, very spacious with a view of the sea. The rooms are noisy. The pool area in the Natura garden is not heated and filled with seawater. Half board in the hotel, this was very good 3 times a week theme nights. Selection of fish, meat and roast. In the evening there was always a show event. By salter in hotel Palace was curtailed to 70 years rather at this time. read more

When we arrived, we were offered without asking at, for the same price a room at the Natura palace to take. We decided to visit both options for the apartment. Much more space, quiet. Mosquitoes are also in the hotel at night over a forth. Definitely take an effective repellent. Autan is not more than three hours...
Rent a Car necessary, if one wanted to see something of the island. Definitely book already from Germany, etc.! Problems shall be German.
