Nice hotel in the green hills surrounding Florence

The hotel is located in a quiet area and beautiful in green surroundings outside of Florence. The center we could easily reached with the free shuttle bus-bus of the hotel reach. After the days in the town we have evenings gladly on the terrace in the hotel garden sat. The indoor pool and the adjoining sun terrace (both with chairs equipped) was well maintained and we liked. Our room, as well as the bathroom were large and very clean. The breakfast buffet was varied, the dishes fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All of the staff spoke English ... and some also German. Altogether in our experience our stay very good. read more

Nice hotel for excursions in Toscany .Close to Firenze and Borgo San Lorenzo. Pisa, Luca and Siena are not too far away. Extremely gentle personal. Good meals. Not so good for little children who can't swim. read more

We go for the following reasons not stay: it was not possible after our arrival in the hotel or in the immediate area something to eat to find with the any breakfast were the scrambled eggs and the bacon cold, the orange juice was watered down. The seating was partly with paint drips excessive and very dusty. The terrace and the odd the rooms were were dirty, we had our clothes in the cleaning give. The complaints directed no improvement therefore we are 2 days earlier. The promised 3-hour use of the internet after 25 minutes switched off. In the ... hotel there is no information in German about the region in Russian. There is no possibility the entertainment in the hotel read more
