Great clean room with a great view on the terrazza mare.
Beautiful and well-kept furniture and super relaxing shower.
We had room with breakfast and were completely inspired by the offer. Very lots of different meals (sausage, cheese, electrical citrus and gemüsepresse ). Food really great tasty. We are really enthusiastic! read more

We have already been on several occasions in lignano, but this hotel was by far the best until now! Are equipped with our 17 months old son for the first time and it has everything worked perfectly. There was even a kettle in the room and a crib for the small.
The staff's hospitality was easy amazing! All totally friendly and super nice. The room, as well as the whole hotel ( dining room) very clean and inviting!
The room is quite close with a child, since the small yes but much on the floor, it was 13 m² large. ... We have the room choose must, but there are all the same size. But it was nevertheless a super stay. We can only recommend the hotel!
The beach is great easy to reach, exactly good shopping and restaurants. It is evenings not too loud and not too quiet, it was just right! Really a great stay! read more

For a long time again a very good hotel. We we have just decided on good luck after Lignano and got immediately a room in this hotel. Everything worked perfect. The employees are friendly, helpful and speak German. The guests are mostly from C and D. the dining room is bright and friendly decorated and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Had nowhere a Juicer and baskets full of fruit to mix. The furniture in the room could modern and bigger. But are new window ( included electronic shutters) and air conditioning on the newest conditions. The bathroom was also renovated ... and markenarmaturen with rain shower-). The attached beach section we saw not because of the bad weather. The location is excellent, first row beach view and very peaceful location, as the shops and Abendgestaltungen in the pedestrian area and the are two streets further (also with high heels to create). There were bikes to borrow (free ), definitely make, we biked the whole day by Lignano, wonderful:-)
The only points the (for us ) small faults exhibit, are:
-the flat screen could have been adjusted better a rauschfreies picture to get,
The swimming pool is ridiculous, too small, only an optical value.
The garage, well, 9 is very much and the first day, we had our car not seen, no idea where the parking lot, and at the departure it was on a kipplatz mood, so sensitive, to be car not be.
It was missing in the room a hotel reef with all the info.
-too little storage space in the bathroom ( but this problem there is always)
In short - the four stars are well worth it. And we can with a clear conscience recommend this hotel. read more

We were in a room in the dependance in 1st floor, with a view of the street. Opposite is a pizzeria/ bar, where until at night around 1 lot business prevails, sleeping with open door even for who are not sensitive to noise people
Not possible, in the morning at 6 be furthermore the garbage container on the street emptied. The room is big enough, the bathroom, particularly the shower, is tiny. Although very clean, makes it nevertheless a very shabby impression. A little scary, the large safe loose in the closet was, you can then fully carry forward. For ... the outlet we have a adapter bought, since a large plug ( as my laptop-Charger) does not fit. A little inconvenient, that the only available plug under the desk were.
We would again to this hotel travel, but only in a room in the main building. read more

We have been coming already for a long time in the Hotel Bella Vista in lignano. The waiters makes a great job and the cook conjures a wonderful kitchen ( massive breakfast buffet with even squeezed juices, antipasti evening buffet and food a la carle!). The cleaners are simply brilliant!
The pool and the bar area is very clean, modern and nice.
We are for the first time with unserm dog old. This was very friendly and could at the bar and the pool come along. Right nearby there is a wonderful beach for dogs.
The beach area is completely ... reasonable ( sun screen and 2 loungers per double room in the price included).
The shopping in the area is 2 minutes away and numerous cafes, bars and even discos are easy to reach on foot.
Next year we are coming again! read more

The Hotel Bella Vista in Lignano Sabbiadorro is very recommendable.
The staff including the front desk is simply great.
The beach very clean and in 3 minutes to reach.
The choice of dishes is plentiful, only the starters buffet would have improve.
The rooms are clean, practically furnished, however not very big.
The bathrooms are clean and convenient, which however to complain about is the lighting. read more

The hotel we have because of the predominant positive reviews booked, were but unfortunately very disappointed.
The rooms ( we had panoramic double room) were for 4 stars and above all for this price a joke. Apparently were the reviewed positively have, never in another four star hotel in Italy ( environment).
Very Spartan.
The bathroom is extremely small, one has nothing shelf space, only a very small glass shelf over a small washbasin. You have to the most things for the bathroom in the room stow or right in the suitcase leave.
You want his mobile phone or similar ... charge, one must only inconvenient under the table bend, or tv on the wall unplugging, as there are no electrical outlets in the room returns.
In spite of the Button 'not disturb' came in the morning the cleaning lady came in.
An alarm clock you don't need, since the women from about 6:30 A. M. begin to clear up, which one very noisy can hear.
The air conditioning is very inconvenient directly next to the bed, so that you off at night must, if one does not become ill will.

One is the first time here in the hotel, is the beach use also very inconvenient.
You get at the front desk a note with the one to the yellow building right again.
We should wait said the lady in the strandhaus until someone came. To about 15 minutes only arrived someone to the place, the whole week has, accompanied. Would have the front desk a plan of its beach section, the less complicated.

On arrival was the valet parking totally overwhelmed. You pay daily €9 for a garage, but some cars stood on the path before the garage. The parking spaces are super closely and you waited the valet up to an hour. We had 2 double rooms with a connecting door booked. We got a double room without a balcony with a room with pull-out sofa, but with a balcony. The furnishing was not the newest and on the balcony had straight times 2 people capacity. But were the bathrooms top, newly renovated and very modern. It was very annoying as a ... couple on a pull-out sofa to sleep, and for the usual price a double room to pay. Also had our room most of the time no electricity, since a Shorting the circuit breaker always rausflog. Also after repeated complaint at the front desk nothing was changed. The Moorings respectively the beach loungers were OK. The breakfast buffet was for Italian standards really good. 4 different types of sausage, cheese platter, fruit platter and 4 different fruit juices with additional fresh Juicer. Even, untypical for Italy, were Vollkornpaninis available. Major advantage of the hotel was the proximity to the beach and also close proximity to pedestrian precinct respectively the hotel lies exactly in the middle the shoppingmeile-) read more
