Hotel Pontao^{(3 stars)}

for 2 weeks stay too small, no separate seat possibilities. 1 chair for 2 people. bathroom dated, dirty, moldy. safe, small fridge, climate, balcony available(no table or other), television (no German program, the gentlemen...) it was once on the day wiped, towels Exchange, trash. The toilet was in 2 weeks not once cleaned.

There was no service, the pool bar should daily from 7:00 P. M. be opened, this was once per week. the coffee was not enjoyable so I went out and purchased our own (instant-much better), I was there however left unattended the cup with my coffee from the breakfast room. I used the cup not so or so? no German or English of the staff. no welcome, even after consultation with the manager of the hotel no improvement. no dinner, with the half-board. otherwise one could cars rent, other services? None. one doesn't feel welcome, but rather than a burden.

Pool, nothing else. There is a bar but it was never open.

it is a medium sized hotel. on arrival I thought only I have a car rental booked, no front desk, if you behind the Hotelbrett a front desk suspected, tucked away really someone behind the a stranded key from the room re. I have half board booked, my knowledge means the breakfast and dinner. to the beach there are about 5 minutes on foot, the center begins nearly on the doorstep. In general everything is not far away, since the island is not so large. I have the entire island on own fist explored, in my opinion in Santa Maria the best purchase-entertainment possibilities. You can go to the city no step, without you permanent harassed sunglasses, watches and other to buy. for daily use are the minimercados very well equipped. it can definitely with European prices be expected. if one more deeply into the bag, you can on the island a culinary climax. Very, very good seafood and good service.
