The Ramada is a relatively new hotel with about 320 rooms. The condition and the cleanliness is available. The guests consist of business travelers, and tourists from all countries. Many coach tours with only one night. I was for 5 days with half board booked. read more

    Had a comfort room on the 8. floor. The rooms are new and almost without signs of usage. The size of the room (about 20 square meters) are somewhat cramped, so that for any 2 persons for several days it could. There is no closed wardrobe, open shelves are available. Nice, small bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. (very nice) special amenities only on demand received. (but on the homepage it advertised) Complimentary bottled water, good bed with a pleasant base, peaceful location the courtyard, very restful night's sleep.

    Several restaurants available. I have both menu, as well as buffet. All dishes were delicious and high quality. For breakfast 7:30 until 10:00 it can be very tight. All tables were but immediately newly restocked. Also here should the staff a 'friendlier face' hang up. The desire for a ' 4-minute-eggs' was fulfilled.

    Here is the problem. I had previously a luxury rooms order, that me also by e-mail from the reservation agent has been confirmed. At the check-in i was on a normal room. On my request i got the answer :' the costs but more the night '. Love the Ramada: i know that even, as i was a paying upgrade had ordered. I was transferred and got my ordered room on the 8. floor. The general service, leaves, in all areas, to be desired. All work will be done, but with no 'friendly face'. The track would be: they tried...

    Very demanding spa area. Looks really good. Have the sauna almost a day. Sufficient space available, as well as relaxation room with sufficient sunbeds. Fresh towels beach chairs everywhere to use around.

    The hotel is directly on the Alexanderplatz. From the airport (the txl bus) it was about 40 minutes' drive away for 2,40 Euro, then approximately 250 meters on foot. With the ' 200 bus' is very quickly the friedrichstr. /unter den linden to reach. The easy access to public transportation is very good. Taxis are available in front of the hotel entrance.

At the hotel i Ramada nothing to complain about and understand the often negative reviews. I was very satisfied, volt a. with lush selection of breakfast buffet. The location was ideal, nearby the Alexander square. Free wi-fi in the lobby, what else could you want? read more

As more in Ramada on Alexanderplatz and i am always satisfied. It is clean, modern and the employees are friendly. A small point of criticism the not too large room. read more

Room is small but nice... But no good possibility its room service order to consume. Breakfast has a good selection, however, was still in need of improvement for example more sweet dishes. Service staff tried hard (also with full breakfast room). On extra wishes like for instance fried eggs etc. Will be received. Otherwise the hotel has a cozy ambience, rooms are very well-kept. We have already been the 12. time in Berlin but never in this hotel. We i quiet conscience. It is about 5-10 minutes on foot from the subway-station Alexanderplatz, depending on how well you on foot is. The breakfast is varied and rich, definitely something for everyone. Nearby there is good restaurants and apart from that also good shops around the Alexanderplatz. The sights of interest you can good on foot (who lauffreudig is) or apart from that with the bus line 100 drive. The bus line is on the other side of the road approximately 300 meters further. read more

Great hotel for a city trip, totally modern. Very beautiful room, for 3 people a bit small but in a city break is you are only for sleeping in the hotel. Pleasant staff, breakfast buffet very good, much choice, but unfortunately very busy I would again and again drive, i can only recommend it. read more

Ramade is a beautiful good city hotel in Berlin on Alexanderplatz. Check in was efficient and quick. Friendly staff and perfect cleaning of the rooms. The rooms are spacious and furnished nicely.. The bathroom has a heated floors and the shower is-tub with a glass door. The breakfast is good and more than enough. The subway and S-Bahn can be reached in couple minutes to the sights to visit. Arrival 10:00 only a smoker's room free, which we declined. Next arrival 17:00 room on the 1. floor, a disabled fair room, with a larger single bed and a disabled handicap accessible bathroom. Access to the bed from one side only possible, only one bedside table available (we had a double room booked). Because of our late arrival and other appointments we had no time the room again matters. On the morning of our departure we have raised the issue and got the answer, that it is a standard room it is. For breakfast the only chaos, crowded ... breakfast room, overburdened staff, 'thin' coffee, average the range of dishes on offer. read more

The hotel is located optimal not far from the Alexander Square. It is perfect for a short break in the capital. Unfortunately there was no free parking (garage totally overpriced!) Then directly behind the hotel in the lateral road for 11 €per day parking. The wellness area is very recommendable, also very well equipped and clean, but unfortunately the opening hours are from 14:00 until 21:00 o'clock. read more

Ramade is a beautiful city hotel at the Alexanderplatz. Quick handling at the check-in. Friendly staff and perfect cleaning of the rooms. The rooms are very spacious and furnished nicely. Is worthwhile always, despite lack of sauna or similar. May only bad from the reception or from the information booklet to read will have been. Better service in the raucherlaounge wouldn't be bad. Restaurant for berlin standards, the staff very friendly and competent. read more

Only three tram stops from the main station away, 5 minutes on foot to the Alex, from there good binding in every direction, room facing the courtyard very quiet, we felt at ease. read more

My husband and I are to Berlin come to this city to meet. We were more than pleasant surprised from the hotel. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The rooms are very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was sufficient and one had a big choice. As we discuss the public holiday there were, the hotel was quite fully booked and so it was to the peak in the breakfast room a little noisy and hectic, but you could in the 'destille' evade, which was a little quiet formal. After a strenuous through you can in the sauna relax. All ... of the staff are very friendly and are willing to help. All our questions were answered.
