Deluxe room very big, existing tv in the room way too small the bed for example teletext able to read. Gimmick available but not really necessary and partly not in function.     We were half board only in schlossstern to take. Very sterile environment, also here carpets without flair. Service absolutely overstrained, partly not german speaking, Have 3 time tries a pepper and salzmühle to orders, then 1 time tries the restaurant manager to speak and the one evening - without success. Salad buffet only one evening available, the was then still very limited, olive oil was not refilled. Pastries was rock hard and almost not available. As the courses were served, they were partly lukewarm and tasted very different. No menürkarte at the table available, this was after the beverages were ordered ex - the service called once the served hallway, so we had to make an educated what was served. Moreover, the courses simply durchserviert, there was no further inquiry, whether one pause wanted. Breakfast buffet unfortunately not very exciting, zumdist fresh juice and a small, fine fruit plates was available. Also here the service beyond description, kitchen managed not omelet and poached egg together on the table to bring. Dirty dishes were very slow cleared away.

    Reception : very friendly and hard-working, although some special when checking out also overstrained. Actually larger wine glasses came only after demand for a three quarters of an hour. Car was in the garage, luggage to the room brought. Room cleaning: no 5 stars, turn down service was not on all days worked. Bedding was despite pollution not replaced. Floors in the bathroom not mopped. We have noted, that the existing television for the size/distance to the bed by far too small is, it was not times ignored.

We were very pleased on a nice stay in five star superior Hotel Falkenstein for the prices you can already expect a great deal? However the sauna area a joke a mixed finnish where 50% of the people in trunk bikini sit down and turkish the same very small ice area out of order! No couples ruhrraum only separate rooms, front desk says international guests one must adjust oneself. And children in naked area alone! No control. We had a deluxe room and if you 2 wine glasses ordered (were not in analogue) you have to like after a hour ... call personal assistant fully swamped and incompetent. 2 day no mini bar refilled, no ventilation in the toilet! The changing in deluxe rooms did not work, was schrieftlich promised as lots of other. But the highlight was the hoods restaurant, partly german speaking staff, the expiry of the 5 course menu a three stars hotel worthy incompetent cold mains and many small children also the noise the atmosphere the staff the kitchen. We travel once month but we have never experienced something like that. read more

You can be in the league of five star hotels want to complain about of a high standard talk, but here are the things, for a spoiled the difference. The hotel itself leaves nothing to the imagination. On the normal rooms I cannot say anything, since we because of our wedding in a beautiful suite upgraded were, the was perfect. Service at the front desk was perfect, our tv in the bathroom was broken, the repair was immdiately ordered. Breakfast buffet unique, dinner -course menu the seerestaurant, which also very good was. read more

Swimming pool ok, sauna absolutely small-in the joint area a sauna, a steam bath, and a warm pool - not even relaxing loungers available. To the rest you had to dress and pool area put. The same ( sauna, turkish and hot pool) again in the changing rooms available, there however then only separated usable.

If one wanted to thus the most expensive category sell; we found on home page for example a bright and friendly SZ- really it was a dark, indoor undeveoped rooms, without window. Highlight: daily 2 Rumkugeln on the nightstand! cleanliness was OK./ cleaning of the rooms was very hard-working;

Very personal service at our short relaxing vacation convinced, unfortunately the stay not ideal. In the low season were lots of shops in the town not open, too in the hotel returned peace with all the benefits, but also disadvantages. Nevertheless: particularly the dishes were of a high standard almost perfect. ( at the end buffet with a large selection was slightly smaller, different restaurant-accessibility ) Only the spa, especially the sauna and the pool we would have expected more. But this area is now completely be renewed. Then speaks probably nothing more against the word perfection. And in the ... wonderful Lock on Wörthersee, perfect complement by the ultramodern additions. read more

A very friendly and trained staff 6 *. We had a double room we had booked and were given a quiet room of about 55 square feet with fireplace and a lot of technology, for a few days and found very interesting could use it. The bathroom was in accordance with the room large and with modern mountings equipped, which we didn't want to use every day, but it was an experience. An area to the file directly at the sink would be an advantage. Otherwise was sufficient Closet and storage area for storage space available. Well, to have a ... coffee or tea in the room to be able to cook. The swimming pool is just great and the staff was very hard for the days to spare. The way across the street was shorter and more pleasant than through the tunnel. The breakfast was not 6 star quality, but the friendliness of the staff was also very good. All in all we had holiday and spoiled on angenbehme way. We will definitely come again. read more

Very nice hotel with lots of flair and ambience. The new outbuilding is a matter of taste. The wellness area fulfills all Expectations. The staff are very friendly and made an effort. Unfortunately the breakfast for a hotel, which is six stars on the flag writes, rather poor. The transfer from the 2 kilometer away train station with 10 €is to be calculated for a hotel of this category very difficult to understand. read more

We can recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were all very friendly and competent, the level of cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent. We have felt ourselves very well. Especially mentioned is the excellent food and the atmosphere in the restaurant, and we have enjoyed lake. The hotel has not deserved 4 stars, it could not better his. read more

In the house is simply right everything. I have 2 nights sleep there and would not hesitate, the repeat. Next to the usual high standard was the schlosshotel especially through all sorts of technical refinements to its fan made; in the mirror there was for example an integrated TV. And from the bath tub you had a super view of the boulevard and the lake. read more

We believe that the six stars are absolutely justified. From the front desk to the service and the cleaning staff, everything was perfect. Especially we feel the lido with a nice pool and attentive staff. We have enjoyed in the hotel only breakfast, which was qualitatively very high-quality. The view from the breakfast area the cabana on the lake is unique. The location of the hotel was pleasant, right on the lake and a few steps away from the casino. We will definitely come again. The house is all somewhat older Viewers of the well-known series. But as it is a hotel?: just perfect, not just in terms of the 'hardware' concerns, so spacious rooms, nice equipped, perfect condition, the sunny restaurant directly on lake wörth, the spacious garage, the Wellness Landscape with a view of the lake. The 'software' is excellent; many of the staff, all very friendly and around the welfare worried. Minibar (alkool free) in the room is included, drinks in the indoor pool, coffee in the library, everything. What can you say anything negative? Not very much, because in this hotel ... on the relevant standard fits almost everything. You could call: a planning mistakes in the indoor pool, there is no shower, only in the sauna (and with only two Bedienknöpfe with the textbook markings' freezing 'or' dining '; the snow grotto was out of order at all). And in the rooms sometimes the four remote control screens on the nerves, for example if one just wanted in the light.
