Great hotel, great food! If you had any complaints here, the is something i would like to home on the plates look! There was always everything, and to 'everything' can natürlioch not a lot of variation give, the i must then even on my plate production!

Since we were here prior to some negative reviews had read, we were initially a bit skeptical. But after arrival flew our doubt. We had booked a standard double room and our expectations were really good view of the sea, connecting door, good facilities and above all giant beds! Also the rest of the hotel made a great impression, 5 pools ( one heated ), pool bar with great selection of drinks (also for all inclusive guests! ) And plenty of sport possibilities!
The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was rich and diverse, unfortunately only often very scanty seasoning. ...
A must is certainly the Loro Park in the north the island, with the hired car good 1 hour to reach!
For adventurous is a trip to masca (pirate village of ) recommendable!
But it is worth it the various shops in the vicinity of the hotel to use. read more

Are good the superior rooms, correspond however not the expected 4-star level. Area know signs of wear and tear. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, strong noise if water in the bathroom be drawn down, therefore at night very annoying. During the day regularly noise from the pool entertainment, relaxation is not to be thought there. Breakfast is very heavily on english kitchen and uninspired, who daily beans with eggs like is in the right place here. Dinner is much better, but by narrow timeframe limited, if you came late, you got nothing more. Dining room has rather cafeteria character. Drinks ... are relatively expensive. Extra charge for wi-fi, safety deposit box, parking, gym, etc. For a family holiday with children suitable if the noise don't mind, for relaxation not really suitable. Plus is the friendly staff which effort the many guests the wishes to fulfill. Location is perfect, sea view, approximately 200 meters to the beach, all shopping and restaurants nearby. If you're looking for good food should no half board/full board. Better in the more immediate vicinity eat out. read more

After 9 years break to this hotel again. Still friendly and helpful staff(no matter in which area ) rooms very clean and facilities again and again sporadic cleaning during the day. Food still plentiful and for any taste;-(easy tendency in english direction/also for constant moaner adequate). Drink prices moderate and often cheaper than in other hotels. Well kept pool-and garden areas. Altogether good value for money. read more

Rooms:
Decent size. The bathroom would be a renovation good. Cracked joints see just not nice.
Also i think it for a 4 star hotel an isolence for the safe a surcharge to ask.
As well as the price for the internet massive too high.
Catering:
Rarely in a supposedly 4 star hotel so badly ate. A wide selection is no compensation for the poor quality. After the 2. dinner we went out to eat. Better pay and it be satisfied.
There is no in the house an alternative to the lousy buffet.
The only saving grace of the buffet: ... one looked forward to the homecoming and the local cafeteria!
Entertainment/pool:
As i am a motorcycle had rented, i used nothing at all of the offer.
Service:
Unmotivated and inattentive. Only the clearing system worked very well.
Despite angeschriebener opening time until 18:00 we got around 17:30 already nothing more.
All in all, it was a bummer. Whether the servant-contract with the pauschalveranstalter was a good idea? For individual travelers i can this hotel unfortunately not recommend. Why also exert if the money is?
That cheap and good not worked is you here very well. A shame. read more

Never more jacaranda. I had the hotel as paragliding-flight on recommendation the flying school papillon (wasserkuppe ) for the 2. time booked. The last time (december 2010) was in relation to room-condition, quality the food (half board) and price-performance general still in the 'green area'.
In the meantime, not only the room price for about 20% risen. The safe costs additional 16 Euro/week, if you fridge use, further 1.50/day. Meanwhile there is a wi-fi in the entire place. For the 16 Euro negated, you can for example with Vodafone a prepaid card buy and is the whole week mobil ... (computers/smartphone/tablet/etc.) Online. The rooms are ausgewohnt (i have stayed here twice the room changed). Once the door (from the outside) not more on, in the next went the safe not. It stayed i in the elevator put. The furniture, the bathroom, the betttextilien are tired and certainly not 4 star more. The food now it is on all inclusive mass processing made for.
I had the impression, that now after many, instead of Egypt, Tunisia, Marocco, etc., Tenerife booked, is the hotel - despite economic crisis in Spain - no longer must try and wants. Unfortunately. read more

After 5 years in jacaranda. A bit hard to get used to, but then quickly readjusted or content. If you didn't have before the closing on the doorstep the dining room (very big) wait, there is the relatively quiet. Cleanliness, food and drinks ok, the price-performance ratio. Mostly older guests (german, english, dutch, italian.) Little children (no holidays). For the disabled because of the various levels around the pools, less suitable, since very many stairs or elevators. Enough loungers by the pool, partly. Shady. Only a pool heated, pleasantly warm. Pool bars (not crowded) above and below the waterfall ... is very attractive. Evening entertainment okay, hardly dancers on the dance floor. Service efficient. Bus stop nearby. 15 minutes on foot to the beach (2 roads must be crossed). Seafront nicely developed. read more

It was very noisy at night. Families unfriendly, we had a ' alleged family rooms' to the side of the road opposite small disco. No matter which size of the rooms you bay, are all the same size. Normal double room right family rooms. Very badly soundproofed. Lots of italians the at night as well in the hallway noise. During dinner is not on dress code respected, you could served in tracksuit trousers or trunk go or also had some and the staff has it even allowed, in spite of the it 'actual unwanted was'. The food was mass processing. ... No taste. Hardly any variation. No real play area, just a slide next to the pool without grass or anything like that. The child care was very nice and friendly, we believe that was the only nice about this hotel. Cleanliness was ok.
However never again this hotel. read more

Great hotel with great food and good service!
The thick action is not our thing, not even the large animationszirkus. But we wanted also no adventure vacation, but relaxing and enjoying. The jacaranda was with location, comfort and care the right hotel for our expectations. Great view from the room on attractive designed inside area the hotel (it must not always view of the sea!) , very good cuisine. The piggery for the food through our contemporaries and, although rarely, loud activities after 22:00 o'clock the hotel can't... For a hotel of this size has really much ok. Gladly again! read more

Incredibly many british people and accordingly the food... To 10 days we only fries with ketchup eaten... Everything has to be highly unsatisfactory. The chairs by the pool always occupied... Or... Air-conditioning devices very strong point... Were as then at home strong a cold.
We neither to this hotel still on Tenerife! Unfortunately for so much money! And the audience to 90% on 70/75-years-old... read more

The hotel complex is quite large; but in spite of the size and number of guests, lost but everything reasonably. The average age of the guests, as well as the nationalities were quite mixed, from spanish, Italian, German but mostly English. The hotel with surrounding complex makes a very clean impression, for what so many a guest by the pool simply hand, the hotel can't for, but it was from the staff evenings everything was again cleaned. read more

It is a very big hotel with great rooms, all clean. Also the food ( we had the half board) was more than enough and also always tasty.
Also at a pool it was not missing. It has a large and again 3 above on the roof, all are within easy reach. It was every evening cleaned everything, in and around the pool. They even downstairs and upstairs a pool bar. When we were there, there were at the time German, English, and spanish with in the hotel. read more

The hotel is quite large approximately 500 rooms. The complex was very clean and was also kept very clean. The hotel offers breakfast, half and full board and also all inclusive at. The condition of the hotel is good-but it should slow to renovation and new furniture be thought. The furniture you can see the years. read more

Very large and nice hotel. We had a room in the building F, 7th floor with a view of the pool and a little sea. Rooms were modern and clean.
Several pools, also a for the little ones. Our son was not any more from the water to get.
Breakfast and dinner were very varied and rich.
From the English over french, russians and German were all represented. Also all age groups. read more

We were only 2 nights in this hotel and were pleasantly surprised.
The hotel looks at always make very big but these large and weitläufuge complex it was spread out very well.
Most rooms are renovated and huge! Also the bathroom is very beautifully designed with a round arch and Echtglaswand in the showers.
In the breakfast room was sufficient space for all and the choice especially for breakfast was gigantic.
The hotel has multiple pools included pool bar.
All together is this hotel really recommendable.
5 minutes to the beach on the wonderful promenade of Costa Adje.
This hotel ... I would definitely again visit. read more
