An interesting hotel. The construction is estimated from the 1980's. Is however well maintained. The establishment - especially the carpets-you see the age but at. Basically the hotel is - the age - very clean.
The rooms are comfortable large. Also all other area are very spacious. Wonderful view into the mountains. The wellness area is new and really top!
Staff very friendly and helpful. We felt very much at ease. read more

The lobby of the hotel and restaurant are rural but with style, very nice Dekorbeleuchtung.
The room large but not 4 *, with wear marks. The bathroom rurally furnished, vanity was very good, bath tub but already partially with yellowish Coating.
Food: breakfast -choice of meals was a bit less than I have been in other 4 * houses seen. The food fresh, on Thursday and Sunday there are waffles, daily directly on-site Omelettes done to taste - tasted very good.
Dinner rustic, regional cuisine, was good as you would expect.
Location: the hotel is located in a very quiet ... area between the mountains, fantastic view from the balcony, great for hiking and relaxing.
Biotopgarten: huge location with enough chairs and sun screens. Very nice decorated with pond, evenings beautifully lit. Swimming area: small pool and comfortable winter garden. For swimmer there is a massive swimming pool approximately 7 minutes on foot from the hotel - with free entry. read more

The hotel lies very green and also very quiet. All around there are a lot of forest and mountains - the latter, however, is a relaxation. In the lobby there is a gigantic fireplace and the winter garden is in the winter certainly magical. The staff are very friendly, professional and very attentive. In the spa area there are delicious herbal teas for the guests. Some other reviews regarding the room one must partly quite giving you are outdated. However is the more or less 'only' the Stoffmuster. The furniture is apart from that in a neutral design and fit ... just in the full picture of the hotel. The whole place is dark, noble effective wood processing. Of them there were also a lot of the ceilings. Thus in one way or other corner sometimes drab appearance. A good light concept but more than made up for it. About the standard of the hotel you could certainly discuss. It is the lots of great details, the this hotel and its atmosphere mind. We immediately felt at ease. The food was varied - for normal Eater-and very tasty. The Wenüweine have always tasted good. There was a daily 5-course menu, in which you can have under 3 main courses choose. Usually a standard. Meat dish, a fish dish and a vegetarian/ pasta dish. And there I can over old curtain-Themes or a somewhat closer or toilet overlook. The breakfast buffet was also great. You can even fresh A and omelets prepared. Coffee there are for breakfast not from the filtermaschine, but from a good Bohnenmaschine. From 1:00 P. M. there were small meal times and in the afternoon coffee and cake.
In the garden find small 'relax islands' -on small Podesten each 2 loungers with umbrella. A small stream separates the couch area from the terraced area. Through the plants was a natural blinds created. Merely the kinderlachen from the nearby pool in the forest breaks through the wash of the fountains. Is however not bad. The sporting activities we didn't use - tennis, bicycles and golf nearby. We are walking/ hiking gone. From the hotel there are several routes to selbsterkunden, the hotel represents but also some routes on a plan available.
From the wellness offer we have massages used. They were pleasant and relaxing. But there were only spa -massages, to the sport -massages we can't say anything. The massage room is really on the 1st floor, is however nicely furnished. We have already in other hotels experienced and didn't bother us.
For us it was a successful and relaxing stay. read more

We had in the kaysers a very nice and relaxing short break. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, ideal for relaxing. The tennis courts were very often free and so you could also spontaneously Tennis play. The tennis teacher was very friendly and skilled and we could about the hotel, for favorable 52 Euro for 2 people, book. In nsbruck is very nearby and offers good shops. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are big enough but rather old-fashionably furnished.

A great family vacation in wonderful location, around the hotel very good hiking trails.
The hotel is very dog friendly. We could see the dog with to eat take, for us
Extra in the beautiful winter garden covered.
Evening was always a having dog treats for our dog ready.
We felt very much at ease and the cost of 16€ per day for the dog like paying.

All our wishes( after a fridge) were promptly fulfilled. The dishes ( breakfast, lunch included drinks, afternoon coffee, 5-courses -dinner) corresponded fully our expectations at fresh, variety and were very! Tastefully. The absolute peace in the whole hotel and garden area, as well as the hillside location outside the village were a treat. The beautiful mountain views, we have very enjoyed. The varied sports (golf, Tennis, bike, hiking, indoor and pool in the forest etc.) wore for relaxation with. The very friendly and competent staff left nothing to be desired. All around a succesful vacation. read more

The hotel is great we really liked, the staff very friendly and polite.
The wellness area is nice, clean and relaxing. The whole gastronomy is great, very balanced food really something for everyone!
The hotel's location is excellent - very nice nature, much forest and a wonderful mountain panorama.

For a short break in April/May we were golfing and hiking guests in the hotel Kaysers.
The location of the hotel, the service, the gastronomy, in particular the offer the food we really liked. The staff are very nice and helpful. The spa area is not very big, offers however a good offer at different saunas and treatments. To massage we had to however in a stillgelegtes hotel room on the first floor.
Point of criticism are the rooms and the furnishings. These are not a four stars standard.
There is no mini bar, the bathroom/ toilet are much too ... small and dimly lit. The furniture is dated and worn.
Further point of criticism is pricing. After we with other guests were talking, we have found, that obviously many of the guests the hotel about Aldi/Hofer book (offensichtilich is the utilization of the hotel not ideal), and this at dumped prices suites offered, while 'Normalzahler' (nearly double price) the worse double room occupancy. These large differences in the prices, of course with the guests, the Saisonpreis figures for real anger.
For this reason we can the building only recommend conditionally. read more

People one quiet hotel location in the middle of a very nice Hochmoores and surrounded from mountains estimate, the kaysers well at home.
The golf course with hotel bus served or is in the own car in 5 minutes to reach. Driving ranch, 9 -hole and 18 -hole places are very prettily on the plateau located.
In the hotel Kaysers you feel like an Emperor... Come gladly again. read more

check in unfortunately didn't work at all! The rooms should at 15:00 o'clock be ready we could only at 17:15 o'clock in the roomsin the repeated inquiring came always the answer ' it would still take a while. Today is the peak season and day of departure ( Sunday ). This would be but millimeter but foreseeable, since you can more cleaning Forces!
when I at 17:00 Hours a bit disgruntled was, I was a coffee on the house is offered.
however we could the afternoon snack in take was very good!
initially problems were however the ... only downside it was a very nice vacation!
the food was really excellent!
the service staff very nice, attentive and fast.

The hotel with the SPA bath peace room area is rather for families with water partyfreudigen children or youths. The very beautiful pool with a counter current system and massage Nozzles, as well as the left port at the end of peace area as play area abused. It is therefore impossible, after a stay in- sauna and steam to relaxation. For our stay some, especially older people therefore weighted and expressed, that they never again this hotel. Pity! read more

the hotel is in all its division were very spacious, the interior bright and spacious. You feel nowhere cramped. The huge large fireplace in the winter garden will in the evening heated and you can here comfortable Spend hours.
from the outdoor area we didn't see much, since everything was very snowy. But also this has wonderful looked. read more

The skiing areas are to far away - you must by car -the bus takes about 1 hour. In the summer & fall for hiking vacation & wellness was recommendable.
Waiter inside have their own sense of humor-comes rather unfriendly so. The buffet is actually always the same.
The boss and the staff at the bar are very willing to make an effort.
All together MEDIOCRE.
