the room (point 216) and the bathroom are relatively small. Our first impression was very disappointing, because the room was not well cleaned. The furniture and the fan were dusty and there were hairs on the floor. The air conditioning was very dirty, therefore we did not in use taken. in the bathroom there is a shower and a large mirror with a integrated TV. in the room there is a very nice double bed with a great mattress, as well as a large ceiling and plenty of pillows. We did not sleep well, because the room was very badly soundproofed and the neighbors were not straight silent. We gladly times the window opened. That was however not possible, as the window not open. Could you can open, it would be however also very noisy. The view from the window was very disappointing. One looked from the room in a run down lateral road. access to the internet is in the room available. in the room there is a TV, however no German Channels. The furniture was a bit worn. A mini bar, a iron, Ironing board, and hair dryer are available. A safe is also in the room, this could however only very hard to open and close, for the front door of the room was the same. This was very hard to open.

We have only one breakfast in the hotel taken, this was good in terms of taste. The menu is typically American. We have eggs, toast, vegetables, juice and coffee for about 25$ per person ordered. The quantity was rich. The atmosphere and cleanliness in the restaurant we liked it. However it was very cold, the air conditioning was too deep for our taste set. evenings it was in the restaurant very busy, we have however not energized. the staff in the restaurant was very professional. the bar in the hotel is appealing, the prices are relatively high. For a small beer is charged at about 8 dollars.

the staff seemed to us friendly but rather low-key. The Communication was done in English. In the evening a maid and ask, whether the minibar filled to. You got free water. We also after ice asked, this was then brought. In the basement there are but also a ice machine, here it is however quite dirty. the cleaning was only superficial. After the spray, we had to find out, that were not properly cleaned was, in the days of our stay we could no improvement notice. the Concierge service was good, here helped us without any problems organize our shuttles to airport.

the hotel has a small pool in the inner courtyard. We didn't used, the pool made on us a good impression. On the roof terrace there is a bar and sun loungers. It is very nice up there and you have a great view. the beach on the doorstep made on us a good impression. We were however not in the water, we are just walking.

the hotel is located in a good, quiet location, at the end the street. It is outside very tastefully, you can say, that the prettiest hotel there is. Many tourists the hotel from the outside photographed. It makes a very elegant impression. the Lobby isn't very large, however very elegant and attractive. we had the hotel from Germany from booked. It was only without meals available. You could however without any problems breakfast to book. we were already very early in the morning after the end of a cruise in the hotel arrived. There was still no rooms available. At the front desk we were told, that 12 hours check-out and then the rooms be prepared. You would however efforts, us a room ready. We then our luggage deposit box and the area explored on foot. at 12 o'clock we are then again in the hotel been, in the hope, that someone had checked out, and a room was ready. That was however not the case. We sat then into the lobby. It was 14 hours, until finally a room was ready. During our waiting time we were not drinks offered. With a hotel this category should however in our opinion standard belong. You pay for about 350 dollars for the night in a double room, as you'd expect a bit more. during our waiting time in the lobby we took true, that the toilet in the hotel extremely many hotel area foreign used was, although at the beach public toilets available were. the access to the internet is for hotel guests free, you get the password from the staff at the front desk.

the hotel is located at the end the street, the beach is opposite. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants and entertainment possibilities. Taxis are easy to get. To the airport Miami we are about 30 minutes dangers.

However without tax, again tax, etc. (please times loosely 17 to 20% expect indicated). The suite should 800 dollars a night costs, no breakfast, without tax. We do have a little traded and it for 482, -dollars, this 7% sales tax (33.82 $, 3% County tax 14.46 $, 3% resort tax 14.46 $, resort fee 13.25 $, to then another 7% sales-, 3% County and 3% resort tax 1.73 $, complete approximately 77 $tax) respect, they are never in the roomRate included.

The pool is stop that, what eternal times normal or eher'besser was. Well maintained, but small and in the inner courtyard. Possibilities of enlargement, there are no. But this is on the whole ocean drive no different. Everything is in protection of historical monuments. At the beach against the hotel has their own section with chairs and hotel's own towels. Well maintained and for guests free of charge.

A small but fine hotel, I mean, the 60 rooms. Áusgezeichnete kitchen (really excellent, you read the homepage), clean, friendly staff, international audience. All amenities are extra to book.

Top location. I think, there is hardly a better. At the end the ocean drive, directly at the beach. But the brochure it seemed, as if the beach right on the hotel, it is not true. In order: hotel, street / ocean drive, park, beach (very wide) to sea all together about 200 meters. To the airport with little to moderate movement 25 to 30 minutes, with the taxi 32 to 35 dollars. Right on ocean drive, very many places to eat (not recommend). Behind the hotel, 2 streets further, some keep right in grain, some beautiful streets, amongst others a pedestrian precinct. Careful with the first shops, all possible Brands have, all fake. Later, a crossing wide all good stores. Also to eat some really cute houses. A street only Mexican, there can one some days meal. And of course shop. In the immediate vicinity but there is still a shopping center (see tips)
