Beyond Resort Khaolak^{(4.5 stars)}

Had a normal villa. Size of the villa was great. Had before our villa no way, but pure nature. The air conditioning the villa before didn't bother us, because it almost too hot was, in order to sit outside. The bed was oversized and a little hard. But you get a soft edition, you must only at the front desk tell. The lighting on the mirror could have been a bit brighter. The fridge cooled the beverages good down, but for the beer, the temperature is not low enough. For wlan we have whole stay 400 Bath paid. Front desk is in the whole complex available. Air conditioning is a bit inconvenient placed. But you can the lamb block.

Were once the steakabend in beachrestaurand. The buffet and the atmosphere in the evening at the beach to sit were indescribable. The price however, we found a bit too high. But one gönnt itself wasn't anything else and we are also in a star hotel. The breakfast buffet was of the finest quality. For any taste was something there for everyone. Best of all was the freshly baked bread, which you with and without grains got. The coffee was served fast. After some days knew the waiters already, what we wanted to drink.

We were on arrival friendly and welcome. The check in was completely uncomplicated and fast manner. Then with the electric car at our villa where we explained everything exactly that was. Other problems (blackout, air conditioning didn't work) we were quickly. With english one comes in the whole complex well. Our completely special thanks to the gentlemen at the front desk, the rapidly around a doctor (my husband had an asthma attack) took care. Were at the villa with the electric car pick up and then further with the bus to the next doctor. Super run. Thanks again.

The pool area is wonderful. There were also always enough loungers available. At any time of the day found you. A plus for the decision this hotel was also, that it no children there was. You the hotel can only starting from 18 years book. A feast for the soul, no children shrieking. There was also no animation. The peace and quiet by the pool did well.

We have for the hotel due to a private recommendation and the good reviews from holiday check decided. The choice was spot on. The hotel is about 90 kilometer and 90 minutes from the airport phuket. Had us a car for the entire length of stay directly from the airport decided. Have the hotel well found.

The hotel is directly at the beach. In the immediate vicinity there is the Le Meridien. Those who seek peace and quiet is right at home here. In the entrance on the main street there was a small supermarket, a fruit and gemüsestand and the restaurant sunrise.

The villa is big enough and by their structure (sleeping area, office area, sanitary area) optimally divided! Air conditioning worked perfectly and the temperature ensured, which even most pleasant experiences. The beds were perfect for us, a bit tight, but we found that very good!

Breakfast for us without blames! There was everything that you could wish for including delicious coffee. Whoever complained, should stay at home, because when all also keep in mind, where you are. Otherwise we only the beach restaurant tested and also are food and drinks very good and delicious. One is endeavors with theme nights change to generate and i think it was. The direct location at the beach and the flair sind weitere pluspunkte. Give here still only 5 points. The only, because it always is an issue, if you the prices in the hotel with those outside compares. We dont belong to which, the to compare apples with oranges (you could use the hotel not with the small, local restaurants compare!) , but what we bit annoyed, is the plus plus policy. For the price of the card tax 1 and tax 2, we found that irritating and then in the total a bit excessive. Mostly we were outside the hotel food, that was always exciting and the quality also in the small, local restaurants directly at the beach was always good!

Service perfect for us! We have friendly and always courteous people in the hotel met. But people and not machines. People have small errors and weaker and there were, and in the beyond of course. But our great vacation no abort! Compared to already some other hotels around the world, in which we to guest were allowed to be, everything was correct. Prior in the middle of the night (because of snow chaos in Germany) - at the reception we were welcomes, as if it during the day would be! Our tour operator we would have for one night in a different hotel book, Robert and his team have found a solution, that we had to move. Longer in the villa remain on the day of departure - the team of the beyond has made it possible.

No animation! No shouting by the pool and beach! Instead one finds a beautiful pool area and a nice beach and there the sun, the sea and simple enjoy the vacation. The good mixed guest structure (germans, swiss, iteliener, british...) Us gutgefallen and we have around the pool always pleasant chats, if we wanted and if not you could sleep relaxed! The 'liegenproblem' for us not provided. We had every day chairs and an umbrella (without ' vorabreservierung by towel) and if we back tan wanted, we are at the beach walking or and in the pool put (how nice it was the stomach chilled!).

The hotel is beautiful located, somewhat remote the other big hotels and the is also good sunday From the first impression to the last moment you feel comfortable and has the feeling 'it must dream holiday are'! We had a premier villa and the advantage, that we next to the very nice and spacious villas furnished with all the comforts for a relaxed vacation wi-fi and other small, pleasant add ons able to take advantage of.

From the airport phuket you can travel approximately 60 minutes to the hotel and then away from the massentrubel of phuket. It has a lot of nature, peace and can-if you want it-with visits to Khao Lak quite a bit action. However, we have the beach, long walks, beautiful desk and evenings at the sea in one of the small local directly at the beach enjoyed. Were twice in Khao Lak - what with the hotel bus and/or a taxi of the locals (300 Bhat/way) at all not a problem is-this was enough for us, however, everyone could decide for himself. In this respect, our 6 suns for the peace and quiet and unspoiledness rating, whoever liked it a bit louder and party-moderately gmaw, the other way!

Nothing to criticize, besides the mattresses. At the start is everything ok, but with the time they were then a bit too hard. We have at home hard mattresses, but they were still a level harder.

There are 3 restaurants: @siam: there can one to evening eat. It tasted good, is however also a bit more expensive as the beach. Of course you have to bear in mind, that a hotel other costs, as a small beach restaurant and this was in the prices. @ beyond cafe : there, there are the breakfast buffet. As already mentioned, definitely something for everyone! Very delicious! Beach bar: there is every evening theme nights, against an extra charge there are food from the buffet. Was also very good. 17 hours until 18:30 o'clock is happy hour. Cocktails at half price! The caipirinha tasted really great!

The staff is very friendly. Regarding room cleaning see above. To the dealing with complaints i can only say, that our complaint was very quickly taken care of and our complaint immediately rectified. Service was perfect!

The pool area is very beautiful and comfortable! In the main pool there was also a pool bar! The s -chairs on the beach with the time somewhat uncomfortable, but they should also item for item be changed. The beach is wonderful. The complex made a great impression. At the beach there is a diving center! Very recommendable. I even my made. My friend had a. Great advice and great training!

We had a palm villa and were with the size and the facilities very satisfied. Sometimes the room was not to 100% cleaned (sometimes there was still sand on the one or another body). But the all in all was the daily cleaning ok. Also the towels according to required always changed. The breakfast was excellent. It is definitely something for everyone!

The hotel's location is excellent. The distance to the airport was already quite long (70 minutes), it was for us but not the problem. If that is too long, must a hotel select, closer at the airport is. The beach right from the hotel are good. Outstanding was the siam siam and a, which quite far in the back right was, with bambusstühlen. The use the shuttle bus of the hotel was great. 9 hours, 12 hours and 15 hours is free of charge, then you have to pay. But at a good price and not more expensive than the taxis. Khao Lak is approximately 15 minutes away. Not so far. 3 time the week the market in bangniang instead. Is definitely recommendable, especially the food. There, there are also meals, which one in the restaurants not and so cheap, brilliant!

The design of the large room is modern and there are lots of space. Both of our bags a nice place and were not in the way. Our things we could with the numerous closets and drawers good store. The day spa is very good. Each has its own sink and plenty of storage space. The window in the huge shower and toilet, a really great idea. Therefore there were extra light and atmosphere. The air conditioning works great quiet and didn't disturb the night's sleep not. Our wi-fi connection, always worked well and was by the rate alright.

We enjoyed the daily breakfast. The choice was very big and always fresh. The warm meals for breakfast also often again changed, fish, times potatoes (different arranged), sometimes meat pieces and so on. With the 3 different asian dishes i would more confidence the seasoning be. Was a bit slack. Just who these dishes for breakfast select, has certainly other expectations. We have also in the hotel's thai restaurant 'siam' eaten. The staff was very friendly. The food super arranged and very tasty. Has naturally also its price. But that was it us value. The ' spring-rolls' were the best, we in the 14 days locally to have eaten. I would in the breakfast restaurant a tip box be, so that all what the tip. Since this box but was missing, we have our tip then targeted our ' favourite service ' into your hand pressed. There is a daily 'happy hour' of 17:00 until 18:30 o'clock. As the cocktails just delicious tasted. Free of charge there were then always at 18:30 o'clock the sunset. Fantastic! At the beach there are many simple restaurant. The best in the 'sabai sabai' tasty.

The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Our english skills are not better, than the of the staff. The cleaning of the rooms took place thoroughly. A 2. smaller cleaning took place each evening and the bed has been turned. Like in all hotels, there is also in the beyond a laundry service. We have used it, but the prices are really a bit too high. (in comparison to other hotels in this category)

We have on vacation no disco, no animation and no exciting -Galli searched, but peace. And these we found. Some tourists before breakfast beach chairs occupied, we could also observe. We found it just ridiculous. These 'sport' we have never gone through and always a nice place found. Next to the beach chairs we also found the stylish beach chairs as very pleasant. But this is always a matter of taste. In the lobby there is a small library with international and different speaking books. To their growth we 3 books helped.

The hotel we have due to the many positive reviews (holiday check) and were thus spot on. Since we a short way to the beach wanted, we decided for the room-upgrade premier (1000 Bath/night). So was the way really short, 20 steps to the pool and 30 steps to the beach. The additional upgrade benefits, such as daily fresh fruit basket, daily newspaper, wireless internet and liege on the terrace we have detailed enjoyed. The size of the room was very pleasant and for a relaxing hotel great.

We had for the trip there and back a private shuttle use, around 1,5 hours took. The hotel is located a little outside of Khao Lak. Exactly the related peace we have but also looking for. For our day trips, we have locally a moped hire. A rental is right on the main street near the restaurant sunrise. (1 day 300 Bath, 10 days 2500 Bath) The hotel complex is wonderful green. You can literally see, as the flora is growing. I think, in 1a 2 years are the palm trees already decent shade.

The size and facilities the room was absolutely okay, everything you need. The size the wash/shower/ toilettenbereichesbereiches was more than adequate. There were cotton sticks, soap, body lotion, shower caps, shower gel and conditioner (which was very good!) Ready.

There is 2 restaurants. Only had 1 times the beach restaurant visited. Prices high, okay food, drinks delicious.

All are very friendly and the guest contently sets. Although many german speaking guests in the hotel are, no german and only limited english spoken (in the restaurant). At the front desk english is spoken. The cleaning of the rooms is ok. Only the bed linen and towels were often not really clean (leftovers from sunscreen in the towel, stains blanket.).

One can get oneself free of charge a canoe or surfboard rental. Canvas chairs at the beach are by the pool and also at the beach sufficiently available. You actually no reserve and what morning partly talk about, we have stayed in any holiday! But there were also never so many germans... We also found the not adjustable chairs much better and more comfortable than the adjustable. These are only better if one itself on the belly to be wants. The swimming pool was nicely laid out, but we were never in it.

A very nice hotel to relax. You should have a bit of hustle and bustle to have want, you about minutes in Khao Lak. The size of the hotel with its just 155 villas very pleasant. The green areas are partially a bit limited (but that comes with the time) but otherwise well maintained. I found to be a pity, that one the internet have to pay (400 Bhat for 10 days) and then the computer's a virusmeldung after another show and security updates not show. The hotel also has a small library where one books can borrow. I found very good, as i my very quickly had. The breakfast, especially the coffee, was good to very good. Who there nothing ',' this is not to help. It was nice, that there was a smoker and a nichtraucherbereich gave. In our time there were mostly german, swiss and also a few russians there.

The hotel is directly at the beach! To the airport you need quite long (about 1,5 hours). Can one shoppen in Khao Lak or bang niang (mo, mile, sa market from 14 to 20 hours). There are 3 times daily free of charge the hotelshuttlebusse back and forth. If not simply to the street take a taxi and for a maximum of 300 Bhat in the city). Through our Karibik holidays other shopping offers and thus was much like on the polenmarkt before. But who likes it, should take action (at least 50% under the 1st offer go). Excursions could be at the tour operator, in Carsten (has its' office ' in the hotel) or so (in of the city for example) book. Could have been a number of someone, the german-speaking tours makes (simply announce). At the beach are several restaurants, via a very adventurous pier reached. The appraised 'siam' now we found not so good, as it was often written. The food was not any better than elsewhere at the beach but partly more expensive. The best food was at of the city.

We had a palmvilla premier number 1301-we absolutely recommend could. It is located directly behind the pool villas and is only a few steps away from the pool and the beach. Also to the restaurants we had it not too far. The villa features a small terrace with a super comfortable bed. Sleep-/ living room is very big and decorated up to date from the bathroom area with a sliding door. The bed was very comfortable, as well as the pillows. Also, the villa had a tv, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, minibar.

The hotel has three restaurants: a thai restaurant (but we never ate there), the breakfast room and the restaurant at the beach. For breakfast there is a massive buffet with fresh fruit, different juices, water, cereal, coffee from the machine, sausage, cheese, omelets with the ingredients can, spigeleier, scrambled eggs, bacon, warm thai breakfast (soup, fried noodles, rice, meat, potatoes), sausage, pastries, freshly baked bread and rolls. Who there nothing finds is your own fault. In the restaurant at the beach you can lunch and dinner. Several times in the week, guests can return here in the evening a theme buffet offered (for example steak night, italian buffet, Seafood-buffet) for 650 Bhat per person. We were once with the steak night whereas we the price not appropriate found for the offered food. From 17 hours is happy hour, since one gets cocktails and beer for half of the regular price. Both the bar at the beach offered, as well as in of the pool bar.

The entire staff is anytime really friendly and you always got a smile. With english one gets along here well and sometimes also with german. If you a problem or only a question, you can relax at any time at the front desk turn and very friendly welcome. When we arrived we have everyone in of the lobby a fruit cocktail, a glass of water and a damp cloth received, was after the long journey a nice refreshment.

In the hotel there is no activities which very pleasant is. The pools are great, good size, so that one also a few laps and are equipped with massage-jets. There are enough sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and beach available but we never the problem had already all were reserved. We still have good places are. As already described in other reviews there are two different types of pool chairs: an ergonomically designed and a flat in the the headboard hochstellen can. A fitness room is also in the hotel available, which we didn't make use of.

The relatively straightforward hotel complex is very nice designed, maintained and is peacefully located. The hotel is still very again and absolutely cleanly, there are daily staff traveling the foliage zusammenkehren that everything was well maintained. It were many germans tourists in the hotel but also Sweden, austrian and british, so very mixed, and from 18 to 70 was what the age also everything thereby. Kids are in this hotel not allowed, what we also very pleasant found. Breakfast was inclusive with us. Only for wireless internet one must unfortunately converted 10 Euro for the stay are charged.

Until to Khao Lak City it was about 10 minutes away and from the airport phuket one drives approximately 90 minutes by car. But for someone like us, the just relaxation is the just perfect. If you are on the beach side to the right from the hotel leaves and at the beach walked along the beach takes you to some of the small restaurants along the way. The siam restaurant favorite. These small restaurants are cheaper than the restaurants in the hotel and the food you can absolutely recommend. The hotel offers several times a free daily shuttle to Khao Lak City at (there is monday, wednesday and saturday market, which also can only be recommended is). At the front desk free rent mountain bikes on your own the area to explore. Small supermarkets there are also two piece if you the hotel facing the street. One is just to the left of the entrance of the hotel area and the other on the other side of the street. Here you can cheap drinks, sweets or drugstore items were sold.

A dream... We had never had such a large bed... The air conditioning everything in top condition. The fridge cooled not so great... But if you need a place you will find also a bit to moan.

There was the restaurant siam, that we didn't use, also therefore not, because it was advertised. Perhaps this would be not at all so bad, because we have from the offers received nothing. The restaurant, that was not to beat, one could warm thai food and everything possible enjoy. The coffee was fresh and hot and there was everything. Who something to moan will... I don't know! We came into the benefit (at our departure) an espresso by mr f. to enjoy, thank you very much nor... And he was still a bit better... The beach restaurant, we repeatedly genutztl. The snacks were very good. The buffet usually but it was in fact a difference. Once had a larger group before the beginning buffet (19 hours) already eaten there was a lot and it was not so optimal. Otherwise we were always satisfied. What we rather unfortunate find the price with the and and and or +, it is for the ignorant but irritating the still some for calculation in addition. We had and informed and knew it but noticed it but often times to discussions with the staff was.

The staff no matter where, was always friendly and always also without tip a smile for one had, whether for breakfast, the pearl of a room or at the beach everything was very good. Most spoke english and were excited even if you tried a few small thailländische gestures and words. The manager was always visible and once itself touched dishes. We never had any problems on any long waiting time, we have also holiday. An only drawback we found the deadline for the reception with the management. We were at the hotel for 9 days as we found in the evening at 18 o'clock (we were on a trip) the invitation for the same evening at 18 o'clock 30-19 hours 30. That was of course not more for us and we found it was a shame. It was not only with us sunday

There was absolutely no sport and no entertainment (which is what we wanted) you could probably free air mattresses and borrow in the diving school right next door, a kayak or surfboards. The beach and pool is beautifully designed, we also found the loungers optimal, my husband favors the s-shape, and i the other. We were always around 7 hours 30 at the beach and could hardly reservations say. There are always a few a few people who love with towels mistake but there were also still at noon to get beach chairs. All great

The hotel complex consists of individual bungalows next to each other but so are offset, that one of his neighbors nothing at all easier, except for the noise of the air conditioners, the is however not disturbing. The condition and the cleanliness are perfect. We've never had such lots of space and were always in a 4.5 or 5 star resort. It is very nice designed with ponds and many plants and we were very surprised that it was as nice grown after the short time (opening november 2011). Internet we didn't use as i on vacation times glad am not online to be. The guests are mostly from Germany the Switzerland but also french, italian, and norwegian we met. The average age was rather 40 +...!

The the hotel somewhat remote from the hustle and bustle in Khao Lak is we have known and therefore selected. The hectic everyday would like is here exactly correctly. The beach was even from the rear bungalow in highest 5-10 minutes to reach... / the hotel has a shuttle service (some organizers have a free service inclusive but also only to the time schedule until 15 hours). It would be for all i believe more uniform make, it is not the world 150 Bath per person a drive to the center from Khao Lak. Back one comes also always a taxi for about 400 Bath ( for all). At the beach there are some bars and restaurants, where one inexpensive something to drink and food. Massages and souvenirs are offered. You can also at the beach a suit tailor leave, right on a bridge but worth seeing. The rooms but all have flashlights so that you safely at the beach evening walk can. The first restaurant at the beach to the right we can't to eat recommend (with Thailand we found nothing to do) the ambience is good but apart from that bad: the beach restaurant of the hotel you can excellent food and the cocktails and the wine are excellent. Siam we did not try out. The hotel is about 1,5 hours away from phuket airport. Who looks for commotions is here wrongly... Excursions could be outstanding with Karsten book. He is mostly in the front desk, we went on two excursions... Excellent... Very recommendable... Similan and canoeing national park ao phang nga... A dream. Thank you very much for the tip even if we already in the morning around 4 hours 40 los had to because the tides... It is worthwhile...

We had a premium palm villa (2. row from the sea). To the sea it was 20 seconds on foot, to the front desk 3 minutes and for breakfast about 2 minutes. The perfect location. The room was huge, everything is new and beautifully presented. The air conditioning works well, the concept is bright and friendly. The terrace with couch lounge and table invited to stay a while. Although the villas relatively close together are built, one of the ' neighbors' never heard a thing.

We only used the breakfast in the restaurant restaurant. That was good and varied. Still there was always about the same. But i appeal here of a high standard ☺ The drinks in the hotel (at the beach bar) are very delicious and with fresh fruit made. Otherwise we outside the hotel eaten, as there is so many locals possibilities (see tips)

The staff at the hotel was without exception really friendly, warm, open, fun and was always make an effort the stay of the guests be perfect. Foreign languages (english ) in my opinion very good. The cleaning of the rooms was exemplary and really clean. Small extra wishes were immediately cared for (many desires remained so or not open in this great hotel ☺ )

Entertainment by the pool there was no-what i also very much welcome. However there is a possibility directly at the beach a diving class to make and free lessons in the diving (in the pool) to reserve. We have a free canoe and with this the bay along drive. The is really very nice, so you see the endless beach of the ocean. There is also a volleynetz, which we did not use however. Many have the chairs by the pool weighted, because a.) this always already at 07:00 o'clock in the morning were occupied and b.) only part of the chairs adjustable are. My opinion: A.) either at 07:00 o'clock get up early and a beach chair reserve or simply not angry. All seats are good. Handtuchreservierer there will always be. B.) i had the luck that my friend the couch comfortable, and i the other. But it already, not adjustable are a bit sad to read. But also since: complaints of a high standard The pool is amazing: absolutely clean, with a view of the sea and built-in whirlpool-niches.

The hotel is a gem in Khao Lak. Pure relaxation! The average age is rather upscale, we were with 2 other pairs with distance the youngest. But that didn't bother us, you live and life. While we were there, there were practically only swiss, austrians and germans present.

Beyond resort is located on a beautiful, kilometer long beach. The 'bay' in about 2 hours on foot expired are. Within that time you arrive at 4 hotels. Although the main season in Khao Lak were we sometimes had the feeling alone at the beach to be. The hotel is located somewhat away of the town. But you can in the hotel a hotel private taxi (a little more expensive, but very pleasant) or with a public taxi into town go. Travel time around 10 to 15 minutes. We were just in the evening in the town. Who night life or party is probably in the wrong place, but if you relaxation, peace and a beautiful nature is in paradise. :-)

Huge and great nicely furnished. Also the mattress was not too hard, but anyway the is a matter of taste. Only two caveats - the air conditioning from the bungalow to the right on the terrace goes. Depending on the abandoned temperature of the inhabitants has more or less often the feeling, someone with a ' ar... Bomb ' in the pool land, if the thing starts. And the beautiful change between two opposite... And as already often criticized - in comparison from bathroom sizecons-and storage space in the closet, it would have been better, instead of the bag rack more closet (and hangers!) To have. The luggages you can also good under the counter store. So one of us more or less live out of a suitcase.

Breakfast was very extensive, varied and good. There is nothing to complain about. Various breads, jams, egg station, salmon, fresh fruits, fruit juices, warm thai food-if something was missing, the breakfast i would like to home see... And the coffee of the finest quality. Not from the burned warmhaltestation, but freshly made from the espresso machine - no matter wether schümli or Cappuccino, simply top! Otherwise is true unfortunately the value for money not. We ate once in the @ siam thai food-sorry, but i get outside better. Also the buffets at the beach were not so great. Especially, if you from the 'meet me' (until about 7:45 p. m.) and three-quarters of an hour after the beginning of the buffets (7:00 p. m.) despite late reservation almost nothing more and also nothing more refilled. And under a steak let us something else a thin dry fleischscheibchen... But gm wants from summer even the wooden spoons swing, so there is hope. What really negative-and also in any other restaurant so-is, net prices indicate, at which one still in the spirit 10% service and 7% tax add on must.

The staff is throughout friendly and anxious. Our special praise goes to the diligent bee in the designated smoking area for breakfast, unfortunately, i don't know their name. English was mostly understood. The cleaning of the rooms need a small training-the counter around the sink should also behind the pools cleaned. Greater value should however to the closing of bungalowtür during the roomservice disclosed. Of what use are mückenwarnaufkleber, that the door closed is, if you with the roomservicem - no matter wether lunch, in the afternoon or evening-wide open. Complaints-our air conditioning system fell out several times-were taken care of immediately.

Very nice, clean pool area. We found the loungers not uncomfortable-if we get one have. Without morning 'reservation' -and we were able to travel from our villa from the morning drive the best track, refuse us but still, this bad habit, is almost nothing. There were days, in which we after three attempts to have abandoned, but there, the whole day orphan but with towels were full. What use is the nicest sachet in the room, that the undesirable-and what we were very glad, finally a hotel to have, which thereby tidying up-, if it not therefore care. The hotel is a hotel for adults and is accordingly quiet. With seinen155 rooms a pleasant size. The condition is still quite new, although it here and there already musty smell. Large bedroom with a large bed, a seamless mattress and a huge cover. Mattress is quite hard, unfortunately, the we only afterwards experienced, that it softer cushions for. It could be better informed. The cover was in our opinion too thick, so that we the room temperature at night on 18-19 °c cooled off had, not to sweat, which after rising then not more was pleasant ☺ Air conditioning very efficient and quite quiet, refrigerator also without noise. Room cleaning was always good, however we also not by lupe and flashlight in the farthest corners ☺ It is a pity that the tv in the closet mounted widescreen tv, that the ports not reach can.

Two restaurants, one with quite elevated kitchen more in the middle of the hotel; the other directly at the beach with changing buffets in the evening. Rates of course more expensive than the restaurants outside of the hotel, but adequate. Unfortunately the location the siam restaurants not ideal, since almost no wind from the sea the paring away. The service certainly has 5 star standard. On arrival just a refreshing drink and iced fruit, fast check-in, transport by car to the room, which was pleasant temperature. Shower on the day of departure in the spa, where we call the front desk already welcomed friendly were. We only friendly and helpful staff experienced. To 17 days vacation in the dream beyond resort we are back in the cold Germany. We wanted quiet and found them. The complex is, although only a year old, vegetable already well grown and beautifully landscaped. We were allowed the great decoration for chinese new year,, the red chinese lanterns above the water surface saw great from. Fantastic beach with a few people-you can turn left and right for hours at the beach walk and see almost no people. It didn't bother us, but sensitive should wear beach shoes, since mussel beds in the sea are, behind then again soft sand. The dog situation we have in this described time not watching! The grounds are very well maintained, quiet and pleasant. The villas are very spacious (about 60 square meter)-the design has us as architect very good (we had the with foil coated glass toilet and the shower no problems! ) Particularly we enjoyed the breakfast on the two terraces (for smokers and non-smokers)-coffee and especially the espresso was excellent, as is worthwhile the wait. The staff knew already: two coffee-no milk! If you at this selection of dishes, nothing found your own fault! Internet with us also worked very well-with about 10 €not too expensive! Worth seeing the sunset at about 6:30 p. m. in the beach bar at the happy hour! Numerous beach local laws from the hotel - on the mentioned abnteuerlichen footbridge, then one has the choice, we at siams and moms tasted the best, and loved it. The pub on the left from the hotel after the Meridien super delicious thai food. We can actually only good things about the hotel complex reports and are already looking forward to our planned vacation in next february.

The palm villa bungalows (62 square meter) consist of bedrooms and living rooms, and a large bathroom. There is a terrace with two chairs and table. The bed is large and very comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and very spacious. Everything was very clean. There is a water digester, as well as tea and instant coffee and every day several small bottles of water. Especially pleasant is, that you not by noise from the neighbors won't bother, since there are no normal rooms has, but each with their own bungalow.

There is the restaurant siam serving regional cuisine and the beach restaurant. In the beach restaurant for lunch you could also eat small dishes. Evenings there were sometimes theme buffets with great decoration. From 17 hours, the happy hour, with a delicious cocktail the sunset to be seen. We only ate in the beach restaurant and it tasted very good. Great the atmosphere, because you are right at the beach and in the middle of the sand is. Beautiful! The breakfast in a separate restaurant and was very varied. Especially good the freshly prepared coffee tasted.

Welcome in the country of the smiles! The entire staff in the hotel was exceedingly friendly and courteous. We had a small problem with of the airconditioning, the from and strange noise caused. In front of the breakfast, we had the at the front desk criticized, after the breakfast was the problem repaired. There in the hotel international guests is, you got along best with english with good reason. The staff, except Carsten, speaks no german. However are all very helpful and polite.

There were several pools and a pool bar. There the pool also right at the beach is, one has a terrific ocean view. Some beach chairs are in the water. There are enough sunbeds available, however, you could only on some lie prone. They are of course early in the morning some of the deck chair hoggers occupied. Although a letter to all the guests has been spent, that one no chairs with towels reserve may, the most people not. However also no further action, if in spite of the letter in the morning again and again the same guests their towel on the best places deposited.

The hotel is directly at the beach. The guests offers spacious bungalows (62 square meter ) with a terrace. The bungalows spread in a garden. Heart the hotel some ponds, the terraced are. Of of the lobby one has directly a wonderful view on the whole area to to the beach. The bungalows had a bedroom and living room, and a large bathroom. The hotel is clean and well-kept. For about 10 Euro you during the entire stay the internet use. In the hotel there were mainly couples from Scandinavia, Germany, England and France.

The hotel is ideal for people, who want to relax. There is no animation. Whoever wants to party, is here wrong. There is a small supermarket in about 500 meters distance outside of the hotel. Shuttle bus to the next bigger village drive several times daily (20 minutes). Direct at the beach there are many small bars, where you super good and cheap food.
