The hotel has a lot of facilities and is nicely laid out. The hotel feels very spacious you never feel that it is crowded even though the hotel was full. The hotel offers all inclusive and nearly all activities are free. The guests were multi-national and ranged from families to couples. The hotel was clean, but it could do with some renovations to maintain a 5* standard read hotel review

    The room was spacious and clean. The rooms were laid out very well, the air conditioning worked and there was a fridge in the room which was stocked on your arrival with water and soft drinks

    This was my first all inclusive and I was taken aback by the quality, range and presentation of the food. Each day was a different theme, but there was always a wider choice of food available if you didn't like that days theme. Unlimited drinks 24/7 both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, although the alcoholic drinks were of a cheap local variety so the quality was not great. I would have been happy to have had the option to have paid extra for better quality alcoholic drinks.

    The entertainment team was exceptional. Led by Daniel and Aurora they provided a lot of fun and energy and all the team came across as very genuine and enjoyed the company of the guests. I know that the group I went with were very sad to leave. I spent most of my time cycling round the island as part of the mountain bike club. The tours were led by the amazing Arsen Agasyan. He was very professional, new the best places and routes to go around the island and would cater each tour to the ability of the group. He was fantastic company and I would be happy to go back just for the cycling. The island of Djerba is great for beginners to intermediate cyclists as it is very flat, but be warned it is very hot in august even at 08:00 in the morning. The club could really push themselves as an all year round fitness club if they improved the gym which was poor and built a better running track. The other sports activities were excellent

    The hotel is on the beach, 35 minutes from the airport, 3 hours from Europe so an excellent choice for a sunshine break. Unfortunately the island of Djerba itself is not the prettiest of places with limited shopping facilities and excursions.

The facility is very nice - a very nice pool area and everything was very well arranged and clean. Mostly german speaking guests. Inclusive services were very good - next to the hauptbüfetts (in the morning, lunch, dinner) snacks, coffee and cakes, midnight snacks etc.. Etc. Etc. :-) read hotel review

    We had bungalow superior - very spacious (2 bathroom, the as a family we also used, 2 terraces, which we didn't use ☺, nice and in good condition (have heard, that the club being renovated - good ☺. The room was cleaned every day, thus also each day clean.

    Well - buffet selection was huge, but mostly not edible - only after use of salt, pepper and spices. 3 à-la-carte restaurants: after our first visit in may thai we fail, the other 2 to visit, because it was truly horrible! Then go to the buffet and flavour. Wine selection was very poor - the wines offered in the all-inclusive package, there were simply more inedible (white wine red wine we then to our own security no longer try) - then every evening a bottle of 'better' white wine bought or rose, because after 2 bought bottles was the white wine sold out ☺ We liked, that every evening a motto - tunisian, mediterranean etc. - good idea - up to a few exceptions but it tasted everything right (see above ) ☺ Both the main restaurant, as well as the terrace was always clean.

    All employees of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Almost all speak german or english. Our room (bungalow) was cleaned every day (without, that we have every day tip on the pillow could have been). Our waiters in the restaurant 'camel' was very helpful and friendly (with tips ☺ he has us always the same table prepared, with items purchased bottle (s. evaluation in gastronomy). All the chefs at the buffet were very friendly. Drawback was the welcome and departure the front desk - both fell quite 'lean' from. The spa also all very friendly and the treatments were simply genial ☺ Greeting the next day by TUI-staff was very nice and informative.

    We were very disappointed from the kids club - because this club also have chosen. Rita from the mungoclub with our first attendance't even asked, as our son, and seemed very unmotivated and annoyed - that simply must degrees at work with children not be! The mungoclub boss Hanna was the exact opposite - very friendly, always smile in the face, is on our small one always received great. But unfortunately - the first impression you forget not... For adults there was a lot of sport and entertainment offer. Some we used this very good. If one the animators met, you knew, that they are very nice and fun, because at first glance seemed all very arrogant and uninterested. I personally wanted actually more activities around the pool to participate, but was not asked, even though other guests were around me were asked. Well telfair, that mothers (our son 3 years was) not being asked (must/should be). The evening shows were great - there is really work behind - hat off! There were enough beach chairs/umbrellas at the pool area, and they are in good condition (of course there were here and there a few, the could be exchanged). Great we found the water slides-area, especially for children a paradise ☺

    Location of the clubs very good. Transfer from/to the airport approximately 20-30 minutes. To the next town about 5 minutes by taxi or 10 minutes in the larger city. The club is located directly on the beach - because of the generous size of the clubs you had a few minutes to go, but that is part of this. We we were in the pool area were, as the beach and the sea was not as clean, as we would have liked (much horse/camel-kot). Very good and exciting opportunities for shopping - in the 2 nearest towns.

The hotel is comparable Magic Life hotels, for example in Egypt, relatively worn. A renovation is in many parts of the area as a matter of urgency. Apart from the condition of the area, was the staff tried hard, in a clean condition to offer. Pleasant is the free offer of wi-fi in the lobby and bar area and many water sports. The guests at our travel time were mainly from Germany and Austria, initially were many guests from Belgium, the Netherlands and France as well as a few from Poland in the area. read hotel review

    The rooms are large enough (with for example Egypt however not comparable) and feature a telephone, flat-screen tv, minibar, desk/table, couch/armchairs, a double bed with bedside tables, luggage rack, closet with mini safe, balcony, bathroom with large mirror, hair dryer, 2 found okay, sink with counter space, toilet and bathtub (with us)/ room with shower at the hotel also available. The condition of the room is however rather worn, but clean.

    Dining: in the hotel there were the main restaurant magico bronzo, as well as 3 specialty restaurants (sofra (tunisian ), Baia (mediterranean), may thai (asian). The only negative was the existing offer of fresh juices for breakfast, that in any case the last years was. So there was no freshly squeezed orange juice and the offered carrot juice was very watery. Often you could only on the basis of the colors of the drinks imagine, which it was. For example was the beetroot (milk?) -mix juice very optically attractive, but little tasty and very special. The quality of the food and drinks (except see juices breakfast) is not to complain about. The dinner had a different motto daily, plus the restaurant and the tables daily new very pleasant. Fish lovers will be here with many fish dishes, but feel non-fish lovers might have been almost all theme certainly very good. There are daily standard meal for everyone (soups, pizza, pasta, casseroles, magic light menu, cold platters, salad, vegetables) in the offer and of course meat dishes (often turkey, chicken, beef, veal, lamb). Extraordinary, as in other millilitre clubs often experienced, for example filetfleisch, was not long enough. For landesspezifisches food is in the tunisian corner catered for. Desserts are on the slogan changed daily changing and standard for example ice cream, creams, pomegranades present in sufficient quantity. The theme restaurant sofra one can recommend. It is on pleasant manner a variety of tunisian food with musical frame offered. Not recommended is the may thai restaurant. At the wonderful the Café Sissi (than Café Sissi-effect) offered. During our stay we got there however only a constantly closed Julius Meindl umbrella discover, although in the folder the Café Sissi was offered. Snacks around the world at the aquapark: successful additional offer of mittagsessens especially for the beach guests and users of the water parks. Not so rich offer of meals and desserts as in the main restaurant, but perfectly adequate and very pleasant. We booked this food almost daily liked to use it. Beach bar: serving soft drinks/cocktails, beer and wine, and different coffee varieties. A snack bar offers a variety of sandwiches (sweet, vegetarian, hearty) for the small hunger at. The beach bar was constantly being cleaned and the tables were clean. Unpleasant was the very strong worn betonsteinpflaster in the outer area of the beach bar. Run without shoes is very unpleasant. The hotel had several bars. At the evening there to our horrible conditon at the wonderful (0-24h) and the jazz bar (17-01 hours) available. Essentially the bars over a pleasant ambience, which is open to the reception area and also features an outdoor terrace (smoking area). The jazz bar is to the front desk to have glass doors connected. The seating are optically good, but unfortunately a bit uncomfortable to sit. In the middle of the bar has a pool table, integrated, the page area certainly better placed would be. In the wonderful's evening is the jazz bar and an offbeat pol usable. The barkarten offered variety of drinks was that of the past few years, but we discovered, that the optically attractive drinks this year by us cannot be perceived could. During the evenings were always drinks, such as tonic, anisette (only not available, later replaced by an extremely sweet aniseed same name), amaretto and creme de cafe, not any more in the offer.     The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. With the available resources and opportunities try always a nice atmosphere to create. The staff in the kundenkontaktbereich mostly spoke german as well as english and french. The room cleaning service was in order, only with the lock of the door by the staff there was at the beginning of problems (until we personally the staff explained), this does not speak for a good instruction of the staff. The hotel is spread out by video surveillance. This will also by signs told. In some places, such as on the beach, the crossing from the hotel to the water park, the main entrance... , also security all day use.

    The hotel is located directly on the fine-grained sand beach of Djerba. Unfortunately, this is right on the water for all guests, which led, that a variety of horses and kamelbesitzern use this, around tourists their animals products. This condition is not to complain about, but these animals leave tons of excrement and urine directly on the beach (also in the play children), the owners of animals not removed. The only away in the flood or in the property during the morning distance of ashore seaweed. Outside of the hotel area all remains unspoiled. It happened, that the animals from the owners at the beach turned off and then elsewhere talking, some of the horses then alone until the run or ' kuschelten' and entered excited from. We would have more effort on the beach by the 'safety' expected. Also on the sandy beach were many smaller stones, but also old, already through the sea edited debris (concrete, dachziegelreste ) washed ashore, the hotel in the property as far as possible be disposed. Except the shops, which is directly in the hotel, were in the immediate environment 'shopping center' than fixed-price shops in about 5 minutes walking distance, the almost all the same offer of usual touristenartikeln lead. With yellow taxis (as in Germany with taximeter) you can for very little money Midoun or Houmt Souk to go shopping. Also at the crocodile farm there are many shopping opportunities and the possibility of inspection of about 400 crocodiles and followed by tunisian village.

    Food varied from fish turkey cattle over pizza and 3 different soups but also pasta in different variations to the many delicious desserts all highly recommended. Spice erwünsch. Rather bit underspiced than verwürzt! According to statement of other guests, the thai restaurant, not recommendable. Beverages such as beer and cocktails are edible and tasted partially good. Everyone has their own taste.

    Already with the arrival the front desk very helpful... Later complaints. Also. Unfortunately was at the arrival a patio door not abschießbar... But bines 30 minutes to fix it. A light bulb was in the course of the holiday quickly changed! The room cleaning could be a bit better... Otherwise the hotel is very clean. The waiters in the main restaurant are very attentive and know the next day what you wanted to drink could have been. Real Cola and Sprite!

    About 35 minutes from the airport but no aircraft noise. The small beach section is a bit far away from the hotel but the many good food harms movement not. Excursions directly at the travel agent... Massage or spa outside of the hotel much cheaper.

We had a great vacation from the 4th-11th November. Pure relaxation and sport. The entire hotel staff was always friendly and helpful The kitchen once again did an excellent job every day, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner - always a great, varied buffet. The hotel makes already at the arrival a very beautiful impression. But it is still much better than you can imagine. One is received very friendly, the man for the suit-cases is, or at the reception. What immediately noticeable, it is very clean. And the 3 pc's with which one free of charge in the internet can get, the should other providers as a model. Otherwise i believe, was already very much and very positive to the hotel from other guests said. And although the whole complex is very well maintained, is now until february some rebuilt and renovated. Particularly ... beautifully we found, when we after arrival in room a plate of fresh fruit had. read hotel review

    It is in the area for self-service restaurant had three à la carte restaurants, where one very well meals can. The food in the self-service area all very fresh and of the highest quality. Also the drinks could be seen. Very good is the tunisian wine. A large praise all those, which the dining room each evening so nice to the respective theme night decorated had. Simply a dream. And as well as with us, look forward to the staff about a tip. We gladly give, if someone so much effort that we such a beautiful holiday.

    The staff is for us a reason why we like to stay in these countries. They have a very great hospitality and all are very friendly and nice. No matter whom they are in the area meet, whether the manager, the maids, the chef, the waiter, the gardener or anyone else is. All are one with a friendly smile again. And the advantage of what these people to us, all of them good a foreign language. Whether german, english or french. You can take all very well maintained. The room cleaning was always to our best satisfaction. We can't complain about anything. Or where you will find at the pool a toilet area where in the entrance everything with flowers was? And not just by the pool, all toilet facilities were always kept very clean and very nicely decorated.

    There are in the area and at the beach every day many sport activities from the entertainers very well organised. Very nice was also the animations in the evening offered. Especially the dancing of the four very good entertainers. Also for the kids was very much. The Mungo-club gives very much and good with small from. Very nice, we had the evening the sandmändchen for the small found. All children had to hingefiebert. The Nicole very nicely done. At the beach as at the pool we only clean and beautiful beach chairs and umbrellas there. The children's pool there was even own kinderduschen. And also at the pool bar at the small thought. Hence the order, they have a small stairways to built where raufsteigen, to the bartender to order something.

    The hotel is about 30 minutes away from the airport. From the great, large and clean rooms one is in few steps at the clean sandy beach. The hotel is so centrally located that you in few minutes reach can. If you are in the centre for shopping or just a small stroll. We only went on excursions with our tour operator TUI booked. Here we were by mr clean for the best bedreut. Although the trip into the desert only four participants true, the trip done. And we had a great day. Thank you again.

    We had a bungalow with 2 adults and 2 children (15 and 10 years). This was very spacious, well-kept and 2 bathrooms are really handy. For a week absolutely ok! Tv with german channels, mini bar filled with sodas, as well as two small terraces. All the best.

    There is a main restaurant, as well as 3 restaurants : Baia à-la-carte restaurant (mediterranean), sofra à-la-carte restaurant (typical) and may thai à-la-carte restaurant (asian) in the area. During the day you can get several places snacks. The freshly prepared dishes at every meal is also the quality was very good. Let yourself quarrel over the taste, but even my spoiled children are every day full. The theme buffets, the food was varied. For tips there was a box, the one after the areas such as kitchen, restaurant etc. Its amounts can give.

    Friendliness are this the staff hardly be beat. It is also spoke german, otherwise one gets ahead with english and naturally french. The rooms are on 6 days in the week cleaned. Towels are changed if necessary each day. There is a english speaking doctor in the area. There was child care between 3 and 7 and 8-12 years, and a teens club during autumn holidays for 13-17 - year-old.

    Sport, sport, sports... Who would like, can the different kinds of sports from the morning until the evening and except golf, all free of charge! A disco was available, shows in the evening and of course the kids activities with trained staff. Comfortable beach chairs at the pool and beach including and also the towels. The hotel is rather old, but very well maintained. On the walkways are already one or the other tile broken... But in december according to staff the hotel for 2 months closed and, so they say, undergo renovation! In the hall you will meet the same time to the extremely friendly and multilingual staff of the hotel. French and german is almost from the whole staff and the entertainers spoken. The hotel area seemed like a small town in its center, no main square, but a wonderful pool. read hotel review

We had a very nice stay in Magic Life! We plan to come next year and bring four others with us. Two of them are elderly. Taking a shower is rather difficult because they have to step into the bathtub, which is not easy for someone who is a bit disabled and bad seeing. A walk-in shower is more modern-days. We also bring a 11 year old girl and her mother with us: they surely will enjoy Magic Life because there are many nice and exciting things to do for them.     We were with 4 persons (2 adults + 2 children) in a bungalow superior. The size was completely enough for us. Also the condition of the bungalows was ok. We loved, that two bathrooms and two terraces available. A bathroom with shower, the other bathroom with a bathtub. The kids slept on a pull out couch, the generally was okay. Unfortunately makes you strong noise, as a person in the bed turns or move. Whether the room in the main building in worse condition, we can't say.

    The whole staff is very friendly. Many speak apart from french also spoke german or english. We were satisfied with the room cleaning. The clearing of used plates in the restaurant went however only very slow.

    The sports and entertainment offers were very good. The children were of course again by the slides and the banana boats loved it. We had our way with the beach volleyball, Zumba, nordic walking, water skiing, etc. Good play. The offered sports are very professional. It is a shame, that no schnuppersurfkurse (all-inclusive) more. The evening shows were great and professionally done, but for our taste too much with dancing.

    Medium sized hotel plant with 289 rooms in middle condition directly on the sandy, gently sloping, sandy beach. While we were there, there were predominantly germans, austrians and swiss at the hotel.

    The hotel area was located directly on the sandy, gently sloping, sandy beach. On the beach there are to sun screen with beach chairs and cushions. Unfortunately the umbrellas very tight. Directly at the sand beach borders the beachvolleyballfelder and a beachfußballplatz. Then closes a pool with pool bar (beverages and small lunch buffet) and the slides pool. A little further back, the activities pool and the bungalows. The distances are but not too large and one is in a few minute walk from the bungalow to the beach. The transfer from the airport takes about 30 minutes.

we have nothing to criticize it was ALL in perfect order nice friendly helpful well nice and so on. But a negative experience with the hairdresser, with which we had problems, but we have then found outside of the hotel a good one. The beach was just beautiful and clean, the staff at the beach bar were also all very nice the toilets on the beach were also always cleaned so it was all good. Can only recommend it read hotel review

The hotel is already somewhat older. You particularly see it in the furniture, the size of the rooms, as well as that the rooms have keys rather than key cards. OK for sleeping, showering and so on. on. The loungers at the pool and beach are already a bit old and very worn. Lots were broken and should be replaced. The quality of the meals is very good and there is a big selection available. On the whole, it is a beautiful hotel that is very spread out, where you can relax. read hotel review
