The hotel and staff are very polite and helpful. The food was a dream, enjoyed every meal. Dining was all show cooking which meant we knew exactly what we had chosen and what we were eating. All main dining and Al la Carte Restaurants were so clean and tidy to a 5* standard. Reception, bar areas were helpful and polite and could not do enough to make your stay relaxing. read more

    Ive stayed here twice, and to be honest both rooms were very clean and maintained. We had a double room apt on first floor which had twin beds pushed together, but it was very spacious. The bungalow on our second trip, was small but with a double bed and a view of the pool with also being close to all amenities. There is also a free mini bar, some places charge for this, HANDY !!

    The are many eating areas, beach bar, and aqua slides for small snacks. The main dining area for excellent show cooking food, which is out of this world. They also have three Al La Carte Restaurants, I only went in the Thai and Med. Both were very good.

    From the chambermaids, waiters, bar staff, reception and even the Doctor are really lovely friendly people. But they must learn to speak English a bit more than 2 words. Because this resort will and is becoming more popular in England now. Djerba is now on English TV Adverts, so watch out Djerba !!!

    This is the main reason I chose this hotel, because of the activities. There is so much to do, its non stop. From just after breakfast til early hours of the morning, there so much choice. We did archery, water polo, camel rides, quad bikes, sand buggies,jet ski, banana boats, games round the pool and in the pool. The evening is full of shows, theme nites, music and dancing. You dont get bored you get a brilliant holiday !!!!!!!!!!!

    The beach, pool side areas including aqua park area were brilliant. Aqua slides had its own bar and cafe, for snacks which is helpful not to walk miles to get something to drink or eat. You have on site Ali ( Quad Africa ) who does brilliant excursions on Quads, Sand Buggies, Horse Riding and Camel Ride Trips at a really good price. He is a must, it was fantastic !!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely holiday. The staff were warm and friendly, managers in particular couldn't do enough to ensure you were happy and well looked after. They were also always available. The food was delicious. The locals were friendly and not at all pushy. read more

We celebrated with 14 people between 22 and 84 years) a round birthday. The guest relations team, the birthday party awarded organized. Spacious floorplan for joint celebrations, great all inclusive program. We will Magic Life recommend it to anyone. The friendliness of each service staff was impressively. read more

The complex is very clean, the swimming pool large, and the hotel's own beach section very clean. Only drawback in march was, that the pool very cold and therefore not heated were. Only a few could during the bathing be seen. For the cold months there is an indoor swimming pool with heated pool - just a pity that one with the swim need to go. On the complex is a large water park with water slides and beautiful aquaspielplatz for children. We had a bungalow room with two bathrooms and terraces. This is nice and big and is very ... clean kept. 1+ The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The kids club is for ages of interesting things. They go with the children splash or to the beach. With treasure hunts and so on the small talk. As a highlight they should-if the waves is possible-with the ' banana ' over the sea drive (with counselors at the front and the rear and life jackets). In short-it is to act responsibly by the offspring are. Conclusion we would go there again! read more

The club offers space for approximately 900 guests. Overall, this is in good condition. As in the Magic Life generally usual, there was only all inclusive.     The rooms were end 2012 newly renovated. These were always clean. From flat screen tv, minibar, phone, to a safe and of course a hair dryer in the bathroom-and the balcony not to forget - everything necessary. The rooms have about 20 square meters and thus big enough. For a better hygiene everything is equipped with tiles and in the bathroom there was a shower. Everything smelled clean and was also very clean. But it seems that not all the guests very tidy and considerate with much and so had the tiles already a few macken and the curtains a few signs of usage (in door jammed defendendo). Voluntarily is, of course, also a tip, but a lot of fun, you can get the cleaners do with it.

    In this club finds definitely everyone found something for his taste. Next to the main restaurant with a very wide selection of food and drinks (in the morning, lunch, dinner) there were three other à la carte themed restaurants: mediterranean, thai, and a tunisian restaurant with dishes typical of the country. All three we have tried and had nothing to complain about, on the contrary. It was every time tasted very good and also here was the service very friendly. In the three restaurants you could every time between different starters, main dishes, and desserts. We have every time 5 Dinar (circa 2,50 Euro) as tip on the table left. These guests is, of course, to everyone, since of course these three restaurants in the total included are. In addition to the four restaurants there are four other bars. The beach bar offers drinks of any type also freshly prepared sandwiches and hot dogs. Directly by of the lobby swerving are the jazz and the 24-hour open wonder bar. The cocktails there were/are delicious. In the jazz bar there are in the evening amongst others live music and entertainment. You want to in the sun stay, there is the possibility, drinks at the pool bar of their own. From 2:30 p. m. there is also a cake and snack buffet. And whose stomach a few hours after the dinner back empty should be, the can again on the midnight snack there. Conclusion: you can almost around the hour eating and drinking and-next to many european dishes-often with nice atmosphere with delicious tunisian food in contact.

    Especially we noticed the continuous friendliness of the staff/-inside in all service areas. We were warmly welcomed and could immediately a lovely well appointed and of course very clean room. The room was of course cleaned every day and from towels and petals somewhat nice 'gezaubert.' The cleaners were always in a good mood and many of them spoke surprisingly few words german.

    Everything your heart desires: of shuffleboard, darts, board games, on archery, water sports, aerobics and pilates -, as well as water aerobics-courses, to a well-equipped gym and of course much tennisprogramm (and much more) you can broaden one's horizon and play. The pool (except for the indoor pool) was unheated and therefore at this time of the year unfortunately still very fresh. However it was clean. Chairs and sunscreens are in a very good condition and bath hand towels from the hotel provided. The entertainment team was incomprehensibly friendly, open-minded, and motivated and some could the entertainers up to seven different languages. At least two languages could each individual perfect speak. Three times the week there were from 21 o'clock a vibrant (dance)-show. From 11:30 p. m. the dj in the club's internal disco for all feierwütigen until 2 o'clock in the morning and the entertainment team was always in a good mood for everyone. Conclusion: boredom comes neither for small, even for large on, as it almost around the clock entertainment.

    The Magic Life Club is situated in the middle of the tourism zone. The transfer time from the airport to the hotel took about 30 minutes. The beach is in the immediate proximity and belongs to the hotel. Distance was this within a few minutes walk through the complex. The next town, midoun, is about 3 kilometers away. If you decide against it, on foot walk to, so you can for 3, or 4 Dinar - converted circa 2 Euro - with the taxi go. Lots to experience however, there are not, you can still have a taste of the lifestyle the djerbi get. Just round the corner is a large casino, what also the best restaurant the island is. The capital houmet souk is about 15 minutes away by taxi. Worth seeing is the always thursday lunch market-unafraid crowd.

Flight with nouvelair of Basel booked, to Stuttgart misplaced. In enfidha stopover, 90 minutes stay. Arrival at the hotel then after around 4 hours, thanks to online ckeckin immediately on the rooms. Family rooms (2 e + 3 k) adequate, 2 double rooms with connecting door, storage space was rather small. Very badly soundproofed especially direction hallway. Tiled floors, any ladies-paragraph in the noises is all around and the floor deeper than hammer blow to be heard. So: not room in the 1000. Block book, rather in the bungalows, those who seek peace and quiet. Pools were in the week ... before and after easter 2013 still freezing, therefore hardly used. Pools are not heated. Indoor pool great: 30 degrees water, jacuzzi up to 40 degrees. The water park was 5 hours on the day, also ice-cold pool, not heated. The beach was super, only should the camels and horses, did not directly between couches and water park. Very hygienic: small children can play at the beach, where animals for the whole day let everything drop. In the evening smells accordingly. Sea: not for swimming, 17 degrees. Chairs were always and everywhere enough, but no wonder: utilization of the hotel before easter about 30 percent, after easter perhaps 60. weather was perfect, except for one day of rain always between 23 and 30 degrees in the shade, slight breeze, evening sweater. Food in the main restaurant incredibly, no complaints what selection and taste is concerned. Specialty restaurants, hardly anyone used, but everything in the main restaurant. Activities and sports: everything there, which the kids liked and they have plenty of everything involved, we shall apply mutatis mutandis at the takeoff again saw.     The rooms (i had a double room for single occupancy) are functional decorated with flat-screen tv, telephone and air conditioning/heating. The bathroom had a bath tub with integrated shower. By the size completely adequate and sufficient shelf space.

    There was a main restaurant (magico), 3 specialty restaurants and a snack bar (this was in march not yet in use). The food was plentiful and very tasteful. There were different theme evenings (mexican, tunisian, french, etc.) Only the selection of fruit was for my taste a bit meager. The better it is, you as a TUI group arrived. Instead of the usual apples, dates and oranges, there was a whole obstand with kiwi, melon, bananas, mandarins, etc...

    The service in the hotel is incredible. All of the staff of security, gardners, reception, bar, restaurant, housekeeping were unbelievably friendly and had always a nice comment on their lips. Almost all of the staff spoke german. Room cleaning daily. I had a very nice housekeeping lady, the cared took care of everything. The room was always cleanly deseamed, laundry was for cleaning and will shortly be back brought into the room, simply unbelievably. Dealing with complaints or small special wishes were by the good fee the guestservices Doro always implemented.

    The entertainment or the entertainment team, was the best which i in 9 times millilitre hitherto experienced. A truly through the bank way nice team. During the day there was the milliliter usual sports program offer (shuffleboard with Osman, archery with oussama, fitness sessions with the dancers, etc.). In the evening there were diverse shows. Every 2. evening there were shows, by professional dancers have been carried out. (for example phantasia, all that jazz, etc.). At the other days there was bingo, karaoke or quizzes as entertainment. Following each cd/live music before at 23:30 o'clock the disco started. My personal highlight was the the showeinlage the break dancer. Unbelievable what the two on it to have. A huge thank you to the whole team, you the vacation unforgotten made.

    The transfer time from the airport took about 25 minutes. With the taxi one is in brevity and for little money in midoun or houmet souk. Excursions were offered on the TUI, as well as on local providers offered. Right next to the hotel there are some small café's, as well as souvenir shops. The hotel itself is located in a cul-de-sac and no car noise of the main street to be heard. Very pleasant i think.

A great stay with 2 children (13 and 17), outstanding service, great atmosphere, a lot of staff, lifeguards at all of the pools, the indoor pool (yes, there is also ), the shows were not so often and as well as from other Magic Life Club in the summer used, but i found the dance offers in the evening very good, particularly the always the guests prompt entertainers (that is absolutely excellent, it was always nice, never pushy), it had a bit of dirty dancing. The last show, which we before departure looked-fantasia-was great, it was a lot of fun ..., the entertainers, breakdancern and dancers to watch. The tunisian evening was great. The hauptmoderator, the arabic shall inform, is remarkable and constantly provided for great atmosphere. The tunisian offerers of excursions (everything easy in Afrika!) Was an experience for, we have a lot about the country he learned. The activities were very varied, it seemed more than last club holiday to be. The complex is really nice, very well-kept and-o wonder- in the first week no chairs reserved, only in the first aprilwoche started the a little. We really enjoyed it, we already have friends recommended to go there-your children are 1 and 3 and we think, also for this age group the club is ideal. My only suggestion: in millilitres club on fuerte there was in the evening dinner conditions of a local or immigrants, to the jewelry, towels or similar sold. Every evening only a supplier. The service was great and you could well buy souvenirs. If it still existed, it would be totally perfect. And the weather? Wonderfully warm. One day it was cloudy and in the evening there was a good downpour. We enjoyed the well done, we have on the day many different sport try. We tended not, a place twice to visit, but the warmth of the people and the club itself already reflect, a 2 time there to soak up the sun. read more

We had 10 days booked and it had not repented. Great very relaxing. For at the end of march it was really warm. 22 to 29 degrees. The club offers plenty of sports facilities. Entertainment is good, but not pushy. Food-we were eager to numerous criticisms-was varied and very good. We have always found something delicious. You cannot expect award-winning cuisine. But emphatically. Whom here it does not taste, that is not to help and has probably everywhere something to moan about. Food so full marks ☺ Beach was every day freed of algae in our section. We were the 2. time in a Magic Life Club, but it was phenomenal. We were totally amazed of all. So much friendliness and willingness to help we have never experienced something like that and we were already in many hotels. Who in this hotel something to moan about has, no matter for what i could personally not understand. We can only recommend this hotel. read more

It was a wonderful vacation, with the standard as Magic Life is usual. Once Magic Life always Magic Life. Everything to satisfaction. The entertainment team to the boss Ivo are very pleasant, helpful and always funny. No signs of fatigue or loss. Also very recommendable are the mountain bike tours with richie. One sees much in the area. Also archery, shuffleboard with ozman bay, darts or Volleyball with Musti and radu are very good. Many thanks for the lovely week. Unfortunately the food is not always good. Usually you have to nachwürzen. You consider but, that it in Tunisia no ... flavor enhancer gives (the in Germany meanwhile standard). Also the a la carte restaurants are a dream. read more

In the rooms there was a tv with various tv channels as for example ZDF, ARD, RTL, ProSieben and sky football. The bathroom is such a country big and i think more than adequate.     The service is top! The complete staff is friendly, reacted immediately to requests or ' complaints' without a murmur. In the hotel almost everyone spoke german even if french the main language. The entertainers are top. Even now in 'winter' they are motivated and also times for a fun! With questions and problems you should approach the guest service in the hotel applying and always with much advice!

    The hotel is located on a very nice beach. In the vicinity the hotel is unfortunately nothing. A stroll in in the area is worthwhile not. But it is only for example 6 kilometer after midoun, a major city for shopping and costs only 3 Dinar (about 1,50 Euro).

    The food we had expected more, the quality the food was simply a catastrophe. Very dry bread for breakfast, the tough white bread left no frühstücksgenuss arise. Selection of the breakfast offer was plentiful, but the quality was very poor. Room cleaning was clean, but it was a bit pushy if you into the room wanted. Waiters and bar staff was very courteous, a small tip improved the service naochmals. The entertainment at the kids' club was very dedicated, the children had a lot of fun

    The rooms are fine, but a bit noisy. I had a double room for single use. The mattresses are unfortunately somewhat hard (on demand the room service i was told, that it be good mattresses is, however no latches are in use). I got a 2. bettauflage under the sheets, which the comfort level a little improvement. Wireless internet in the room cost in the front desk free of charge.

    In the hotel there are 3 restaurants to eat, whereas in february only intermittently and according to demand (advance notification) one of the other two restaurants was open. The atmosphere in the main restaurant i personally found more sober. I know other Magic Life Clubs (for example Greece, Kreta), as you get at the sight of the buffets been hunger craves. Also the variety of dishes, fruit, even bigger. May be, that but also at the start of the season and the offer therefor somewhat limited is. Especially delicious is the freshly squeezed orangensagt in the morning. There are simple filter coffee from the machine (is a bit much). Is better the coffee at the bar in the hotel. There are 'Latte Macchiato', Cappuccino and so on. But really good. You can also easily get into the restaurant.

    Staff very friendly and helpful. Due to my back problems (hard mattress) i got immediately a 2. bettauflage. The cleaning of the rooms was cleaned every day, but at very different times - times in the morning, once in the late afternoon.

    Middle of february the temperature around the 19-22 degrees. The sea was too cold for me and the really very nice pools were unfortunately not heated. Swimming was but in the indoor swimming pool was possible. The relax pool with chairs is located directly next to the indoor pool, but there was a large exhaust fan the peace and quiet. The swimming pool with slides is wonderful and very big, but to my time not in use. For families with children i think the complex great.

    The shuttle from the airport to the hotel takes about 30 minutes. A taxi to the market after houmet souk costs around 5 to 6 Dinar (3 Euro), taxis are the hotel. Otherwise smaller shops in the direct vicinity of the hotel. Here you can also an attractive hairdresser and a massage parlour can be found. The hairdresser in the hotel, made me no professional impression, a tint costs on demand 55,00 Dinar. The beach is very nice and clean, there are horses and camels in the vicinity, the horse riding are offered.
