The hotel offers, a big room, with windows until the floor and 2 comfortable armchairs outside, so that one could use the unique view of both falls can really enjoy. For a fair price we have our stay there very much, should book but from 14th Floor. There the weather was very good, we could the sunrise marvel, had a great view of the Cases night and could even a fireworks witness. The staff were very friendly and the room clean. The Oakes hotel overlooking the in case is a top hotel in direct visibility to the falls. On foot the waterfalls and various possibilities for recreation in a few minutes on foot be achieved.
The size of the room was stunning. Next to the normal standard with two beds, a TV and a desk, there was a 2. TV corner with sofa. The bathroom was in the size and equipment is nothing. read more

We booked 2 nights spent in this hotel with direct view of Niagara Falls. The view was wonderful.
Our room ( bedroom and living room) was in 14th floor (glass lift). Within walking distance of everything reachable ( Casino, city, Hard Rock Café, Waterpark).
We would again to Niagara come, we would however only 1 night stay there. read more

Good value for money.
Room with fallsview just amazing - higher floor (from tenth) book. Alone the view of the falls is the price value.

Great hotel for a small price (23 Euro per day). Direct view from the room the horseshoe falls. Parking 10 cad/day. Car park directly behind the hotel. Definitely again. Size and cleanliness of the room very good. read more

The hotel is getting old. The rooms are adequate. We were in the 11. Floor and had an amazing view of the falls. That alone makes this hotel a top address! The rather bland breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant 'applebees'. The restaurant, service and food were really rather poor. read more

The hotel has gotten old, but the view of the falls compensated for everything. We had from the 11. Floor view of the falls and the next morning we were able to have a heat red level of cleanliness. The room was otherwise clean and even quite large. The bathroom was a bit small and a bit worn, but it didn't bother us, because we only stayed a day. The hotel we can definitely recommend. read more

Positive: hotel with a good view of the falls. Negative: condition of the room and decor very shabby. Carpets, elevators, etc. were dirty. Guest parking at various parking in the surrounding area (but not included). Mass processing at the front desk. Conclusion: The worst Hotel in dreiwöchiger! read more

Perfect view from the room window, if the room on the upper floors is. The bathroom was rather took some getting used to but fine for a couple of days. The annexed, but probably not belonging to the hotel restaurant served the breakfast. read more

The hotel is a cheap alternative to the more expensive Hilton and so on! We had a room from which we can get a nice view of the Canadian falls would have had, if the weather had along-played! The rooms were very large and the beds were by far the most comfortable of our entire trip. Guest parking is not free, as the most tour operators is advertised, but cost 18, -per night $. In the evening we were not at the hotel food, therefor the place has too many alternatives. We stayed at the Brasa (Brazilian)-the food was a ... high price and well worth it! The hotel is only a few minutes walk of about five minutes to the falls. read more

Dreamlike room with in case view. Have this hotel in our round trip by USA/ Canada without breakfast booked. The room was big and clean. The hotel itself makes a good impression. The exterior of the hotel seemed already a little older, but we didn't mind. Just a pity, that the windows not to open. From the hotel you can reach all good on foot. Parking at the hotel cost 15 CAD. read more

We have the hotel because of the good price and the good view of the Waterfalls elected. We had room 723. Why the hotel various' views' offered to me not completely, since all rooms to the water fall side are. The only thing which may be declared ( differences in price the room) is, that the floors is located. Thus the seventh floor is the minimum, that one of the water falls looks! Including obscure trees, and so on the nice view! So as a tip: room as high as possible book! Then the view is guaranteed! Parking costs on ... site parking to our date of visit 15 Dollar! Other opportunity the parking was somewhat tricky. We are glad, the Niagara Falls times live to have experienced. Before our trip we decide, whether a day is enough, or, whether two days there are. We felt for one day and that was also well like that! Our opinion it is sufficient perfectly. If you get it, you can get the luggage in the hotel and then after a hike the Niagara Falls from next proximity admire. By the way the Canadian side the more beautiful;-) Against noon we went to the 'small town' gone, but rather to a theme park remember! Not our taste. It looked a little like this, as if everything AUD the 70/80 years and it is so slow down. Renovations are here urgently necessary. But the only on the edge. Evenings we are then again water falls to the spotlighted light to enjoy. If one to the water falls on foot would ( from the hotel aUS), one should already good on foot his. Even as instruction. The hotel in general is OK! The breakfast in neighboring applebees wasn't so great! In the restaurant it has terrible odor (after food, musty, and so on). The food was also not of good quality! You can in my opinion better avoid! As already said, a night it was good enough! For one night the hotel was good. It's in a great location to the cases, a five-minute walk from the hotel there. The hotel was already a bit worn but if you are a good and cheap for only one night stay it was adequate. The breakfast, served in hotel, but in a restaurant next to the hotel, is poor and not recommended for people, the rolls with butter or jam want, since it does not exist. All in all good price/performance absolutely. read more

The hotel is outdated, but the view of the cases compensated for everything. We had from the 11th floor full view of the falls. The room was apart from that clean and actually quite large. The bathroom was also okay.

We had a room on the 10th floor with a glass fronted, eight on the water falls where we had a great view, especially at night when you are lit (I think all the rooms look like that). The hotel has an indoor pool, but unfortunately we didn't used, a hotel restaurant we saw however not, but there is a applebees next door. If you have a bit of the surrounding countryside, Ko mmt you are a bit like in Las Vegas: casinos, gambling. lots of entertainment. Tip: A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs about $.90 ... to Buffalo, but you can simply with luggage over the Rainbow bridge in the United States and from there take a taxi to the airport for about 60 bucks, so you can go to the past, are on the bridge in a traffic jam. read more
